2.28星期二晴

今天是实习授课的第二天，我早早地准备好今天讲课的内容，但真的要上课时，我心里却不免有点紧张，因为昨天是我第一次上讲台用自己的方式去向学生传授知识啊!今天在上新课之前，我必须先要把昨天的内容

简单复习一下，这可正是对我教的好坏一个全面的检验......上课了，我表面上镇定自如地走上了讲台。一些常规的课堂程序之后，我开始了课堂复习步骤，出乎意料的是学生们反应迅速，对答如流。说真心话，看到这我心里真的感到无比喜悦。

晚上回到家，想起白天上课的情景，我感慨颇多，我想我真正体味到了劳动并享受着劳动后的成果的愉悦了。当然，在物欲横流的现代社会，这个观念也许会显得有些陈旧和俗套，但它却有着与生俱来的独特的古朴、风韵和精华。我们不能将快乐简单地理解为物质利益的获得和某种非精神意味的享受，快乐与否在于我们自身、我们的付出和我们的感受。由此我想到现在的学习，很长的一段时间，我都因没有进入理想的学府而怨天尤人，失却快乐。其实不断的学习便是一种快乐，奋进着永不放弃，需要不断体验快乐来支撑。不久的将来，我会成为一名人民教师，我会辛勤地工作，用心地去教书育人，我相信我一定能在平凡、艰苦中感受到欣慰和快乐。

3.3星期五小雨

今天是忙碌的，整整一个上午，都是在不断的听写英语、督促同学们学习中度过的，下课了，我就立刻找那些英语单词背不好的孩子听写，课上，便马不停蹄的批作业，并且时刻盯着宇，让她学习。我是喜欢和她一起学习的，感觉她是有那种学习的热情的，可以给我以感染力，又让我充满动力与激情。她也是听话的，只是稍微不仔细了一些，慢慢改正，应该是可以的。

让优秀坚持下去

中午批数学卷时，我分配给了几名学生，他们都欣然接受了，只有艾不想批，我对她说：“你不是答应老师可以做值日班长吗?为什么又不要做了?优秀是需要坚持的，今天优秀，明天就不了那算不上优秀。”艾似乎觉得有道理，便争着要批卷了。在我看来，艾是个心灵手巧、善于观察的小姑娘，只是有时候不太注意自己是在一个集体中，总做一些特立独行的事情，但这些并不影响她成为一个优秀的人，如果她能把这份优秀一直坚持下去，那真的是不可估量啊!

今天，我考了很多同学英语单词，并且让她们的同桌考他们第二轮、第三轮，直到全对为止，其中就有一直很愿意帮助同学的卓，她真是个温文尔雅的好姑娘。还有一个就是让我刮目相看的达，我一直认为学习好的同学只会学习，不会帮助别人，但这一观点，将从今天起转变。我让达督促他的同桌然背单词，达尽职尽责，不仅监督然学习，还一字一句的教他。中午，我见然回到教室开始学习，虽说是在补之前欠的债，但我还是很欣喜的，不多久，达也回来了，是回来帮助然的，着实让我很受感动。在达身上，我看到了一份对同学无私奉献的爱和他那弱小的肩上支起的坚定的责任!相比之下，辛，你要加油了!今天就你没有考呀，至少该对自己负责吧，期待可以看到你主动来找我听写哦!

把机会让给他

下午上了一节令人震撼的语文公开课，不仅因为老师和同学们精彩的配合，更是因为那个多次发言的禹(同学们说他“外刚内萌”，感觉很有趣)。在这节课快要下课时，老师再次点到了他，但他并没有急于回答，而是说：“老师，我把这个机会让给我的同桌，因为他也总举手，可是一次机会也没有得到。”顿时，听课的老师们被禹的回答说笑了，包括安老师也包括我，这个笑绝对不是嘲笑，也不是搞笑，而是一种欣慰的笑，一种赞赏的笑。在大家都急于表现自己的时候，禹的这种友情、这种谦让，让所有人为他竖起大拇指，又怎能不令我感动呢?

诚信是一个道德范畴，是日常行为和诚实和正式交往的信用全称。我国从古代开始，就十分重视诚信在人际交往中的作用，关于诚信的名言更是不胜枚举：“言必行，行必果”;“一诺千金，恪守诚信”;“精诚所至，金石为开”;“诚者，真实无妄之谓”…… Integrity is a moral category, the full name of daily behavior and honesty and formal communication.Since ancient times, my country has attached great importance to the role of integrity in interpersonal communication. 诚信，乃立人之本。子曰：“人而无信，不可知其也。”一个人不讲究诚信，他在社会将无法立足，无法立足自然一事无成。所以，只有诚实守信，才能赢得人们的尊重，为自己营造良好的处世环境，在社会获得生存和发展。

诚信，乃交友之基。“与朋友交，言而有信。”朋友，是要相互无私的帮助的，如果一个人的内心充满了虚伪和欺骗，那他就不会有真正的朋友，自然也就无法取得朋友的支持和帮助。所以，朋友的友谊是建立在诚信的基础上的，只有你有诚信，才能拥有更多、更愿意无私帮助你的朋友。

诚信，不仅是立人之本，交友之基，还是经商之魂。商人以诚信为事业之魂，诚信会让客户越来越多，生意越做越大。而现在，有些人为了一己之利，在经商的过程中缺乏应有的诚信，在我们的生活中，不断出现了假豆腐、假鸡蛋、问题奶粉事件……

尤其是2009年海南发生的“毒豇豆事件”和最近双汇的“健美猪食品”，不但极大的损害了广大消费者的利益，而且损害了地方和经营企业的形象。由此带来的损失不但耗费了地方和企业巨大的资金，而且诚信形象的再塑也不是短期能够改善的，部分企业因此倒闭，而与事件相关的责任人则因为犯罪而走向了不归路。

诚信，是中华民族的传统美德，在中华文明光辉的历程中，不断闪现出大量诚信和与诚信相关的人和事。在现代社会，诚信的重要性更是在处处凸显，国家诚信、公民诚信、企业诚信已经成为我们立国、立人、立业的根本，让诚信成为我们心中最美好的东西，伴随中华五千年文明继续发扬广大，造福人民!

书是我的老师，是我的朋友。它指引我道路，帮助我们解决生活上的难题。给了我很大的力量。

上了小学以后，我掌握了汉语拼音，学会了，认识的字也渐渐地多起来。看书的面也越来越广了。不仅是童话、漫画、科技方面的书籍也涉猎到了，而且我很入迷。从中我知道了一些科学常识，掌握了生活中的小窍门，解决了生活中的小难题。

书，是我们的亲密朋友，是我们最好的老师，它帮助我们解决生活雨学习上的难题，也给我知识，给我力量。知识就像海洋，无边无际。书，一个多么简单而又平凡的字眼，但是，在它的肚子里却有着无穷无尽的知识。它可以使人忘记烦恼，可以使人的知识文化不断积累、发展，可以使无知的人变得博学多才。现在，书已经陪伴着我走过了14个岁月，但是，我对书的深厚感情是永远都不会画上休止符的，书只会随着我的成长变得越来越丰富。

莎士比亚说过：‘书籍的全世界的营养品’，没错，我吸收了很多知识。书，它是一把钥匙，为我打开知识宝库的大门;书，它是一架望远镜，让我看到了古今中外;我爱书，并愿意一辈子以他为师。
