上场了，我的心猛烈地跳动着。我们先打了一遍太极四章，有手刀，有冲拳，还有踢腿，令人眼花缭乱。你以为这下就好了吗?不不不，这只是热身，接下来才是重头戏—破木板!只见第一块木板上写着“痛苦”。我把全身的力量都聚集在腿上。“砰”的一声，“痛苦”没了。紧接着，“忧伤”，“烦恼”也没了。下面的男生们像疯了一样，全都跑上来检验木板的真假，健壮的则要劈一劈木板碎片。整个教室都乱成了一团。看到表演成功了，我那颗悬着的心才落了下来。

小花的爸爸在苗族小山村里教书，很少回家。有一次，小花问爸爸：“你为什么不调回城里教书，那样我们一家就能天天在一起了。”“苗族村还比较落后，那里的人们最需要知识。为苗族小朋友传授知识，我觉得很有意义，我要坚持一直做下去。”爸爸认真地说道。小花说：“放了假我一定要去看一看。”

“三、二、一，比赛开始！”一声令下，我们组李之行就以最快的速度在饺子皮最外围抹上一点水，然后用筷子夹着少得几乎没有的陷放到皮带正中间，最后快速地捏紧。我们组 的同学非常惊讶，因为他包的不是饺子而是面饼呀！同学们观赛时很激动，有的恨不得站起来观看这妙趣横生的比赛。

终于轮到我上场了。十秒、九秒……我的心越跳越快，越绷越紧，“开始！”我拿起皮，用妈妈准备的好工具---一把塑料小刀舀一下陷往皮上一抹。然后抹水，双手一捏，一个饺子就包好了。虽然我自认为包的很快，结果却并不令人满意，三分钟才包了八个。冯思特两分钟竟包了九个！下次努力吧。

老师把我们亲手包的二百多个饺子煮了，我们尝到了自己亲手包的香喷喷的饺子，高兴极了。

It was sunny and very hot today. I got up early and helped my parents cook breakfast. Then I washed the dishes and cleaned the room. After a short rest I did my homework in the morning. According to a recent article on Newsweek concerning children’s’ education,

there is an increasing number of parents worrying their kids to an extreme

extent, depriving them of independence and freedom by keeping them around

parents all the time.

Some people applaud this phenomenon, suggesting that kids’ safety is the

most important. Thus, they’d better not enter the hazardous society without

supervision unless they become adults. From my point of view, some of their

opinion is correct but keeping children away from independence is a completely

erroneous decision. The reasons are as follows:

First and foremost, “locking kids” may hinder their healthy growth, both

mentally and physically. The kids who are locked may have heavy reliance on

their parents, as their comprehensive skills such as communication skills or

cooperative spirit being prevented from developing.

Secondly, what these parents fail to see is the fact that the crime rate

and accidents aren’t on a rapid rise. It is the abuse of mass media that make

crimes and violence more scary. The parents, who love their kids so much, are

completely forced to live under the illusion that our society is full of riots

or threats of accidents. Thus, kids can be allowed to have more freedom such as

walking to school by himself, for instance.

From what has been discussed above, we may safely draw a conclusion that

kids should be given more freedom by parents’ effort. At the same time, parents

should take many factors into consideration such as the time restriction for

children and the evaluation to kids’ maturity and capability. Only then can they

enjoy a safe and meaningful childhood.

In Tianjin,there are many buildings of bygone times.Some of them are

imposing and have great artistic and historic value.However,these buildings do

mot fit in well with each other,because most of them were built by foreigners in

different times.The traffic in the city is not very convenient.The street are

usually narrow and twisted.If the government wanted to have them widened,a large

number of buildings would have to be pulled down.Some buildings are too old and

are nothing more than cottages,and in place of them,some new high buildings have

been set up.However,the new ones are still few and in many places they seem

quite out of place.

Yet those Western-style buildings give Tianjin a different characteristic

from other cities and those new ones lend the city fresh vitality which will

端午节是汉族的传统节日。在我们的家乡算得上是个特别重要的节日，所以每年的端午节都过得异常热闹。

端午节最不可少的，自然是粽子，每年端午节外婆和大家都会包上几百个大粽子呢!包粽子虽然有很多种，比如芦苇叶、竹笋叶、菰叶、藕叶等。但我们的家乡是芦苇比较多，所以大多都用芦苇叶包了。首先，外婆“率兵”去采芦苇叶。采芦苇叶时，一大家子听着外婆的劳动号子：“加油!一个粽子三片叶子!上百个粽子几千片，嘿哟，加油!”听了“将军”的鼓劲，“小兵”们更加卖力了!采完芦苇叶，现在只要将它们暴晒就行了。但准备材料可没有这么简单哟，还得去集市上买来上好的红豆、猪肉、花生、板粟、蜜枣与糯米，还要买红线呢!

当然，最好玩的时候还是包粽子的时候。包粽子时，男人负责把肉切成不大不小的块儿;女人负责洗红豆、糯米之类的;小孩负责把大盆洗干净，再把大人加工好的东西装在大盆里;而老人们则负责指挥。一切准备好之后，就开始包粽子了。大人们干得格外卖力，而小孩们呢?却在一旁玩着，总是在大人们不注意时，偷一两颗蜜枣往嘴里塞，表面上似乎一点儿事都没做，可心里却暗暗自喜——因为蜜枣太好吃了!

最后一步就是煮粽子，烧火的外公总是把火候把握的很好，味道很香、很浓，如果在第一时间内吃粽子，你看到的肉粽子总是嫩地流油，看到的蜜枣粽子总是金黄柔嫩;看到的八宝粽子总是很可口，我们可爱吃了。

去年，要不是为了去盐城替舅舅、舅妈照顾表哥，外公外婆可能在包粽子哩。我突然有些“厌恶”舅舅、舅妈，他们家的经济条件不错，为什么不找个保姆?把我的欢乐端午节和粽子都“夺走了”，我好生气呀!也好怀念那味香色美的粽子呀!

清展，太阳刚刚升起，我们三年一班和三年二班在篮球场上进行了一场拔河友谊赛。

两班各出20名大力士，拉好架势，整齐地站在两边。中间站着裁判员老师，他双腿半蹲着，两手握住粗大的绳子，绳子中间系着一个红绸条，他用力地把红绸条对准地上的白线，只听口中的哨子一声长鸣，拔河友谊赛便开始了。

两班的体育队长，站在他的两侧，猫着腰，屈着腿，嘴里喊着：“一、二，加油！”“一二，加油！”他俩双手挥动着，好像也在和同学们一起用力。这时，双方同学拼命拔着，涨得脸红脖子粗，他们一腿前伸，一腿后蹲，双手像钳子一样，紧紧握住了那粗粗的绳子。只有排在最后的又高又胖的男同学把绳子系在腰上，好像他们的身体有千斤重，任对方怎样用力也拉不过去似的。

这时，双方都用力拔着，可绳子却一动也不动，相持了很久。沉默了一会儿，忽然我们的体育队长又高声喊道：“一二，加油！”“一二，加油！”同学们也跟着有节奏地喊着，20个大力士一起用力，只见绳子一下一下地被拉过来了。裁判老师一声哨响，“我们底了！”

看着对方比我们又高又大的运动员，我们认识了一个道理：团结就是力量啊！输的同学也没有泄气，双方交换场地后，他们又重新排好队，拉好架势，好像在说：“看这回的吧！”

盼星星，盼月亮，终于盼到了五一长假。我兴奋极了，心想：这个长假一定要过的有趣、过的有意义。这不发生了一件有趣的事。

这天我和家人一起团聚在奶奶家，准备聊聊话题天、玩个痛快。瞧，刚从银川回来的二妗也来了，并带回来了礼物——翻板。我和弟弟高兴极了吵着二妗教我们，“好，好。”“噢，万岁！”在一片欢呼声中学起了翻板。其实翻板并不难，很快弟弟们和我学会了也熟练了。这时我提议不如举行一届翻板比赛吧！“好！”弟弟很快做出了决定。

比赛开始，“评委是所有家人。”我学着主持人说着……马上进入第一关：花样多”这是比赛谁的花样多。弟弟先做。只见弟弟这弯弯，那折折。做成了一个蛇型，然后翻中间：两边都翻了，再翻又倒了，“好！”众人发出赞叹。“哼！有什么了不起看我的！”说着，我问向弟弟又借来一个翻板，左手拿一个右手又拿了一个，“接招，双龙出海！”说着便快速翻起左右手翻版……“怎么样？”“呸！”弟弟吐了一口口水“烂死了！”，“打分！”弟弟叫到。“家里人做评委的宣布：“弟弟5分，哥哥4分。”“可恶！”弟弟吐吐舌头：“果然不如我。”我气着说：“我不服，进入下一关：谁更快！”……

很快比赛结束了，弟弟终得了6分,我得了7分。“我赢了！”我欢呼着向弟弟不屑的说；“拽了哇？气死你！”弟弟哭笑不得，说；“下次再比。”“好啊！你有那个本事？”“哼！下次你完了！”“哈哈哈哈！”全家沉浸在了欢乐之中。

Taking exercise is good for our health. All work and no play makes Jack a

学校一年一度的冬季三项比赛到了，我们大家都兴奋极了，每个运动员都在前几天做好了充足的训练工作，以免拖累全班，当然，我也不列外，我参加的是长绳与盘踢。

今天，终于到了冬季三项的比赛了！我们个个摩拳擦掌，跃跃欲试，终于到我们五年级的比赛了，我们兴高采烈地来到比赛场地，了解比赛情况与规则：第一个比的是双飞，第二盘踢，第三是长绳。由于我们想要发挥正常水平，我们盘踢的就先在场地外面训练一会，我在里面踢的最好，但是也不一定能拿全年级的冠军，因为一班有一个女生也是盘踢队的，看来我要加把劲了。

双飞比完了，到我们盘踢了，我们班都在第三组，快要到我了，后面一班的人对我说，这回不好踢，因为毽子是短毛的，我看了看前面的毽子，果然是短毛的，但我还是说：短毛的就短毛的，以前我们都踢过啊！我后来问了她的成绩，她说，还行，96个，还没聊完，就到我了，我一拿到毽子，先掂量一番，然后先试踢了一回，就准备大干一场。

“于——”一声哨声响起，我马上开始马不停蹄地开始踢，呵呵，还蛮好踢的嘛，我心里正得意，但不小心一个踉跄，把毽子踢飞了，我马上去捡起来，又开始踢，后来，我就一直踢，真当还有40秒时，有人在旁边拍照，那闪光灯朝我闪来，我被吓了一跳，毽子随后又掉落下来，这回，只剩30多秒了，我又开始踢，到最后，我一次都没断过了。我询问成绩，103！我打破了我们学校五年级的记录！我高兴极了，但想到一会还要去比赛长绳，就没有大喊大叫，耗费体力。

到了长绳比赛了，我们按照队形，排兵布阵，开始了，我们班级的每一个学生都在小跑前进并跳跃着，到最后几十秒的时候，我们每个人来了个360度的旋转作为告别，最后比完了，我们尽然一个都没有断，336个，最后，我们心满意足地结束了这场比赛。

这场比赛，我们赢了，我收获到了快乐，收获到了友谊的可贵，也收获到了成功的喜悦！

今天，我们班进行了激烈的七巧板比赛。

首先，我们开始在班里进行了选拔赛。拼到鱼苗的时候，我左思右想就想不出答案，幸好我们班谁都没有拼出这个图形。李老师又宣布，谁拼牛拼的最快谁就去参加比赛。结果，我拼的最快，而且还全对，所以我去参加了比赛。

我和李天程、韩蒋骏兴冲冲的来到了阶梯教室，已经有四十几个同学坐好了，我们比赛的年级有三、四年级。随着老师一声令下，我们开始飞快的拼起了小狐狸，因为小狐狸我们没有拼过，所以我们拼的慢了，。本来李天程是过不了关的，但是我提醒了他一下，他拼的狐狸头拼反了，他就对了我们都顺利的过了关。第二关拼的是长颈鸭，我前面那三（1）班的同学，他十秒就拼完了，他在那边自言自语的说：“我们长颈鸭都拼过了。”怪不得他拼的那么快，原来他们都拼过了长颈鸭，时间不等人，我不再听他说话了，我只用了一分钟就把长颈鸭拼了出来。我把拼完的图打乱了，可李天程和韩蒋骏没有拼出来，时间到了，李天程和韩蒋骏被淘汰了。他们在出口看了我一会，就依依不舍的离开了。接下来老师宣布了一句话让我万分高兴，现在，你们都是三等奖，因为我可以得到名次了。接着开始拼蝙蝠了，我原先是左思右想也想不出答案，但是我把三角一转就出来蝙蝠了。

接下来，就要宣布成绩了，我是一等奖，我心里万分激动，因为我一年级获得了二等奖，二年级本来也是一等奖，三年级获得了我有史以来最好的一次成绩。我心理激动万分！
