cockroaches are the insects that frighten me the most. i wasnt afraid of them before, but now i cant stand them. it started when i was sleeping one day and smelled a disgusting odor. i discovered a dead cockroach under my body and its eggs on my pillow! i almost died! i jumped off my bed at once and took a bath quickly. the eperience made me hate cockroaches. what i find most disgusting is when i see a cockroach fly around the room. im always afraid that they m1ght land on me. hearing the sound of its wings makes me nervous and afraid. cockroaches pose a threat to our daily lives. a dirty environment will attract many cockroaches and this may threaten our health. they pollute food and water and bring many illnesses, such as dysentery and skin diseases. i cant help shivering at the sight of them.

It was October 12th yesterday. My friends held a birthday party for me. In

the morning, they came to my home early, and they brought many presents for me.

I liked them very much. I invited them to the KTV, we sang songs, danced and

played games. About 5:30 p.m., we went my home. My mother had cooked a delicious

dinner for us. After dinner, we watched TV and at about 8:30 p.m. we ate

birthday cake. There were fifteen candles on my birthday cake. I made a silent

wish, and then I blew the candles out in one breath. I had an interesting

birthday party. We had a good time in the party. I was so grateful to what they

风伯伯举行了一场比赛活动，谁都可以参加比赛，比赛的内容是看谁能把世界装点得更好看。

春姑娘最先来，她拿出她的颜料盒，把树涂成了绿色，把花儿涂成了红色、黄色、蓝色......不一会儿，她就完成了比赛，风伯伯夸赞春姑娘画得好。

夏姑娘是路过这里的，她也想尝试一下，她把一些水果涂成了五颜六色的，使它们成熟，让人们能品尝到香甜的果子，风伯伯一直夸夏姑娘是最能奉献的。

上课了，老师在黑板上写了几个字“桌上拔河比赛”并宣布比赛规则。

只见老师笑眯眯地对我们说：“拿一把直尺放在画有横线的桌子上;两个人的食指和中指分别按在直尺的两端，再向自己方向拉，谁先拉过线谁就赢了。”顿时教室里像开了锅一样，同学们议论纷纷、跃跃欲试。

老师把我们分了四个组，通过选拔，每组选一个大力士进行参赛。该王家梁和林莆昂比赛了，同学们把桌子围得里三层外三层，水泄不通。有的伸长脖子看，有的踮起脚尖看，有的甚至站在了凳子上。只见王家梁面带微笑，得意洋洋地望着我们，一副胸有成竹、稳操胜券的样子，林莆昂则一脸严肃，十分镇静。老师一声令下，比赛开始了，同学们的眼睛一眨不眨，只见王家梁咬着牙、绷着脸，使劲按着，林莆昂则眼一瞪，看着眼珠子都快要出来了。他们两个暗暗使劲，可直尺仍纹丝不动。就这样僵持了两分钟，林莆昂的手微微颤动，额头上布满了汗珠，王家梁手背上的青筋都露出来了。只见在这紧要关头，王家梁又一使劲，来回晃了几下，又使劲一拉，拉过了线。

“王家梁赢了，王家梁赢了”。同学们欢呼起来。

看，墙上贴着一个个贴纸，门上也贴着圣诞老人的头像;窗户上挂满了雪花，灯上挂着五颜六色的彩带和彩旗;讲台两旁放着精美的圣诞树，人人头上都戴着圣诞帽。这是哪儿呀?哈哈!没想到吧?这是我们的教室。为什么要把教室装扮成这样呢?原来，我们要举办联欢会!

瞧我们的主持人王佳仪，身着圣诞老人装闪亮登场了!我看了看节目单，有小品，有唱歌，甚至还有多种乐器合奏《小苹果》的。我又看了一遍，呀!我的跆拳道表演排在第五个，马上就要轮到了!我刚拿出表演器材，就听见主持人说：“下面有请熊天宇和吴炫为大家带来精彩的跆拳道表演!大家欢迎!”同学们“啪啪啪”的掌声让我更加紧张了。

上场了，我的心猛烈地跳动着。我们先打了一遍太极四章，有手刀，有冲拳，还有踢腿，令人眼花缭乱。你以为这下就好了吗?不不不，这只是热身，接下来才是重头戏—破木板!只见第一块木板上写着“痛苦”。我把全身的力量都聚集在腿上。“砰”的一声，“痛苦”没了。紧接着，“忧伤”，“烦恼”也没了。下面的男生们像疯了一样，全都跑上来检验木板的真假，健壮的则要劈一劈木板碎片。整个教室都乱成了一团。看到表演成功了，我那颗悬着的心才落了下来。

主持人又说：“下面我们一起来欣赏多种乐器合奏《小苹果》。”顿时，那激动人心的旋律响了起来。《小苹果》是由电子琴，竖笛，横笛一同演奏的。我们不禁为之一振。到后来，我们都跟着旋律唱了起来，教室变成了《小苹果》的海洋。

虽然联欢会结束了，但那热闹的场面却深深地印在了我的心上，让我躺在床上依旧回味无穷。

我有一个朋友，他的脸白白的，个子高高的，头发长长的，但他可不是女生哦!

他喜欢发脾气，每次有同学惹他生气或者不赞同他的意见时，他就会噘着嘴，乱发一通脾气。老师问同学们班里最爱发脾气的同学是谁，大家都知道是我的朋友，谁也没有揭穿他，因为我们知道他总有一天会改正的。

为提高孩子们英语水平，检验近期英语学习情况，进一步培养学生的英语综合运用能力，营造英语文化氛围，7月28日，山东理工大学“红色之旅”实践团于菏泽市牡丹区赵楼社区支教基地举行英语作文比赛。

此次比赛本着“人人参与”的原则，在初中三个年级中进行。以《My holidy》（我的假期）为题，学生们现场发挥，在30分钟的时间内写出一篇100词作文。比赛过程中，参赛选手胸有成竹，屏气凝神，严格遵守比赛规则，表现出优秀的参赛风格。全部同学在规定时间内完成，甚至有几位同学提前做完，显示出同学们对英语的有效掌握。学生作文水平虽显稚嫩，但从单词、句子的运用，到语法篇章的安排，都显示出了英语教学有了明显的进步，这是同学们勤学英语的结果，也是每位实践队员辛勤教学的结果。最终，赵芳同学脱颖而出荣获一等奖，刘涵、赵紫、赵伟等分获二、三等奖，队员们为其颁发奖状、奖品，以资鼓励。赛后，实践团将同学们的作品在橱窗中展示，以供大家交流学习。同学们表示今后一定再接再厉，学好英语。队员们鼓励大家在日常生活中也要勤学勤用，在实践中探索英语的奥秘。

此次比赛有力调动起同学们学习英语的积极性，提高了对英语的实用能力，提高了学生英语读写能力。据悉，此类活动还将继续开展，为学生创设运用英语写作展示的平台。

早上，老师告诉我们一个好消息就是下午要举行拔河比赛，顿时班上一片欢呼雀跃声，同学们都沸腾起来了。

时间不紧不慢的来到了下午。此时的太阳西斜，微风轻轻的吹拂着我们的脸，好像在为我们助兴。

我们排着队来到了操场，只见一条“大蛇”压在操场当中的红线上，“大蛇”的中间扎着一块红布。老师把我们分成了两队，按照比赛规则，谁先把红布拉过自己的白线内，谁就获得胜利。

“预备”裁判员大喊一声，双方队员迅速地抓起绳子。“嘟—”哨声响起，比赛正式拉开了序幕，满心欢喜的我内心觉得这次比赛我们一定不会输，因为我们的队伍这么强。同学们的身子离地面只有50多厘米，我们都使出了九牛二虎之力，眼看就要得分了，但我们的力气已经不够，于是我们松懈了下来，对方抓住了这个机会，猛的一用力，对方率先得了一分。

吸取上次失败的经验，发现前面我们输的原因主要是我们的脚步不一致，我们太自信且轻敌，有了前面的失败经验铺垫，相信后面我们肯定能奋起直追。

比赛的哨声再次吹响，这一次我们动作一致，同心同力，“大蛇”偷偷的向我们这边移动，慢慢的向我们靠近，最后同学们用力一拉，双方的赛局来到了1：1。

通过这一次的比赛经历，让我们明白了一个道理，那就是不管做什么事，都要心往一处想，劲往一处使，简言之就是团结一致，团结的力量。

殷墟是我国文物重点保护单位，位于安阳西北2.5公里的小屯村一带，是商代都城遗址，面积约为24平方公里，在此共传了8代12个王，直到纣灭亡，经历了273年。

我们先介绍它的布局。下屯村东为宫殿宗庙区，周围分布着手工作坊、居住址和墓址。洹河北岸以侯家庄和武官村北地为中心，是王陵区，分布着居住址，墓葬和祭祀坑。

游客们快看，司母戊鼎!它是在1939年3月在安阳武官村西北冈由村民挖出。司母戊大方鼎为一个巨型青铜器，高1.37米，长1.1米，宽0.77米，重达875公斤。该鼎是殷墟出土的青铜器中最大的一件，在全世界古代青铜器中也是仅见的。

现在我们来到了妇好的墓地。墓地呈长方形，南北长5.6米，东西宽4米，深8米。她是商王武丁的配偶之一，曾率兵征夷方、讨土方、伐西羌……一次可率兵一万多人，是一位能征善战的女将。

弟弟平时在家里跟哥哥摔跤，一向仗着身手敏捷。弟弟也把衣服脱了，系在腰上，怒气冲冲地说：小看别人就是小看你自己！看看我的真本事吧！”俩人猩猩似的对起阵来。起初，弟弟脸涨得通红，，眼珠子直瞪着哥哥，围着他猴儿似的转来转去，总想使巧招。可是哥哥也是个摔跤的惯手，流着汗水，鼓着眼珠子，依然摆着摔跤的姿势。弟弟跑到哥哥身后，三抓两挠，和哥哥揪在了一起。哥哥别住弟弟的脚，使劲平生力气，把弟弟从身后翻到前头。咚的一声，弟弟摔了个仰面朝天。

眼看弟弟还没输掉这场比赛。他起身，冲在哥哥身后，使劲全身力气，把哥哥压在地上说；“我还没输呢！服不服气，不服气我就这样一直压着。”哥哥狡猾的说：“我服气了。”弟弟把手松开了。没想到，弟弟这下可上了当。哥哥用手掌撑着地面，从地面翻到弟弟身后，反把弟弟压到了地上。弟弟把力气都耗光了，终于心服口服地向哥哥认输了。

张老师从我们男生的队伍选出了几个力气比较大的，也从女生的队伍里选出几个力气比较大的，让他们去参加拔河比赛。六班在比赛中非常历害，连胜三局。可是，当他们把我们班打倒时，

我们都很不服气。当我们看到四班和六班比赛的时候，他们胖子多，于是我们都给四班加油。他们班的最后一个人把绳子放在肩上，使劲往后拉。我们在操场上急的跳了起来。“加油，加油!”好!六

班终于输了一次，这令我们哈哈大笑，因为六班可能骄傲了吧!

我们虽然输了，但我们懂得了道理——做什么事都一定要认真，要谦虚，不能骄傲。

9月29日下午2点，我们学校举行了以班级为单位的红色主题歌唱比赛。

主持人简单的开场白后，比赛开始了：五（1）班的《学习雷锋好榜样》声音响亮，气势磅礴，我的心砰砰直跳，又激动又担心。激动的是我们班准备了这么久，一会儿终于要上台展示了；担心的是前面的班级发挥都很好，想要超越很难。但同时我也很期待，希望能取得好名次。为了这次比赛，同学们每天都利用课余时间背词、练曲，着实下了一番苦功夫。

我正想着，同桌轻轻地拍了拍我的手臂，小声说：“该咱们上场啦！”我心里默念着五（2）班加油，五（2）班必胜！昂首阔步地走上了台。“我们是共产主义接班人，继承革命先辈的光荣传统……”一开始，我紧张得似乎能感觉到胸腔里有一只兔子在横冲直撞，喉咙也干干的，好像唱不出口。但很快我就在音乐声中慢慢放松下来，听着身边同学们熟悉的歌声，看着评委老师们鼓励的笑容，我们越来越自信，越唱越好。“爱祖国，爱人民，鲜艳的红领巾飘扬在前胸……”正如歌中唱的那样，我们为身为少先队员而感到无比的光荣与自豪，我们顺利唱完整首歌，大家脸上都笑眯眯的。

紧接着，五（5）班也演唱了《中国少年先锋队队歌》，整齐的服装、响亮的声音，使他们的演唱非常震撼；五（6）班唱了一首《校园的早晨》，仿佛带我们走进了鸟语花香、书声朗朗的校园；五（7）班带来的《团结就是力量》又在诉说着团结的力量……

比赛接近尾声，只剩宣布名次的环节。所有人都屏住呼吸，当评委老师宣布五（2）班获得精神面貌奖时，大家开心地欢呼起来。一分耕耘，一分收获，付出总会有回报，我们的努力也终于有了好结果。
