老师先把我们分成a、b两组，再让我们选组长。我是b组的。经过讨论，我们组决定要谭卓强当组长。接着老师让我们每队起队名。我们想一定要赢a组，所以取名叫“必胜”队。一二组不知取什么名，所以我们帮他们取了一个名字叫“啦啦”队，专为我们组加油的名字，大家一听，便哈哈大笑起来。组长给我们每个组员都编了号，我是1号，正巧对a组的1号陈同学同学。我们组2号韦将士对a组的2号陈嘉伟，3号谭卓强对a组的3号韦庆隆。这时我想，我一个女孩子能赢得了男的（陈同学）？我紧张了起来，看他的样子又高又壮，我想我肯定输了。

游戏开始了，我们俩走上讲台，面对面站着。老师把字卡分别夹在我俩的背后。要求三分钟内谁先看到对方背后的字，并读出来，谁就赢，方法不限。老师大声地喊：“三——二——一！开始！”我们两个转啊转，特想看到对方背后的字。看着陈同学很有把握的样子，我更紧张了，就像是热锅上的蚂蚁，急得慌。我们互相看着对方的眼睛，手互相抓住对方的肩膀，蹦啊，跳啊，时间一分一秒地过去了，可我还是没有看到对方背后的字，当然陈同学也没有看到我背后的字。陈同学的背紧紧地贴着墙壁，我怎么看得到？我生气了，就不让他贴。我的手用力地抓住他的肩膀往外拉，可他却拉着我跟着他转，我们越转越厉害，转得头都晕了，可彼此还是没有看到对方背后的字。我突然用力一转，看到了一点黑黑的字，可还是看不清楚。我继续拼命地跟他转下去。陈同学咬紧牙关，用力地把我推来推去，我灵机一动，突然向左一闪，把头一伸就看到了陈同学背后的字，哈！原来是“我们”，我大声地念着。我说对了，高兴的走下了比赛场地。同学们纷纷为我鼓掌叫好。我们组得了一个标志。

第二场开始了，韦将士对陈嘉伟，我看肯定是陈嘉伟赢。比赛过后，果然是他赢，a组也得了一个标号。

第三场开始了，谭卓强对韦庆隆。我猜一定是我们组赢了。比赛过后，果真是我们赢了。我们组得了两个标志。a组只得一个标志，我们组胜利了。

通过这次“斗牛”比赛，我懂得了做什么事都要靠智慧才能成功。

Here is a difference between science and technology.Science is a method of

We are all familiar with the abuses of technology. Many people blame

technology itself for widespread pollution, resource depletion and even social

decay in general--so much so that the promise of technology is obscured. That

首先，我先接收王译的“挑战”！我只有第一次和她打比赛时赢过她，之后已经连输给她好几次了。但我还是沉着冷静的应对。第一局，我赢了他们两个，可第二局她立马搬了回来！打第三局时，我又咬了咬牙，终于以2:1领先对手。最后一句可能是她太紧张吧，我赢得很轻松！哈哈！刚上来就来个开门红，3：1就赢了王译！嗯，是个好兆头！接着，我又和魏宗晨打。我们两个的交锋不止一次，我赢得次数稍微偏上，再加上他刚才连着输了好多局，我又刚刚赢球，所以我的气势在他之上，刚打完第一局（他输了），他便哭丧着个脸，眼里含着泪水，马上就流出来了！接着两局我较轻松地赢了他，3:0，又是一局！然后，和以往我一直都赢不了的王圣州打，之前我次次打，次次都输给他，屡战屡败，但今天我好像状态特别的好！竟然3:1把他赢了！接着，又是一个一直都赢了我的人：于昊天！我们一直打到2:2平，第五局（决胜局）又一直打到10:10平，哎，还是我心理素质不过关，而且水平又稍稍偏下，最终遗憾失利！接着是唐逸洋，他的成绩也一直很好，一直保持在前四名，但我和他打每次都只差一点点就可以赢他也可能是他没有认真的原因吧！但是我看得出来他的情绪很不好，很烦，因为刚刚很可惜的输给了陈建迅！我想：“我必须要抓住机会，()赢了唐逸洋！”他和我打的时候，也没有好好打，哦耶！3:1赢了！最后一个是一直争夺冠军宝座的陈建迅，0:3输掉了比赛。最后一看成绩，哇！我竟然是第二名！我之前最好的纪录是第八名，今天终于打破了我的记录了！耶！

今天这个成绩告诉我，有付出就有回报！这个周我一直苦练，终于有了回报！耶！耶！耶！！！

今年四月到六月，我参加了20xx年“希望之星”英语风采大赛。这可是全国性的比赛哦！必须要闯过海选、市赛和省赛三关，才能去北京参加中央电视台的总决赛。

With the development of society, the competition of the entire society is

more and more intense, causing increasing pressure to people. Stress of study,

work and life are ubiquitous, but how can we deal with it? Here are some tips

that I hope can be useful.

Firstly, keep good health. A healthy body is the premise to face presure.

It’s the least capacity to cope with stress when a person is sick. Secondly, to

accept the pressure. The reason why many people can not cope with stress is that

they resist and escape it. Actually, there always is trouble and problems once

到后来，对方班级也不甘落后，甩入了一个空心球，两班实力相当，不分伯仲，直到最后一节加时赛，所有人的体力都已消耗殆尽，在这一刻，我们拼的就是各自的耐力与毅力了，每一位队员都满头大汗，可他们毫不退缩，一点儿也没有放弃的意思，即使摔倒在了赛场上，也马上爬起，无论是哪个班的队员，都共同在此拼搏，一个个如饿虎扑食，渴望抢到篮球，两位身着不同颜色队服的队员同时跃起，激动人心的时刻再一次来临，篮球落到了我班队员陆若青的手里，她如一只燕子，纵身一跃，投进了这个关键性的一球，最终险胜。

星期六早上，庞老师组织我们来到了南城中学参加比赛。首先进行的是男子和女子的100米预赛。赛场上我看见我们学校的运动健儿们，以非凡的速度进入了决赛。

紧接着就是女子800米比赛，我怀着兴奋又紧张的心情来到检录处。我被分到第4组的第6道。“预备，砰”随着枪声，我们学校的运动健儿，以矫捷的身姿领先了第1道。再跑第二圈时，她有一点坚持不住，我们大声喊：“宋碧琪，加油！”她一听喊声又以惊人的速度取得了小组第三名！

一组又一组的比完赛了，马上到了第四组。我首先做好热身运动，然后来到跑道上做好准备。“预备，砰！”我一开始就遥遥领先的跑过中心小学，因为只有中心小学才是我们的对手！到了第二圈，我觉得自己在第一圈消费力气太多了，弄得现在上气不接下气。不一会儿，只剩下一百五十米了，我用尽全身力气去冲刺！可是中心小学的队员好像还有很多力气没有爆发出来，马上超越了我，取得了小组第一名。而我也凭着坚强的毅力，获得了小组第二名，四个小组中的第四名。

昨天流下的汗水，化成了今天的力量；昨天的辛苦，化成了今天的胜利！加油，未来二小运动健儿们，争取在下一届田径比赛中取得团体第一名。

The time of middle school is short and precious, but for some students,

they sit in the class and dont show any passion to learn knowledge. They like

mot fit in well with each other,because most of them were built by foreigners in

different times.The traffic in the city is not very convenient.The street are

usually narrow and twisted.If the government wanted to have them widened,a large

number of buildings would have to be pulled down.Some buildings are too old and

然后，我们来到广场的正中间，这里有几棵迎春花树，它们的花是四瓣的，金灿灿的花朵好像一个个金黄色的小喇叭在吹奏，似乎是专门来迎接我们的。叶子是瓜子形状的，还带着锯齿形的叶边，似乎可以把手锯破。

之后，我们来到广场的左边，这里有几棵云杉，云杉的叶子是细长细长的，针尖般的叶子密密麻麻的，上面还有许多小球球，这些小球球毛茸茸的，它们其实是未成熟的松果，像一双双小眼睛在眨巴眨巴，好像在说我漂亮吗，快来我身边吧!它的枝干很粗、很直，像忠实的哨兵在笔直地站岗。

最后，我们来到广场的右边，这里有许多桃花，桃花的颜色是我最喜欢的。一朵朵粉嘟嘟的、层层叠叠的，像可爱的孩子穿着漂亮的裙子歌唱。它的花瓣是水滴形的。它的香味吸引了许多蜜蜂和蝴蝶，来为它唱歌跳舞。桃花的叶子又细又短，像一叶叶小舟飘来观看这热闹的地方。
