那是一年的运动会，我报名参加了单人跳绳。为了为班级争光，我努力练习，终于到了比赛的那一天。”比赛开始!“裁判的一声令下，激烈的比赛开始了。大家都拼命的挥动着手中的跳绳，我也不例外。随着时间的推移，豆大的汗珠从我额前流下，眼看我就要坚持不住了，突然有一个信念在隐隐约约中支持着我。我想继续跳，可是劳累的身体本能的倒下了，腿上磕破了一层皮。疼痛是我的眼泪已夺眶而出，那时我真想放弃，时间已经只剩20秒了，我看看其他同学，他们也是累得汗流浃背。我心想：既然他们都能这么努力，为什么我不能呢?我也一定可以的!从哪里跌倒就从哪里爬起来!遇到困难不退缩，要勇敢去面对!我又忍着疼痛，从地上爬起来，擦了擦脸上的泪珠，重新拿起跳绳，努力一搏。为了班级的荣誉，我一定能行!在最后的十多秒钟，我奋起直追，得了一个第三名。
