ofo是最早成立的共享单车公司，2014年由来自北大的5位90后创始人创立，2015年6月，ofo共享计划推出，在北大成功获得2000辆共享单车，12月，ofo日订单接近2万单。金沙江创投合伙人罗斌到北京大学办事，看到路上很多辆小黄车闪过，他意识到这是一家值得投资的公司，抓住了学生的刚需，并且是高频次的，于是便有了2016年春节后的A轮融资。

摩拜单车则是一开始便有资本的身影，10年汽车记者背景的创始人胡玮炜只是一个普通白领，2014年的一天，一个在奔驰中国设计中心工作的朋友告诉胡玮炜，未来的个性出行工具会有一波革新潮流，蔚来汽车的董事长李斌问她，有没有想过做共享出行项目，后来又与极客公园创始人张鹏进行过探讨。胡玮炜一开始就有这些投资人的支持，并邀请从优步上海总经理离职的王晓峰担任摩拜的CEO。

共享单车之所以发展如此迅速，几乎一夜之间，各种小黄车如雨后春笋一样出现在诸多城市街头，是因为这个商业模式，几乎完美回答了我上面提出的5大核心要件。

首先，短距离出行是绝对的刚需。特别是日渐拥挤的大城市和高峰期，一直都是巨大痛点，公交、地铁、出租、私车都无法解决。而过往一些城市(比如上海)尝试的公共自行车，由于各区政府各自为政，投入主体不清，自行车投放不足，还车困难等一些列问题，最后几乎都无疾而终。

摩拜为代表的共享单车，由公司投放车辆，打开手机APP就能查看附近的车辆，看到有合适的还可以提前预约。不用停车桩，不用办卡，二维码扫一扫就能开锁，不用的时候停在任意合法非机动车停车点即可，半小时收费一元，用车成本低到可以忽略。而且简单方便易用，几乎彻底、完美解决了城市最后一公里的困扰。

其次，市场巨大。截至2016年12月，我国网络预约专车用户规模为1.68亿，比2016年上半年增加4616万，增长率为37.9%。共享单车的潜在用户规模，无论如何不会少于这个。

哪怕你是一个丝毫不在意出行成本的土豪，一旦你体验过月朋友吃饭，开个私家车从东城到西城需要三个小时，然后再花一个小时找停车位的痛苦，你就知道绝大多数时候，宁可地铁。出地铁站后骑摩拜单车到饭馆路边，把车一扔，是多么痛快和潇洒。所以，你几乎可以把所有城市上班一族都视作目标群体。

第三，这玩意几乎没有触动任何旧世界哪个土豪的利益，摩的除外而摩的几乎是所有城市清缴的对象。而且，摩的全是地下党，没有一个组织，完全不成气候。

最后，也是最最令人膜拜的，是共享单车从一开始就有非常清晰的盈利模式：押金。想明白了这一点，你不得不对想出这个模式的人由衷赞服。

共享单车的盈利模式，是通过分时租赁来部分变现，通过收取押金来回收资金，实现现金流并进行扩张(见下图)：

分时租赁那个钱，其实一点不重要，无论是摩拜，还是ofo，我相信他们心里都门清：哪怕有一亿用户，每天用一小时，也就1个亿的收入，为此却需要面对超过1千万辆自行车的投放与硬件损耗，再加上其他管理费用。更重要的是，由于其短途特点，及对标公交和传统公共自行车，其定价上浮空间有限。所以，他们压根就没指望通过一小时1元的租赁费来赚钱。

通过什么?

押金这是一个无比天才的创新。

在你屁股跨上单车的前，无论是摩拜，还是ofo，你都必须把你的电话号码、真实姓名、身份证号(要实名认证)都发送过去，同时，你还得提交299元(摩拜)或者99元(ofo)的押金。

对任何一个互联网企业儿来说，能通过长期运营获得用户注册，以及一个电话，已经是天大的幸福。共享单车的玩法，等于泡妞，第一次见面，就拿到了对方的所有身份信息与电话这是对用户无比苛刻的要求，很多隐私意愿强烈的用户一定是抵制的，但共享单车用解决痛点的需求一次性实现了。

最关键的，还让用户掏了钱包这是所有商业模式最后的一个环节，也是最梦寐以求的环节。

之所以说这是个天才的创新，是因为299的押金：

1、可以退，所以多数人不会抵制缴纳这笔钱;

2、可以退，但公司不会自动退，多数人也不会主动要求退，因为下次用车还得缴，其结果就是大量资金沉淀在公司，等于无偿占用;

3、押金不能动用，不能用作租赁车费的支持。这等于这笔钱只会增加，永远不会减少;

4、由于一份押金对应一个注册用户，而非一辆车，这意味着投放一辆车，能锁定远超过1个用户。摩拜目前是一辆车锁定8人，等于投放一辆车，获得2400元(300*8)的存款。

从这个意义上，摩拜投放的每辆单车，都类似一个储蓄所。中国的网点最多的金融机构是农业银行，在全国有超过2.4万家分支机构，3万台自动柜员机。而2017年1月23日，富士康成为摩拜新的战略投资者。此次合作，将会有望大幅提高摩拜单车产量，每年总产能预计将能超过1000万辆而每一辆单车，都是一个移动储蓄点。

仅以1000万辆投放为假设，每辆车锁定8人，每人300元押金，沉淀总额资金将达240亿这是最经典的互联网金融的玩法。

不去着眼解决盈利，而是解决现金流，不出售硬件而通过收取押金来弥补现金流，减少了一般互联网企业为培育用户而通过海量补贴产生的现金支出，这是相当高明的一步。

尼采说：“凡存在必有理由。”在共享单车蓬勃发展的过程中，的确存在一些不合理措施导致不良行为的出现。一些商家为了尽早夺得一个城市共享单车的占有率，大肆投放单车而没有经过良好的规划。这给本来空间就不多的城市带来管理问题，需要商家的悉心规划，和城市管理者的耐心管理。

尼采说：“当我们凝视深渊时，深渊也在凝视我们。”有人把共享单车当作照妖镜，他折射出我们社会人性的缺点、管理的不足等等。但我们现在要做的是着眼于眼前，加始行，需搀扶，莫让共享单车在一片骂声、指责声中黯然退去。如何处理好共享单车，考验着我们的智慧，也考验着我们的决心。

车始行，需搀扶。莫让“小红伞”的惨剧再次上演，我们整个社会都要行动起来，即使共享单车是“互联网+”下具有顽强生命力的事物，我们也不能掉以轻心，因为好的政策也需认真执行。

Hello！大家好，我是最近杭城火热骑行的共享单车hellobike——小黄，不知你们记不记得我呢？可我却永远记着你们。

记得我刚进杭城那一天，就好奇地打量着这个陌生而又新鲜的城市。不过一会儿，一个男子扫码骑走了我，那时的我心里可乐呵了！同伴们都用暨羡慕又嫉妒的眼神望着我，似乎在说：“你可真幸运呀，竟然能够去欣赏杭州的美景。”于是，我一边欣赏着美景，一边带着主人平稳地向前行驶。

可是，好景不长，骑了大约有十分钟后，突然，我被主人靠在一棵大树旁，我失望极了，原来此次的“旅游”是这般短暂啊！

大约五分钟后，主人拿了一个蓝色的东东出来了，接着就开始七弄八弄，我晕过去了……

等我醒来后，低头一看，咦？我的身上咋多了一把蓝色的锁？

下午，主人慢悠悠地走过来了，他打开了那把锁，便骑着我环游西湖去了。在出门的那一刹那，我终于明白了，原来，主人将我靠在树旁边，是为了第二次出行时不用付钱；主人多“给”了我一把锁，是为了偷偷地将我占为他有。

一路上，我无心观赏风景，一个问题一直困扰着我：为什么，为什么人类要将我们占为他有，难道他们不明白共享单车的意思吗？所谓共享单车，就是要大家一起骑的呀！可为什么你们要这样做呢？

关于共享单车的现象还有很多很多，比如：将我们随意停放在路边，影响了公共道路；而且常有人恶意损坏的行为等等。

在此，我想通过《青年时报》来向大家发出呼吁：请你们动起手来吧，文明骑行，遵守交规。破坏我，你们的出行也就少了一份方便。如果你们再不爱护我、善待我，G20峰会给世人留下的那个文明、美丽的杭州，也就永远变成我们的回忆！

It has been billed as a hi-tech bike-sharing boom that entrepreneurs hope will make them rich while simultaneously transforming Chinas traffic-clogged cities.

But, occasionally, dreams can turn sour.

In the southern Chinese city of Shenzhen, more than 500 bicycles for hire have been found dumped in huge piles on the streets, according to reports.

Pictures showed jumbled stacks of vehicles nearly three metres high, with handlebars, baskets and other parts scattered on the ground.

City streets around the country have seen an explosion of the colourful bikes that users can rent on demand with a smartphone app and then park wherever they choose.

The sharing economy is taking off in China, where ride-sharing and Airbnb are increasingly commonplace.

From Shanghai to Sichuan province, bike-sharing schemes are being rolled out in an effort to slash congestion and air pollution by putting a country once known as the "Kingdom of Bicycles" back on two wheels.

Companies such as Ofo and Mobike, with their rival fleets of bumblebee yellow and fluorescent orange bikes, have been locked in a cut-throat battle for customers.

But problems have arisen when clients have abandoned their cycles.

"Some people these days just have really bad character," a man named He, who lives near where the stacks appeared, told the Southern Metropolis Daily.

"When theyre done using (the bike) they just throw it away somewhere, because theyve already paid."

In the past few days he witnessed people demolishing the bikes before discarding them on the side of the road, he said.

Residents told the paper that bikes had been piling up over the past week, either parked haphazardly by careless users or stacked by local security guards trying to clear narrow residential alleys and footpaths.

Zhuang Chuangyu, a representative at Shenzhens municipal peoples congress, said the city needed to step up regulation of the bike-sharing industry in order to improve traffic conditions and safety standards, especially since schoolchildren often used the bikes.

In 1980, almost 63% of commuters cycled to work, the Beijing Morning Post reported in 2015, citing government data. But by 2000 that number had plummeted to 38% and today it stands at less than 12%.

Car use, meanwhile, has rocketed. In 2010 China overtook the US to become the worlds largest car market, with 13.5m vehicles sold in just 12 months.

还有，共享单车是检验人品道德的一个重要标尺。有些农民或者是百姓，以自己的经济困难买不起车子为幌子，私自将共享单车上了锁，涂了二维码，把锁破坏以后都带回家，当做了自己的私人财产，这样是很不道德的！甚至有人将共享单车卸掉轮子或者卸掉骨架，将它们私自卖掉。或是扔在偏僻的地方，挂在树上，我们生活的环境，经常存在这类不道德的行为。社会本来就是一把天平，有道德就有光环，有光环就有人性的底线，这样做既违反了道德，也违反了法律，是得不偿失的，难道一辆自行车就能贱卖了良心？我想，这是国人最大的、最大的悲哀！

曾经在一个春日午后，与朋友走进一家共享书店，书店空间很大有上下两层，布置的古朴简约又很温馨，书架上的书籍琳琅满目，每本书的扉页上写着不同的姓名电话和地址，原来，书籍的主人各不相同，是他或她放在这分享给所有爱阅读的人们，你也可以放几本家中闲置的书在这里。我靠坐在藤椅上，手捧一本书，轻轻抿一口清茶，听着店里如栀子花般的音乐，心里想着家里书架上的书是时候可以挪到此处，想到此处，一丝别样的清欢围绕心头。

事物总有不尽人意之处。

在今天来比赛的途中，我望见街角停放一辆被上锁的共享单车，载着我的出租车司机也注意到了，他愤愤不平地说：“这些人真过份，从不为别人考虑！”我想起曾看到有人故意拆下坐垫，只因拍被别人借去；看到过急匆匆骑着单车赶地铁而把单车随地一扔的人；看到过用笔在共享书籍上随意乱涂写的人。这一幕幕不断撕扯着我的心，开发者本持着“共享”的理念为人们提供便捷的服务，却被一些人故意损坏，这是多么令人痛心的事！

有热心人在改变这种情况，在微博上，在朋友圈看到一篇篇报道，写的是许多民众自发修理受损的单车。经过地铁口时，看到有人扶起倒地的单车摆放整齐，我也扶起一辆。在共享书店，我在每一本书上贴上自制的便利贴，上面只有一句话：请您尊重“共享精神”！

在这个共享时代，我想，我们需要的是一种精神，一种与他人共享，为下一个使用者着想的精神。每遇见一个在路边修理共享单车的人，心底总漾起暖意，而后便觉得我也该成为这般温暖的人，为身边的人带来阳光。

每次借用共享单车时，我总怀着敬重的神情——也许这辆共享单车也损坏过，而被一个与我毫不相关的人修好了。我便知道，原来也有一个这样温暖的人，在为我着想着。

随着时代的不断进步，人们可以选择不同的方式出行，今年刚刚兴起的“共享单车”给我留下了不可磨灭的印象。

刚入秋，天气依然闷热，妈妈正在楼梯口和楼下的阿姨“谈天说地”，我只好无奈的站在一旁，看到有人走过来就瞧瞧，没人就随便看看花草树木。

小路上传来一阵链条转动的声音，我转头看过去，一位头发花白的老奶奶小心翼翼地跳下“小黄车”，跑了两步缓和速度，气喘吁吁的推着单车走到楼梯口。这时候楼上下来一个大哥哥，穿着短裤短袖，手里拿着手机，抬头扫了一眼楼下，大步流星的走到老奶奶身后那辆单车旁，将手机摄像头对准了单车座位后的二维码。

“小伙子，”老奶奶对着大哥哥喊道，“你要用‘小黄车’吗？用我这辆吧，我就只是从菜场骑回来的！”

大哥哥将手机移了移，抬头对老奶奶笑道：“呵呵，不用了，奶奶，我自己扫一辆吧！”

老奶奶笑得满脸皱纹的都舒展开来了，道：“嘿，你别不相信吶！”边说边从腰间的小包里掏出手机，对着屏幕点了几下，把手机放到大哥哥的面前，“你看看，我就骑了五分钟，锁了多浪费啊！还不如给别人用来得实在。”

大哥哥怔了一下，随后眉开眼笑的对老奶奶道了谢，还帮老奶奶把车篮里的购物袋拎了出来。老奶奶转过头，对准备出发的大哥哥说道：“小伙子，多穿点衣服啊，秋凉了注意别着凉！”大哥哥笑着应下了，目送老奶奶上了楼梯才踩着踏板，骑着单车出发了。

试问人间真情为何物，或许只是陌路人的举手一助。如今，越来越多的共享资源出现在我们的生活中，我们使用这些资源时也许可以收获一抹温暖的微笑。
