1、暑假里制订两张表。一张是假期学习计划表，例如一个假期几天旅行，几天外出?如何进行正常的学习和读书，如何查漏补缺，如何把课内学习和课外知识面拓宽，如何预习等，都要统筹兼顾，合理安排。另一张是一天的学习生活作息时间表，从早到晚，从起床到睡觉，将学习时间、休息时间要安排得井井有条，这两张表的制定，可克服忙乱现象，有利于孩子有条不紊地学习、活动、休息，也有利于提高孩子的学习效率和身心健康的发展。

During the past year, there have been several severe school bus accidents which claimed many young lives. These tragedies came as a shock to everyone, and they have aroused great concern among people from all walks of life. The publication of the draft regulations indicates that our government has realized how serious the situation is and that it is taking effective measures to ensure the safety of the school bus.

In my opinion, the draft regulations reflect a deep concern from our government as well as from the public about students’ lives. Today I went to Palace Museum.It was cool.Then I went to the Great Wall. We were really excited

the summer vacation had come round again. i was happy that i could forget about school at least for a while. lest i fool around all through this summer vacation, i made a plan as to how to spend it. first, i thought i should go over all those things my teachers taught in the previous term so that i could have a better understanding of them.

一、预防溺水的措施：

1、小学生应在成人带领下游泳，学会游泳;

2、不要独自在河边、山塘边玩耍;

3、不去非游泳区游泳;

4、不会游泳者，不要游到深水区，即使带着救生圈也不安全;

5、游泳前要做适当的准备活动，以防抽筋;

二、溺水时的自救方法：

1、不要慌张，发现周围有人时立即呼救;

2、放松全身，让身体飘浮在水面上，将头部浮出水面，用脚踢水，防止体力丧失，等待救援;

3、身体下沉时，可将手掌向下压;

4、如果在水中突然抽筋，又无法靠岸时，立即求救。如周围无人，可深吸一口气潜入水中，伸直抽筋的那条腿，用手将脚趾向上扳，以解除抽筋。

三、发现有人溺水时的救护方法：

未成年人发现有人溺水，不能冒然下水营救，应立即大声呼救，或利用救生器材呼救。

far as I am concerned, fast food is necessary but not a must in our lives.

其次，要掌握处理突发事件的方法和技巧。比如有人溺水，要大声呼救，用救生圈、竹竿等可利用的物品进行救助，而不是盲目下水救助。我们中学生应该了解和掌握必要的、关键的生存技能，并定期进行训练，以便更好地保护自己。

安全是成功的保证。没有安全感，做什么都是徒劳。所以，让我们抓住安全绳，踏上人生的道路吧!

As the time by, I finished my vacation and returned the school. I know it is the time that I should say goodbye to my vacation life and adapt myself to school life. There is no doubt that I enjoy my vacation very much not only because in the vacation I could relax but also I can do what I would like to do keeping away from the pressure of the lesson and examination. I like travel very much so I spent about three days going for a trip with my sister and my good friends. We went to a beautiful small island named NanAo, which is near my hometown.

I almost could not control my excitement and happiness when Ifirst caught sight of the islandsurrounded by the cleanly blue-black water of the sea and where you can see the white and soft beach from a far distance. I thought maybe it was becauseI had not seen the sea for a long time that I felt so excited and happy when I dipped my feet in the cool seawater. I remembered I did not leave the beach until I was so hungry that I had to go for a dinner with my sister. We enjoyed our time very much. Finally we were reluctant to leave Nanao and were determined to visit there again next holiday.

Summer can be very hot in southern taibei where the temperature usually goes up to 32"C or more. Because of the heat it is a trying experience to go to school or do anything else in a place that is not air-conditioned. Also because of this I stay at home most of the time during the summer vacation and only occasionally go to the beach to plunge myself into the cool water as a way to keep my body less sticky. Actually I like swimming and think nothing is more refreshing than a swim. In the summer vacation that has just ended I went swimming many times with my classmates and we all had a good time. This summer vacation, however, was not spent entirely in seeking fun. As a second-year senior student I had to prepare myself for the college entrance examinations that were only a year away. In other words, I must find time to study, too. So I divided my time between work and play during the summer vacation and derived much benefit from this arrangement.

I spent this summer vacation in quite a different way. I used to run about every day in previous summer vacations, but this summer vacation I simply could not afford to do so. I would soon be in the last year of my high-school education and would after graduation be up against the college entrance examinations. Though those examinations were still a year away, I had to start early to make myself well prepared by reviewing all those things I had learned at school and this summer vacation was the ideal time for me to do this. At first I was rather dismayed at the thought of this, but later I thought it was better this way because by working hard this summer I could count on endless happy summers to come. With this in mind I then set to work like anything and only occasionally went out for a change or did some physical. I was not at all bored by this kind of life, for I was sustained by a hope.

Ever since colleges started to charge the students for the education they receive, there has always been a problem for some students, especially for those from remote rural regions, to get the money for it. So the government offers them an option of borrowing money from banks. Surveys show that the number of students financing his education in this way is increasing.

However, some students, although not many, failed to pay back the loans as they had promised in the contract. The banks have a very hard time coping with this problem. And the government can do nothing effective to help the banks.

I think there is more than one reason for this. Dishonesty may be one but not the major one. As is known, we are experiencing a particular phase of economic development where the supply of human resources is much bigger than the demand for it. So many students are not able to find a well-paid job. How can they pay the loans back? To solve this problem, I think the government should make efforts to get the whole economy go smoothly, creating more job opportunities.

很快，暑假就要来临了。可在暑假要注意的问题也很多。比方说：饮食，防溺水，防火，防……反正就是要注意安全问题。

对，安全问题!安全对于小学生来说，是很难防范的，可是也不是不能防范，只不过要做到一些地方。

一，去游泳。要有大人陪伴，不能和同学单独去，不然发生溺水事件，就会失去生命。

二，不能玩火。尤其是在易燃物身边，比如说：草坪，树林，森林，动物园，山上……这些地方都不能玩火，在家里也不可以玩。

三，饮食问题。在家中，不可以乱吃食品，要有先后顺序，一样，一样吃，不能有狼吞虎咽的吃法。在外面，更不能乱吃。买东西，要看生产日期和保质期，以防过期。别人给的东西不能吃。山上的野果不可以乱吃，可能会有毒。这点一定要记住。

安全度假就讲到这里。我说的这三点请务必记住，这三点会和我一起度过20XX年的暑假，我也希望能和你一起度过20XX年的暑假。在此，我祝大家能过一个安全，快乐，轻松，自在的暑假!

在一条马路上，往往会有许多红绿灯，还有人行道及各种警示牌。

这个，是所有过马路的人有目共睹的！你没有理由视而不见！

看！红灯亮了。那辆车为什么还要继续往前开呢？那个行人为什么还要继续前行呢？瞧呀！车上的人还在听着“震耳”的音乐；瞧呀！闯红灯的那个人还在打着手机呢！难道你们没有看见红灯亮了吗？难道你们不知道相互近咫尺吗？“砰！”“啊——”手机飞了出去，跌落在地，碎了。那个闯红灯的行人被一辆车撞飞了出去，一刹间和这世界说永别。那辆车突然刹车失灵，乱跑乱撞，撞倒了护栏，撞歪了电线杆，撞坏了路灯，车里的音乐声突然停止了，车里的人的呼吸也停止了。他们从此在世界上消失了。

只因为你们没有注意到红灯亮了，它是多么明显，你们怎么会注意不到呢？你们说：“下一次不会了……”不！没有下一次了！你们的生命已经结束了！

那个夜晚，女儿关切的说：“爸爸，少喝点儿酒吧。”妻子也千叮咛万嘱咐：“千万要坐公车回来啊！”丈夫出去应酬了。

但是他并没有听女儿的，仍旧喝个烂醉；也没有听妻子的，借了朋友的车开回家。

在马路上，他迷迷糊糊地开着车，高高兴兴地摸着兜儿里的钱，一不小心趴在了方向盘上，“嘟嘟——”一辆满载的大卡车向他驶来，他急忙抬起头来，想掉头，可没等他做出任何反应，“哐！”他的车被大卡车撞出几十米，大卡车上的石头散落在马路上，阻塞了交通。救护车来了，他被紧急送往医院，可在途中，他停止了呼吸。赶来的妻子和女儿哭倒在地。

为什么不注意呢？为什么不听劝告呢？

酒！是马路杀手！

在每一个车辆来来往往的路口，总会有一位交警在恪尽职守的指挥着。你们注意到了吗？不！没有！你们没有注意到！依旧我行我素，该打手机打手机，该听音乐听音乐，该发短信发短信，……你们根本不当回事！你们是在拿自己的生命当儿戏！

交警叔叔阿姨们，他们无私的为我们坚守在岗位，为我们！只为我们能平平安安啊！

我们的眼睛会看到那血淋淋的现场，我们的内心也会体会到那血淋淋的教训的！既触目又惊心。

只要你们用心一点，注意一点，你就不会有危险，你的家人就不会成天为你提心吊胆，交通警察们就不会成天忙个不停！

只需要注意那么一点儿，就那么一点，仅仅只是一点。

请你时刻绷紧安全那根弦，你就会很安全！

暑假到了，大家都有了空闲时间，同学们可以玩电脑、看电视、玩游戏、看漫画书……可是，危险却随之而来。

前几日，报纸上登出：“二岁小孩儿掉进水井，父亲打捞未成功”的标题。原来，暑假一到，小孩儿的爸爸妈妈到了老家，晚上，那个小孩儿和妈妈一起去森林玩，结果不小心掉进了水井里，急的大叫：“爸爸妈妈!快来救我!”小孩儿的爸爸找了根绳子，准备下去，结果绳子断了，后来被救援人员救了上来，但是小孩儿却救不上来，最后，还是被一个十六岁中学生捞了上来，但是，小孩儿却抢救无效死亡。

暑假一到，危险经常在我们身边盘旋着，危险、溺水、失踪……各种危险在和我们身边打交道，所以，我们还是要谨慎、小心一点的。
