二、合理安排生活，过一个健康快乐的假期

1、制定好暑假生活计划，并按计划认真实施，争取家长监督，使暑假生活安全、充实、有序。

2、关心国家大事，多收看新闻联播，了解国内、国际形势。

3、由衷地建议孩子多读书，读好书，从书籍中汲取力量，获得成长。建议同学们至少读两本中外名著，并认真完成读书笔记卡。

4、在家长的陪护下掌握一项运动技能，如跑步、游泳、球类、体育舞蹈、健身操等，每天运动1小时，完成记录表，并注意确保安全哦!

三、参加实践活动，过一个充实有意义的假期

暑假是少先队员从学校走向社会，从社会走向自然的最佳时期，也是少先队员调节身心、拓展知识、锻炼能力的良好时机。家长要励孩子做一些力所能及的家务劳动，积极参加社区活动和其他有益的社会实践、文体活动、科技活动，学校为同学们推荐了一些公益性的社会实践体验活动，家长可根据实际情况，选择带孩子参加。

今天是我们无敌小队在暑假里的第一次小队活动，真是让我十分期待。

一大早，天气十分晴朗，我们准备去崇明西沙湿地钓小螃蟹了。我、龙俊先和王子垿都参加这次的小队活动。我们的大部队先开过了崇启大桥，再笔直开，就到达了西沙湿地。刚走进西沙湿地公园，我们就问路边的老奶奶买了几根芦苇杆，这种简易的芦苇杆是专门钓螃蟹用的。

西沙湿地的天空是那么得蓝，大树的树叶是那么绿油油，那边的溪水是那么清澈见底，小鸟的身影随处可见。风景十分得优美。

我们小队很快开始了钓大螃蟹的行动，我和爸爸齐心协力，不到一分钟，我们就钓到了五只大螃蟹。龙俊先那一队钓到了三只大螃蟹。王子垿他们也钓到了三只大螃蟹。我们钓得不亦乐乎。我们钓的螃蟹形状各种各样，有圆的，有正方形的，还有长方形的呢！它们的颜色十分艳丽夺目，有橘红色，有灰色的，还有红色的。这种螃蟹和我们平时吃的螃蟹的品种大有不同， 可是它们一样都可以吃。

过了一个小时，我们大有收获，居然连结实的网带都撑破了。

在我们快要回家的时候，我爸爸突然提出要把小螃蟹放生，我们一致同意。我们看着小螃蟹快速地跑到树荫底下开始建造自己的美好家园。

我觉得这次开展的小队活动十分的有意义，希望以后可以多开展这样的小队活动。
