快乐的暑假即将来临，在快乐的同时，还有一个重要因素――安全。只有在安全的情况下，我们才能进行各种娱乐、活动。这里，我给大家讲些暑假应注意的安全常识。

1、家庭防火应注意，家中无人时，应切断电源，关闭燃气阀门。电器起火时，先切断电源，再用湿棉被或湿衣物将火压灭。电视机起火，灭火时要特别注意从侧面靠近电视机，以免显现管爆炸伤人。

2、防止食物中毒应注意，不吃不新鲜或有异味的食物。不要自行采摘蘑菇、鲜黄花或不认识的植物食用。扁豆一定要炒熟后再吃，不吃发芽的土豆。从正规渠道购买食盐、水产、肉类。

3、防止交通事故，发生乘车意外事故时，切勿惊慌、拥挤。应及时报警，并服从司售人员的指挥，积极开展自救、互救。行人横过马路时，应走人行横道、过街天桥、地下通道。过人行横道时还应先先看左后看右，在确保安全的情况下迅速通过。骑自行车行驶时，不要抢行、猛拐、争道，不要在机动车道内行驶，不要骑车打闹。

4、不游野泳，暑假天气很热，同学们可以在正规游泳馆里游泳消暑，而不是去野外河道、水库等危险地方游泳。

5、如果外出旅游，要紧跟团队，集体活动，不要私自外出和独自脱离团队活动，以免发生危险。

今天，我和爸爸一起到儿童乐园游泳。在路上，火辣辣的太阳照在路边的小树上，小树无力地垂下头，只有树上的知了高兴地一支歌接着一支歌唱个没完。欣赏着“歌唱家”动听的歌，我们不知不觉的来到了儿童乐园。

I have a very cheerful holiday in “The National Day”. My parent and I went to Shanghai about nine days ago. We got there by plane, I think that shanghai must be a very big city, and there are a lot of tall buildings. First we went into the hotel named”chuang ye”. And we saw the tall big building “Shanghai TV Tower”, at nine in the evening, we got back to the hotel. The second day, we visited Zhouzhuang. It’s very beautiful and the air was good, I bought my favorite toy : weapons. I like them very much. Shanghai’s food tasted good. Today we are very happy and tired, so we slept early in the night. The third day however, we didn’t go anywhere, we stayed in the hotel until late in the afternoon. In the evening, we came back to Tianjin by plane to. This travel was fantastic!

One day in this summer vacation, my mother solemnly said to me, "child,

现在已经在家了，可每次吃饭的时候却还是会想起在惠来等待开饭的日子。不是因为我们贪吃，而是因为等待开饭的时间都是我们自娱自乐的时间。在这段时间，会有很多开心的事会发生，有很多时刻都将让我铭记一生。最难得是和言川、其灌那一顿真正的“大餐”，现在即使有一模一样的饭菜放在我面前，恐怕也很难吃出那种感觉来了。永远得怀念那一句：“老板，开饭啦!”

回忆准备工作阶段，辛苦的排练伴随着紧张的复习。这个阶段我的工作算是比较多的。有《歌舞青春》要排练，另外要负责教会那些男生《青花瓷》。一下子要记好多舞蹈动作，对我这个记性差的人来说还真不是件容易的事。但是自己没有放弃过，一直坚持着把两个节目都搞定了，虽然辛苦，却觉得很充实，很值得。

在文娱工作的准备阶段，我和很多队友都培养了深厚的友谊。因为跟进了多个节目，跟每个节目的成员都有接触，所以很快就跟整个实践团的人混熟了，看来文娱工作还帮了我不少忙。在文娱工作方面还德到了很多人的帮助，在这里要谢谢他们了。至于文娱组那群家伙就更不用提了，大家打成了一片，一起工作，很是开心。

实践的最后一个晚上，就是我们的文娱晚会了。晚会在《街舞》秀中开场了，虽然演员都不是专业，但是动感的舞姿却赢得了观众的片片掌声。双胞胎姐妹用她们优美的歌喉展示她们《手心的太阳》，《鸿门宴》和《青花瓷》将晚会推向了高潮，在一曲《朋友》歌声中，所有惠来的朋友们一起高歌，一起铭记我们曾经相聚在惠来这个美丽的海滨城市。晚会由此落下了帷幕，但我们的友情却得到了升华。

在惠来，我还负责了去敬老院的演出工作。当时决定了要迎合老人家的兴趣，发挥我们在广工学习太极拳的优势，表演一个太极拳。结果到了前一天晚上，发现几乎没有人记得太极拳是怎么打的。当时晓通很想帮我，很努力得回忆动作。最终这个节目还是被取消了，仍然很感谢晓通帮忙。去敬老院之前，我还被团长派去买水果慰问敬老院。但当时买水果的时候也很为难，觉得各种水果都不适合，有得水果过酸，有得水果过硬，有得容易上火。当时考虑到老人牙齿不好，所以特地买了香蕉。结果回来后，团长告诉我，有些老人不能吃香蕉的。虽然说水果只是我们对老人们的一片心意，但事实上意义并不是很大。而且老人们还说不希望我们这些学生为他们破费什么，能来和他们聊聊天就已经很好了。老人们虽然年纪大了，却还能为我们着想，值得我们敬佩啊。在敬老院，由于语言上的不通，虽然我很想做点什么，却似乎帮不上什么忙。只能帮忙打扫一下卫生，其他的也做不了。刚好我们打扫完后不久便是老人们的冲凉时间，所以之前准备的小表演也就取消了。只有那些会讲潮汕话的队友能跟老人沟通了一段时间，我在旁边听他们交谈，听得是一头雾水。

在义教方面，我收获颇大。与我一起搭档的是来自华农的yc，她是学商务英语的，所以在英语方面也特别厉害。她的讲课也非常的精彩，我从她身上学到了不少的东西。当然，我自己也有投入到义教工作当中去。第一次义教，由于一些临时的变动，剩下给我的时间并不是很多，所以临时又对我要讲课的内容作了一些调整，只是利用前面的教学内容，跟小朋友们玩了个游戏，结果效果是很好的，至少充分调动了小朋友开口说英语的积极性。希望他们以后也会多开口，这样对他们的英语提高会有很大的帮助。英语，我实在不怎么擅长，但是这一次，我不仅大胆得说英语，更大胆得去教学生说英语，这种感觉实在是太棒了。

有萨克斯相伴，我的暑假生活过得是更加充实和精彩。

今年7月底，我听说了首届中国星全国声乐、器乐大赛的举办消息，当时离浙江省赛区比赛时间已不到一个星期，妈妈赶紧托人录制了带子。7月30日，浙江赛区决赛中，我脱颖而出获得少儿B组金奖，并取得了去北京的决赛权。我手捧奖杯激动不已，又想到要去北京比赛，心情既兴奋又紧张。8月15日，我和妈妈带着萨克斯一起乘飞机赶往北京，路上自己的心情更是七上八下，也不知道自己有多少胜算，不停地问妈妈“我能行吗?我能行吗?”妈妈只是笑了笑，没有回答。

到了报到的地方，才知道什么是高手如云。各种各样的乐器，形状各异，千奇百怪。有小号、爵士鼓、钢琴、电子琴、小提琴、大提琴、唢呐、长笛、竖笛、扬琴和古筝、萨克斯等等等等。来自五湖四海的高手们齐聚一堂展示各自的风采。

《暑假安全公约》主要内容

一、 交通安全

1、 自觉遵守交通规则，不在公路上跑闹、玩耍。 2、 横穿公路要走斑马线，不得随意横穿。 3、 小学生不得在马路上骑自行车。 4、 遵守公共秩序，排队等车，车未停稳不得靠近车辆，上下车时不得拥挤。 5、 文明乘车，乘车主动让座，不得在车厢内大声喧哗。6、 未年满12岁不能单独乘坐摩托车。

二、 水的安全

1、 不得到海边、水库、江河、水井等危险的地方玩耍、洗澡。 2、 到游泳馆游泳必须要有家长陪同，不得学生私自组织游泳。

五、 饮食安全

难忘的暑假
