这个假期，我一眼瞟到了书架上的那本陈旧的《水浒传》，书肋上“一百单八将的英雄演义忠义侠骨，荡气回肠”吸引了我的注意，我回想起了两三年前，我读过一遍，只是囫囵吞枣，就是看个热闹。这个假期，我结合这电视剧，好好的深读了一遍《水浒传》。

之前读《水浒传》，只是看好汉们打斗的情节。这次，我深度了一下，发现，作者还有一层想表达的意思。那就是当时朝廷官府的风气，昏庸无能，让很多本来忠心耿耿对朝廷的忠臣到梁山落草。我翻书仔细看了看，才发现，梁山的五虎上将：豹子头林冲、小李广花荣、双鞭呼延灼、霹雳火秦明、大刀关胜曾经都是官军。豹子头林冲曾经是东京八十万禁军教头。小李广花荣曾经是清风寨的武知寨，国家功臣之子。双鞭呼延灼曾经是汝宁郡的统治，开国将军呼延赞之后。霹雳火秦明曾经是青州军马总管。大刀关胜曾经是蒲东的巡检，关云长的后代。这些大将，要不然是被政府逼上梁山，要不然是被梁山上众好汉感化上山。

五虎上将里，我最喜欢林冲。曾经对国家、朝廷忠心耿耿的东京八十万禁军教头。本想报效祖国，平定国家动乱，让百姓过上好日子，可是被那可恶的高俅太尉给陷害，瞬间变成了“反贼”。这让以为本对国家忠心耿耿的忠臣逼上梁山!

晚饭后，我们全家聚在一起吃着西瓜、喝着茶、吃着冷饮、剥着瓜子看无锡电视台的第一看点新闻节目。几乎每隔几天，都有小孩游泳、或在河边玩耍不慎掉入河里而淹死的惨剧发生。

每次看到这个新闻的时候，我的心情都非常沉重，万分悲痛。这些孩子、孩子的家长也太不小心了，孩子出事了，会给整个家庭带来莫大的悲痛。更何况，孩子是祖国的未来。

发生此类惨剧的原因主要是暑假来了，学生获得了自由，而家长必须去上班，很多低年级的学生没有家人看管。他他还小，还不懂水火无情的危险概念，常常偷偷溜到河边玩或偷偷去游泳，又没有大人看护。

暑假期间，请家长带领孩子登录学校安全教育平台，参加“2017年平安暑假安全教育专项活动”，活动时间2017年6月25日-8月31日，活动内容分为两个模块：模块一安全知识学习，分为学生版和家长版;模块二学生安全素养测评，分为小学1-3年级和4-6年级。请家长登录“郑州市学校安全教育平台”点击活动入口或到“我的作业”中，同时希望家长加强对孩子暑假期间的安全教育和监管，确保孩子度过一个安全、健康、快乐的假期。希望在您的支持与配合下，开学前我们可以100%完成。

3.注意交通安全

自觉遵守交通规则，注意交通安全。走人行横道，不闯红灯，不横穿马路，不在公路上追逐打闹。未满12岁的儿童不要在公路上骑自行车(共享单车)，不乘坐“三无”(无行驶证、无驾驶证、无保险)和超载车辆等。

4.注意食品卫生安全：

不暴饮暴食，注意饮食卫生，不在剧烈运动后大量喝凉水。不随便在路边小摊、卫生不好的地方乱吃东西，不吃过期、有毒、腐烂、变质的东西，预防食物中毒。特别是出游时，应到卫生的地方用餐。

5.注意用电、用火安全

家长应教育孩子注意用电用火安全，远离存在安全隐患的地方。不玩火、不触摸带电物体、不乱动煤气、汽油等易燃物和一切有危险的物品。

6.注意生命安全与身体健康

天气温热多变，容易生病，家长要注意保持孩子有规律的生活，在家开展亲子阅读等有益的活动，把握好孩子看电视和玩电脑的时间，注意用眼卫生。

7.注意疾病预防

根据春夏季流行病、传染病高发的特点，做好各种预防工作，要求孩子注意个人卫生，积极锻炼身体，确保身体健康，尽量避免让孩子前往人群密集场所。

8.注意健康娱乐

禁止进入网吧、游戏厅等一些不利于青少年健康成长的场所上网、游戏，严禁孩子参与黄、赌、毒活动。

9.注意合理安排时间

引导孩子合理安排每天的作息时间，并且督促孩子认真完成老师布置的作业，不沉迷于电视或网络。

暑假到了，有些孩子就在假期学习自己喜欢的特长，做仔细喜欢的事，也有些同学比较喜欢运动，比如跑步、跳绳、游泳。可是跑步和跳绳这些运动相对没有什么风险，但是游泳的风险和意外就大了。因为你的力气不足的时候，就会导致溺水而死的悲剧。

去年6月29日，四川省达州市几名十岁的女生在池塘旁玩耍，由于她们不小心掉进了池塘里，没有一个会游泳的，由于池塘旁边没有一个大人，她们全都溺水而亡。十岁啊，这么如花的年龄，生命就被死神给拿走了!可惜啊，可惜啊!

据报道，中国平均每天有150位儿童失去生命。150位啊!其中有20多位是意外事故而死的，也有6、7位是溺水而亡的!多么惊人的数字啊!每天失去150位儿童，他们的爸爸妈妈是多么的伤心啊!

四川达州的那场事故是多么的伤人啊!因为孩子们才刚满十岁，人生中的第一次年龄的整数，可生命就这样没有了!多可惜啊!

所以，在这里提醒同学们，暑假游泳的时候，一定要注意安全，别让这样的悲剧重复发生!

this year‘s summer vacation was most enjoyable. i spent fifteen days helping my grandparents doing farm work in the countryside， where i saw mountains fields covered with green plants. sometimes i went swimming in the river to the west of the village， the water in which was quite clear.

i kept a diary every day. besides doing farm work， i help the children in the neighborhood with their lessons. all of them showed interest in english. they could read write wellthey could hardly understand simple english. so every day in the morning i spent about two hours helping them improve their listening spoken english. they all made great progress. their parents all thought highly of me. i now realize that knowledge is very needed in the countryside.

常说我们离不开火，无论是哪一样，烧开水，煮饭。。。。。。都离不开火，火是两面派，有的时候，你不好好使用它，它也会有邪恶的一面，发生火灾事故，不仅影响大，而且损失也大，所以，作为一名热爱生活的小学生，就应该掌握一些消防知识，如：使用灭火器的只是，初期火灾扑救方法以及会报火警119。

火警电话打通后，应讲清楚着火单位，所在区县、街道、门牌号码等详细地址;要讲清什么东西着火，火势情况;要讲清是平房还是楼房，最好能讲清起火部位，燃烧物质和燃烧情况;报警人要讲清自己姓名、所在单位和电话号码;报警后要派专人在路口等候消防车的到来，指引消防车去火场的道路，以便迅速、准确到达起火地点。火灾初起阶段火场面积小、温度低，是便于扑救的最有利时机。人身上着火后千万不能跑，因为越跑火就越旺。这是因为人一跑反而加快了空气对流而促进燃烧，火势会更加猛烈。跑，不但不能灭火，反而将火种带到别的地方，还有可能扩大火势，这是很危险的。应该：尽量先把衣服脱掉，浸入水中或用脚踩灭;如果来不及脱衣服，也可以卧倒在地上，把火苗扑灭。如果火势不是太大，就用湿毛巾、湿毛毯披在身上冲出去，逃出去时。要逆风而行，并弯腰爬出去，用湿毛巾捂住口鼻，以免中毒。如果火势太大，可以利用房屋的阳台、下水道或其他接地牢固的物件逃生。也可以用绳索或床单撕成条状接起，一端一端拴在固定物件上，再顺着往下滑，即可逃生。火灾时要立刻灯、电脑、电视等带电的东西。做完饭要检查火关好没，电源插座关没。

大家只要不乱玩火，要记得旅游之前把电源全部关上。防止发生火灾，就能多一片绿色。

This is my first time to join the summer camp in Zhejiang University. In the morning, we took part in opening ceremony. There were more than four hundred students in this sumer camp. I felt very happy because I know I can make more friends in this beautiful city. It took us nearly one hour to listen teachers’ talk. Then we had to begin our first exam.it was not very hard. On, I forgot to talk about our headteacher. He was a student, too.but he becameour teacher for twenty days. I though he was a good teacher, too. He was very handsome. I was very happy t met him. He came from Australia. It was a very beautiful country. In his class, not only we can learn many English knowledge, but also can develop our spoken English. We talked about many things. On, it was very nice.

Today is my first day to come to this university. I am very happy.
