在我的暑假生活里最重要的一件事就是参加跆拳道的集训班，我每天上午都要上课，我要为参加全国跆拳道比赛和省跆拳道比赛做准备。

这个星期我的教练安排了蓝带的晋级考试，我也参加了这次考试。

这次晋级考试有十几个同学，在考试过程中，按照抽签的顺序一一进行晋级科目的演示。因为在考试前我在家练习好几遍，所以我已经做好了心理准备。轮到我上场了，虽然我心里有点紧张，但是我还是很顺利的把考试的科目全部做完了，最后我的得分是96分，我顺利拿到了蓝带，跆拳道考试升级成功了。

上午9点，我们排着井然有序的队伍，在老师的带领下跨进仪征市人民的大门，依次进行安检。一走进大厅，首先映入我眼帘的就是著名作家卡尔·马克思的名言：“法官是法律世界的国王，除了法律就没有别的上司。”顿时让我感觉到这里的氛围是庄严又肃穆。

在叔叔阿姨的带领下，我们第一站来到少年庭。只见这里有一张棕色的圆桌，桌上有序地摆放着“原告”、“被告”、“审判长”等桌牌。原来，在少年庭安排圆桌是有学问的，这里的庭长温和地告诉我们，摆放圆桌是为了给犯罪青少年一种维和感、亲切感，让他们更容易说出关于自己犯罪的一些情况。大家听了，顿时恍然大悟。

之后，我们参观了仪征人民的院史展览厅。刚一进入大门，我的眼前就金灿灿一片。原来这里摆放的都是获得的各项荣誉，有先进集体奖、人民满意奖、标兵文明单位奖……各种各样，数不胜数，真的很了不起。接下来，我们又陆续参观了其他庭审会场，还就自己感兴趣或感疑惑的问题进行了提问，法官叔叔阿姨们都一一耐心地进行了答复。

这是我第一次参观，了解法庭，让我感受到了法律的公正和法庭的庄严，也让我懂得了更多的法律知识。同学们，遵守法律，从我做起
