Later on , I decide to go to Beijing with my father on October 1st . I am visiting Tian’an Men Square, Bird nets and taking a lot of beautiful photos there. But I don’t like going away for too long, so I am staying there just for four days.

After I get back home, I am visiting my grandma with my mother and brother on October 5th . I am watching TV and having lunch at my grandma’s home. In the afternoon, we are going shopping at the mall.

On October 6th. I am ralaxing at home , playing computer games and surfing the Internet . I am going to beaches with my friends on the seventh day. We are playing in the water and playing beach volleyball there.

I hope the weather will be nice during National Day holiday and I am enjoying myself. I can’t wait.

我早已忘记她的名字，可是她的样貌，她的笑容却天天在我的脑海里浮现。她，白里透红的皮肤，一双炯炯有神的大眼睛，乌黑的长发披在肩上，但最令我难忘的是她那像丁香花般的笑容。丁香花虽然不如玫瑰那么好看，但它却足以让人心旷神怡，她便是这样。

在幼儿园时，我常被一些小女孩欺负，我很伤心，她微笑着说：“不要哭了，我会帮你的。”“帮我……”我停止了哭泣，疑惑地问，她笑而不答。第二天，那些小女孩依旧欺负我，突然，她不知从哪儿冒出来，大声皱着眉头训斥她们：“你们为什么欺负她?为什么欺负自己的朋友?”也许是那些小女孩看到她那生气的样子，被吓坏了。所以她们以后见到我再也不敢欺负我了。

因为上次的事，我很难跟那些小女孩玩，天天在一个不引人注意的角落处的一张桌子上，摆弄布娃娃和用彩笔画画。她见了我后便过来开导我，天天跟我一起玩过家家，画画。

有一次，我画了一个梳着麻花辫的小姑娘，她见到后，便称赞我画得好!因为她自信又活泼，使自卑腼腆的我渐渐变的自信。还有一次是跳绳比赛，本来只能跳20个的我，在她的鼓励下竟得了第一名!我们俩几乎形影不离，幼儿园午睡，我也和他一起睡，平时画画，玩玩具我俩也在一起。

很快分别的时候到了，我们该毕业了，记得毕业的前天晚上，我在家哭的稀里哗啦，第二天去了我的眼圈又红又黑，她问：“你怎么了?”“我昨天一夜没睡好。”于是劝我说：“我们还会再见面的，别难过了。”她没哭，还是那么坚强，却在离开的时候摆出了一个胜利的手势，又绽放了她那丁香花般的笑容，从此，我再也没有见到她，我好伤心，至今还在愧疚当时没跟她要联络方式。

没有信任，就没有友谊——题记

从前有棵树，那棵树每年只结一颗果子，那可果子，没人灌溉的时候，它会变得非常的苦涩;假如有人每天给它浇水，那个果子就会如蜜蜂般甜蜜，如泉水般清凉。小果子的名字叫做友谊，老人家告诉我，每天浇灌这棵树的那些水，滋润小果子的东西叫做信任。

我永远相信，友谊是和信任分不开的。我也永远相信友谊是需要信任滋润的。

学校有几个老师不知道什么原因要走了，这造成6(6)班没有老师教学，校长无奈这下只好分班。他来到我们班不久我和他便开始互相信任。不久我便了解到了，他这个人绝对不会失信。毕竟认识他也有一年了，这点我是可以确认的。

那是一个星期6，天蒙蒙亮，我就踏响了晨练的脚步。我约了几个朋友，结果大家都到齐了，就他没到。大家就去敲他家门，上楼敲门的人说他不去了，我心里就纳闷了，他怎么可能不去呢?他一直很守信用啊!而且他在我面前也从没有一次失信。我可不相信他会这么不守信用。因为我相信他。

大伙说要走了，我和大伙说：“你们先走吧，我再等等。”“有什么好等的，他这人就是这样，你这样盲目信任不好!”一个朋友催促我，“算了，少一个人少一麻烦，我们走!”大伙驱动单车齿轮的声音并没有令我反悔。因为我信任他。“哎，算了，随他们吧，我还是再等会。”我自言自语。突然一个声音传入我的耳边：“我陪你!”我当时感到很惊讶，回头一看，哦，是黄世昌。黄世昌也是他的好朋友。我笑着问他，“为什么?”“呵呵，”他也笑着，“没什么，因为我信任他。”于是我们就找了个偏僻又阴凉的地方坐下等他。其实我当时听见谁说要请客，去喝奶茶，我心里也馋，我生平最喜欢奶茶，但是不知哪来的力量，竭力阻止我随大伙去喝奶茶。我当时的心里也很复杂，我想：其实我为什么那么笨呢?和大伙去喝奶茶不是挺好的吗?但是，我相信，他是绝对不会失信的，我另可相信大伙的耳朵听错了，也不肯相信他会失信，他会说：我有事，不去了。

太阳来到了天空的正中间，太阳像烤面包机一样烘烤着大地，火辣辣的烧着我们……

是的，我和黄世昌确实是从早上等到下午。我们没有走，还打算一直等，你问我为什么，因为我相信他。门开了!进了!进了!不，不是他。一个个希望破灭，一个个惊喜泡汤。

最终还是没等到人。

当又是一个星期天夕阳西下时，我是喝着奶茶向他告别的，我现在觉得那杯奶茶真是好甜啊!

告诉大家也无妨，其实那天我回到学校后，我们班的“八卦媒体”董事长告诉我，他那天只是说等一下，等他穿鞋。他下楼时，大伙已经走光了，我和黄世昌又坐在比较偏僻的凳子，我没留神，他也没看见，就这样错开了。

但是，当他知道我们等了他这么久，他热泪盈眶，冲过来扑到了我们身上，“喂喂喂，发什么神经!”我边说便把他推开。“信任我的人，跟我走!去吃东西!”

从此，我们仨的友谊从此建立了，那棵树结果了，结下了如蜜蜂般甜蜜，如菊花般清香，如泉水般清凉的小果子。那是一颗五彩缤纷的小果子。

现在，躺在柔软的草地上，仰望星空，轻轻地叹一口气，觉得信任应该是友谊的第一堂课，更是人生里必不可少的一课。我还是坚信：友谊是需要信任来灌溉的。

Health has become a very important part of our life,and there are many ways to keep heathy.

First,you can eat more fruit and vegetables,and youd better drink more warn water.Next,you have to do lots of exercise.And having at least 8 hourssleep a night.Remember,dont drink coffe or tea before you go to bed,dont eat too much sugar and dont work or study too late,it will make you too tired.

If you care about yourself, its easy to have a healthy lifestyle.
