During the National Day, our family went to Yunfu Mountain Hot Springs.

To the hot springs, we swim for swimsuit. First of all we came to the childrens pool, where there are a lot of fun slides there are things, I did not even do not do the warm-up exercise could not help but jumped out of the pool, "wow, really comfortable." Everyone always has a good Sunday. On Sundays, everybody does some things

what he like.Last Sunday, Jack had a relaxing Sunday. He got up 6 o’clock. After

breakfast, Jack played basketball with his friends. They were very happy. Then

he played the guitar in the room. And he sang songs very loudly. Though it’s

very relaxing for him, it also make very noisy for neighbors. Maybe he should

turn down the music. At noon, jack fed his pet cat henry. He is Jack’s favorite.

Jack always play with him on the weekends. At night, he watched TV on the sofa.

At the some time, he ate many delicious snacks. So he really had a great time.At

the of day, jack thought if I always have a relaxing Sunday like today. I will

这个暑假，我一直挺紧张，因为我八月五号要考级，所以在考级之前不能放松。一直到八月五号之前我都没有出去玩。等到所有的特长都学完了，考级也完事了，这个星期五，我终于可以出去玩了!

星期五，我和爸爸妈妈一起去日照玩，这里有一个万亩森林 ，它的名字叫日照森林公园，它是国家四A级景区。

我们走在一条小路上，看见了很多蘑菇，有的像小伞，有的像锤子，形状千奇百怪，我过去看的时候，还有一个人说：“这些蘑菇可以吃。”我觉得他说的不完全对，这些蘑菇看样子可以吃，但是不了解的蘑菇尽量不吃。

走在小路上，阵阵清香扑鼻，原来是一大片的荷花，走近一看，有一些都枯萎了，太可惜了，但是大部分还是开的好好的，我发现这种荷花和我们平常见的荷花不一样。这种荷花叶子很大，花瓣也很大，开的时候花瓣都在下面张着。在这种荷花的水面上飘着很多绿油油的一片，这是浮萍，曾经还有人把这当成了草地跳进去，幸亏这个水塘不深，还有人及时发现，要不后果不堪设想。我还发现了一个小花骨朵，而且它还在水塘边，我都能用手碰到它。

等待一个上午的森林表演终于开始了，节目开始了，这是一个需要合作配合的节目，小羊的背上坐着小猴，小羊是走钢丝，而小猴却坐在上面美滋滋的吃着东西，沉着的小羊和顽皮的小猴合作是不是太不搭调了?走到中间，小猴在羊角上来了个倒立。小羊成功的走到了尽头，我本以为这个节目就结束了，没想到主持人说，要加强难度，在中间放一个木质花瓶，让小羊的四只蹄子都放在花瓶的瓶口上，“不可能吧，花瓶的瓶口很小，小羊怎么能站上去呢?”结果小羊真的做到了，我们为小羊欢呼鼓掌。

还有一个节目很精彩，本来笨拙的狗熊跟人一起跳绳，不是太可笑了吗?但是这种事情真的发生了，这只狗熊和人一起跳绳跳的还不错，他们共跳了十五个，对于笨拙的狗熊来说是个天文数字。

我喜欢这些动物，他们都很聪明!

今天我到下面院子里玩的时候，看见天上的云很像棉花糖，我就想飞上天吃云，可我没有飞行器，飞不了啊，飞机也不行，主要是我不知道云会不会一站在上面就掉到地上?我要登天是不太可能的。长大以后我要当科学家，做一艘火箭飞上天，去试一下云朵是什么味道。

Today, when I went to play in the yard below, I saw that the clouds in the

didnt have an aircraft. I couldnt fly. I couldnt fly either. I didnt know if

offer you a seat in the bus. We should be thankful to them for whatever they

have done. The more love you give, the more love you receive.

A sense of gratitude can acknowledging our interdependent existence. You

will be ready to help others if you have a thankful heart. Therefore, a thankful

heart is like a magnet. Not only will we attract more things to be grateful for,

but also we will attract gratitude from others. “give thanks alittle and you

will find a lot.”

Gratitude is heaven itself. A sense of gratitude and indebtedness to others

is and important wellspring of a generous and virtuous life. We now fall into a

busy life, neglecting to be grateful for details, the beauty of nature, the

comforts of modern living ,the love of parents and so on. People can notice

these details and realize the friendship, love and happiness in our life with a

grateful heart.

Gratitude is the fairest blossom which springs from the soul. Be thankful

The Wind And The Sun

风和太阳

One day the wind said to the sun, “Look at that man walking along the road.

I can get his cloak off more quickly than you can.”

有一天风跟太阳说: “看看那个沿着路上走的人.我可以比你快让他把披风脱下来.

“We will see about that,” said the sun. “I will let you try first.”

“我们等着看吧,”太阳说, “我让你先试.

So the wind tried to make the man take off his cloak. He blew and blew, but

the man only pulled his cloak more closely around himself.

今天，施沁颖的爸爸带我和施沁颖一起去游泳馆游泳。由于，我好久都没有游泳了，所以游泳动作，我都忘了，我只好在一边练习，我练呀，练呀!功夫不负有心人，我总算把所有游泳基本动作给做成功了，我总算又学会了游泳。

为了看看自己的真实实力，我决定和施沁颖比一比，决出高下来，我们的裁判就是施沁颖的爸爸。只听叔叔大喊一声“预备，开始!”刚听到口令，我便在墙上用力一蹬，一下子，就游的好远。在看看施沁颖，因为刚才她爸爸在喊口号时，她不专注，所以慢游了很长时间，我和她之间还有很长的距离，于是，我便开始有点得意，渐渐的，越游越慢，一边游一边看看旁边的人。过了一会，我又回头看了看，只见施沁颖快到终点了，我连忙去追，可是已经来不及了。

这次的冠军是施沁颖，在这场比赛中，我知道了一个道理：骄傲使人落后，谦虚使太阳能使人进步。

I went to visit one of our teachers with some of my classmates this

morning. Miss Jones is our English teacher and she likes all the classmates. She

tried so hard to help us to improve our English. We went to her flat and had

lunch there with her. We had a good time.

今天早上我跟同学去看了我们老师。Jones小姐是我们的英语来时。她对每个学生都很好。他花了很大力来帮我们供给我们的英语。我们去了她的公寓，一起吃了午餐。我们过的很开心

在这个暑假里，我过得既快乐又充实，除了按时完成暑假作业，每个周末，超市都会举办活动，比如：做蛋糕、赛车比赛、英语动画配音等，我都参加了。但我觉得这个暑假最快乐的时光的就是去乐园玩了。

那天早上，我早早地就起床了，准备好一切就去大酒店门口等候，人一到齐旅游大巴就出发了。这路可真长啊!我恨不得插上一对翅膀飞到那里。终于到了，“哇”大厅里人山人海，人声鼎沸。一进园内，几根柱子非常夺人眼球，近距离一看，柱内竟然有许多晶莹剔透的水母，围观的人啧啧称奇，我也跟着他们陶醉在这神奇的景象中。

乐园里有许多好玩的场所，如：魔法小火车、魔镜屋、碰碰车……但最刺激的要数XD虚拟过山车了。我们刚乘上“矿车”就看见一列火车正在轨道上急速行驶，眼看就要撞上了，全场一声尖叫，我的心也提到了嗓子眼，突然火车那出现了一个洞口，我们从那个洞里钻了过去。正想松口气，矿车又开到了悬崖边，全场又是一声尖叫，我的心也快要蹦出来了，这时矿车又突然往后退了，真是有惊无险。

还没等人缓过神来，突然前面又出现了一只大恐龙的化石，就在我们要穿过去的时候，它的嘴巴突然合上来，吓得胆小的小朋友哇哇大哭起来。我还没有踹过气来，一块巨大的石头从山坡上滚下来，全场尖叫声此起彼伏，这回我是闭上眼睛真不敢看了。当我真开眼睛时，车已经到站了。

时间过得真快，我们得回家了，我恋恋不舍的随着旅游大巴回来了。一路上，我还沉浸在那快乐的时光中。

美好的一天

It is a fine day today. There are some clouds in the sky， but the sun is

shining. Mr Jones is with his family. They are walking on the bridge. There are

some boats on the river. Mr Jones and his wife are looking at them. Sally is

looking at a big ship. The ship is going under the bridge. Tim is looking at an

aeroplane. The aeroplane is flying over the river.

我来到宜黄的第二天，和大家一起出去玩。

在这个暑假里，我最难忘的一次旅游就是去天波杨府了。

上喝了毒酒，那些塑像讲的是杨五郎带领僧兵解围，五郎不忍杀生，砍下辽军将领的一个胳膊，这场战役被称为“君子之战”，还有“十二寡妇征西”，中间的佘老太君……通过妈妈绘声绘色的讲解，

我深深地被杨家将的赤胆忠心感动了，面对这些塑像，我不由得肃然起敬。

忽然一声锣鼓响，游人都向东院奔去，我也好奇地跑过去，原来是表演开始了，第一场演的是《杨七郎打擂》，原来只能在电视上看到，现在看见真的了，我伸长脖子、瞪大眼睛，只看得胆战心惊

夕阳西下，我们也要回家了，但杨家将的故事却让我难以忘记。

Matt gave us a class this afternoon, at the first part of the class, we saw a film. It was mainly about American football. After the film, we began t get to know the American football. It is similar to soccer, but it was much rougher. Players might get more easily. In another word, it was a game full of danger, they played just like fighting. One of the players just broke his leg during the match, and he would never play American football, because of his leg. What a pity! Matt told us that when he was in high school, he also take part in American football. He had broken his fingers for three times and his leg for once. 浪是最大的，它把我的大手玩具冲走了，爸爸一看妈妈不见了，一看妈妈在水里憋着气，真是太好玩了。

我们玩的第二个项目是鱼疗，就是一个水池，里面有很多小鱼，你坐到那不动，小鱼就会来咬你的脚丫，妈妈说：“小鱼咬脚丫非常庠庠，”我老动，小鱼不咬我。

我们玩的第三个项目是死海漂游，有一个湖，里面放了很多盐，因为我不小心喝了一口，很咸，我不敢下去，害怕再喝一口盐水，马拉湾的口号是你玩水，水玩你，非常好玩!明年我还要再去

一次马拉湾，小心晒伤啊!
