It was Saturday， just before May Day. My classmates and I went to the park nearby， we didnt go there for amusement but took part in voluntary labor.

We got there at 9：00. We were divided into three groups and then began working. The students in Group One planted trees and watered flowers. The task for Group Two was collecting the litter left about by tourists and cleaning the benches. The group I was in got to the Childrens Playground and wiped all the equipment clean. We worked very hard. At 11：00， when all the work was finished up， all my classmates met again. Although everyone was in a sweat， yet we felt happy because we had done good job.

上个假期，我和姐姐们一起到农村奶奶家度假。乡村里的天比城里的更可爱，空气是那么的清新，天空是那么的明朗，使人心旷神怡。我们跟着哥哥们在山坡上找野菌，捕野鸡……漫山遍野都留下了我们的足迹，虽然收获寥寥无几，但却很开心。

一个假期很快就结束了，我们依依不舍的离开了那里，虽然这事已经过去好几个月了，可每一次想起都让人回味无穷。

一年一度的“五一”假期终于来临了，我家和堂弟、表妹家一起开车来到大尖山露营公园游玩。到了那里，我们像冲出鸟笼的小鸟，一边欢呼雀跃，一边直奔大门。

进入园内，我和堂弟、表妹商量着玩什么。我一只手抱在胸前，一只手托着下巴微微皱起眉头，半闭着眼睛思考了一会儿，突然提议说去旱地滑雪，他们随声附和。于是，我们飞快地奔向旱地滑雪场，只见场外排起了蜿蜒长龙一样的队伍。等了许久，我们都像泄了气的皮球一样，一屁股坐在地上休息。不知不觉，管理员突然叫我们过去滑雪，我们一听，瞬间从地上弹了起来，拍了拍屁股上的灰尘，一把将票给他，“哇，滑雪，在电视里看过，可从没玩过。”

只见管理员顺手拿起滑雪皮圈放入泡泡水中，我想这大概是为了使皮圈滑行得更快吧。只见排在前面的堂弟飞快地滑了下去，就像火箭喷射一样，一溜烟儿消失得无影无踪，我连忙坐入皮圈，想赶紧体验一下。管理员让我抓好扶手，突然，他神不知鬼不觉地把我推了下去。皮圈的速度极快，我双手死死地抓住把手，拼命地尖叫，只剩嘴巴变成O字型，眉毛扬得高高的。滑着滑着，皮圈转了好几圈，把我弄得晕头转向，眼看就要撞上围栏了，我吓得魂飞魄散。可皮圈还在滑呀滑，我的心提到了嗓子眼，心想这次肯定完蛋了！就在千钧一发的时刻，皮圈终于停了下来，这时我的心又回到了原来位置，手舞足蹈地大喊：“呀，好刺激呀，我们再来一次吧！”后来表妹和姑姑也玩了一次，我们就依依不舍地离开了滑雪场。

最后，我们还玩了喂奶鱼、坐游船、泥地车等等，这真是一个趣味无穷的“五一”假期。

五一来了，放了四天的假期，爸爸妈妈问我有什么打算，我就说：“在家做好作业，看看书，看看电视，最好能再出去玩上一天。”由于爸爸的工作很忙，他只有一天的休息的时间，但是考虑后他还是放弃了休息，决定和妈妈一起带我禹州市植物园。

路上爸爸妈妈告诉我：“在天地之间，在人类与星星之间，存在着一个奇异的树木王国，它可以调节气候、净化空气、防风降噪，是人类最好的朋友。”爸爸妈妈很爱我，放弃了休息时间带我去亲近大自然，希望我能够多了解一些大自然中的植物，丰富我的课外知识。一到植物园我就忙的我眼睛不够看，嘴巴不够问，爸爸妈妈一边带我看，一边告诉我关于植物的知识。这里可真是一个树木王国啊！我看到了油松、白皮松 、侧柏 、 构树、 白榆、白蜡树 、榆叶梅 、紫荆、刺槐、 国槐 、龙爪槐 、栾树 、金银木 、紫薇 、连翘 、 铃木 、泡桐、 黄刺玫 、圆柏 、五色梅 、紫藤 、牡丹 等很多平时不常见到的植物，特别是有很多很多的银杏树，爸爸告诉我银杏树是世界上十分珍贵的树种之一，植物学家们称它为“活化石”，它也是我们国家的国树。它浑身是宝， 银杏果是上等的干果，银杏叶是一种很好的药材，银杏树体高大，端庄美观， 抗病虫害，耐污染，适应性强，现在很多国家和城市都种植它。

爸爸妈妈带我参观植物园，使我学到了很多有关植物的知识，我爱我的爸爸妈妈！我还了解到了树木是氧气制造厂，是天然空调，是粉尘过滤器，还是杀菌能手，对我们人类有很多很多的好处，是我们的好朋友，我们没有理由不爱护树木，让我们一起努力爱护树木王国，爱护大自然吧！

My holiday

The summer holiday is coming.

I will go to / am going to Hainan with my parents for a holiday.

The summer holiday is coming.

i spent this summer vacation in quite a different way. i used to run about every day in previous  summer vacations， but this summer vacation i simply could not afford to do so. i would soon be in the last year of my high-school education and would after graduation be up against the college entrance examinations. though those examinations were still a year away， i had to start early to make myself well prepared by reviewing all those things i had learned at school and this summer vacation was the ideal time for me to do this. at first i was rather dismayed at the thought of this， but later i thought it was better this way because by working hard this summer i could count on  endless happy summers to e. with this in mind i then set to work like anything and only occasionally went out for a change or did some physical. i was not at all bored by this kind of life， for i was sustained by a hope.

今天是五一劳动节，大家一家人都放假了。我家和姑姑家就约好两家人下午去海边玩。

可是，我那淘气的小表弟吃完中午饭就睡着了，大家一直等到下午四点多了还没睡醒。爸爸说：“算了吧！今天大家不去海边了，时间太晚了，下次爸爸一定带你去。”我一听就有点生气了，要知道，我老早就想去海边了，只是爸爸妈妈要上班没时间带我去，今天好不容易有个机会了却被小表弟给搅黄了。真遗憾！可是也没有办法，我家离海边是有点远。于是我就对爸爸说：“不去就不去，那你带我和妈妈去附近那边去爬山，行吗？那里又不远。”爸爸很好就答应了。

爸爸用摩托车载着我和妈妈，用了十几分钟的时间就来到了山角下。啊！山上的风景真优美，有很多的高大的树木，还有许多我不知道名字的野花呢！鸟儿在林中跳来跳去，叽叽喳喳地唱着歌，又好像在迎接大家说：“欢迎你们！欢迎你们！”上山的时候我并不觉得累，可是下山就麻烦了，那陡峭的石路，会让你来很多个四脚朝天。有的地方，我干脆就坐在地上往下溜，就像溜冰似的。等到大家从山上下来，个个累的满头大汗了。这看起来不算太高的山，爬起来可真不像我想的那么简单。这时候我早就不生小表弟的气了。

大家下山后，爸爸带大家去吃涮羊肉。等大家吃完饭后，天已经黑了。妈妈顺便去超市买了一点东西大家就回家了。今天，没去成海边，虽然有点遗憾，但是爬山一样让我很开心，很快乐!

“五一”长假终于到了。幺爹全家带着我，去了一次湖北省的省会城市武汉。这次去武汉主要是因为幺幺(弟弟的小姨)在武汉大学读书，快要毕业了!趁着这次放假，我们去了一次武汉。因为爸爸妈妈要上班，没有时间陪我去。

听幺爹说，武汉地处江汉平原东部。世界第三大河长江及其最大支流汉水横贯市境中央，将武汉城区一分为三，形成了武昌、汉口、汉阳三镇隔江鼎立的格局。

我们去过许多有趣的地方。如黄鹤楼、户部巷、欢乐谷、湖北大学、武汉大学、江汉路步行街、海昌极地海洋世界……

其中，我觉得最有趣的是欢乐谷的5D电影，我读“5D”时，感觉好像是“无敌”，它应该叫“无敌电影”。我们在外面等了大约十五分钟后，终于进去了。进去后，解说员告诉了我们在看电影时，该如何去。而且给我们一人发了一5D眼镜，带上了眼镜看电影，电影里面的人和物好像就在我身边一样，真是栩栩如生。里面讲述了一个人，坐着矿车，随着轨道，经历了重重困难，到达了目的地……

这一段电影虽然短小，但是它告诉了我一个小小的道理。做任何事情时，不要轻易放弃，困难越大，越能表示你离成功不远了!

我的“五一”真开心!真难忘!

i’m going to the sun on my holiday. i will go there by a spaceship. i will take a big blue spaceship。then i’ll pilot the spaceship to the sun. the sun is very hot. so i put on the super-shirt. in the morning, i will have some sun burger for my breakfast.

My classmates threw a celebration party at our middle school principle‘s flat.Our parents were invited to the party.Everybody was excited about the holiday.I ate a lot of delicious food at that time.I also went visiting my relatives with my parents.We went to celebrate our good time at a fancy restaurant in Shanghai.Later that day,we sang karaoke in my uncle‘s house.We stayed for the night.

The next day,I went shopping with my cousins.We bought some brand name T-shirts and pants.In the afternoon,my cousins gave me a fun ride on the city highway.They also taught me hou to drive their fancy car,so I tried to do some turning and parking.It was not easy first.But I learnt quick.We returned home with many gifts from our trip.I tried to get some rest.At night,I chatted with my classmates on the phone,and I watched CCTV before going to bed.Since last Friday,I started to finish up my homework assignments on my personal laptop. “啦啦啦，啦啦啦，可以吃到美味的牛排啦！”今天是五一劳动节，妈妈决定请我吃牛排。什么牛排呢？当然是我最爱的番茄味儿童牛排喽！它在冰箱里足足睡了一个月，今天终于要换个地儿睡大觉喽！

妈妈剪开包装袋，哎呀哎呀！一块棕色的“冰”出现在我的眼前，用手指戳一戳，哎哟哎哟！手指都要扭伤了，它却完好无损！

那得先解冻！过了两小时，我再去看它，哈，棕色的“冰”变成了粉嫩嫩的、软乎乎的“肉垫子”，一闻，一股香味漫上了我的心头。一定好吃极了！

煎牛排喽！

妈妈往烧热的锅里倒上了油，再把那片厚厚的牛排小心翼翼地放进了“锅床”上，滋啦，滋啦，锅里一阵响声，奇怪，牛排的边怎么冒泡泡了？而且肉马上开始发白。妈妈告诉我，这是它开始熟了，所以会变色。

煎了一会儿，我学妈妈的样，给牛排翻了个身，让我目瞪口呆的是，那原来粉嫩嫩的肉竟然变成了小小的一块“土地”，土黄色的，只是没长任何“蒋雨禾”！

就这样，煎了四五分钟，香味四溢，飘满了整个屋子。受不了了，受不了了！我要开吃了！我就像三天没吃东西的小猪一样，馋得口水咕嘟咕嘟往上冒！

妈妈迅速把加热的番茄酱淋在牛排上，又切成一块一块的。不过，妈妈切得快，我吃得更快！妈妈说我是一台“吃牛排机”！

我们吃过了午饭便去了世博园，那里有中国馆、美国馆、英国馆等等，就算给你一天的时间你也看不完，首先我们来到中国馆有一幅栩栩如生的清明上河图。除国家馆的造型整合了中国传统建筑文化要素外，地区馆的设计也极富中国气韵，借鉴了很多中国古代传统元素。在地区馆的外墙，设计者采用中国古老的文字——篆书来作为装饰。“叠篆文字”装饰的地区馆建筑表面，传递着二十四节气的人文地理信息。接下来我们来到了英国馆英国馆的设计是一个没有屋顶的开放式公园，外部插有60000多根纤细的透明亚克力杆。参观者将通过“绿色城市”、“户外城市”、“种子圣殿”和“活力城市”的展示进入“开放公园”。

游览了一天才游览了两个馆我很遗憾，世博会给我的一印象就是大。是波会太美了我会永远记住这一切的。

五一妈妈、我和小邹阿姨一家去湖南玩。第一天，我们来到了一个有钱人家，那里的房顶金碧辉煌，家具也很精致，不仅有高级的厕所、宽敞的电影厅还有免费的餐厅。真是豪华的房子啊!参观这么美丽的房子真是我的荣幸。

中午的时候，我们一起来到了上山下乡。那里有很多小桥，第一座桥是摇摇桥，我觉得它很好玩。第二座桥是独木桥，下面是波涛汹涌的大江(妈妈说是小溪，可我就认为是大江)，我吓得提心吊胆，小心翼翼的走过了独木桥。最后一座桥是钢丝桥，我走了一半就回来了，因为我实在是太害怕了。我们经过千辛万苦终于到达了终点。

在上山下乡吃完午饭我们去了6501山洞。因为它是65年国家的第一号文件，所以叫6501山洞。那里很冷。二号天井最高，它有八十八米高，而且是直接到达天空，它是用来发射导弹的。这些山洞都是工程兵用铁锤、铁钎挖出来的，人的力量真是无穷呀!

最后我们来到了银沙滩，它是由矿石化成了灰形成的。阳光照在上面闪闪发光象银子一样，所以叫它银沙滩。我在银沙滩坐了摩托车，骑了马，那匹马很乖，我说：“驾”它就跑快一点，我过一会不说：“驾”它就跑得很慢象蜗牛一样。

我今天大开眼界，真是快乐的一天啊!我真期待明天的活动。

How’s it going? I’m Zhang Hua. I’m a student in No.1 middle school. I have been studying English for 4 years. And I can talk to a native speaker in English.

In the school， I always talk to my classmates in English. You know it’s good for my English speaking. Of course， I try to listen to the teacher carefully. After school， I often read some English magazines newspapers. Sometimes I learn some English songs. It can improve my English grades.

Except this way ，I hope I can try another way to improve my English. So I want to take part in the summer camp. So I want to ask you some questions. Could you tell me when the summer camp will start where the summer camp hold? Then I want to know how money I should pay for the summer camp? At last ，could you tell me some requirements?
