可是你们知道“劳动节”的由来吗？我敢肯定，在我们小学里没有一个知道的，包括我也不知道。我是在图书馆查找资料才知道的。今天，就由我来给大家介绍介绍“劳动节”的由来吧！

从前，在美国芝加哥城的一家工厂里，工人们每天要劳动14至16个小时，有的甚至长达18个小时，但工资却很低。一个工厂的监工曾经说过这样的话：“让一个身强力壮体格健全的18岁小伙子，在这里的任何一架机器旁边工作，我能够使他在22岁时头发变成灰白。”沉重的阶级压迫激起了工人们巨大的愤怒。他们知道，要争取生存的条件，就只有团结起来，通过罢工运动与资本家作斗争。工人们提出的罢工口号，就是要求实行八小时工作制工人们日夜工作。

工人们没有假期，没有休息，没有午觉。所以，工人们商量了一下，决定全体罢工！罢工人员有216816名，经过艰苦的流血斗争，终于获得了胜利。

新中国成立以后，中央人民政务院在1949年12月将5月1日定为法定的劳动节，全国放假一天。每年的这一天，举国欢庆，人们换上节日的盛装，兴高采烈地聚集在公园、剧院、广场，参加各种庆祝集会或文体娱乐活动，并对有突出贡献的劳动者进行表彰。

星期一早上我睡到九点多钟才起床。起来后洗漱、吃完早饭，写作业。写完作业之后就下午三点多了(包括吃午饭)。然后我就和老妈一起在网上忙着订火车票，捣鼓捣鼓之后就早早地睡觉了，养精蓄锐。

第二天清晨，我兴奋地六点四十几就醒了，喊醒老妈后，我就和老妈一起刷牙洗脸、吃早饭，然后收拾一些简单的行李、把家里的门窗关关，就出发了!

到了火车站，我和妈妈拿好火车票，坐着等一会儿，就上火车了。听妈妈说，合肥到淮南只需要一个小时零十分，先睡一会儿再玩玩手机游戏“保卫萝卜”就到了。

果不其然，我和妈妈小憩了一会再玩玩手机就到“淮南火车站”了。出了站，我和老妈边等老爸边看到有一座巨大的雕像矗立在火车站旁边，雕像上有一个人骑在一匹马上，上面写着这个人叫刘安，号称“淮南王”。我和妈妈拍了几张照片，这时，老爸来接我们了。

我们一起到了老爸暂住的“家”，小区名字叫：金大陆·钻石公馆，我们坐电梯到了三楼，里面很干净，一共有上、下两层，因为住的人有六个。我们“参观”了老爸的房间：有一台电视机、一个能放书、衣服等物品的柜子、还有一张双人床和一张桌子。

我们在老爸房间看了一会电视，老爸就提议，带我们去淮南市到处转一转，正好去接老爸的同事杨峰。

老爸开着车先带我们在市中心繁华的地方兜了几圈，然后就去接那个杨大伯伯了。大伯伯非常客气，给我买了一大包零食和一箱牛奶，我很感谢他。

到了老爸的“家”，他们把菜放进微波炉里热了热，又到了一个大伯伯，就开始吃晚饭了。菜很丰盛，有红烧鱼、蒸鸡蛋、红烧豆腐、肉末茄子等等，更特别的是，我居然发现还可以用甜玉米来烧排骨汤的!

第二天，也就是假期的最后一天，我们来到了老爸上班的地方，到了老爸的办公室，我就拼命地刷微博、玩游戏，然后就和老爸老妈一起给家里的车子“洗澡”。不知不觉就到了回去吃饭的时间了。

饭菜还是依然那么丰盛，不同的是今天中午所有人都到了，吃饭也更香了。吃完后我们还是一样地看看电视，老爸因为马上要开车，所以他睡了一会儿。

终于要离开淮南了，假期也结束了，坐在车上，我感到很烦，不过转念又想：“一直这么放假，未必也是一件好事。”

这个五一假期，我感觉过得很好，因为一直和最亲的人在一起。

天是蓝的，海也是蓝的，海鸥飞舞、帆舟穿梭、碧波荡漾的改制的海边真是美极了!

海边金黄色的沙滩，远远望去仿佛铺了一地闪闪发光的金子，走在上面松软软的，非常舒服。我和母亲拉着手唱着小曲悠闲地走在海边软棉棉的沙滩上，闻着海边那诱人的轻轻的海腥味和那清鲜的空气，心里感觉开阔敞亮了许多。

放眼遥望大海，一望无际，仿佛水天相连。在上面时常会飞舞着一些雪白色的、浅灰色的海鸥，还漂浮着像海鸥一样颜色的云朵。湿润的凉风在海面轻轻地吹过，海面上掀起一个个上下翻滚的大大小小的浪头，层层叠叠，远远望去就像一行行正在展翅飞翔的白鹭;又如千万匹脱绳狂奔的烈马;似无数条正在怒吼狂叫的张牙舞爪的蛟龙“哗哗哗”地扑向岸来，撞击在岩石上，溅起一层叠过一层的浪头，远远望去，就像绽开千万朵洁白晶莹的白花。

海面上有几艘快艇，闪电般的在海面上往返地穿梭着，船的身上被划出的浪花飞溅四射，看上去好惊险、好刺激。听母亲讲，他们是到崆峒岛观光的。崆峒岛离烟台山只有几海里，崆峒岛内树木枝繁叶茂、花草争荣、鸟语花香，可以说是一个自然的“岛屿公园”;渔民淳朴善良、粗犷奔放、热情好客，在岛内竖杆垂钓，吊上来的鱼虾，就地下锅，原汁原味、新鲜可口，朋友相聚，别有一番风趣。特别是崆峒岛的附近还有数个无人居住的小岛，有些岛远远看去，有的像海龟、有的像天鹅、有的像卧佛、有的像......这些小岛至今在民间还流传着许多动人美丽的传说呢。

五一长假，爸爸带我去奶奶家玩，奶奶说要宰杀大公鸡招待我。可爸爸说：“想吃鸡还得你自己动手，这鸡能不能进你肚子，就看你杀鸡的本事了。”我胸有成竹地说：“杀鸡有什么难的，那就看我的吧。”奶奶站在一旁乐呵呵地说：“我要看看我的乖孙女有多大本领。”

说是说出去了，可我心里还是发虚，毕竟是第一次杀鸡，我心里想着妈妈平时杀鸡的样子，心里已有了七八成底。就在这时，奶奶提着一只芦花大公鸡走进来对我说：“王莹王莹，就开始显露自己的本领吧，不过要小心哦!”大公鸡对我瞪着眼，好像在说：“哼，你敢杀我!”我气愤极了，心想：你敢对我瞪眼，我叫你死无葬身之地!

我从奶奶手上接过大公鸡，正准备用刀把鸡脖子砍断，但又想：如果它用嘴啄我怎么办?我想了想，于是，我找了一根细绳子把鸡的嘴巴捆了起来。左手抓住鸡的双翅，再把鸡头反向朝后用大母指和食指紧紧卡住。这时大公鸡用力地瞪着双腿，做最后垂死的挣扎。我右手拿刀，在鸡脖子上横着划出一道口子，顿时，大公鸡鲜血直流，我赶忙把鸡的两只腿提起来，让它头朝下把血流到碗里，等到鸡血快流干了，我喊爸爸打来一盆开水忙把鸡放下去，可谁知，鸡却“扑通、扑通”地从盆里飞出来，溅了我一身。奶奶在一旁笑出了眼泪，还说：“你看你，都把鸡给杀活了!”我羞愧极了，拿起菜刀就把鸡头砍下来，以解心中的气愤。我把鸡提起来，把毛一根根的拔下来，大约花了半个小时才把鸡毛拔干净。然后，我用刀把鸡肚子剖开，把五脏六肺全都掏出来，再用清水冲洗干净。我拿着杀好的鸡送给奶奶看，奶奶笑着说：“你本事真大，你看你自己都成啥样子了?”我低头一看，身上全是鸡毛，还湿漉漉的，倒像只落汤鸡。

中午，我吃着自己杀的鸡，感到味道特别的鲜美也十分快乐，因为我尝到了自己劳动成功的甜头。

五一小长假，爸爸妈妈带着我与妹妹去游乐园玩。

游乐园里真热闹啊！路上人来人往、人流如潮。耳边还不时地飘来一段段美妙的音乐。

游乐园里玩的东西可真多啊！有自控飞机、疯狂迪斯科、双人双飞、过山车、水上漂流……

首先，我们玩的是水上漂流，我们坐着小船在水上漂呀漂呀，一会儿过小桥，一会儿钻桃形的小山洞，里面还有猪八戒与孙悟空，孙悟空的嘴里还不时的喷出白色的烟雾，我们划着小船好像腾云驾雾一般，特别有趣！

接着，我们又玩了疯狂过山车。过山车随着轨道一直一直的往上开。开了很高很高，我有点害怕，就把眼睛闭上了。突然，过山车一下冲了下去，然后左右开着，摇摇撞撞的，发出很大的声音，我害怕极了，心“砰砰”直跳：我会不会摔下去呀？不会死吧？我的手把栏杆抓的更紧了。总算到达终点了，我迅速的从车上跳下来，拍拍自己的胸脯说：“还好，我没死，真是虚惊一场。”虽然过山车很恐怖，但是也很好玩，下次我还要坐。

然后，我们又去扔沙包了，1元钱扔一个沙包。嘿，第一次还蛮幸运的嘛，砸到一个玩具飞机，可是第二次、第三次一直到第十五次都没有砸到任何玩具。唉，我真是太失败了。

我们玩遍了游乐园的每一个角落，才依依不舍的离开了。

今天虽然有点累，但我还是特别开心，我希望每一个假日都能像今天一样开心、快乐！

今年的五一，我们一家早早地就商量好去西岛旅游了。

My vacation

This years summer vacation was most enjoyable. I spent fifteen days helping my grandparents doing farm work in the countryside， where I saw mountains fields covered with green plants. Sometimes I went swimming in the river to the west of the village， the water in which was quite clear.

I kept a diary every day. Besides doing farm work， I help the children in the neighborhood with their lessons. All of them showed interest in English. They could read write wellthey could hardly understand simple English. So every day in the morning I spent about two hours helping them improve their listening spoken English. They all made great progress. Their parents all thought highly of me. I now realize that knowledge is very needed in the countryside.

五一节到了，我觉得最有趣的是爸爸妈妈带我和朵朵妹妹去田心森林公园玩了！

田心公园在五桂山脚下，它距孙中山故居7公里，占地3400多亩。田心公园山花烂漫、空气清新、绿树环绕、流水潺潺，四季景色各异，美丽极了。我们到了公园的小溪边，朵朵兴奋地一下子抓住爸爸的手，要去小溪边捞鱼，这回我也当了一次“跟屁虫”，也跑下去凑热闹，我问朵朵到底有没有捞到鱼，她却随手拿了一块又扁又小的石头，开心地大喊：“鱼！鱼！”她调皮的样子，逗得我们哈哈大笑。

我们走到宽阔的草坪上，小草碧绿碧绿的，像一个个小娃娃。爸爸突然趴在地上准备给朵朵拍照，朵朵回头一看，以为爸爸摔跤了，急忙跑回去想扶起爸爸，爸爸却一骨碌爬起来，说了一声：“没事儿。”朵朵便继续“赶路”，我心想，这小朵朵还挺关心家人的呢！爸爸带着我们玩“飞帽子”游戏，先由我扔帽子，朵朵跟在我后面跑，妈妈负责“执行”摄影师的任务。我每次把帽子扔出去，朵朵都跟在我屁股后面跑，有一次我扔给她，朵朵以为我要追她，拼命地往前冲，妈妈争分夺秒地拍下了许多精彩的瞬间。当我们玩得正欢时，“摄影师”哈哈大笑起来，一边笑一边说：“你们快来看！”原来，妈妈拍下了一张帽子在空中追朵朵的照片，让我觉得太不可思议了！

这真是一个快乐又有趣的五一假期！

盼望着，盼望着，“五一”假期来了。

我们全家来到桂林玩，没想到却被卷入了“五一”狂挤风暴。

我们随着人流挤进了“kfc”(肯德基)。朝里面一看，哇，挤死了!一个挨着一个，你不让我，我不让你，人群成了一团团的。唉，谁叫大家都挑着五月一日这个日子来购物呢!

在“kfc”挤挤就算了，在电梯上居然也是人山人海!长的不高的人就吃亏了，被高的在前面一挡，你连自己到了没都看不见。这样可太危险了，等会到了还没把脚踏出去就惨了……

“狂挤”并没结束，电梯出口那涌出一片人，全挤在电梯口动弹不得。从电梯上一下来，就得随着人流慢慢地挪动，气都透不上来。

早饭没吃，肯德基没吃上，大家都有点饿了，于是上微笑堂六楼的好大妈餐厅吃饭。到了那一看，不用说，座无虚席，人满为患，送菜的服务生时不时得说“请让一让、请让一让”。我的心里冒出一个疑问：我们到底是出来玩的，还是来数人头的?

好不容易从微笑堂里挤了出来，往大街上一瞅，比里面好不到哪去。我们左挤右挤，挤到了正阳步行街的“kfc”那儿。看来我没猜错，立马可以用一个字形容――挤，除了这个字再不能想到另外一个字来准确形容，我真切感受到了“13亿”有多么庞大。既然大家都那么爱挤，那我就陪你们挤，看谁挤得过谁!好不容易挤进店里，我用火眼金睛“盯”到了一个空位!，我们以迅雷不及掩耳之势挤过去坐下，哇，终于舒服地吃了一顿。

为什么“五一”那么挤，挤得还那么狂呢?

今天是“五一”假期的最后一天，我和我的几个好朋友相约一起去南山烧烤，有蔡玥、董笑然、王帆凡还有她们的父亲母亲，今天的天气真是好，9点的时候我们来到了父亲事先定好的台子，一会儿功夫就已经有很多的人了，我们几个小朋友只顾着自己玩，父亲母亲们在一边忙着烧烤，呵呵，看见他们好几次都把锡纸弄着火了，有好多好吃的：有烤鸡翅、烤香肠、烤鱼、饮料——真多呀！

董笑然的父亲带着我们几个小朋友去找了麦草，我们把草弄的一堆堆的，还看见了一个卖冰棍的老爷爷摇着铃铛卖冰棍，我们一个个吃的像小花猫似地。吃完了烧烤，我们又去摘草莓，这是我第二次走进大棚里去摘草莓，里面的温度很高，我们每人拿着一个小盆，自己去找大草莓，草莓红红的，看着真漂亮，尝一个，味道甜中带着一点酸，真的很有意思！今天我们玩的很开心！
