5月2日，我们一家人和约好的叔叔、阿姨，还有我的小伙伴，一起去了耕海人家。

到了那里，我就和我的好朋友张思凡聊了起来，过了一会儿，他的爸爸说：“你们带上杯子去捉螃蟹吧!”我们都异口同声的答道：“好啊!”于是我们去拿了两个杯子，就下海去捉螃蟹了，我们边找螃蟹她边对我说：“要把石头搬起来，才能找到螃蟹。”于是我翻开了一块比较大的石头，一看，一对紫色钳子，碧绿色的壳儿，一双大大的眼睛，举着它的钳子，挥舞着，好像想夹我们一样，于是我一下伸手捉住了它，它却一下子夹住了我的手，我的手顿时流了很多血，这时我的好朋友张思凡赶紧把它的一条腿抓住，放进了杯子里，然后她就把我带回了饭店用创可贴贴一下，可是，令人意想不到的是，在回饭店的时候，我的伙伴的脚不小心踩在了淤泥里，陷了下去拔都拔不起来，我说：“你的脚慢慢的用力往上抬。”过了一会她的脚终于挣脱了出来，可是鞋还在里面，“我来帮你!”我说，于是，我就费了九牛二虎之力才把她的鞋子拔了出来，然后我们两个互相搀扶着回了饭店，我们休息了一会又跑下去了，我又搬开一块石头，看见了一只螃蟹不大不小，但是跑得很快，我赶紧抓住了它的一条腿，放进了杯子里，于是我跟她又抓了很多螃蟹、弹涂鱼、还有一种很奇怪的蟹。

那里可真好玩儿啊!我觉得有点遗憾，因为我只在那里住了一天，还没玩够，就回家了，所以下次，我还要到那里去玩。

五一节的一天，我和爸爸妈妈一起去乌镇游览。

听妈妈说乌镇是作家茅盾的故乡，是江南六大名镇之一。乌镇已有1000多年的历史，我们一进了古镇，仿佛一下子穿越了时光隧道。沿河边的老屋是用两根石柱支撑着一间房子，都面对小河开着窗，不过，窗没有玻璃，而是用一块木板代替着，再用棍子一撑便算开窗子了，棍子收下，窗板落下，窗便关上了。镇里到处可以看见形态各异的小桥，窄的、宽的、短的、长的、还有有顶可以遮阳的在小镇的两侧，有许多民居，到了晚上，你也可以借宿在那里，走在铺着石子的小巷里，听着潺潺的小河流水声，让你真正当一回小镇的居民。

当然，乌镇也有很多美食小吃，你可以在民居里吃到如：定胜糕，姑嫂饼，羊肉面，白水鱼等。我们一家坐在湖边的民居里，一边品尝着小吃，一边欣赏着湖上的美景，真是惬意极了。

在依依不舍中告别吐鲁番的葡萄园，我们来到了此次丝绸之路旅行的终点站——乌鲁木齐，游天山天池，扮新疆姑娘，吃羊肉串，看惊险的“达瓦孜”高空走钢丝节目，尽情感受新疆的热情……

这次旅行，让我看到了祖国山河的美丽，体验了不同民族的风情，欣赏了古代人民的智慧成果，学到了很多历史和地理知识，还结识了很多新朋友。

在老家我和伙伴们玩跳皮筋，还和她们一起爬山，我还教她们跳舞，玩得可高兴了，一直到很晚才回家，第二天上午我和奶奶一起到茶园采茶，奶奶采茶我和小弟弟就在茶地里玩挖蚯蚓玩，弄得我们像个灰老鼠似的。下午我和奶奶到田埂边采蒿子（一种野菜）回家做蒿子粑吃，可香了，我都两年没有吃过了，奶奶傍晚做好了，我一下就吃了3个，把小肚子撑得圆鼓鼓的才罢休。

时间过得真快，我们又要回南京了，又要和我的好伙伴们分开了，走的时候她们都来送我，我的眼泪都快流出来了，上车了，爷爷、奶奶一直送我们上车，在车上我和父亲说：“父亲：以后放假我还要回老家”。

Kirsty:Oh!That s boring.I even like go to beijing Road and buy some new clothes.

Sally:I don t like to buy clothes.I want go far some.Let s go to shenzhen .And play Window of the World, and all of us are going to have fun there.

Cindy: The admission ticket was too costly, and I feel to climb a mountain better play.Lets go to BaiYun hill together.

Kirsty: I m agree.climbing a mountain breathe fresh air.

Sarah:. Good idea. We should make use of weekend to toughen body.

How’s it going? I’m Zhang Hua. I’m a student in No.1 middle school. I have been studying English for 4 years. And I can talk to a native speaker in English.

In the school， I always talk to my classmates in English. You know it’s good for my English speaking. Of course， I try to listen to the teacher carefully. After school， I often read some English magazines newspapers. Sometimes I learn some English songs. It can improve my English grades.

Except this way ，I hope I can try another way to improve my English. So I want to take part in the summer camp. So I want to ask you some questions. Could you tell me when the summer camp will start where the summer camp hold? Then I want to know how money I should pay for the summer camp? At last ，could you tell me some requirements?

5月2日，我们一家人和约好的叔叔、阿姨，还有我的小伙伴，一起去了耕海人家。

到了那里，我就和我的好朋友张思凡聊了起来，过了一会儿，他的父亲说：“你们带上杯子去捉螃蟹吧！”我们都异口同声的答道：“好啊！”于是我们去拿了两个杯子，就下海去捉螃蟹了，我们边找螃蟹她边对我说：“要把石头搬起来，才能找到螃蟹。”于是我翻开了一块比较大的石头，一看，一对紫色钳子，碧绿色的壳儿，一双大大的眼睛，举着它的钳子，挥舞着，好像想夹我们一样，于是我一下伸手捉住了它，它却一下子夹住了我的手，我的手顿时流了很多血，这时我的好朋友张思凡赶紧把它的一条腿抓住，放进了杯子里，然后她就把我带回了饭店用创可贴贴一下，可是，令人意想不到的是，在回饭店的时候，我的伙伴的脚不小心踩在了淤泥里，陷了下去拔都拔不起来，我说：“你的脚慢慢的用力往上抬。”过了一会她的脚终于挣脱了出来，可是鞋还在里面，“我来帮你！”我说，于是，我就费了九牛二虎之力才把她的鞋子拔了出来，然后我们两个互相搀扶着回了饭店，我们休息了一会又跑下去了，我又搬开一块石头，看见了一只螃蟹不大不小，但是跑得很快，我赶紧抓住了它的一条腿，放进了杯子里，于是我跟她又抓了很多螃蟹、弹涂鱼、还有一种很奇怪的蟹。

那里可真好玩儿啊！我觉得有点遗憾，由于我只在那里住了一天，还没玩够，就回家了，因此下次，我还要到那里去玩。

在放五一假期的时候，我没有好好学习。

在放第一天假的时候，我睡到了中午一点才起床，然后起床之后就开始洗衣服了，衣服好多哦。我洗了一回，然后我我洗完之后就开始玩电脑了，玩了很长时光，我都没吃饭。到了晚上11点的时候家里来人了。然后就不玩了，开始吃饭。吃完之后就开始睡觉了。这一天就这样过去了

第二天仍然和第一天差不多。我睡到了11点就起床了，起之后吃饭。吃过之后有人来了，来了我们就看了一回电视。电视看完之后她走了我就开始玩电脑了。玩到了11点家人来家了来了。我就在忙了一回，忙玩之后我沾了一下电脑就睡觉了，这一天又过去了、

第三天我起的比前几天早，我10点就起床了。起床之后我把饭弄好了，家里又来人了。来过之后我们吃了饭，吃uo完又玩电脑了。然后今天玩的会早点睡觉的。

我怎么感觉这三天过的有点猪啊。

一、注意食品安全，防止传染病的发生

1、不买不食腐败变质、污秽不洁、过保质期、标识不全的食品。

2、不光顾流动摊档和卫生条件不佳的饮食店，不食用来历不明的食品。

3、春夏季是传染病高发季节，故尽量不要进入空气混浊的公共场所，特别是不到有病人的家庭串门。

4、经常开窗通风，保持居室的空气流通和环境卫生;勤洗手，养成良好的卫生习惯。

二、时刻要牢记交通安全

1、国家法律规定未满12周岁的学生不得骑车。

2、横过马路，要做到一停二看三通过。

3、不得在马路上相互追逐、嬉闹。

4、乘坐公交车，要注意做到有序乘车，文明礼让。

5、不坐无保障的车(无牌照车、报废车、超载车、司机酒后开车、司机无证驾驶等)。

三、防止溺水事故发生

1、要求学生做到在没有家长看护的情况下，不得在任何时候任何水域以任何理由下水。

2、不能到河边、池溏、深沟等地方玩耍、钓龙虾等。

四、注意活动安全

游戏活动是同学们生活中的重要内容，在活动中更要树立安全观念：

1、要注意选择安全的场所。要远离公路、建筑工地、工厂的生产区;不要进入无人空房、地窖等地方;要避开变压器、高压电线;不要攀爬水塔、电杆、屋顶、高墙;不要靠近河流、池塘、水井、粪坑、沼气池等。这些地方非常容易发生危险，稍有不慎，就会造成伤亡事故。

2、要选择安全的活动来做。不要做危险性强的游戏，不要攀爬高的建筑物、不要追跑打闹、用石块等互相投掷、点燃树枝废纸等。这样做的危险性很大，容易造成预料不到的恶果。

3、活动的时间不能太久。不要在夜晚、天黑时玩，容易发生危险，另外在哪玩、和谁玩要先告诉家长并征得同意后方可。

五、其它注意事项

1、牢记自己是一名光荣的少先队员，时刻牢记《小学生守则》和《小学生日常行为规范》的要求，为红领巾增添新的荣誉。希望同学们以“六好”为标准，时刻牢记老师的谆谆教导，放假期间，仍然要以学校的纪律和社会的规范来约束自己的行为。

2、利用“五一”假期，认真完成假期作业，多看一些课外读物，多参加有益的活动，多帮助父母做些家务活，锻炼自己各方面的能力。

3、注意保护眼睛，看书、看电视、上网时间四十分钟至一小时应让眼睛休息一会儿。

4、没有家长的带领，不允许私自外出，如确实需要外出，必须由家长带领，或者经家长同意后方可外出，必注意随时和家长联系。

5、不得进入网吧、游戏厅、台球室、录像厅等不利于青少年健康成长的场所，不结交不良社会人员。

同学们，生命是最为宝贵的，失去了就不可能重来。在安全的问题上，来不得半点麻痹和侥幸，必须要树立高度的安全意识，人人讲安全，时时讲安全，事事讲安全，珍爱生命、远离事故、远离伤痛!
