It is a celebrating day. I got in touch with Michael whom I have been losing contact for one year.

It is really magic. I was searching online aimlessly yesterday when an idea struck me suddenly: since Ben can find out my secret by keying in my name in the search engines, why can’t I do so, either?

昨天我在网上看到一则新闻：早高峰期间，巡逻的交警在路边发现了一辆违章的车辆，车的前挡风玻璃上贴了一张纸条，写着：接送孩子停车10分钟，请谅解。交警考虑车主有特殊情况，并没有直接贴罚单，而是先去其它地方巡逻。等他查完其它路段回来，发现车还停在原地，他又等了几分钟还不见车主出现，这才进行了处罚，并贴心留言：我们等了你11分钟”。

看到这一幕我不禁笑了，并在心里给这位人性化的交警点了个温柔赞!假如我是车主，看到这样的留言一定会为自己的行为感到惭愧。因为交警给了车主处理时间，还调侃地化解了尴尬，这比直接贴罚单更温柔却又更让人信服。

这位交警让我想起了自己四年级演出的经历。我因为粗心大意，在穿演出服的时候不小心把衣领扯破了。我心里一紧，脑子里不由自主地浮现出班主任平时严厉的样子，心想：“完了，出了那么大的纰漏，一顿劈头盖脸的训斥必定少不了了。这下不仅面子没了，连演出的资格也别想参加了!我越想越沮丧，当我鼓起勇气把这件事告诉班主任时，我的泪水止不住地流了出来，但班主任并没有严厉斥责我，也没取消我的演出资格。相反，她拉过我的手，递过几张纸给我，并安慰道：先别哭，马上比赛要开始了。我来想想还有什么方法。最后老师用针线帮我把衣领缝了起来。

最后，演出顺利结束，老师为让我记住教训，让我把大家的演出服细心地收好交给她。

因为不敢面对奶奶，我很少去黔西看望爷爷奶奶。我感觉到了奶奶的孤单、寂寞。

摆在我们面前的是晶莹透亮红提，煞是可爱。又有谁禁得起这美味的诱惑?

不用剥开皮儿，直接放在嘴里，千万不要学猪八戒那样，一口吞下去，轻轻地咬开那薄薄的皮儿，“哧——”，汁水像一缕甘泉，甜甜的，稍微带点儿酸，溅到舌头上，千万别吞下去，细细的品味一番，这种美好的滋味，让它慢慢地留进口腔里，流进胃里，流进到每一个细胞里。

告诉你一个秘密，吃红提不用剥皮。原来，红提的皮跟肉就像好兄弟一样血肉相连，几乎连在一起。如果，你硬要分开的话，果皮上总会黏连红色的果肉，多可惜呀!劝君不要再这么做了。

吃了一颗，又吃一颗，竟然发现果肉里面有空隙?我很好奇，问叔叔是怎么回事?

叔叔说：“它们是无核水果。”

“无核水果?我们买的西瓜也是无核的。这是什么先进生物技术呢?”

叔叔笑了笑说：“这技术不算先进。就是通过栽培技术和无核化处理相结合，是植物的种子软化或者败育。”叔叔瞅我一眼，问道：“什么是软化和败育?”

“软化，就是使植物种子变软，让顾客产生良好的食欲和购买欲。他们生产的水果就会卖出去了!

“败育，就是使种子不再发育。”

叔叔接着问：“软化和败育技术，有什么好处呢”

“果实颗粒大，早熟。”

“为什么?”叔叔问。

我思考了一下，伸开手掌，说：“你看，大拇指代表果肉，其余四指代表种子。如果其余四个指头(种子)不再吸收能量，植物所输送来的营养，就会被大拇指(果肉)吸收。”

叔叔笑了说：“你快成了小园艺家了!”

我拍了一下胸脯，骄傲的说：“本来就是嘛!”

叔叔笑了。

Travelis a very good means of broadening a persons perspective. It makes you come into contact with different cultures, meet people of different colors and go through peculiar rites and ceremonies. Travelling much, you will not only enrich your knowledge and experiences, but also be aware of the vastness of nature.

Travel may also relieve person of boredom and gloom. Travel brings you enjoyment and attraction. It gives you a pleasant experience, which will disperse your boredom and make you forget whatever annoys you. Travel broadens your mind and leaves you good memories. Later, you may go over these memories and enjoy your past experiences, thus keeping a fresh and sunny mind.

Travelers can choose different modes of transportation which have advantages and disadvantages. Airplanes are the fastest but also the most expensive. Buses and trains are less expensive, but they soon make you feel cramped and uncomfortable. Ships provide you with comfort unless you get seasick. Most people can afford traveling by bicycle, which, although slow, can limber up your muscles and get you closer to nature.

星期四傍晚，我在宿舍里洗澡，忽然看见窗外乌云越来越密，天色逐渐昏暗下来。看上去老天很不开心，准备“哭”一场了。

洗完澡后，我来到了教室，此时天色已黑，雨开始滴滴哒哒的下着。我正在认真看书的，忽然天上一道闪电，窗外瞬间恍如白昼。紧接着“轰隆——”的一声响彻云霄，我被吓得魂不附体，差点从椅子上跳起来了。那原本不大的雨，转眼间已成倾盆大雨，哗啦啦响个不停。紧接着，电闪雷鸣，风雨大作。一些胆小的同学和我一样，用手紧紧地捂住耳朵，像是要把这恐怖的声音拒之耳外。

好不容易撑过了晚修，但是雷雨并未减退。我们都急急忙忙赶回宿舍去。在路上，我看到不少人踩到水滑倒了，也有人祈祷着：“千万不要再打雷了啊。”的确，刚才的那阵阵雷电，威力无穷，仿佛要把人间毁灭似的。

我终于回到了宿舍，往窗外一看，不由得“哇!”的一声叫出来。只看到窗外远处许多树木都被吹得“狂舞”起来，随时有被吹倒的可能。地上的树叶、枯枝到处乱飞盘旋，校园里的花草大多都被吹得东倒西歪，凌乱不堪，似乎人间已经变成一片混沌。二遍铃后，我们都睡在床上，刻意掩上了耳朵，但是依然无法阻挡雷声。只听到每一阵雷声过后，远处就传来一阵尖叫声。整个夜晚，风雨声、树叶摇摆声、同学的尖叫声、轰隆的雷声相互交错，甚是恐怖。不知何时，我才昏沉入睡。

第二天醒来，雷声、树叶摇摆声、黑乎乎的乌云、吓人的闪电都已经消失得无影无踪，而那被大雨冲洗过后的树叶显得更绿了，小草也坚强地挺起了身姿。新的一天继续进行着。

The Jacksons spend their happy time on Sundays. They get up early in the morning. After breakfast, they go to church. There they meet a lot of people. They like to talk with them.

After they leave the church, the Jacksons go to the park. They go boating happily. Then it is time to have lunch. They have a picnic under the tree. After lunch the children begin to fly kites while the couples are fishing by the lake.

In the afternoon the children play on the lawn while Mr. and Mrs. Jockson are walking in the park. They enjoy themselves.

They spend almost the whole day in the park.
