The whole world faces the problem that raw materials are being used up at an increasing rate and food production can not keep up with the population increase. People in rich countries make the heaviest demands on the world’s resources, its food, fuel and land, and cause the most pollution. A baby born in the United States will use in his lifetime 30 times more of the world’s resources than a baby born in India. Unless all the countries of the world take united action to deal with the population explosion there will be more and more people fighting for a share of less and less land, food and fuel, and the future will bring poverty, misery and war to us all.

For most of the developing countries, it is a good idea to control the population growth. For example, China has carried out birth control for years. And this plan has a great effect on the world population.

If the population continues to increase, if the air and water continue to be polluted, if we don’t do something to protect wild-plant and wildlife species will be declining. Species and biological communities have difficulty adapting to change. Economic opportunities and the quality of life of future generations are also put at risk. 队会紧紧围绕着主题，分为“导入感恩主题、体会感恩之情、塑造感恩之心、升华感恩之意”四个环节。队会课上，中队辅导员老师引导队员们围绕自导自演的小品、诗歌朗诵和亲身经历的感人故事等，循循善诱，层层深入，队员们反应热烈，争先恐后说出自己的想法，自己的生活经历。通过本次活动，让孩子们懂得了感恩、回报是中华民族的传统美德，是我们社会的一种道德规范，也使队员们从感恩的体验中，学会了尊重老人和长辈，能正确面对挫折，学会感恩，做一个社会有用的人。

这次中队主题会旨在培养学生有一颗感恩的心，对待周围的同学，父母，老师，改变有的孩子心中只有自己，没有他人的现象。也使得平时同学之间，父母之间，师生之间的相处，能互相支持，互相谅解，需要讲点精神或做出某种牺牲。让队员们饮水思源，时刻抱着一颗感恩的心面对学习、面对生活、面对社会，培养良好的心理素质。

For children, parents stand for the authority and are strict. My mother is a very capable woman in educating. As for me, my mother is just like an elder sister. She has her own way to educate me and never uses force to regulate my behavior, which makes her distinct from other parents. Even when I was a teenage, she preferred talking to me instead of physical punishment. The most serious punishment as I could remember was that I stood at the corner of our garden, for my dog and I made the vegetables a mess. I appreciated that my mother gave me the opportunities to learn from the experiences. I got to know that through my 18th birthday present. The present was a cell phone. I used to be a faddist. My mother wanted to make me more rational on money. And I was crazy about cell phones when I was in high school. Jane is not the most beautiful girl I have ever met. But she is the most suitable one to be my girlfriend. She is optimistic and progressive.
