总结作文心得，我觉得作文不难，只要写出自己的所见、所闻、所思、所想。作文不是凭空捏造，也不是无中生有。所以，在学习之余，应该多读书、读好书，并且能多思考、读懂书。总之，我觉得作文这件事，兴趣是最好的老师，家长和老师的也应该以不断地赏识来提高我们的兴趣。说到此，我要向我的班主任—月亮姐姐万茜老师真诚地道一声谢谢，如果没有万老师对我缺点和不足的宽容和鼓励，我相信我对作文的兴趣不会如此的盎然!

今天，本人走上演讲台的惟一目的就是竞选优秀班级干部。

本人相信自己是够条件的。首先，本人有能力处理好班级的各种事务。因为本人具有较高的组织能力和协调能力，凭借这一优势，本人保证做到将班委一班人的积极性都调动起来，使每个班委成员扬长避短，互促互补，形成拳头优势。其次，本人还具有较强的应变能力，所谓“处变不惊，临乱不慌”，能够处理好各种偶发事件，将损失减少到最低限度。再次，本人相信自己能够为班级的总体利益牺牲一己之私，必要时，本人还能“忍辱负重”。最后，因为本人平时与大家相处融洽，人际关系较好，这样在客观上就减少了工作的阻力。

同学们，请信任本人，投本人一票，给本人一次锻炼的机会吧！

本人会经得住考验的，相信在我们的共同努力下，充分发挥每个人的聪明才智，我们的班务工作一定能搞得十分出色，我们的班级一定能跻身全市先进班级的先列，步入新的辉煌！
