1月31号，也叫大年夜。我们一家人要到外婆家去，因为今天不但是他们家过年，也就是我那可爱的表弟过生日，真的是双喜临门。

一大早，我们就来到表弟家里。只见舅舅正在打扫卫生，表弟则在房间里玩着他那心爱的电脑，桌上还放着一个大蛋糕。

外婆在厨房里忙着做饭。平常很少帮忙的我，系好围裙，也去帮忙了。红烧肉，炒菜，菜摆了一大桌，最令我满意的是那个我亲手做的水果拼盘。盘子的周边就是一片片小橘子，里面就是切成一片一片的西瓜。啊，真的是美丽，色香味俱全。看着这一桌我亲自和外婆一起做的菜，我心里真的是非常愉快。

吃过一会晚饭，舅舅拿出了蛋糕。我和表弟一起插上了生日蜡烛，一支一支地点燃了。大家唱起了《生日歌》，乘着这时候，表弟许了一个愿望，就把蜡烛给吹灭了。然后，表弟拿起了刀，切蛋糕，他把蛋糕一份一份地送到大家手里。表弟可高兴了，拿起蛋糕咬了一大口，顺手用沾在手上的奶油把我涂成了一个大花脸。大家看着我，都哈哈大笑。我也想涂表弟一下，他跑的快，没涂成，弟弟更乐了。这时，欢声笑语充满了整个屋子。

旅行团的车子平稳的行驶在焦晋高速公路上。我发现这个高速公路和其他高速公路不同。因为它是穿山而建的。所以上面有很多的隧道。其中最长的要数“牛郎河隧道”了。大概有四公里长。走在里面黑洞洞的。而出了隧道又仿佛在云中穿梭一般。

过了一个小时，我们终于来到了晋城市白马寺滑雪场。我穿上了笨重的雪橇，拿着雪棍就出发了。开始的时候我不会滑。刚到雪地就摔了个四脚朝天，但是我并没有泄气，而是慢慢的站起来，在比较平坦的地方练习。看着爸爸姐姐都上到了最高处往下滑，我心里真着急啊。越着急就越摔跤。终于在摔了不知道几跤之后慢慢的掌握了滑雪要点。敢从半中间往下滑了。最后我终于也像爸爸那样站在了最高点往下滑。我的心里别提多高兴了!

这次，我不仅学会了滑雪，还锻炼了自己的意志。懂得了坚持还要坚强才能取得胜利!

转眼寒假即将结束，而我也度过了一个快乐的寒假。

假期里，我玩得很开心，我假期里去了普文、玉溪，还有勐捧，那里都很好玩。普文的农村风景很美丽，去玉溪的路上，坐在车上很颠簸，那种感觉却是美美的，走在勐捧的那座吊桥上，象荡秋千一样，很有趣。假期里的生活，让我恋恋不舍。还有一次，我妈妈说领我和她的同学去西双版纳傣族园玩，一上车，却发现妈妈的同学领着一个小孩，却是我的同班同学郭文凯。真是有趣极了，妈妈和妈妈是同学，孩子和孩子又是同学，不觉增了许多亲近感，那一天，我和郭文凯玩得真开心，妈妈们也是。我的寒假作业也做完了，作业有四样：一是写字贴，二是做练习册;三是写十篇日记;四是阅读课外书。做完这些作业，我的进步不少。假期很美好，可毕竟已经过去了。

快乐的寒假过去了，我也要开始新的一学期了。

在寒假里，我最快乐的一件事是，我回老家和奶奶一起做煎堆。

煎堆是我们客家人过年做的一种传统美食。在临近春节的时候 ，我和奶奶一起做煎堆。奶奶先搬来铁桶做的炉子，点上火，架上木柴.然后把一口大锅放在上面，倒上油，再把做煎堆的材料切成一条条，弄成一截截，又把每一截捏成圆形，放进油锅。我想：只捏成圆形太单调了点，我何不把它捏成各种各样的形状呢?于是，我把做煎堆的材料捏成各种各样的形状：有爱心形、有菱形、有正方形······然后小心翼翼地将它们放进滚烫的油锅里，用筷子慢慢地翻动，使它们不会黏在一起，它们在油锅里上下滚动，像在翻跟斗。等它们煎到金黄色时，再把它们捞起来，看得我垂涎三尺，妈妈看我很想吃，便让我尝了一个。啊!又香又甜又软。真是太好吃了!我们大约用了三个小时左右，才把全部煎堆做完。

这天是我在寒假里最快乐的一天，既学会了做煎堆，又尝到了自己的劳动成果。

椰子是热带水果，只能在马来西亚这种一年四季都很热的地方长。它的外壳是绿色的，像个圆滚滚的皮球。里面的果肉是奶白色的，十分诱人。椰子汁及健康友好喝，清凉爽口，椰肉也更是妙不可言。

1月26日，我们美丽的学校放了假，我在这个寒假当中生活的有滋有味，其中，我最快乐的时候就是过年的时候这才叫做爽快，快乐。

接着，我又玩了套圈。几乎每家店套的东西都不一样，有：饮料、零食、金鱼、玩具……所以我每家都套几个，而且在套的时候心中默念“信春哥，满血原地复活!”不只是我人品大爆发，还是春哥保佑。每家我都能中一两个。一圈玩下来，再看我手里：吃的、喝的、玩的，都齐了。让我十分开心。接着，我又去买了点别的东西吃。

吃饱喝足后，我一看表，时间也不早了。收拾收拾我的战利品，高高兴兴地回家喽!
