随着一声“放假了”，我丰富多彩的暑假生活开始了。

7月6日是我暑假的第三天，我早早就起床，来到平静的少年宫游泳池学习游泳。我戴上了游泳帽，穿上游泳裤，与小伙伴们做泳前热身。我们是初学者，在浅水区里做基本动作。我们学习了伸腿、蹬腿、蹬腿、勾脚。

我在慢慢进步。学习游泳第三天，我顺利升级至中级班。中级班在较深些的水区学习，学习内容难度比初级班有所提升。潜水、蛙泳基础、漂浮等这些内容，经过我几日的不懈学习，早已不在话下。终于，激动人心的一刻到来了，我在7月12日这一天进入高级班的深水区学习。这代表着我游泳进步的速度在加快，同时也是我学习游泳的又一个里程碑。高级班，在我们小伙伴中似乎是一个遥不可及的站点，可我却凭着知难而进的精神于第七天成功进驻。

高级班的学习内容，难度大大增加。学习手的动作，要把手伸直，把头埋入水中，划手，起头。由于是趴在岸边学习，压得我喘不过气来，真是一种煎熬。最后，我们就开始在水中学习游泳了。开始，我往往游得不上手，总是游出几米后，就不好探出头来，使我总是失败。于是，我决定一定要学会游泳，就开始发狠功猛练手的动作，把手练到酸都不在乎。你往往会见到这样的场景：一名学员趴在岸边，把手伸直，将头埋入水中，划手，起头。功夫不负有心人，在一次下水练习游泳时，我成功学会了游泳。我靠着岸边，两腿一蹬，向池中冲去。我不断地蹬腿，再把头浮出水面，就这样循环做着动作，我游出了十米开外。

终于，7月21日，是我与教练、队友告别的日子，我的游泳生涯结束了。经过这些天的努力学习，我学会了游泳的基本动作和知识，掌握了蛙泳的动作要点。世上无难事，只要肯登攀。只要你努力了，就没有学不会的东西。可不是吗，我学习时被晒黑了，手练酸了，可我更健康了。在这15天中，我彻底改掉了怕水的坏毛病。现在，我能在水中自由自在地游泳了。从原来的怕水，到现在的会游泳，其中有非常多的尖酸坎坷。不过，我真想大喊一句：“我学会游泳了!”

时间飞跃，暑假结束了。暑假路上，一路艰辛坎坷，但也乐在其中。暑假里，我没去旅游，只是过着简单的生活。暑假真是我的一段美好时代。

My school life is very common. I get up at six o’clock every morningfrom Monday to Friday. And the I would go running with my classmates, as our head teacher says health is themost important thing. After running I have to do morning exercises on theplayground. Then I can have breakfast. Having breakfast, I need to have morningreading. Oh, I almost forget that all of the students have to do some cleaningbefore breakfast. There come the various classes. Then noon comes. Havinglunch, I will go to sleep. 暑假来了，我的心里非常的快活，因为要放两个月的假，哈哈，简直太爽了。

第一天，妈妈走进我的房间，对我说：“我和你爸给你报了一个暑假班，你好好学习。”说完，妈妈走出了房间，我失望地低下了头，心想，真是有幸中的不幸，悲哀呀!

经过一个月的埋头苦读，暑假班终于结束了。爸妈带我去海边玩耍，我来到沙滩，拿起沙子做城堡。我精心制作起来，过了一会儿，城堡做好了，可没想到的是，一个淘气的小弟弟向城堡冲去，一屁股坐在城堡上，城堡“塌”了。我一边哭一边向小弟弟大喊，“你为什么弄坏我的城堡?”小弟弟低着头说：“对不起，对不起!”这时，妈妈走过来说：“好了，你和这个小弟弟再做一个吧!”那个小弟弟也跟着说：“哥哥，我们再做一个吧，别生气了。”渐渐地，我的气消了，笑容满面地说：“那好吧，我和你再做一个!”大约过了五六分钟，我们的城堡修建好了，我和小弟弟欢呼着，心里有说不出来的高兴。

暑假里，爸爸妈妈带我去海边玩儿，让我交到了一个好朋友——小弟弟。嘿嘿，并且，我和小弟弟做了一个美丽的城堡，这真让我心满意足啊!

我的暑假生活真是丰富多彩，真是一个快活的暑假!

今天我们要游玩的地方是香港迪斯尼乐园，这是我梦寐以求想去的地方。一大早，爸爸把我叫醒了，我做好了一切准备。

我们坐在前往迪斯尼的地铁上，地铁的速度非常快，一会儿香港迪斯尼乐园就到了。迪斯尼分为四个区，有“美国小镇大街”、“探险世界”、“幻想世界”和“明日世界”。

我们首先来到了“明日世界”，也是最刺激的。我们先去玩了“飞越太空山”，车开了，我的手握住扶把，生怕车会把我甩下去，开始我觉得车开得很慢，还可以观察风景：天花板上有好多星星和月亮，好像真在太空中一样，我看得正入迷的时候，车突然上坡，马上又来了一个俯冲，我还没反应过来，车又来了一个急转弯……慢慢地车停了下来，我长长地松了一口气。

接着我们坐船去“探险世界”，一条古老的小船载着我们走向原始森林，一路上，我们看见了许多野兽皮和人骨头挂在路边，就像真回到了原始森林，小船带我们沿着弯弯曲曲的河流行驶，突然从水里冒出几只鳄鱼，它们张开大嘴，把小船团团围住，好像要把小船一口吞掉一样，正在这时候，小船一转弯，便逃走了。转弯后，一座火焰山出现在我们的面前，它的洞口喷出一些白雾，火渐渐冒了出来，白雾加上火焰，呛得人喘不上气来，火焰向小船滚滚扑来，火烤得人身上像冒了烟一样，正在最危险的时候，还好小船及时开走了。

我们上了岸，来到了一个神秘的小岛，沿着弯曲的小路，我们看见了猿人住的地方，只见猿人有的在树上荡秋千，有的在树枝上大喊大叫，有的还在树上睡觉呢。猿人跟我们人类相似，他是我们人类几千年前的祖宗。

在迪斯尼乐园里我们还玩了很多地方，这一天我玩得可开心了!

到了晚上，焰火升起来了，焰火把周围照得像童话中的世界一样金碧辉煌，我们才依依不舍地离开了，再见了迪斯尼，再见了香港。

从小我的脑袋瓜里就翻腾着许许多多、形形色色的梦想。当一名手执教鞭的老师;变成一只在空中翱翔的小鸟;化身翩翩飞舞的蝴蝶……色彩斑斓的梦古怪又离奇。

当我蹒跚在幼稚的乐园，系上小学辅导员发给我的红领巾，一转眼带上了闪闪发光的团徽，现在的我是一枚青涩的初中少女了。

一次偶然的机会，清华的几位哥哥姐姐到我们学校参加活动。清华是一所名校，建筑大师梁思成，前总理朱榕基都曾在这里就读。这儿汇集了全国顶尖才子。因为这个原因，我羡慕的目光一直追随着他们的身影。同他们的交流，让我深深感受的到这些天之骄子的才华与魅力。于是新的梦想产生了—进入清华大学。

于是我化身为一棵阳光灿烂的向日葵。当清晨第一缕阳光进入房间，我便背着书包，嘴里背诵着古诗文、ABC。奔跑在求学路上，呼吸清新的空气，我浑身洋溢着无穷的活力。

课堂上，我的思维跟随着老师的讲解不断升腾、飞跃。笔尖在书本上发出的唰唰声像那激任人奋进的鼓点。喔，多么美妙的校园时光!

赶着清脆的放学铃声，我回到了家中。随着钟表时针的摆动，桌子右边那摞作业不知不觉间挪到了左边。书页一面面飞舞，我的目光仅紧紧追随，慢慢，眼皮一点点下垂，怎么也睁不开。对着书桌上幽静的灯光，我慢慢进入梦乡。

日历一页页翻过，终于。功夫不负有心人，成绩单上那串数字格外耀眼，映得我的心暖暖的。梦里好像真的畅游在清华园里……

“人类因梦想而伟大，人生因拼搏而精彩”。是的，梦想就犹如一座座灯塔，指引我方向，传递我动力，赋予我希望。正是这种些稀奇古怪的梦想，我的生活充满激情，充满活力，充满阳光。

梦想让生活变得更美好!

Today is Saturday, I don’t need to go to school, so I decided to take some morning exercises. Early in the morning, I went out of the house and looked around, the city was so quiet. With few cars, the air was fresh, I felt so comfortable. Besides the people who took the morning exercise, I found some people who worn the orange uniform, they were working. This was the first time for me to see the cleaners work in the morning, they were easily neglected, because they worked so early and when the time for people to go to work, cleaners rested. Watching these cleaners working, I feel so thankful for them, they were doing the greatest job. People praised them as the city’s dressers, they kept the city clean all the time and brought comfort to people. They are the respectable people, we should applause for them.

还没有放暑假的时候，每天一大早就要起床，刷牙，洗脸，然后赶着去上学。放学后，要忙着做功课，做完功课，接着又要去上珠心算班的才艺课，上完珠心算课，又要去练钢琴。哇!我好像机器人喔!每天都做相同的事。我好期待快一点放暑假，做我自己想要做的事情。

暑假有两个月，有六十多天的日子。不用上学，想睡多久就睡多久，睡醒了就开电视来看卡通，爱看多久就看多久，无聊的时候拿掌上型游戏机玩一玩，这样的暑假多快乐啊!但是，这样过暑假好像也是每天做一样的事啊。

炎热的暑假，一整天泡在凉凉的游泳池应该是最舒服的事了，如果能像小鱼到处游来游去玩耍就更有趣了，但是我不会游泳!对了，我为什么不利用这六十天的假期学游泳，可以到游泳池泡水，又可以学会游泳到处游来游去，一举两得。

暑假我最想做的事就是学会游泳，而且不只学会一种，最好是蛙式，自由式，仰式，蝶式，狗爬式……都学会，这样我一整个暑假都可以泡在游泳池里，外面太阳再怎么大，我都不怕。暑假学会游泳，我不但可以享受当水生动物的乐趣，也不会白白浪费两个月的暑假，不然等到开学后，我又没有多余的时间玩水了。

期末考试结束了。终于可以和紧张的学习进行短暂的告别，开始愉快的寒假生活了。尤其新年将至，我的心情显得格外轻松雀跃。

当我兴高采烈的到达枝江爷爷奶奶的家门口时，两位老人家早已经在路边盼望多时。我扑到奶奶怀里告诉她我有多么的想念她。爷爷拉着我的手，满脸笑容的问着我的成绩，当得到满意的答复时，他笑盈盈的递给我一个大大的红包。我开心极了!

可惜好景不长。有一天晚上妈妈正看着手机新闻，她突然神情紧张的和爸爸说：“糟了，今晚12点过了，我们枝江要封城了。看来事态严重啊。”我在旁边大吃一惊，心想：这真可怕!封城了，我们是不是回不了我上学的城市——宜昌了?

第二天刚起床，妈妈就拿出了口罩命令我们全家必须戴上。并且再三强调了病毒的危害性和传染性。大家都自觉的把口罩戴上了，唯独爷爷不屑一顾。看着爷爷轻视的态度，我很着急的跑向爷爷：“爷爷，你天天看新闻，你就不知道这场病毒的危害吗?你必须戴好口罩!”

爷爷笑嘻嘻地说：“孙子，这可不行呀!我还忙着要去地里照看蔬菜呢，管什么病毒呢。再说了，病毒离我们这么远，不会传染到我们农村的。”

“走，我们去看新闻。”我拉着爷爷的手来到电视前，“你看看每天新增加的人数再来和我理论。”我装作很生气的样子严厉地对他大吼来。

盯着电视上的新闻，望着不断上升的患病人数，看着医生护士们连日不断工作辛苦疲惫的神态，我的心都揪起来了。我深刻感受到这场病疫的凶险和_它所需要付出的艰难。我转过头，发现爷爷不知道什么时候早已自觉的戴上了口罩了。

这次的春节过的不同寻常却又意义非凡。它让我感受到了家的温暖，也让我懵懵懂懂的明白了作为中国人的社会责任感。

No longer is the possession of information confined to a privileged

minority.

In the last century the wealthy man with his own library was indeed

fortunate, but today there are public libraries.

Forty years ago people used to flock to the cinema, but now far more people

sit at home and turn on the TV to watch a program that is being channeled into

millions of homes.

Communication is no longer merely concerned with the transmission of

information.

The modern communication industry influences the way people live in society

and broadens their horizons by allowing access to information, education and

entertainment.

The printing, broadcasting and advertising industries are all involved with

informing, educating and entertaining.

Although a great deal of the material communicated by the mass media is

very valuable to the individual and to the society of which he is a part, the

vast modern network of communications is open to abuse.

However, the mass media are with us for better, for worse, and there is no

turning back.

小黄人，萌翻我!

今天妈妈下班回家，催促我快点写作业。我好奇地问：“为什么?”妈妈笑了笑，说：“晚上带你去看《小黄人大眼萌》电影，今天是放映最后一场，顺便也奖励你阅读考试100分。”我兴奋极了，大叫：“太好了，正合我心啊!”

晚上，我和妈妈手挽着手，头靠着头，走在小路上。街上车水马龙、人头攒动、灯火通明。进了电影院，上了电梯，我来到取票机旁，先按屏幕上第一个小方块取票，然后输入一串长长的数字，最后按下确认按键，只听“咔擦”一声，两张红红的电影票便从“滑梯”上轻松滚下。

我拿着一桶爆米花和一杯可乐，兴高采烈地走进了3号厅，找到位置坐下来，聚精会神地盯着电影屏。屏幕上，三个超萌的“前格鲁时代”小黄人，正踏上寻找邪恶主人之旅，他们从电视机中看见了恶人大会的通知，就搭上了银行抢劫犯的顺风车。经过一系列的坎坷之后，竟阴差阳错地成为了恶女人斯嘉丽的下属。小黄人们为斯嘉丽干的第一件坏事就是盗取伊丽莎白女王的皇冠，其中呆萌的小黄人鲍勃竟然成为新任国王。斯嘉丽和她的丈夫一起联手对付小黄人，但都失败了，最后小黄人维护了正义。

电影中，那三个有着大眼睛，穿着牛仔背带裤的小黄人讲着我们听不懂的萌语，样子真是太可爱了，简直把我给萌翻了，害得我爆米花都吃不下了，难怪这群小家伙能在全球圈粉无数呢!

今晚，小黄人给我带来了不一样的愉悦，我希望我们也能像小黄人一样永远萌下去!

转眼间，暑假已经过去半个多月。在这半个多月里，我接触了许多新事物。

首先是乒乓球。以前我是一个“体育白痴”，我刚开始练习时很吃力。教练多次给我示范动作我就是学不会。怎么办?练呀!我一有空就练习，或者看别人做，我跟着学，然后私底下再自己琢磨一下技巧。慢慢地，我的球技越来越好，教练都说我是“功夫不负有心人”。

其次是学吉他。记得去年暑假，我接触了我人生第一样乐器——尤克里里。可以称它为“小吉他”，只是它比一般吉他少了两根弦，小了一点而已。但是今年暑假，我真正“进军”到了吉他领域。不看不知道，一看吓一跳。吉他比尤克里里大多了，把它俩放在一起，简直就是“小巫见大巫”。因此我初学吉他时也很吃力。手指灵活度不高，按弦按不响，和弦按错……这些问题成了我的“家常便饭”。于是我只能“勤学苦练。”又一个“功夫不负有心人”，在妈妈的监督和自己的努力下，终于把这些毛病都一一克服了。最后就是我的英语课程。和往常的“新理念”不同，今年暑假我学习了“新概念”。它比“新理念”要难得多，这就意味着我比平时要更加努力了。我会的!我一定把我的“英语之梦”继续下去，让它闪耀，让它辉煌。除了这些学习课程，假期里我还阅读了许多好书，如《红岩》、《故乡》、《平凡的世界》、《红楼梦》……都让我受益匪浅。我还试着帮助家人做了很多家务，享受劳动的快乐!

下学期我就该升入初中了，我一定会更加努力，做更优秀的自己!

今年暑假我最难忘的就是我的生日。

那天，早上起床我就看到妈妈精心布置的蓝色气球，“Happy Birthday”、美国队长和飞机形状的气球挂满了整面墙，我兴奋极了。

到了晚上，我邀请了鲁奕朝、王言午、刘楚瑜、周子睿和小美来参加我的生日派对。妈妈给大家点了香喷喷的牛排，大家津津有味的吃着，不一会，大家就吃完了。这时，妈妈端出了一个蛋糕，我们打开一看，“哇”是一个美国队长的圆形蛋糕。瞧，上面还有三个人偶呢!大家围着蛋糕一起为我唱生日歌，然后我许了一个愿，吹灭了蜡烛。

这是一个美好的暑假，因为妈妈和小伙伴们陪我度过了我最难忘的9岁生日!

说起写作，同学们可能都很伤脑筋吧?自从上了王校长的写作课，我渐渐的爱上了写作，体会到了写作的乐趣。

写作既可以丰富想象力，又能培养创造力。记得有一次，老师让我们写一篇关于宠物的作文，同时要求我们用另一种写法——写人的方法进行写作。我开动脑筋，很快就有了灵感，写出了“我家的金鱼”，作文中，我举了两个例子来说金鱼的特点，即游泳比赛说明它游得快，贪吃说明它食量大。同时，在作文中，我加入了大量的对话，使文章更加生动有趣。

写作还可以帮助我缓解学习生活中的压力，记得有一次，在学校里我忘记带彩泥，被彭老师盖了一朵蓝花，身为班长的我，这学期从未被盖过蓝花，所以我感到很委屈。但因为自己确实做错了，所以回家也不敢和妈妈讲这事。于是，我拿出日记本，将学校今天发生的事和心里的委屈全写下来了。写完日记，我没有那么难过了，心情慢慢好了起来。

写作也培养了我的自信。在王校长的耐心教导下，我掌握了写景、状物、写人、写事等不同类型作文的方法和技巧。于是，每次写作文时我都文思如泉，笔走如飞。每次老师发的稿纸几乎都被我写满了。一次、两次、三次……王校长多次将我的作文分享给同学。每次分享，听到同学们发出的啧啧赞叹声，我感到非常自豪。不断的进步和提高，让我成了三(7)班的作文高手。

乐趣，就像生活中的氧气，无处不在。写作，就像一颗糖果，唯有细细品尝，你才能真正体会到它的甜美。

The Laba Festival is a traditional Chinese holiday celebrated on the eighth day of the twelfth month of the lunar Chinese calendar. "La" is the name given to the 12th lunar month and 8 is pronounced as "ba" in Chinese, which translated is "Laba." There are several legends about the origin of this festivity and we could not tell which one is true. But what we know today is that this festival started as a sacrificial offering to ancestors. It was also a time for the ancient Chinese to pray to heaven and earth that there would be a bountiful harvest. Many people hoped for good luck as well for the coming year.

农历十二月初八是中国的传统节日——腊八节，腊代表中国农历的十二月，而八是eight的发音，因此，这个节日被翻译成腊八。关于腊八起源的传说有很多，我们已经不能辨其真假。时至今日，我们确定的是这个节日起初是为了祭祀祖先，祈求丰收以及为即将来到的一年祈福。

Traditionally, the Laba rice porridge is the most important element of the festival. Generally, the porridge contains eight ingredients which can include glutinous rice, red beans, millet, Chinese sorghum, peas, dried lotus seeds and some other ingredients, such as dried dates, chestnut meat, walnut meat, almond, peanut, etc. The porridge must be boiled for many hours and then offered as a sacrifice to the ancestors. This must be done before noontime. Also, it is tradition that family members eat the porridge together. Then they leave some as a symbol of hope for a good harvest the coming year.

I believe interest is of the utmost importance in choosing a job, I have been

interested in psychology for a long time, so I want to be a psychologist in the

future, I think being a psychologist can help lots of people lead a happier

life.

However, it isnt easy for me to become a qualified psychologist and many

people around me think that its unrealistic to me. NevertheLess, Ill make

every effort to gain much more knowLedge, patience, methods, etc. to live up to

the name of a qualified psychologist. I believe my dream will come true

someday.

这个暑假嘛,说不上是“颓废沮丧”的，但也不能用“丰富多彩”来形容。唯一值得纪念的便是七月下旬到八月上旬的那次南游了，收获倒是不少，大开眼界，既陶冶了情操，亦洗涤了心灵。但是由于自己一拖再拖的态度和N低的办事效率，昨天才完成作业，特长等等都未来得及培养，是我自己不善于利用时间，而白白荒废了这大好时光。昨天看了方方的一篇文章，名为《节约时间》，说得很到位，充分体现出了办事效率之重要性，有兴趣或者有时间的同学可以去拜读一下，网址为

算了，吸取教训就很好——以后办事要认真专心，不要漫不经心、三心二意的，要注重办事效率!!!那，说点积极地，现在来看看我新学期的打算吧!

在学业方面：我应当尽力保持班级前五名，级部前六十名。这个要求，相信只要努力就不算高!!!加油，我宋晓蓓说到做到!!!

在文娱、特长发展方面：所谓中的“X”，我已决定是乐器，最好是好好学，好好发展，我能行的。

在体育锻炼方面：坚持夏、秋天每早都要做广播体操，冬、春天要坚持围操场跑两圈。争取短跑保持第一名。

交友方面：新学期，班里一定会来新同学，一定要好好的相处，认真做到：慎交友、交诤友、交益友，不交损友等交友原则。

心理发展方面：积极健康，坚决摒弃陋习，多培养特长。要乐观，中国有句古语——在哪儿摔倒的，就在哪儿坚强地站起来!!!我能!!!

Since I was at school, I have heard a lot about college. A boy near my

house is in college now, every time I meet him, I will ask him how he feels

about campus life, he smiles and tells me many funny things.The ideal college

has been built in my mind. There is beautiful trees and flours, boys and girls

talk and walk happily, they share things together, students and teachers discuss

course. In the lake, some students talk to foreigners, what an enjoyable

situation. In order to go to my ideal college, I must work hard.
