今年我和爸爸一起去北京看鸟巢，飞机穿行在丝丝缕缕的云层之间，美极了，我望向窗外，天空真美，如同处在宫崎骏的天空之城上。

穹顶之上是澄碧的蓝天——正如我所见，蓝，毫无杂质的蓝。而穹顶之下，地面上属于我们的天，却是灰的。

近两年，“雾霾”这一词语成了热门话题。而柴静自费拍摄的雾霾调查纪录片《穹顶之下》，也再一次将环境污染提到了一个新的高度。雾霾的出现，就像把童话变成了噩梦，人们不能不在“山色空蒙雨亦奇”中戴上口罩。

雾霾究竟是什么呢?雾霾是一定气候条件与人类活动相互作用的结果，高密度人口的经济和社会活动必然会排放大量细颗粒物(PM 2.5)，如果排放超过大气循环能力和承载度，细颗粒物浓度将持续积聚起来，此时如果受天气等影响，极易出现大范围的雾霾。因为雾霾，我和爸爸去北京时特意准备了口罩，却也起不到多大的作用，汽车尾气、扬尘、违规厂房等污染，导致北京的天是雾蒙蒙的，大白天的能见度也不是很高，医院也因空气污染患呼吸道疾病的人，也越来越多，此前，爵士歌手佩蒂·奥斯汀就是因北京雾霾哮喘病发，被迫取消演唱会。

雾霾如此严重，环境如此糟糕，而我们的国人仿佛只想到现在，只想到自己，只想着眼前的利益，呜呼!我泱泱大国就不能出现几个柴静吗?我们不呼吸行不行?不行!这固然是很不现实的，我们暂时没有能移居到别的星球的能力，我们需要的不是回避现实的乌龟缩壳的心态，而是要有像英国这样勇于破釜沉舟的意识，他们能在痛定思痛的基础上改变了本来上风明显的支柱产业，大力改变蓝天白云的纯净度，回报他们的不是国家的落后，而是惊人的经济发展速度!

城市的崛起和发展固然是一个国家繁华进步的重要标志，但是和生命比起来呢?我们的选择和意识决定了本身的命运。所以，从现在起，不要让绿色出行，低碳环保成为一纸空谈，行动起来，举报那些违规，，走出家门，向不懂、不理解、不愿去做的人们去宣传低碳健康的生活方式：做一个心中有蓝天，有祖国的志愿者……这些我们都能做，并且都应当作。

12月5号，我们因为雾霾天气的影响被迫停课一天，这让我既高兴又难过。高兴的是今天可以玩不用上学，难过的是外面的污染实在太严重了。

那么为什么会出现这样的天气呢?我上网查了一下什么是雾霾：原来雾是自然天气现象，霾是悬浮在空气中的烟、灰尘等物质，随着呼吸气体进入人体内并粘附在人体下呼吸道和肺叶中，对人体有害。是人为环境污染所致。这让我想到身边的一些事，爸爸开车带我出去玩，汽车不知道排出了多少尾气，让空气污染变得严重，焚烧秸秆，浓烟飘到了碧蓝的天空，。这样污染环境的现象还有很多，如工业废气，建筑扬尘、煤炭燃烧等。

大家只要不图享受，不贪心，从自身做起，就会减少污染。我向大家发出倡议，保护环境，人人有责，从我做起，从大家做起!

Yesterday was the ninth day of the World Cup. There was a football match between China and Brazil. We know Brazilian Team is the top one of the world. 今天早上，当我伏在窗边眺望远方时，意外地发现窗玻璃上多了一些颗粒状的小水珠，细细端详，每一颗小水珠里都包含着一团小小的黑色灰尘微粒，我很奇怪。再放眼往远处看，高大的楼房仿佛系上了一条条轻柔的白纱，霓虹灯点缀的彩带也越发缥缈起来;停车场上过往的车子也开启了雾灯，射出的灯光如同一根根光柱。天渐渐暗了下来，窗上的水珠越集越多，慢慢地，小水珠吮吸得越来越大。窗外的一切是那么的静谧美好，我不禁也被深深吸引了……就在这时我听见爸爸说：“哎!今天又是个雾霾天气，空气不好一定要带上口罩呀!”哦!原来这就是雾霾天气呀!

‘雾’和‘霾’实际上是有区别的。”雾是指大气中因悬浮的水汽凝结、能见度低于1公里时的天气现象;而灰霾的形成主要是空气中悬浮的大量微粒和气象条件共同作用的结果。

雾霾对人体会产生什么样的危害呢?

①雾霾的危害主要在于一旦被人从呼吸道吸入，就会沉积于人的肺泡，沉积肺泡的烟尘被溶解后进入血液，容易造成血液中毒。

②未被溶解的部分被细胞吸收容易破坏细胞造成尘肺。

③霾中所含有的其他有害物质如二氧化硫主要是刺激人的呼吸道，对人的危害更大。

④雾霾严重时，其内的污染物杂质可使人的中枢神经发生病变，引起肺水肿或慢性气管炎，特别是当人们吸入肺部，严重时可导致肺气肿及肺癌等症。

⑤霾中的化学烟雾，当浓度达到某一界限后，就会对人的眼睛、呼吸道产生危害。霾中的一氧化碳，当其浓度为900PPm时，人接触1小时就会感到头痛、眼睛呆滞;当浓度达到1200PPm时，人接触1小时就会神经麻痹，有生命危险。霾中的碳氧化物，对人的眼、鼻和呼吸道有强烈的刺激作用，在一定条件下，将对肝、胃和心脏血管系统的功能产生破坏作用。

③雾霾天必须外出，回到室内后要做到： 洗脸最好用温水，可以将附着在皮肤上的阴霾颗粒有效清洁干净;漱口清除附着在口腔的脏东西;最关键的是清理鼻腔。

④在大雾天气升级的情况下尽量不要开窗;确实需要开窗透气的话，开窗时应尽量避开早晚雾霾高峰时段，可以将窗户打开一条缝通风，不让风直接吹进来，通风时间每次以半小时至一小时为宜。

常言道“秋冬毒雾杀人刀”。我们看得见、抓不着的“雾霾”其实对身体的影响较大，尤其是对心脑血管和呼吸系统疾病高发的老年人群体。

1.对呼吸系统的影响。霾的组成成分非常复杂，包括数百种大气化学颗粒物质。其中有害健康的主要是直径小于10微米的气溶胶粒子，如矿物颗粒物、海盐、硫酸盐、硝酸盐、有机气溶胶粒子、燃料和汽车废气等，它能直接进入并粘附在人体呼吸道和肺泡中。尤其是亚微米粒子会分别沉积于上、下呼吸道和肺泡中，引起急性鼻炎和急性支气管炎等病症。对于支气管哮喘、慢性支气管炎、阻塞性肺气肿和慢性阻塞性肺疾病等慢性呼吸系统疾病患者，雾霾天气可使病情急性发作或急性加重。如果长期处于这种环境还会诱发肺癌。

2.对心血管系统的影响。雾霾天气空气中污染物多，气压低，容易诱发心血管疾病的急性发作。比如雾大的时候，水汽含量非常的高，如果人们在户外活动和运动的话，人体的汗就不容易排出，造成人们胸闷、血压升高。

3.雾霾天气还可导致近地层紫外线的减弱，使空气中的传染性病菌的活性增强，传染病增多。

4.由于雾天日照减少，儿童紫外线照射不足，体内维生素D生成不足，对钙的吸收大大减少，严重的会引起婴儿佝偻病、儿童生长减慢。
