宇翔回到家，惊奇地发现家里乱糟糟的，也没有人，客厅桌子上到处是印有他照片的A4纸，这都是父母用来找他的寻人启事啊宇翔哭了，被父母的爱感动哭了。

不久，父母从外面回来，发现宇翔在家两人惊喜不已，一家人抱在一起，享受相隔数天后团圆的喜悦。林母从A4纸堆中拿出一个长方形盒子，“儿子，这是补偿给你的手机，咱以后尽量少玩游戏啊!”宇翔清脆回答道：“还玩什么游戏，我要好好学习，要利用手机学习，妈，手机不是玩具，是工具!”

手机，现在似乎成了一钟生活必需品，他拉近了人与人之间的距离，为人们的生活带了极大方便。手机也是一把双刃剑，带来方便的同时，也带来了种.种危害，尤其是对我们中学生。

1、影响了身体健康。据统计显示，全世界手机用户已达吸烟人数的三倍，手机的危害将比相应的危害更大。经常和手机接触的身体部位到的的影响最大，如眼睛容易患白内障，皮肤可能导致手机皮肤炎，长期使用手机，容易引发手机依赖症，严重的可能还会导致幻听。

2、影响心理健康。手机短信，是通讯领域的科技创新，为人们相互交流信息，传递情感提供了快捷而简便的现代手段。然而，这又是一个缺乏行为规范且隐秘性很高的“灰色地带“，人们在享受自由交流的同时，私欲放纵和道德失范等人性的弱点也由此显露。由于手机短信隐蔽性强，不易被察觉，青少年学生长期接触黄色的不良信息，很容易形成一种心理上不健康的阅读快感。短信过多，会使人心理紊乱，如果手机交流取代了直接交流，会使他们不能接受人与人之间的差异，不懂得尊重别人。正处在“似懂非懂“阶段的中学生很容易被不健康内容吸引误入歧途。此外，青少年使用手机还容易产生攀比心理，影响了青少年心理健康。

3、影响良好品德的形成。近年来各类考试学生用手机作弊已经不是什么新鲜事。20年高考在湖北潜江，石首，都发生了利用手机舞弊的事等。随着手机的普及与功能的增强，利用手机作弊现象日益增多。而且做得越来越巧妙，如将耳机绑在袖子里，有的干脆将耳机戴在耳朵上再用长发遮住，。无论是作弊，还是发虚假短信都是不诚信的表现，如不及时制止和加以正确引导，会对学生良好品质的形成带来严重危害。

4、引发安全问题。由于手机品牌众多，质量良莠不齐，消费者难以辩别，再加上使用不当(雷雨天使用，长时间玩电游等)，手机爆炸伤人的事时有发生。在一些地方，不法分子利用学生防范意识弱，反抗能力较小，专抢学生的手机。20年7月，一位16岁的加利福尼亚少女因手机突然在衣服口袋中爆炸导致二度烧伤的严重后果。

总之，对于青少年来说，手机是弊大于利的，所以我们应该远离手机，新学期我们更要严格要求自己，各科利用整体建构，知识树学会系统归纳知识，做到举一反三，也要从各种小事做起，培养良好的行为和学习习惯。“勿以恶小而为之，勿以善小而不为”。

手机，想必大家的知道。手机给人们的生活带来了便捷，但是，任何事物都有利有弊，手机给人们带来的危害甚至超过了吸烟。

当人们使用手机时，手机会向发射基站传送无线电波，而无线电波或多或少地会被人体吸收，这些电波就是手机辐射。一般来说，手机待机时辐射较小，通话时辐射大一些，而在手机号码已经拨出而尚未接通时，辐射最大，辐射量是待机时的3倍左右。这些辐射有可能改变人体组织，对人体健康造成不利影响。

而且，据《东方日报》报道，德国一项研究首次发现，手提电话可能会导致眼癌，因为研究人员发现，常用手提电话的人患上眼癌的机会比其他人多出三倍，这项研究结果倘获进一步证实，势必会导致大量索赔诉讼。由手提电话释放出的辐射，长久以来都被指会暂时改变脑细胞的功能，却一直无证据显示这些辐射会长远地危害人类的健康。不过，今次由德国埃森大学施汤授领导进行的研究却有惊人发现，他们在调查一种“葡萄膜黑素癌”的眼癌时，便发现该癌症与辐射有密切的关系。

手机就是一位无形的杀手，在不知不觉中给人们带来了危害，但现在人们又离不开手机，所以，不要将手机危害置之不理。
