At that night, our family came together and had a big meal. Of course we

直接上网，直接收看电视节目;或者登陆重庆巴蜀中学网站，进入“教育科研•课程改革•科技创新”栏，收看《我爱发明》《异想天开》(每周一个，至少4个)视频，阅读《多元思维与科技创新(发明)案例选》(见附件二)，了解创新思维，参与创新实践，培养创新技能。

建议三 强健体魄：运动快乐

结合家庭周边的健身器械和运动场地，根据家庭成员的具体情况，制定《家庭成员健身(周)计划》并组织实施。计划包括：参与健身人员的情况介绍(参与人员有哪些如爸爸妈妈，年龄、工作性质、健康状况，以前健身情况);参与你组织的健身活动的运动时间、运动项目，坚持情况如何;本人组织此项活动的收获，家人对你的评价等。

平安家庭。为了过一个安全祥和的春节，请注意燃放鞭炮、出行乘车、财物保管等安全;更要利用所学的消防安全等知识，加强“家庭(社区)安全隐患的检查”，协助父母等家人进行安全隐患的排除。

影像家庭。拿起画笔或照相机，为父母等家人，各画(照)一幅肖像图(画)，写上一段解说词，展现家庭的幸福、快乐、和谐。绘画或照相基础较好的同学，还可以通过一组绘画(连环画)或照片，来展现家庭(家乡)近年来发生的巨大变化。
