寒假学习指标：数学，迅速用短时间来归纳总结每一课每一章的知识内容，略知知识点，建立一个错题本，每天晚上都要认真浏览。语文把握重点字词意思，每天都要用草稿纸默写下来错一个重默，掌握文言文的字词，每篇文言按照中考练习里面的句子翻译都要过关，原文原句集合在归纳本上；再用草稿纸进行梳理同理错一句重默。把握仿句，病句修改的基础。古诗每天坚持一天一首练习，建立一个素材本，记录每一篇文章的好句，每天认真的看。英语重点是记单词，及语法，把所复习单词制作成单词卡，每周抽默，坚持每天读1到3篇的文章及课文。化学，每天都要记方程式，重点理解每一种化学气体的化学性质与物理性质。物理，每天归纳初二的课程，复习力学知识，弥补以前错过的知识。总结初三的电学为重中之重，训练电路的基础。政治，努力把每一个知识点都要记下来，把书本提及到的知识过关。历史总结每一课的知识，把中国历史与世界历史弄懂。

预习新知是迎接新学期的重要基础，不断的充分利用才能体现效果，就像班长每次在班会上说的，取长补短培优补差，形成学习的优秀效果。

开学计划：语数英政化物历，尤其是语文，政治要抽取大量时间来复习，根据所归纳的知识进行深度学习，每天晚上都要抽取一段时间来阅读课外书，英语要复习语法之类的工作，严格按照进度复习，不松懈；争取考到理想的高中。

等了好久，盼了好久终于等到了考拉小巫的英语学习日记。书拿到手，看了封面的第一眼就非常喜欢。黑色的底子上金色的英文，白色的中文，很有质感。一只红色的小狐狸在书桌前胡灯下孜孜不倦，专心致志的学习。学习的确是独上高楼，忘尽天涯路。学习是孤独的枯燥的。至少在开始时还未享受到胜利果实和乐在其中的阶段。女儿告诉我，小狐狸就叫考拉小巫。红色胡小狐狸，绿色的台灯，棕色的书桌和后面大块的黑色形成对比。画面是在学习奋斗的人，而这本书也是写给为梦想而奋斗的人。这是一本什么样的书呢。迫不及待想知道。

早上八点十五起床，刷牙洗脸吃早餐共二十分钟，大约八点三十五的时候开始做英语阅读，每天做三篇(包括翻译全文、吵不懂的单词词组、差不懂的单词词组)这三篇大概做一个小时，然后休息十五分钟。休息了之后把爸爸妈妈扫十五分钟地。扫完就继续去做作业，做英语抄单词的作业(满天抄二十个单词，三天抄完)，然后不用休息继续做数学的口算(每天做二十五道题)然后和妹妹玩一会儿就去吃饭。吃饭不能超过二十分钟否则罚做10个俯卧撑。

中午睡一个小时后起来做一张数学的黄冈密卷(大概做二十到三十分钟)之后读《青铜葵花》一书，大概读了半个小以后自由玩一个半小时(自由分配)不过晚点到只有周六周天可以玩半个小时的电脑。

玩了一个半小时之后就帮爸爸管一下妹妹，让他不要把家里搞得乱遭遭的。陪玩妹妹爸爸就做好饭了，这是妈妈就回来了，吃完饭不超过三十分钟。

晚上和爸爸妈妈一起读《好兵帅克》和《青铜葵花》。

这就是我的寒期计划!

记得七年级下学期的假期，妈妈在外给我报的数学预科班有好几节课我没去上，老师给妈妈打电话，妈妈才知道我没去。于是妈妈在校讯通的众享课堂上给我包了月，让我在家看数学预习课程。看完课程，每天下午5点有一套跟课程有关的一套试卷出来让我们做，这就是天天练。

初次“相遇”天天练，让我充满好奇，就像网上的知识竞赛一样，每天晚上7点准时打开电脑做天天练，做完之后，我就按照要求上传演草纸并建立学习档案，第二天下午4点会有试卷分析，那上面每道题怎么做解释的都很清楚。做的错题也会被系统收集起来，为我整理一个错题本，我只要一点就能看到我做错的所有错题，一目了然。开学后，作业繁多，有段时间不想做了，于是有点儿不耐烦。妈妈感觉到我这做题情绪的波动，便“亲自上阵”每天督促我做题，不管我软磨硬泡多久，最终还是“屈服”于妈妈的“命令”之下，高高兴兴地去做了。

八年级上学期的一次函数，对我来说似乎有点难，于是我就利用天天练来帮我查漏补缺，我很细心地做，然后又仔细地分析我的错题。一个月吧，我记得将近学习一次函数有一个月，所有的难点、疑点都弄懂了。无论作业还是考试，只要是一次函数的题我都可以轻松应对，这就是天天练给我带来的帮助，怎么评价这段时间我与天天练呢，总结可以用宋濂的话来说就是：“故余虽愚，卒或有所闻”。

现在，不觉得每天做天天练是一种煎熬，而是成为一种习惯，不知不觉就会想起来，噢，今天还有天天练要做。我现在很享受每天做天天练的时间，愿意全神贯注的攻破一道道难题。我也回味有时做错一道题时的遗憾和难过，也因为脑子“糊涂”到了令人发指的分数而被自己逗笑，这就是天天练带给我的感觉，它不光帮我回顾学习的内容，让我知道我哪点还存在问题，更能牵动着我的心情，也让我的心每天在提交卷子的那一时刻扑通扑通地跳着，我期待“提交完成”键后那大大的100分，也因为上面写的“恭喜你，获得全省第一，请继续保持”而充满喜悦的心情!

俗话说“天道酬勤”，坚持做天天练，这样效果还是有的，我的数学成绩明显的提高，每次期中、期末考试都能上90分，没有再出现过80分，我创造了记录!

air pollution, water pollution, noise pollution and so on. In recent years, the

extreme weather becomes more and more frequent. Winter gets colder and summer

becomes hotter and it rains more frequently. All of these warn us that

protecting the environment is a serious and emergent event. As our general

people, we should build proper lifestyle. We should pay attention to water and

light saving. When we go out, we should firstly choose the public

Many years ago, some scholars were strongly against the certification of

English test that was a must for a student to get the degree. So some colleges

canceled the rules. But recently, The Chinese first class university announced

that swimming skill is necessary for degree. It has been the hot issue, then

many people give their opinions.

On the one hand, some people are favorable of this regulation, because

swimming skill is really important. Most of the accidents happened in the river.

The swimming skill can protect them from dying. What’s more, foreign schools

take the swimming class as the regular lesson. So almost every foreign kid can

swim, which is the basic skill.

On the other hand, some people argue that even the student can’t swim, they

can’t be denied by lacking the swimming skill. They need the degree to find a

job. They are equipped with many skills and are capable of a lot of things.

Their ability has nothing to do with swimming skill.

I think that school should open the class for students to learn swimming

skill. If they fail, they still can make up by learning other lesson. The degree

can be got by many ways.

Today, after school, my friends asked me to have dinner with them, I felt so happy and went the restaurant with them. Then I found they wanted to eat buffet, I was so happy, because I always wanted to have buffet, I could eat a lot of food.

As we paid the money more than we usually spent, so all of us wanted to eat as more as possible, even though we were full enough, we still tried to eat. 师德师风的学习，我认为很有必要，教师的理想信念、道德情操、行为规范，甚至一言一行，对学生都会起典范作用，将直接影响到学生的健康成长。我们的教师都成为人民群众满意的合格教师。

作为一名教师，不断加强学习，提升自我，完善自我。社会在发展，知识在更新，知识容量在扩大。不学习，就跟不上时代的步伐。只有不断学习，才能够不断充实自己，才能不断吸收新的教育思想、教育理念、教育模式，教育方法和教育途径。不断提高自己。

加强师德建设，提升自身素质。教师的责任是教育学生，然而学生的思想品德在很大程度主要不是教出来的，而是感染出来的。教学中依赖的是富有感染力的课堂气氛以及教师的人格力量和起表率作用的言行举止。教育是心灵与心灵的交流，对学生道德纪律的实施需要借助的是教师的道德权威，而不是行政手段，更不是纪律强权。道德权威来源于教师的师德，教师的人格力量。

师德师风学习，就是要使教师真正认识这次活动的重要意义。通过学习，提高教师的教育法律法规意识和规范行为品德，促进教师工作的新局面，树立信心，努力工作，使自己成为一名优秀的人民教师。

All the people want to stay in good health. Health is better than wealth.

It is true that health is the first step to success. Imagine this, if you’re

sick, all you can do is to stay in bed and do nothing at all, how can you chase

after your dreams?But if you’re in good health, you can overcome the adversities

you ever encounter and make your dreams come true. Since health is so important

for everybody, how can we maintain and enhance our health? There are some useful

suggestions:

First of all, we should lead to a regular life. Early to bed and early to

rise makes a healthy man. Do not stay up late. Some people love to play cell

phones games or reading electronic-books before sleep, this can be bad for the

health. We should remember to turn off the phones before sleep. Second, don’t be

too particular about food. Try to eat more fruit and vegetables and less sugars

and soft drinks. If you want to eat a bar of chocolate, eat an apple instead. If

you want to drink milk tea or coffee, drink water instead. Don’t eat too much

meat in one week. Last but not least, we should do exercise everyday. There are

many exercises for us to choose. Such as, swimming, jogging, square dancing,

playing badminton and so on. Doing exercise can increase the circulation of

blood and enhance our immune system. The one who in better immune system, the

less disease he will have.

In conclusion, if we pay close attention to our health, we can avoid

getting sick. Try to sleep earlier, eat more fruit and vegetable, drink more

water, and do exercise everyday. You will realize that it’s not that hard to

stay in good health.
