寒假英语学习建议书作文（汇编20篇）

这个周末我怀着极为紧张而激动的心情做完了2011年山西英语试题，效果颇不理想，反思之后，我对醋初三新学期的英语有了新的计划。

基础知识应该多加巩固，我其实早有人说过，基础才是万物之源，只有学好的基础，才能研究更深更高的东西，所以我一定要把基础这关掌控好。也是只有掌握了基础，这关才能研究更好的东西，才能将英语学好。我的失分点有很大部分都是因为基础选择题而起的，所以我一定要多次巩固这些失分点，将简单容易的题目一个不漏才能稳操胜券。

任务型阅读要多训练。其实古代就有一句话叫做熟能生巧，只有多做题多练习，才能得到更好的效果，我只有做多做这些任务型阅读题，才能将这类题做得纯熟，只有成熟才能达到更好的分数。我的主要缺点就是做这些题的时候有些急躁了，常常没有看清题，便急于下手导致错误。比如有些单词明明我可以看清，但是我却看错了，所以写下的答案也是错误的，就丢掉了分，下次的时候我一定要把他看清楚之后才动笔，争取达到，做一道对一道滴滴不漏。还有我一定要多加训练，不急不躁，不丢分。

英语的完形阅读题型可谓是最难的，这不仅考查对词汇的理解，而且对语法的运用也蕴含在其中，这样还对情感价值的追寻以及对文章理解的娴熟程度，我应该在多后前后连贯，将文章连同下来的阅读通顺的阅读，将此类型题目做好。

其实英语学习虽然看似很难很繁琐，但是实际上很简单，只要多练多学多做多题，所以就会将英语学习好好，学好了英语才能为祖国争光，因为，有一句话：learn Eglish better too strong to the china！正如其所说，学好英语才是强国之本！

二、培育教师人格魅力在教育中，一切师德要求都基于教师的人格。

师德的魅力主要从人格特征中显示出来，历代教育家提出的“为人师表”、“以身作则”、“循循善诱”、“诲人不倦”、“躬行实践”等，既是师德的规范，又是教师良好人格的品格特征的体现。在学生心目中，教师是社会的规范、道德的化身、人类的楷模。教师的人格魅力来源于对事业的忠诚，他们不是仅仅把教书看成谋生的手段，而是毫无私心杂念地投身其中，以教书育人为崇高的职责，并能从中享受到人生的乐趣。他们以自己的真诚去换取学生的真诚，以自己的纯洁去塑造学生的纯洁，以自己人性的美好去描绘学生人性的美好，以自己高尚的品德去培养学生高尚的品德。他们应是最能以身作则的人。教师时时处处要以大局为重，克服个人主义，自觉遵守宪法和社会公德守则，遵守校纪校规，以模范行为为学生做出表率。俗话说:“教育无小事，事事是教育;教育无小节，节节是楷模。”

三、热爱学生，尊重、理解学生以人为本，关心爱护学生。

热爱学生并不是一件容易的事。疼爱自己的孩子是本能，而热爱别人的孩子是神圣!这种爱是教师教育学生的感情基础，学生一旦体会到这种感情，就会“亲其师”，从而“信其道”。教师是塑造人类灵魂的工程师，应具有十分强烈的质量意识，要真正在培养学生高尚情操、塑造学生美好心灵方面下功夫。一个教师只有对自己的学生充满执着的爱，才能激发出做好这一工作的高度责任感，才能坚定不移地辛勤耕耘，获得丰硕的育人之果。热爱学生，是教师全部职业活动中最宝贵的一种情感，没有对学生的爱，也就不可能有真正成功的教育，教师应当把它无私地奉献给全体学生。爱是打开心扉的钥匙。要把真挚的爱融在整个班级之中，不仅要爱那些好学生，更要爱那些缺点较多的学生，要让每一个学生都从教师这里得到一份爱的琼浆，从中汲取奋发向上的力量，更加自爱、自尊、自强和自信。然而，教师只有“爱的教育”和“奉献的教育”还远远不够，了解学生、理解学生、尊重学生、引导学生，才是教师在爱学生这一基础上的发展方向。

Christmas Day is very popular around the world, when that day comes, we can

see the Christmas products sell everywhere, though Christmas Day is not

教师的职业是神圣的，也是辛苦的。既然我们选择了这一职业，就要对自己的选择无怨无悔。我们不仅要严谨治学、积极进取、开拓创新，同时对学生要有“三心”，即爱心、耐心、细心。孩子的内心是天真无邪的，同时也是敏感脆弱的，我们在平时的教育教学中切忌语言过激，易怒易爆，尤其是在对待班上那些后进生，有时可能我们不经意的一句批评或是一个蔑视的眼神都有可能影响孩子今后的发展。因此我们一定要耐心，要细心。同时在生活上老师应多与学生沟通，多了解他们，多关心他们。近几年，农村留守儿童人数不断上涨，我们的关心更是必要的。我们应时时刻刻准备着做“一眼灌溉学生的泉水”……

三、不断加强专业知识的学习

要给学生一杯水，教师自己首先要有一桶水。在信息网络横飞的现代，学生能够通过各种途径获取知识。因此，作为教师要孜孜不倦的学习，要勤于提高自己的专业知识水平，以便获取更多更广泛的知识，才能使这桶水变活，源源不断的供给学生，才能在学生心中竖起高大的形象，成为学生努力超越的典范，同时也能使教师的课堂教学更加游刃有余，丰富多彩。

转眼间已走过了四年的教育生涯，在这四年当中我们进行了校本培训、专业知识学习以及教师职业道德等教育法规的学习，我觉得自己在教育这一行业始终处在不断学习、不断的进步当中，非常感谢县领导能够给予我们这样的机会，同时我也希望在以后的教育生涯里继续学习各方面知识，不断提高自己，慢慢朝着优秀教师迈进。

He needed a new one. So my father and I went to the electrical appliance shop. There are many new kinds of mobile telephones. At first, my father chose a Sumsung one. My winter holiday is intersting, my winter holiday is very interesting.I can play a computer and watch a TV in the home.I still read some good books in the winter holiday.Because of the plan of value result of our school, let us time of few lesson remaining.Also opportunity to have no does the affair that likes to do.So, the winter holiday liked too to me. 一定要增加词汇量

一个方法是买些英语阅读书籍和报纸，先通读一遍，将生词圈起来；第二遍将圈起来的生词的上下

段仔细精读，认真思考，可以根据上下文推测生词的意思；如果筛过这一遍，还是有一部分词不会，就

用词典查出生词的意思(一定要用词典)。

不要靠语感做题

语感并不是不重要，只是不能做为做题的首选方案。做题须要有依据，这个依据就是语法依据，语

法有一些系统和小的语法点，这些都要在阅读中总结和慢慢积累。语感是在没有语法依据时使用，并且可以帮助我们理解长难句，用途也很大。增强语感需要多阅读，读时要多大声朗读句子。

要运用到生活中

英语是一门语言，所以一定要实践运用，尽量在家中、学校中多用英语交流；抓住口语课的机会，积极与外教互动，用英语表达想法。也可以和同伴一起聊天（当然是用英语)，当然你们一起学习英语效

果会更好，可以互相帮助，解决困惑。

要对英语保持兴趣

日常有时间时可以看看英文电影，学唱英文歌。看电影时建议至少看完后找出10～15个好词好句，尽量不要带中文字幕，也不要没有字幕，字幕让你更容易看懂电影，否则电影中的发音可能会有常用的连读会不易理解，在此期间也可以学习标准发音。

We are always trying to find the way to success, which stands for power,

pride and glory. There have been strings of stories of success I was told since

I was a child. From then on, I have been fascinated with being successful.

Whatsuccess? Different people have different opinions towards this

question. To start with, some people, such as accountants, workers and so on,

are longing for being rich, which allows them buy what they want, and enjoy

luxury. They treat it as success. Furthermore, some contestants, such as boxers,

are always trying their best to defeat their rivals for success. And once they

win, they confirm that they are stronger than others. The last but not the

least, there are some other people who enjoy helping others. As a good saying

goes, the roses in her hand, the flavor in mine. With helping others, we can

also feel satisfactory.

As far as I am concerned, life is short, and we must achieve something

during our life. So I regard striving and working hard important. When comes to

we reap what we sow, it’s the time of success.
