An essential quality for young people is diligence.Nowdays,the issue on the

most important personal quality of young people is highly debatable,and ideas

vary from peerson to person. Some would claim that confidence is the most

essential. But for my part,the most essential quality for young people is

diligence that helps us a lot.

Diligence enables us to academic results. As we all know,academic results

requires lots of researches. An ancient calligraphy,named Wang Xizhi,devoted

lots of his time practicing writing. As is known to us all,he dried his pool

with his writing brush day after day. Though diligence,he became the greatest

Deligence helps us to achieve better scores in school. Last semester,one of

One night Mr Lee was driving his wife home from work. She was a nurse in a

hospital. It was almost midnight and she was quite tired out. She soon fell

asleep. Mr Lee looked at her and smiled.

Mr Lee was a careful and experienced driver. He knew it was safer to drive

slowly on a dark night. After some time he noticed a car following him. It was

travelling very fast. Suddenly it overtook his car.

The driver of the car was in a hurry. He did not see the approaching lorry.

To avoid hitting it, he suddenly tuned his car. It skidded off the road and hit

a big tree. The driver and his passenger were injured.They were badly cut by

glass from the broken windscreen.Mr Lee quickly stopped his car by the side of

the road. His wife got out of the car to help the injured. The lorry driver also

stopped to help. Mr Lee drove off to telephone the police . About twenty-five

minutes later, a police car and an ambulance arrived. The injured were carried

into the ambulance and taken to hospital.

The policemen took down details of the accident. Mr Lee and the lorry

driver told them all they could remember. The policemen thanked them for their

help. Mr and Mrs Lee got into their car and continued their journey home.

Han Mei is mybest friend. We know each other since we were born. Because we are twins. She ismy elder sisiter. Like most twin sisters, we look almost the same. 暑假，我认识了两位可爱的小朋友，她们都不超过两岁。其中一个住在我家隔壁，她调皮可爱，最让我喜欢的是她的苹果头，然后眼睛水灵灵的，鼻子不算那么高，她的嘴巴非常像她爸爸，连笑容都像极了。我们都学着她爸爸妈妈叫她悠悠。另一位小朋友则叫晴晴，她的性格和她的名字一样开朗。人们对她的第一印象总是眼睛大大的，鼻子矮矮的，樱桃般的小嘴，晴晴还有一点儿黑，有一点儿胖。

悠悠和晴晴一个调皮一个安静。悠悠总是趁他爸爸妈妈不注意时偷偷跑出来，她有事来我家玩，每一次都要动一动东西，每一次都要从我家拿一个有趣的玩意儿回家。我的弟弟妹妹都喜欢和她玩，所以他们的脸上都有一道抓痕。悠悠有爱玩水，只要有水，她就会玩个痛快。她快乐，但她妈妈就要辛苦了，每天都要给她换洗衣服好几次。相反，晴晴虽然也有点儿调皮，但比悠悠安静多了。晴晴会坐在椅子上玩石子，坐在家里不乱跑，会一个人安安静静地看电视…有时遇见我还会“姐姐”“姐姐”叫个不停。

她们两个有不同之处，一定也有相同之处，就是十分爱吃。悠悠只要看见我们在吃东西，就会慢慢地走过来看着我们，意思就是“我也要吃！”如果不给她吃，她便会用手去抢，抢不到就会撒起娇来“啊啊”大叫。说晴晴也爱吃，是因为每当晴晴的哥哥去买冰棍时，晴晴便会跟在她哥哥屁股后面，但晴晴的哥哥总不管她，自己买了一根就跑走了。晴晴没有钱，却总是在小卖部里坐着哭着大喊“我要啊！”直到她妈妈帮她买了一根，晴晴才肯停止哭泣。除了好吃的，没有什么能堵住她们的嘴巴。

两个这么可爱的小朋友在一起，一定会发生很有趣的事情。记得那是一个风和日丽的下午，大家都在空地上玩。悠悠站在她那把可爱的、粉红色的、上面有着白雪公主图案的椅子旁，晴晴则站在不远处和她的哥哥玩，家长们正闲聊着些什么。不知道是什么原因，晴晴被她哥哥打哭了，她哭了一会儿后竟冲到悠悠面前使劲推了悠悠一把，悠悠的妈妈赶紧把悠悠扶了起来，只见晴晴霸道地拿起悠悠的漂亮的椅子走到别的地方坐了下来。这是，妈妈幽默得说“晴晴打不过她哥哥就来欺负比她小的悠悠，大鱼吃小鱼，小鱼吃虾米，悠悠应该去欺负那边睡在摇篮里的思羽。”

悠悠和晴晴虽然是两个两岁不到的小朋友，但却给我们带来了无比大的乐趣，使我想起了自己童年的美好回忆。
