我很荣幸能够参加此次在松原举办的“全国中小学高效课堂改革，高效课堂体系培训活动”，为期两天的高效课堂培训，极大地开阔了我的视野，受益匪浅，使我对高效课堂又有了进一步的认识，实施新课改、打造高效课堂是大势所趋、迫在眉睫，只有进行课改，才能真正建立起改变学生生命状态的“新课堂”，才能真正解放学生、发展学生。在培训中我们先听取了杜郎口中学崔其升校长的讲座，又观摩了昌乐二中、杜郎口中学、安徽铜都铜陵中学优秀老师们的高效课堂示范课。

在崔其升校长的讲座中，我深有感触，总结了以下两点：

第一， 归还课堂，让学生成为课堂的主人

杜郎口中学教室里没有讲台，学生桌凳也不再按传统的纵横排列，学生以学习小组对面而坐，教室三面是黑板，上课时主要是学生讲，学生听，学生问，学生答，或站或坐，或静或动，这一切不是“作秀”，而是为了适应于课堂教学的需要，这些不仅仅只是形式上的变化，而是一种教学理念的转轨。

杜朗口中学的课堂教学模式，打破了传统的教师讲学生听的格局，课堂不再是教师的“独角戏”、“满堂灌”，取而代之的，学生是整个课堂教学过程的主角，是课堂的主人，由小组合作研讨、探究到演算、讲解、答疑都由学生自主完成，这儿的课堂没有课前的“预设”，相反，更多的是生生互动，师生互动，是动态生成，教师则充当导演的角色，是课堂教学的策划者、组织者、合作者，起到指导、引领、提升的作用。“自主、合作、探究”是素质教育的核心理念，这三者在杜朗口中学的课堂教学中得到了充分的体现。

第二 ， 相信学生，让学习成为学生自己的事情

崔其升校说：“杜郎口中学的教学改革，始终围绕着以人为本，关注生命这一核心理念，那就是在整个教学过程中相信学生，发动学生，利用学生，发展学生”。他是这样说的，也是这样做的。

在示范课中，几乎每一位老师都展示了如何构建高效的课堂，怎样精心设计导入，如何激发学生学习兴趣、怎样处理好兴趣与学习的关系等方面，结合实例和很好的互动，给我们示范了一堂高效率的课程，让我看到自身的课堂中的缺点，也学到了那些有经验的老师的教学优长。

通过本次学习，我更加对教学思路、教学环节的设计、教学手段的应用及学生的年龄特点、在课上可能有的反应做了充分的反思，背好每一节课使教学内容及方法更适合学生，更符合学生的认知规律和心理特点，从而使学生真正成为学习的主体。让学生在实践中学习，不断地激发学习积极性与主动性，既培养学生的学习兴趣，又培养学生思维能力、想象力和创新精神，使每个学生的身心都能得到充分的发展。每个人都是舞台上的角色，只有老师努力扮演好自己的角色，让学生也能够在课堂的舞台上扮演属于自己的角色，那么大家都尽力了，我想离成功也就不远了。在今后的教学中，我会通过不断地学习总结提高自己的教学水平和创新能力。

高效课堂上教师应以尽可能少的时间、精力和物力投入，取得尽可能好的教学效果，即实现轻负担、高质量，低耗时、高效益，达到使学生从“不懂”到“懂”，从“不会”到“会”，变会学、愿学到乐学，促进学生的全面发展、主动发展和个性发展的目标。每个教师上了无数节课，静下心来反思一下，我上的每节课都有效吗?有没有低效无效的时候?低效无效的原因是什么?应如何改进?怎样才能提高教学的高效性?

通过对六年级数学课堂教学主体学习意识的有效探究，结合教学中的实践，其实，课堂教学不是学生配合老师，而是老师配合学生;其次不是学生不肯说，更多的时候是学生不知说什么、怎么说，这问题就出在老师的引导如何有效激活在学生数学课堂中的主体学习意识。六年级学生一方面抽象思维、动手操作、自学能力等进一步增强，另一方面面临毕业，学习压力大，情绪易波动，自我控制能力变得不如以前。因此，在六年级数学课堂教学中教师要科学地把握六年级学生心理、生理、思维变化以及新课标的基本理念，因势利导，努力提高六年级数学教学的有效激活学生的主体学习意识。下面，结合教学实际，从以下几个方面谈一谈对六年级学生数学课堂教学有高效意识的反思：

一、掌控课堂教学时间。

正所谓向40分钟要质量，一节课40分钟，一个正常人真正可以集中精力的只有20分钟左右。这也就是为什么老师在讲课的时候要突出重点的原因，也是现在课堂教学逐渐调整的原因。所以在设计教学预案时注意一些时间限制。连续长时间的学习很容易使学生产生厌烦情绪，我们应该注重设置在教学活动过程中对学生学习知识、形式能力和提高认识真正起作用的时间，并充分利用好这些时间。合理分配教师活动和学生活动在一堂课中的时间。教师不能一味地要求学生自主、合作、探究，都是在浪费课堂教学时间。

二、创设巧妙的课堂教学情境。

良好的课堂气氛，有利于调动学生的参与意识、求知欲，思维能力，有利于保持学生积极的学习态度，有利于挖掘学生的潜能。课堂教学中教师充分发扬民主精神，融洽师生关系，教师把爱心带进课堂，把微笑带进课堂，把激励带进课堂教师把信任留给学生，把温暖送给学生，形成平等、宽容、相互理解、尊重人格、民主愉悦的氛围，创设活泼、轻松、有趣、和谐的课堂气氛。使学生产生最佳的学习心态，主动参与学习。

三、充分利用教学资源。

教师应要尽可能打破“一块黑板，一支粉笔，一张嘴巴”讲到底的落后状况，多利用现代教具。如小黑板、挂图、投影仪、多媒体等，这样既可节约板书，有关内容简介等课堂教学时间，又可让学生在单位时间内接受更多的信息，利于学生立体思维。其中教材上图文并茂的插图常是教师教学疏忽的一个地方，需要我们多加揣摩，多利用。可见重视教具及课本插图的作用，也不失为提高课堂效率的有效手段，更能体现学生主体学习的意识。

四、灵活运用课堂教学技巧。

在一般的教学中，教师就问题提问题，较直观，这不利于培养学生的创新思维，分析、综合等能力。而应该将问题从各个角度，各个层次分解成若干小问题，使每个问题既紧扣大题，又有一层的价值，学生通过对问题的思考回答中得到分析问题，综合问题的能力，引发学生的创新思维能力，锻炼了学生的创新思维，这样，学生的思维就越来越灵活，更富有创意，培养出时代的新人。

总之，有效激活六年级学生数学课堂教学主体学习意识应是：有效的关注学生的学习经验，有效的创设问题情境，有效的引导学生积极、主动地参与学习;有效的自主探究、合作交流;有效的将所学知识灵活运用于实际生活，学生有效的获得学习数学的情感体验;有效激励评价，使学生体验成功，建立信心。对于六年级数学有效教学研究之路还很漫长，这需要我们不断地去探索和研究，去寻找最有效的教学，使学生获得全面的发展。
