关于元宵节的英文介绍

今天，我准时收看了湖南电视台公共频道播出由北京师范大学教授于丹主讲的《中小学生心理健康与学习习惯》教育专题节目这个讲座的欣赏性和教育性很强，看完之后我体会很深，下面总结一些我的观后感。

《中小学生心理健康与学习习惯》讲座主要讲了三个主题: 一是如何培养孩子的孝心，教育孩子理解父母，尊敬老师，懂得感恩:

二是如何培养孩子的爱心，正确引导在人际交往中的一些技巧; 三是如何培养孩子自立、自强、自信以及抵抗挫折的能力。

她在第一个主题中讲到这样一个故事:从前，有一个小孩喜欢在一棵大树下玩，他每天都来，可有一天，小孩愁容满面地对大树说:“你看别的孩子都上学了，每天都有好玩的玩具，可我没有”。大树说:“你把我结的果子摘了去卖，你就有玩具了。”以后，孩子只有秋天才会来大树下。过了几年，小孩成了青年，他对大树说:“别人都有房子了，都有家了，可我没有。”大树说:“你可以把的树枝砍了做房子。”又过了多年，青年成了中年人，他对大树说:“别人都漂洋过海了，可我没有。”大树说:“你可以把我的树干砍了做独木舟。”他把独木舟推进海里走了。渐渐的孩子长出了一根根白发，他来到树桩前，树桩问他:“我已经是一个没有用的树桩了，你也不会理我了吧?”孩子说:“不，我会一直陪你晒太阳，这是我的心愿，一生的心愿。”

这正是父母完成了对孩子一生的成全。在我们的一生中无私而又不求回报的养育着我们。孝为德之本，我们要懂得感恩，要勇敢承担爱与责任。要想成就别样的人生，就要点亮自信的明灯，对自身的力量怀抱坚定的信念。看完讲座，我对我的人生有了新的思考，要想成才必先成人!

My hometown really beautiful, I love my hometown!

My home town is a beautiful place. It stands beside a wide river and is rich in fish and rice.But in the old days it was a poor and backward little town. Many people had no work. They lived a hard life.In 1949 my hometown was liberated. Since then great changes have taken place there. The streets have been widened. Factories, schools, hospitals, cinemas and theatres have sprung up one after another. The life of the people is greatly improved.I love my hometown. All the more I love its people. They are working hard so as to make it still richer and more beautiful.I am from ShenZhen. In spring ,the weather is warm and wet. I can play kite. In summer, the weather is hot and wet. I can swim in the swimming pool. In the autumn, the weather is cool and dry. I can play kite, too. In the winter, the weather is cold and dry. It never snow.Welcome to my hometown! Shanghai is my hometown. It is a modern and busy town. It has a long history. There are many big supermarkets, beautiful gardens and good factories here. It is very easy to go shopping. The main importance of goal setting is that it provides us with direction and purpose. 今天早上8：00，妈妈带我来到报社9楼参加由萧山日报小记者和萧山牙科医院举办的：护牙讲座。

活动开始了，“水晶”老师先来了个开白场。然后让另一位阿姨告诉我们主讲医生：“金金”医生。“金金”医生先告诉我们，一生中长的两次牙。第一次长的是乳牙，第二次长的是恒牙。再告诉我们什么是蛀牙。蛀牙又叫虫蛀。蛀牙是因为吃完东西后东西的残渣在牙齿上，长时间后由小细菌在上面，小细菌把牙给腐蚀掉了后，就形成了蛀牙。然后“金金”医生又告诉我们，每个牙的名字。然后问我们：“中外牙是哪个颗？”我迅速地举起手，医生让我回答。我说：“就是大门牙。”我回答对了，医生送了我一个“长”着脚的牙齿。

过了一会儿，到了问答时间。一位阿姨问我们：“我们一生中长几次牙？牙的名字叫什么？”我又一次迅速地举起手。阿姨叫我。我回答说：“我们一生中长两次牙。一次叫乳牙，一次叫恒牙。我又回答对了，阿姨送了我一只粉红色的玩偶小兔子。

问答时间结束了。“金金”医生还告诉我们：牙齿纠正器和牙齿畸形。

活动结束了。我发现，我的小脑瓜子里又多了许多知识。

It is indeed difficult to live without a mobile phone as it helps us in day

to day activities. I cannot live without a mobile phone. Todays generation uses

mobile phones for chatting, surfing and playing games. They dont use the mobile

phone for the real purpose. I admit that living wothout a mobile phone is

extremely difficult but I can live without addicting apps like Facebook, Twitter

etc. The iPhone is a gadget that is encouraging to use social apps and addicting

games. These gadgets though facilitate our work but are making us their slaves.

For example, if a persons iPhone is not working properly, he will be filled

with anger. As new technology is creating new gadgets, so are people raising new

demands. They also hamper academics. Buy a mobile phone but use it for something

听了艾莫老师的课我感受很深，心里豁然开朗，恍然大悟。原来员工还可以做到这样的地步。如何做一个最好的员工，一个最有价值、最让老板放心的员工,这些我从来没想过。现在！就是听了课以后我反思自己，原来我还是不行，听了艾莫老师的课才发现我的漏洞是特别的多从没想过要做一个好员工，却又想多挣点钱，现在反思自己，不做一个号员工又怎么去挣更多的钱。就像在学校一样，不做一个好学生又怎么提高自己的成绩。你为公司付出多少公司同样也会回报你多少，关键在于你的价值，如何提高你的价值呢？首先要自信，相信自己能行坚信胜利就在前方，并系统的提升自己的能力。再相信自己的同时也要相信他人，最重要的是要相信我们的领导。即使领导的决定错了也要服从，也要执行，但是要提醒领导不要造成损失。

作为公司的员工，除了要相信别人还要让别人相信你。怎么能让别人相信你呢？重要的是沟通。沟通是窗口，沟通好才能把工作做好，在公司里沟通是团结一切的力量。看完艾莫老师的讲座做一个优秀的员工,我归纳若如下：

1:热爱珍惜自己的工作岗位。

2:个人的价值关，品德与公司的发展愿景保持一致。

3:完全欣赏，认可本公司的>企业文化。

4:用自己的生命与事业相结合，认同工作就是事业，在事业的生命中创造价值。

5:包揽以上，日常工作生活中，努力工作。认真学习。提升自我。用积极的心态面对任何事。

6:做到讲座中阐述的：1:制造问题不推卸。2发现问题不抱怨。3解决问题不居功。4防御问题不声谈。

7:爱上自己真爱的岗位，每天都要用正式上场的姿态拌好它。

8:不抗上，配合公司员工，坚持自我，突破现状，坚持到底。流人才的核心的素质是：当遇到问题和困难的时候，他们总是能够主动找到方法解决，而不是找借口回避责任，找理由为失败辩解。

公司是一个团队。要以我为人人、人人为我的思想去对待每一个人和事。团队重在团结，群狼不怕猛虎。团结就是力量。我们每个人为公司出一份力公司就会越来越强大，我们自身也会强大作为公司的员工公司培养了我，我要用感恩的心去回报公司。艾莫老师说要有自己的幌他是我盟无形的名片。我们要学会坚持，生活是艰苦的我们坚持着成功就离我们越来越近，坚持，永恒的坚持才能铸就一个成功者。我相信我能成功，因为我告诉自己坚持下去。

艾莫讲座观后感（二）

最近一直观看世界华人>培训大师艾莫老师的《做最有用的好员工》讲座。艾莫老师用生动的案例和诙谐的语言，告诉我们企业需要什么样的员工，认清你是哪种类型的员工，怎样才能成为企业最有用的好员工，给我留下了深刻的印象，受益匪浅。我深深的意识到要想把自己打造成为一个优秀的员工，一个有价值的员工，一个有用的员工，实现你所有的职业的梦想。我觉得要从以下几个方面下功夫：

第一、具备良好的心态。在培训之后，我才知道我之前就一直存在着艾莫老师所说的错误心态，即法官心态和旁观者心态，我总是错误地认为我是在为老板或者上司工作，用这种观点来指导自己的工作，甚至来规划自己的职业生涯。其实，每个人要想把工作做好就要一直保持着积极心态，尤其在>挫折环境中更要积极，在工作中身怀谦卑之心，对成功充满敬畏，对未来充满渴望，怀有必胜的信心。然后客观的去看待工作。

第二、培养敬业精神。敬业就是努力工作，对待工作问题，用肩扛，用头顶，用生命的力量托起超过负荷的东西。吴子申的事例就是在告诉我们，敬业的员工，他们制造问题不推卸，发现问题不抱怨，解决问题不居功，防御问题不声张。人才有舞台才有价值，公司为我们提供发展的舞台，作为员工我们应当把公司当成是自己的家，把工作当成自己的事业。

第三、专业技能，是实现价值的硬实力。我们的行业是技术性行业，这就需要我们不断提升自己的专业知识。职场成功的心路历程就是要有一个梦想，有一个明确的目标，有一个最有效的计划，持续地行动，坚定的信念。不怕辛苦，不畏惧困难，不怕新的挑战，始终树立终身学习意识，不断的去提升自己。

第四、要摆正自己的位置，做好定位，做好自己的事情。成功没有彩排的机会，每一天你都要以正式上场的姿态扮好它。

第五、坚持做好每一件事情。要想成为有用的员工，就要放下你此时此刻背负的自以为重要的东西，有工作热情。当你决定做一个有用的人才时候，就要凡是全力以赴，全身心的投入工作，不放弃，不抛弃，坚定不移的朝着自己的奋斗目标前进。

第六、经营自己的职业生涯，提升自己的价值，好好经营自己现在的工作；当你用摸索的方法坚持时，不一定会成功；要用系统的方法去解决问题；用系统的方法来提升自己，做好自己，配合他人，懂得协调，要创造环境

在今后的工作中，我将会以饱满的热情和高度的责任感来面对工作中的挑战，争做公司里的MVP,以自己的实际行动为公司的发展贡献自己的一份力量，实现自我价值。

艾莫讲座观后感（三）

最近，我观看了艾莫老师《做最有用的好员工》的讲座，看后使我深受启发。

如何才能成为最有用的好员工呢？答案是：为自己找到正确的职业定位，塑造好自己完美的职业品格，为企业创造最大的价值，争夺职场的冠军。

作为一名员工，只有把自己的价值充分发挥出来，并在企业的生产经营活动中得到体现，那么他就具备了成为最有用好员工的基础。对我们来说，要努力从以下几个方面做起：

第一，要有良好的心态。人的心态很重要，态度决定一切。现在，企业员工缺少的不是知识和技能，而是健康的心态。有良好的心态，人就会永远奋发向上。企业的发展为员工提供了工作的平台，员工要借助这个平台发挥好自己的作用，以良好的心态作为高效工作的基石，在工作中作出新的更大的贡献。

第二，要不断完善自己的品格。因为好的品格是员工间和谐工作的先决条件，人品是立身之本，人品决定产品。对于企业来说，如果没有一批人品优秀的员工，就不可能组建一支出色的团队。如果员工的人品欠佳，那团队间合作共事的难度就会加大。为此，好员工都会与身边的人和睦相处、互帮互助。只有处在和谐的环境中，员工才会提高工作效率，企业才会得到快速发展。

第三，要有敬业精神。敬业精神是社会发展的需要，是企业竞争的需要，也是个人生存的需要。敬业是一种觉悟、一种精神、一种高尚的品德，每位员工都要有敬业精神，也就是要对所从事工作的尊敬和热爱。要敬业，就要积极努力；要敬业，就要忠于职守；要敬业，就要热爱本职；要敬业，就要一丝不苟地完成好本职工作。

为了更好的去开展我们的工作，我们利用业余时间来学习世界华人培训大师艾莫老师的《做最有价值的员工》的视频讲座。通过这几次的学习，我深深的感觉到做为一名员工，无论是普通的员工，还是高层管理者，都想得到组织的肯定与领导的赞赏。
