这一天，学校来了一位老师——陈教授，来给我们做关于青春期的讲座。这堂讲座让我印象深刻。

陈教授首先给我们介绍了青春期的主要症状，有睾丸发育，腋下长出较长的汗毛，还有一种，也是最明显的，长出喉咙结，并且变声。

青春期一般在13—20岁之间。在这段时间，男生不可以去桑拿。并且保护好自己的生殖器。在变声期，我们要保护好嗓子，少说话，让嗓子休息。不可以喝太凉或过热的水。切记，不能大喊大叫。

在青春期时，我们会有一些心理变化。如冲动，独立，依赖三种。当你在专注干一件事时，父母来说一下你，你会感到很烦甚至发脾气（有点像更年期）这就是冲动性。有些事情，你感觉不用父母管，自己可以做主、解决。这就是独立性。

我们要保护自己的睾丸，不能太过高温。因为高温会把精子烧死。而且尽量不要让睾丸受到猛烈撞击，不然，也会因高温杀死精子。

这一次讲座，让我受益匪浅。随着我们慢慢进入青春期，也会变得懂事（当然，智商也会提高）。让我们共同成长，共同度过青春期！

There are many festivals in china. And among them, I like the most  the Spring Festival. Because of it, not only  the biggest holiday of the year, but the start of a new year, but also all of us all the people, come together festival.

今天我不向你介绍红像火，粉似霞，白如雪的梅花；也不介绍那生动有趣的亲子拓展活动，而是要告诉你我学会了一样本领——摄影。

你知道吗？手机拍照时，在屏幕上长按三秒会出现一个“小太阳”，“小太阳”往上移可以调亮，往下移，就变暗；你知道吗？拍摄花卉，最好要选择近景，选一朵两朵或一支拍摄；你知道吗？拍摄梅花，可以让蓝天做背景，这样把梅花映衬得更美。

学到了这些拍摄技术，我们就冲进了梅花林，开始拍摄。为了把梅花拍得更好，我不断地调试，有时还要蹲很久。功夫不负有心人，我终于拍到了令自己满意的梅花图，蓝天红梅，景色宜人。其中，我最得意的一张照片上出现的是一枝红梅，上面有一朵完全绽放的梅花，像张开了笑脸的女孩儿，其他的都是花骨朵，他们簇拥在她的周围，仿佛在夸奖她，又仿佛在羡慕她……

妈妈把我拍的梅花图发到了朋友圈，叔叔阿姨们看到了都说我比妈妈拍得还要好看。

She works hard and has been a model teacher for many years. She is kind and friendly to us after class， but She is rather strict with us in class.

非常感谢公司给我这次机会观看金正昆教授的视频讲座，让我从中学到到很多礼仪知识。

礼仪的核心是尊重，尊重是礼仪之本，也是待人接物的根基。礼仪是交往中的艺术，在我们身边不能缺少礼仪，更不能没有礼仪，社会分工越来越细，现代社会离不开服务，服务往往是相互的，实质是尊重人的一种表现形式，尊重分为尊重自己和尊重他人，尊重自己包含了二个层面： 1.热爱自己的本职工作。金正昆教授说过：“闻道有先后，术业有专攻”，一个人只有热爱自己的本职工作，才能激发出自身的潜力和创造力，实现人生价值。如果上班时无精打采，对工作心存不满，怨天尤人，又怎能创造价值，升华自我呢？ 2.尊重自己的单位，一个人的工作单位，无论是企业还是国家机关，都是他的背景和依托。如果不尊重自己所在的单位，就等于不承认自己得以存在的基础，也就是不尊重自己。是一个道德文化素质的标志，之前对这些了解并不是很清楚，因此礼仪在我们生活中在熟习不过，但是我们可能并没有注意过，或者注意过也不知道该如何解决，学完的金正昆教授的礼仪课，觉得自己是该注意这些“生活常识”，毕竟在社会上要处处和周围人打交道，服务礼仪，就是服务人员在其服务过程中用以向服务对象表达尊重的一种规范形式，服务礼仪是体现服务的具体过程和手段，使无形的服务有形化、规范化、系统化，使今后售后物流工作能更规范化的完成。

看了金正昆教授的礼仪视频讲座后，使我们更进一步认识到加强文明礼仪的重性和必要性，谈到个人礼仪问题，大家似乎都理解，各种社交场合的礼仪规范，也理清了以往对文明礼仪的肤浅认识和模糊观念。

在生活、工作中我们应该注意礼仪的规范，例如：如何拔通电话，如何更好的接听电话，而我们从金正昆教授那里得到的答案拔通通电话要掌握时间和时机、通话时间的长度、内容要规范、态度得体，接听电话要及时、应对礼貌、专心致志、代接代传，在我们与客户拔通电话应问候客户，自报家门（单位、职务、姓名、所忙何事、道别），接听客户电话的同时应该注意，铃响不超过三声、礼貌的应对（单位和部门，部门和姓名）能更好的与客户达到有最效的沟通，代接电话清楚的记下打电话的人是谁，电话号码以及相应的相关内容，可更好的转达。

在与别人打交道时，要恰到好处展示自己的素质，这是非常重要的。这样既体现了自己对别人的尊重，也表达出了自己表示尊重的意思，使别人对你产生良好的印象。无论是在国际还是在国内交往中，个人的形象既代表了组织，也代表了产品形象和服务形象，所以我们要注意自己的形象，礼仪也可以增进交往。我们不可避免地要和别人打交道，懂得礼仪方面的知识越多，就越善于和别人打交道，学习礼仪，其实是会让人受益终身的一件事情。因为没有哪一项工作是不需要接触外界的，也没有哪一份职业是不用和人打交道的。

听了这次金教授的讲座让我受益匪浅，在日常生活中与人交谈无时不在，做一个有素养的人才会被人尊重，我们有则改之，无则加勉，交谈是关乎的每一个细节，所以，不管是在语言还是在举止上都要多加注意让好的方面成为自己的一种习惯。

总体来说，学会尊重他人，包容他人，以高雅的仪表风度、完善的语言艺术、良好的个人形象，都应当积极主动去学习礼仪、讲究礼仪，完善自己的气质修养，赢得尊重，也体现了一个人的素质，一个人的涵养。同时以乐观积极的形象，时刻注意自己的仪容仪表和说话方式去迎接生活的每一天，就会使自己在一个和谐的工作及社会氛围中实现自己的人生价值！

After Viewing Impressions about Travel Notes of A f Fying House

Last Sunday , I saw a movie named Travel notes of a flying house.This movie is very interesting and I like it very much.

The movie mainly talked about that a little boy with a flying dream grew with a little girl with the same dream,and then they got married,grow old together. Until the hostess Eli dead, didnt they finish the flying dream of wonderland waterfall. Finally one day, the 78 years old’s Mr Carr built a flying home, flew away to the fairyland waterfall, and there occurred many amazing and moving stories.

The film, tells me three truth. First of all, people should have a dream and pursuit.Only in this way will you have spirit,as for the single-minded pursuit of dreams and perseverance, then do you have a fight. Secondly, the difficulties are not invincible, but you have not the courage to face, to challenge.I believe that as long as face them bravely, you will be able to get victory and successful.

今天下午第二节课我们举行了英华小学消防讲座和消防演习，其中是由邢台市消防部的教练洪教官来给我们讲解。

一个个悲惨的剧情，一个个死亡的身影，一个个失去亲人的人们。洪教官用各种各样的案例来提醒我们的健康，还用很多消防知识来补充我们的生活常识。在很多的影片中，我们都看到了熊熊大火和扑救的人们，我们还看到了不少婴儿和老人的尸体横摆在眼前，不仅这些我们还看到了在危险中跳楼的人。

这说明了消防知识对我们很重要，为了我们的安全我们必须学会自救和灭火常识。

洪教官的讲解让我们认识到了消防知识的重要性。下面就到了消防演习了，按照常识，我们脱下衣服叠了三层捂住口鼻。虽然我们都不好意思，但在真正的火灾中是顾不上这些小细节的。我们排成两队弯下腰紧紧捂住口鼻，往外跑，到了外面，把衣服拿开“啊！我从来没有感到过外面的空气这么好！”我在心里想到。

到了操场张校长又给我们强调一下和给我们说逃生时间用了多少。洪教官上了主席台，说明了高年级的还可以，低年级的太差和指出了我们的不足。并且又给我们举了一个案例：在四川的一个小学里一共一千多人逃生时间只用了1分钟多。我们都感叹了，我都想着：“这怎么可能呢！他们怎么能在这么短的时间内逃脱呢？”最后说了他们的愿望是想让我们全体同学和老师平安幸福。

张校长也说他们这些当校长当老师的就是想让我们平平安安，快乐幸福。

编纂民法典是党的十八届四中全会确定的一项重大政治任务和立法任务，是以核心的党中央作出的重大法治建设部署，是保障社会公平正义和人民权利的重大立法工程。十三届全国人大三次会议表决通过《中华人民共和国民法典》后，我自觉把深入学习贯彻民法典作为一项重要政治任务。尤其是通过这次市委中心组集中学习研讨，我对民法典的认识和体会进一步得到升华。

第一，民法典是我国法治建设的里程碑。新中国成立以来，民法典的编纂一直受到党和国家的高度重视，从20世纪50年代至今先后启动过五次民法典编纂工作。经过多年努力，逐步形成了比较完备的民事法律规范体系，民事司法实践积累了丰富经验，民事法律服务取得显著进步，民法理论研究也达到较高水平，全社会民事法治观念普遍增强，为编纂民法典奠定了坚实基础。根据党中央的工作部署，编纂民法典采取“两步走”的工作思路进行。第一步，制定民法总则，作为民法典的总则编。全国人大常委会法制工作委员会以1986年制定的民法通则为基础，进行系统梳理总结提炼后，形成民法总则草案，于2017年3月通过审议。民法总则通过后，经过法制工作委员会和相关单位的艰苦努力，形成了包括物权

侵权责任等6个分编在内的民法典各分编草案，分别通过了审议，并与民法总则合并，顺利完成了第二步。今年5月28日，十三届全国人大三次会议表决通过了《中华人民共和国民法典》，宣告中国“民法典时代”正式到来，是新中国70多年来民事立法和法制建设的伟大成就，在我国法治建设史上具有里程碑式的重大意义和深远影响。

第二，民法典是顺应时代的精神产物。当今，我们进入了中国特色社会主义新时代，涌现出了许多新情况新问题，人民群众对保护合法权益提出了新的要求。在这一背景下，编纂民法典正当其时。总的感到，民法典草案顺应新时代

回应新技术，注重将科技发展的因素充分融入法典中，既凸显各界观念的进步，更体现了在立法过程中，社会各界对新时代

新现象实事求是的科学精神;既体现了与时俱进的立法态度，又顺应了新事物对社会关系的影响。比如，将人格权单独成编规定是我国民法典体系顺应时代需求而进行的重大创新，是落实十九大报告精神的具体体现，也是新时代全面保障个人人格尊严保障人民体面生活的重要举措。特别值得一提的是，在此次疫情影响下，大家对新冠肺炎是否造成合同履行中的“不可抗力”或“情势变更”进行了广泛而深刻的讨论，而民法典的确立将从法律层面给予确认正式规则。可以看到，从民法典草案规定履行合同应当避免浪费资源

污染环境 破坏生态，到将人格权独立成编，再到制定高空坠物侵权责任分摊规则等，都回应了时代需要，顺应了时代需求，具有鲜明的时代特征。

第三，民法典是民族精神的立法表达。作为社会生活的百科全书，民法典必然承载着一个民族共同的记忆，彰显着这个民族鲜明的精神特质。翻看民法典，最鲜明的特征就是将弘扬社会主义核心价值观融入到了立法当中，从抽象地规定公序良俗，到具体地要求赡养父母抚养未成年子女，民法典用一个个法条映照出中华民族的精神内涵和价值追求，是弘扬社会主义核心价值观的新实践。民法典以社会主义核心价值观这个“最大公约数”为思想基础和价值取向，契合了全体人民的道德意愿

符合整个社会的公序良俗，真正为人们所信仰 所遵守。这样的民法典，具有时代特色，彰显中国气派，为世界民法发展提供了中国智慧 中国方案。

第四，民法典是民生至上的集中体现。民有所呼，法有所应。作为“社会生活的百科全书”，民法典处处彰显以人民为中心的立法思想。从编纂过程看，民法典充分听取民意，先后10次通过网上公开征求意见，累计收到42.5万人提出的102万条意见和建议。从内容看，民法典共1200多个条文10万余字，覆盖一个公民生老病死的全部生活，既是人民权利的宣言书，更为维护人民权益织密防护网。这次编纂民法典，践行了党的根本宗旨，反映了人民的愿望，回应了人民关切，充分体现了保护人的权利

提升人的尊严 服务人的发展的立法精神与立法宗旨,饱含浓厚的民生情怀。特别是对民事权利保护的高度

深度与广度都进入到了一个新境界,从而使法律能够更好地满足最广大人民群众根本利益和日益增长的美好生活需要。

今年我也有一个圣诞愿望。我想让阿旺和小黑回到我的身边。阿旺是我爷爷捡回来的一条狗。阿旺不是一条普通的狗。它身上有狼的血性，所以说是一条狼狗。没过多久，阿旺怀孕生下了狗仔小黑。做了母亲的阿旺非常疼爱自己的儿子——小黑。我也很疼小黑，一点磕磕碰碰都不让，更不会让别人欺负它了。

在小黑快五岁的时候，我的爷爷突然得了中风，躺在病床上不能自理。小黑从小就怕打雷。那天我去医院看望爷爷。外面雷电交加，风雨大作。当时奶奶在妹妹家，我一个人又不敢走回家。所以我在医院等妈妈过来接我一起回家。可是妈妈临时有事不能来接我了。

所以一咬牙我就一个人冲进了大雨中。雨太大了，我一路飞奔。朦胧中，我看到两个移动的黑点在朝我跑过来。我很开心，肯定是阿旺和小黑来迎接我回家。可是我太高兴了，忘了前面是红灯，冲了出去。说时迟那时快，阿旺跑到我面前替我挡住了汽车迎面而来的撞击。

车主下车一看，原来撞到的是条狗，没说什么就驱车离开了。我非常无奈，很想找他拼命。可是阿旺的命更重要。想到这，我立马抱起阿旺跑到宠物医院。

医生说“不用做手术了，基本上没救了。”听到这，我不由自主地放声大哭。医生看我实在太伤心，建议给阿旺安乐死。我只能忍痛答应，我不想让阿旺临死前那么痛苦。

圣诞老人，你能再让我看一眼小黑和阿旺吗?你能帮我实现这个愿望吗?

Let me tell you a piece of good news: I’m going to take part in an English

speech contest of middle school students in July in the coming summer vacation.

So I’m busy preparing for it. But now I have some difficulty in collecting

useful information and using proper English word to express my thoughts.

Besides, I really want to improve my spoken English, especially the

pronunciation and intonation(语调). Of course, as a native English speaker, you

can give me some suggestions.

In addition, I’m going to visit you after the contest. I’m sure we will

have a wonderful time together in Beijing! I can hardly wait to see you! I am
