首先，既然走进摄影，就要学习这门综合艺术。摄影不仅仅是简单概念的照相，它需要一定的知识积淀和文化修养，山水风物，历史民情，都要在学习和吸纳。摄影又是含有很多技巧，需要在长间的拍摄过程中认真地学习，做到腿勤、眼勤、嘴勤。腿勤，就是经常出去跑跑多拍片。因为，好片是可遇不可求的；眼勤，就是进心仔细地观察四周景物，就是善于“找活”。嘴勤，就是多向老师们学习请教，不论你原来什么身份，进到这个圈里，只有当学生的份，没有摆架子的场。不下功夫，不虚心学习，懒惰而不求进取的人，很难拍出上桌面的东西，大片总是赏赐给那些勤快的人。

其次，在勤奋的同时，还应有自己的构思与创作。采风时，要善于发现极具特征的景物，自己培养独到的眼光。否则，人家找地儿你楞着，人家拍片你站着，人家发片你看着，没有拍摄的创作激情。没有成就感。那你就拿不出好东西，你就会逐步失去摄影兴趣。离出局也便不远了。

二，又不可太当会事儿。

什么事都有个度，过度了就不好；就会出问题。

因为我们买相机的目的，是为了兴趣爱好健康，如果违背了这个宗旨就错了，就过了。

首先，我们这个年龄段学习摄影，并不想争名夺冠，即便是得了个一等奖，在圈内有了点小小名气又能怎么样呢？

第二摄影虽然叫玩，如果为了拍一个片子，去蹬山，趟河，没有控制好精气神，到头来伤了身体，就适得其反了。

第三，这个年龄的人都是从苦日子熬过来，大都经历过那一段苦难岁月，明白享乐生活来之不易和懂得当今子女们工作的辛苦。为了玩，大把的花钱买相机已经很在意了，如果再继续无截止投入，玩不动的时候，扔下一堆被淘汰的破玩意，是一种忘本，也是对家的不负责任。

第四，拍片就是个由头，作品就是个载体，赏片就是个消遣，点评就是个聊天。即便去参展，也就是凑热闹，真的不必要去太当回事儿。

易中天先生讲的是两千多年以前的人和事，但他轻松、自然、幽默的风格一下子拉近了经典与我们之间的距离，让我们听来没有丝毫的陌生感和距离感。诸子百家中，易中天重点分析了儒家、墨家、道家、法家这四家。他认为儒、墨、道、法之所以产生争鸣，有一个很重要的原因，是他们的关注点不一样。他们共同的特点是都面对着当时社会的剧变，社会的重大变革。因为春秋战国是我们民族历史上国家制度、社会制度、政治制度、文化制度发生天翻地覆变化的一个转折点。具体体现在社会现象上就是“天下大乱，礼坏乐崩”，这时候历史就向我们先者们提出来一个不可回避的问题，中国向何处去?儒、墨、道、法四家都在回答这个问题，他们的答案各不一样。这是由于这四家的关注点不同，所以他们留下的遗产也不同。孔子是站在贵族的立场，墨子是平民的立场，道家是隐士的立场，法家则站在谋士的立场。

易中天先说到儒家学派，儒家的创始人是被后世尊称为“万世师表”的孔子，他认为儒家留给我们的遗产是仁爱、正义和自强。他说道家更关注人生，留下的是真实，自由，宽容，这其实是人生的态度。墨家关注社会，墨家的理想就是要有一个有公平与正义的社会，因此他提出的方案是平等、互利、博爱。法家关注国家，留下的是治国理念，公开、公平、公正。

可以说，各诸子都有他的可取之处，他们留下的这些遗产其实就是一个如何“正心诚意修身齐家治国平天下”的问题，涵盖了个人、文化、社会、国家等各个层面。再细究，我们还可以发现，其实各诸子的理念不仅有可取之处，还有与今相通之处。如墨子的侠肝义胆，以身作则，那种吃苦耐劳，呼唤社会的公平与正义仍主导了当今社会的思想，他还主张任贤，即所有的官员必须能上能下，以什么为标准?

I began to be afraid. Skiing wasnt easy. The coach seemed to see my mind and said to me, "dont be afraid. Ill grab your ski and you go down slowly." The coach told me some of the action Essentials: squat, knee to buckle...... I suddenly feel that this action is very like a frog jumping movement. The frog is the original ski master! Was thinking when snickered, the coach began to pull my skis down. I hastened to keep the frog movement, and the coach said, "you are so rigid! Relax, relax!" my "dead frog" finally lived.

I found a sense of skiing. When I was happy, the coach released it secretly. I began to worry again, and my heart jumped and jumped up. A small slope appeared in front of me. Would I fall down? Then I slipped through a small slope, and my speed was getting faster and faster. There was a feeling of floating. The feeling of skiing was really cool.
