为了防止火灾的发生，我们需要养成安全用火的习惯。在任何场所，任何情况都不能玩火柴，打火机，更不能点火玩耍。在家里，学校或野外用火，要有人守在旁边，注意不让火向外蔓延。用完火后要把火熄灭，如果用煤气，液化气等，用后要关紧阀门，以免引起火灾。

遇到火灾突发时千万不要慌张失措，要镇定用正确的方法自救。下面，就就由我向大家介绍相关的消防知识。处在烟火中的，如果烟火不大，可以俯身行走，如果烟火太浓，必须卧地而行，同时用湿毛巾捂住口鼻（在火灾中丧失的人，多数不是被烧死的，而是吸入过多的有毒烟雾而死）如果衣服着火，要立即在地上打滚，把火压灭。在烟火中的人不要叫喊，防止吸入毒气可以向火场外面抛掷东西,让外面的人发现你所在的位置前来救援.如遇山林火灾,要朝逆风的方向奔跑,这样才可以摆脱火焰的追逐.如果楼房发生火灾,可以把湿棉被,毯子等披在身上,顺楼梯逃生,不到迫不得已千万不要跳楼.如果楼梯口被封住,可以通过窗口,阳台逃生,用绳子或把撕开的布条连接起来,栓在窗口,阳台上,顺着绳子或布条望下滑,也可以抓住屋外的排水管望下滑,在底层的人可以用竹竿逃生,如果不能逃离楼房,应想办法进入卫生间或厨房。因为卫生间和厨房面积小，容易封闭，可以隔绝烟火，另外，卫生间和厨房里有水龙头，可以随时熄灭火焰，如果火势太大，卫生间和厨房也能安身，确实需要跳楼逃生，千万不要站在窗口往下跳，可以让身体贴着墙壁往下滑，这样既可以双脚先落地，又能减小落地高度，也可以防止头部受伤。

发现火情，要尽快拨打119，通知消防队来救火，在电话中说明火灾发生的地点、周围的道路情况。令消防队掌握火场情况，尽快到达火场。 通过学习消防知识使我认识到消防是多么的重要，尤其是在重庆这个高温地带。消防知识便成为了保护人身安全的一项必要技能，令人在工作、出行、休闲购物等所处的环境发生火灾时能正确应对，保障生命安全。

实际上火灾其实并不可怕，火灾只是源于人们的一时大意，才会造成火灾的出现。因此在生活里，我们要从细节做起，从自身做起，只有这样，我们才能让火在为我们人类造福的情况下有不会给我们带来灾难。预防火灾，从我做起。

Our capacity to cope successfully with lifes challenges far outstrips our capacity to feel nervousness. Yet in the weeks, days, and hours leading up to an event that we believe will test our limits, we can become nervous. 201x年4月4日，教师进修学校组织我校教师观摩了雷夫的——《第56号教室的奇迹》的讲座。我被发生在第56号教室的每一个奇迹吸引了、感动了，我不禁一遍又一遍虔诚的细心品味。讲座中主人公雷夫决心用“像头发着了火似的”态度来教学，用他那一颗炽热的爱心，创造了“重品格、讲勤勉、推崇谦逊，而且无条件地扶持”的一个迥然不同的世界。

看了《第五十六号教室的奇迹》的讲座之后，不禁反思我们现在存在的教育现状，为了课堂纪律，为了考试成绩，不仅让学生害怕就连老师都在害怕，整个课堂都染上了“恐惧”的气氛。学生遵守纪律是因为害怕受惩罚，考不好是害怕老师批评、家长责骂、同学嘲笑。如此一来学生长期都处在一种战战兢兢生活状态中，这严重阻碍了学生的发展。然而老师又怎么样呢，老师也在害怕，害怕自己不被学生喜欢，害怕上课没人听讲，害怕自己管不住学生，害怕被同行嘲笑，害怕被领导训话。

可是在雷夫老师的教室里，就没有“害怕”这两个字，他用信任取代害怕，用信任在师生之间建立起一座坚固的桥梁，使教室的一切变得不一样，使学生热爱学习，为他人着想，最终形成自己的行为准则，养成良好的学习和生活习惯。学生不用老师费心，老师的工作也自然很容易做。这其中的重中之重就是师生之间的信任。

看了这次讲座之后，使我体会到教育的真谛：“成功无快捷方式，真正的卓越是靠牺牲、错误、以及大量的努力挣来的”。雷夫先生提出的“以信任取代恐惧”的观点和做法让我佩服，雷夫和他的学生发生在第56号教室的“真相”警醒了我，我该适当的放慢脚步，挤时间静心反思，追求“更好的教学”，这样会获得事半功倍的效果。“不管是教育学生还是孩子，一定要时时从孩子的角度看事情，不要把孩子害怕当做教育的捷径”。这是我要反思并要时时提醒自己的。

《第56号教室的奇迹》让我们要有一颗宽容的心，要允许孩子犯一些错误。作为老师，我们不能仅仅是帮助他们学习课本，因为知识的学习只是教育的一部分，我们应该帮助学生去充分发展他们的自我，健全他们的人格，让他们做个对社会有用的人。雷夫老师就做到了，他让我们看到不是只有“下马威”才能镇得住学生，有爱心、耐心、信心、责任心、智慧同样能够“镇得住”学生，还能帮助孩子成为更好的人。

Our shool， Wuhan Heping Middle School， lies in the center of Wuhan city。 It was just built and has the perfect size。 The school yard is two hundred meters long， one hundred meters wide， and is surrounded by trees。

When you walk throught the front gate， there is a huge garden that greets you with every kind of natural things。 To the left is the school library in which there are more than 100， 000 books。 To the right is the experiment building。 In the very middle of the school yard stands the teaching building that stretches for one hundred and fifty meters。 This teaching building has four floors with the teachers offices at either end of each floor。 Standing on the top of the teaching building， you can see a flower bed。 Behind the teaching building is a large playground on the right side。 The students often do sports here after class。 To the left lies the dining hall which can hold 500 people。 This is our school， a beautiful one。

12月10日，我们跟着萧山日报社资深摄影记者范老师在湘湖荷花庄学习摄影的技巧。

范老师告诉我们，拍照最重要的是构图，构图有很多种，比如黄金分割、对角线构图、对称式构图等。他先教我们广角拍摄，广角就是拍摄范围最大的角度。一张完整的照片往往分为前景、中景、远景三部分，范老师以一风景为例，说：“你们看，这岸边的石凳是前景、湖中的残荷是中景、远处的采莲桥是远景，在拍摄中我们眼睛看到的这一点和石凳的尖点以及远处桥洞的中心点三点成一线，然后以这条线左右对称，就是对称式构图。拍得时候要注意照片的水平线必须和我们的框架保持平行，不然拍出来就不好看了。”

接下来，老师又教我们拍某个物体的特写。范老师说：“刚才我们是用镜头最广的广角拍摄，那我们现在用镜头最长的长焦，就可以把物体的特写拍下来。怎么拍呢？用长焦调距，用大光圈对准拍摄的物体，按下快门，拍完了以后，就会发现被拍的物体很清晰，背景是虚化的，两者形成强烈对比。突出了重点。”

范老师还告诉我们，一张优秀的照片，不仅仅要有完整的构图和漂亮的光影，还必须有打动人、吸引人的亮点，要有感染力，这样才能感动自己感动别人。你们今后要朝着这个方向去努力。

听完老师的话，我们便拿着相机四处取景拍摄，大家都拍了好多照片，选出自认为好看的拿给老师看。范老师对我们每个人的照片都一一进行了点评，我看着听着，似乎真的明白了些什么！

活动很快结束了，可我还不想回家，我忽然觉得拍照真的很有意思，难怪有这么多人会喜欢摄影！

说实话，我是怀着些许不安来到这样一所学校的。上班的第一天，我沿着宽敞明亮的走廊走进了一间教室。孩子们围拢过来，用手语一字一句告诉我，因为他们听力残疾，做他们的老师会很辛苦;他们和我一样，除了没有听力之外……我默默地用目光追随孩子们打出的每一个手势，默默地用目光追随孩子们眼神里流露出来的纯净与真挚。我又一次被感动了，尽管孩子们在用手语和我交谈，可我分明感受到了孩子们用的是一颗心来表达情感啊。那一刻，我似乎体会到了所有生命里共同的愿望，共同的坚持，共同的快乐。也是在那一刻，我爱上了这样一群孩子，爱上了手语。

我用手语和孩子们交流思想，传递情感，孩子们也是。他们遇到不懂的词句，会向我请教词句的意思，手语的表达方式。他们也常和我聊天，常用手语诉说他们心中的一些小悲伤，小盼望。他们与我的这种交流在我看来，不仅是老师与学生的对话，也是心灵与心灵的对话，生命与生命的对话。于这样的时候，我觉得我与孩子们的距离很近，很近，这是普通学校的老师无法感受得到的。

I am cheerful, modest, self-confident and good at communicating with others. I study industriously and rigorously. Whenever I come across a problem in study, Im able to consult with an open mind and try my best to get an indepth knowledge. Possessing the honest credible moral character, a sense of teamwork and responsibility for my work, I have strong endurance, willpower and hard-working quality of the work to identify persistent optimism, the courage to face difficulties and challenges.

At the same time, I have taken an active part in all kinds of activities in order to improve my personal qualities. From these experiences, I have not only realized the importance of unity and cooperation, but also learned a lot of social knowledge, and I believe all these will play an important role in my future career.

It is indeed difficult to live without a mobile phone as it helps us in day

to day activities. I cannot live without a mobile phone. Todays generation uses

mobile phones for chatting, surfing and playing games. They dont use the mobile

phone for the real purpose. I admit that living wothout a mobile phone is

extremely difficult but I can live without addicting apps like Facebook, Twitter

etc. The iPhone is a gadget that is encouraging to use social apps and addicting

games. These gadgets though facilitate our work but are making us their slaves.

For example, if a persons iPhone is not working properly, he will be filled

with anger. As new technology is creating new gadgets, so are people raising new

demands. They also hamper academics. Buy a mobile phone but use it for something

productive.
