记得，在接下来的演讲中，杨顺德警官诉说了一件亲身经历的故事。顷刻间，轰动全场。讲的是：一个吸毒者想戒除毒瘾，于是寻求家人帮助。一次家人出去工作前将吸毒者的双手绑在床角的柱子上，没想到，吸毒者犯毒瘾时，脑袋神志不清，像发了疯的疯牛，卖力的挣脱束缚，竟然拖着床，找了把刀，却不小心砍掉了自己的手，又疯疯癫癫冲去阳台，坠落，当场身亡……

只是一件惨痛的血的案例啊！只是赤裸裸的告诫：毒品，不是什么好东西。它只是在一点一点掠夺你人类的理性，使你成为野蛮的猛兽；它只会夺走你的大好前途和你感受人生的机会。都说”父母是家里的顶梁柱。“”孩子是父母的希望。“对于一个家庭，无论是哪位家庭成员走上吸毒的道路，都是对那个家庭沉重的打击，而且吸毒不仅加重了社会负担，还败坏社会风气。总的来说，吸毒对自己、对家庭、对社会，对国家都是百害而不一利的。

所以”珍爱生命，远离毒品。“希望我们共同努力，洁身自好，遵纪守法，出门在外处处留心。希望我们能健康快乐的在祖国的蓝天下成长，并在不久的将来成为国家之栋梁，社会之人才，老师、父母之骄傲！

今天，庞老师给我们上了一堂关于《青春期生理卫生与健康保健》课。同学们听得很认真，课堂上都做了笔记。什么是青春期？青春期是由童年发育到成人的过渡时期。青春期分为：早期9-12岁，中期13-16岁，晚期16-18岁。我在想10岁了，现在进入了青春早期，个子也长高了，以前的衣服鞋子，也小了，这是很明显的成长。老师接着讲着，身体的变化，身体外形机能渐趋健全身体对疾病抵抗能力增强，月经形成。

注意全身保健。进入青春期，注意饮食，营养均衡，有足够时间休息，睡眠。适当参加运动，增强机体免疫力。注意保暖，避免受凉。提高警惕性，不要到偏僻地方，不与陌生人交留，不要招手搭便车，不去酒吧，歌舞厅。

进入青春期的情绪波动。容易赌气离家出走，衣着不暴露，不要独自跟愿意带路的陌生人走。应急要点：适时呼救，巧妙周旋，勇于抗争，尽量拖延时间，保存证据。

听了这堂课，让我收获很大，青春期如何保护自己，讲究个人卫生，不能赌气独自离家出走，不与陌生人随便搭话。

今天，在学校的推荐下，我观看了黑龙江卫视少儿频道播放的《于丹讲座》，于丹教授告诉了我们如何孝敬父母，建立人格。我听了之后，感慨良多。

于丹是北京师范大学的教授，博士生导师。她的讲座栩栩如生，给人一种很亲切、舒服的感觉。她向我们描述了人与人之间的关系，人在社会上的地位和建立人格这三个方面的内容，还举了好多生动的例子：如胡萝卜、生鸡蛋、和干茶叶的实验，孔融让梨等小故事，让我们更容易地领会其中的道理。

听过讲座之后，我突然感觉到我们现在的幸福生活是多么美满、安逸！因为我们都是独生子女，过着衣来伸手，饭来张口的生活，我们每个人都是父母心里的一块宝，要什么，家长就给什么，从没说过个“不”字。可是我们却不懂得感恩，甚至认为这是天经地仪的事，更别说好好孝敬父母了，多数时候还任性地惹父母生气！

这个讲座让我突然间长大了，懂得了很多。看着父母每天为我们操心，白发渐渐出现头顶，皱纹也刻上面容，心里感觉一阵酸楚，接下来我们要做的就是好好回报父母，让他们天天开心。现在我要对我他们说：“爸、妈，我长大了，可以体会你们的良苦用心，也懂得了感恩，现在起我决定要好好孝敬你们，让你们为我感到骄傲和自豪！”

在我们身边，一些同学总是犯错，屡教不改。认为：自己不是杀人放火，小错怕什么。俗话说得好：“小时偷针，大时偷金。”从小就没有养成良好的习惯和良好的法律纪律意识，随意损坏公物，打人，骂人，甚至偷窃等。不能及时改正缺点，那些恶习将会根深蒂固，变得越来越严重，最后就走上了犯罪的道路。

犯罪，一关就是几年、几十年，甚至把一生都毁了。人最宝贵的就是生命，生命很美好，要是在那个阴森又潮湿的监牢里度过，多少美好光阴被浪费。不仅自己的心里会留下一个伤疤，还会连累父母担心。

周二下午4：20，学校举办了新闻知识讲座，各班级的智慧星跟小记者都可以去参加。我也带着笔记本兴高采烈地去听讲座。

第一个来给我们讲解的是铜都晨刊最认真、优秀的记者-马卫东马记者。他给我们讲解的是让我特别感兴趣的新闻图片写作方法。他给我们拿出二幅图片。第一幅图片是笔架山广场热闹的场景：那里正在进行炒饭比赛，参加比赛的人们都在异常忙碌地忙着自己的炒饭，因为比赛要求你不但要炒得快，而且还要色香味都好才能获胜。仔细看一下图片，你会发现图片中许多人的动作都不一样哦，真有意思。第二幅图片里出现的是许多小朋友在图书室里吵吵闹闹的场面。他们为什么会在这里吵吵闹闹呢？因为他们都在争着办图书证，都想在知识的海洋里多学习知识。他们的样子真可爱。

马记者精彩的讲解完以后，报社的何总编又给我们讲解了写新闻跟写作文的不同之处：一、写新闻必须是真实事情，写作文可以适当编故事，不需要都是真实的。二、写新闻一定要仔细，如果写错了，那意思就全错了，那可是很麻烦的事情啊。三、写新闻一定要快，不然就不是新闻了，写作文就不需要那么紧张了。听着这些，我感觉有趣极了，仿佛自己一下子从半山腰爬到了山顶，看到了远处更美丽的景色。

通过今天到的学习，我觉得自己的写作还有许多东西需要改正，希望自己通过不断地改进可以更好得提高写作水平。

认识易中天，是在《百家讲坛》的《品三国》，讲坛上的他纵横捭阖，尽情挥洒，将三国品得如火如荼，不仅刷新了电视收视率，而且赢得了大批的粉丝。3月27日下午，杭州干部培训中心为我们组织的讲座，使我们有幸近距离领略他的风采，易先生对经典的精辟阐述和睿智分析让我再次为他折服。

易中天先生讲的是两千多年以前的人和事，但他轻松、自然、幽默的风格一下子拉近了经典与我们之间的距离，让我们听来没有丝毫的陌生感和距离感。诸子百家中，易中天重点分析了儒家、墨家、道家、法家这四家。他认为儒、墨、道、法之所以产生争鸣，有一个很重要的原因，是他们的关注点不一样。他们共同的特点是都面对着当时社会的剧变，社会的重大变革。因为春秋战国是我们民族历史上国家制度、社会制度、政治制度、文化制度发生天翻地覆变化的一个转折点。具体体现在社会现象上就是“天下大乱，礼坏乐崩”，这时候历史就向我们先者们提出来一个不可回避的问题，中国向何处去?儒、墨、道、法四家都在回答这个问题，他们的答案各不一样。这是由于这四家的关注点不同，所以他们留下的遗产也不同。孔子是站在贵族的立场，墨子是平民的立场，道家是隐士的立场，法家则站在谋士的立场。

易中天先说到儒家学派，儒家的创始人是被后世尊称为“万世师表”的孔子，他认为儒家留给我们的遗产是仁爱、正义和自强。他说道家更关注人生，留下的是真实，自由，宽容，这其实是人生的态度。墨家关注社会，墨家的理想就是要有一个有公平与正义的社会，因此他提出的方案是平等、互利、博爱。法家关注国家，留下的是治国理念，公开、公平、公正。

可以说，各诸子都有他的可取之处，他们留下的这些遗产其实就是一个如何“正心诚意修身齐家治国平天下”的问题，涵盖了个人、文化、社会、国家等各个层面。再细究，我们还可以发现，其实各诸子的理念不仅有可取之处，还有与今相通之处。如墨子的侠肝义胆，以身作则，那种吃苦耐劳，呼唤社会的公平与正义仍主导了当今社会的思想，他还主张任贤，即所有的官员必须能上能下，以什么为标准?

今天早晨，我收看了北京师范大学教授于丹主讲的中小学《感恩教育》。它令我受益匪浅，是我完美了自己的品质提升了自己的修养，完美自己的人生!

于丹教授是讲话极富感染力，所说的话出口成章，令人醍醐灌顶，茅塞顿开。她精炼的语言和高度的概括能力，是人叹为观止。

孝是什么?于丹教授用一个寓言故事告诉我们孝就是当父母老了是去陪他们。那个寓言中的树就如同我们的父母，用他的全部来成就我们的一生。但他们不求回报，只求在他们老时我们能陪在他们身边。

人一定要有人际关系。在300个小学生中，有百分之五十点七的同学因缺玩伴而独自一人在家玩电脑、看电视;百分之十三点三的同学喜欢喝保姆、家长等长辈玩;百分之三十六的同学没有固定的朋友。在生活中，人一定要有朋友，不能在别人心中扮演一个可有可无的角色。

感恩，其实并不是那么难做到，我们只要学习好，晚上在家时，给劳累了一天的父母倒杯茶，这就是最好的感恩方法。对大自然的感恩你只要保护环境，爱护花草树木，植树节那天抽点时间和家人一起去植树，这就是对大自然最好的回报。

通过看于丹教授的讲座，我明白了在人生中最重要的三大点：孝，良好的人际关系，学会感恩。

最近一直在看于丹教授的《论语》心得，首先想要说的是，这是一本非常好的书。

每每去到书店，各种各样、五花八门的关于教人们“怎样做人、怎样对待人生挫折、怎样处事”的书籍比比皆是，而这些所谓的“心灵鸡汤”迎合了当今复杂社会下处于“心灵冲撞”中的人们所需要的那种必要的理解和必要的心灵慰籍，而这些书籍中，我认为于丹教授关于《论语》的心得体会却是最值得一看的。

想起以前读中学的时候，什么《论语》《庄子》在我的眼中都是很深奥的东西，虽然在添鸭式的教育中我背会了“学而时习之，不亦说乎？有朋自远方来，不亦乐乎？人不知而不愠，不亦君子乎”、“不在其位，不某其政”“人无远虑，必有近忧”等朗朗上口的句子，可自问心里对这些话的理解却是肤浅和随意的。或许，没有于丹，我大脑中不会再想起《论语》，不会想到通过读《论语》来指导自己的生活，也不会理解先人圣贤为什么会说出“以半部《论语》治天下”的那种推崇，当看了于丹教授的书后，我知道了孔夫子的伟大，也知道了过去自认为深奥的孔夫子的《论语》并不是高不可及的，先贤们说的话，穿越沧桑，传到今天，仍然可以让我受益匪浅、温暖备至。

于丹教授说：“《论语》告诉大家的，永远是最简单的。”、“《论语》的真谛，就是告诉大家，怎么样才能过上我们心灵所需要的那种快乐的生活。”，所以，当这本书被我认认真真地看完后，心里很为于丹教授把现代社会、现代人的生活通过《论语》完美结合后给予的精辟阐释表示喝彩！

对于丹教授的《论语》心得，于我这等凡夫俗子来说，不会也不想做任何评论，对我来讲，读懂、读透、悟到就可以了，所以，在这里就姑且把读到的一些我认为精彩的部分记录下来和大家一同分享吧！或许，迷茫中的你我，会不经意从中得到一些启示和帮助吧！
