国庆期间，我们去了汕头丹樱生态园。我们去的这天刚好下起了大雨，天阴沉沉的，一路上我都很烦燥。

为了把美景带回家，我向爸爸借来手机开始照相。可照了几张后，我发现我照的相片不是很模糊，就是太暗。我泄了气，嘟着嘴把手机还给爸爸。妈妈看了我沮丧的样子，走过来告诉我：“你的手要稳，要控制好光线。”我记住了妈妈刚才的话，学着妈妈的样子又照了一张，这张相片果然好看多了。我打起了精神，走到离我最近的仙人掌花前照相。这次我的手很稳，角度也控制的得得当，光线也挺充足，照出来的相片受到了爸爸妈妈的称赞。我受到了巨大的鼓舞，一心想要把这场献给视觉的饕餮盛宴拍下来。我拍了很多花，有白玫瑰，红玫瑰，小叶紫薇，大叶紫薇，大王莲，睡莲，向日葵……园里的任何一个小角落任何一朵不知名的小野花我都不放过，一路狂迫下来。

拍了这么多美丽的花朵，我觉得很满足，但也觉得相片里好像缺少了什么东西，有点空洞洞的。妈妈看了看我照的相片，对我说：“小菜，你照的相片没主题，就算景色非常漂亮照出来也很清晰的照片，如果没主题，看起来还是杂乱空洞的。”我恍然大悟，再看了一遍照片。是啊，景物虽然挺漂亮，但是相片里这边一束花，那边一束花，都不知道在表达什么。我又知道了摄影很重要的一点：要有主题。接下来，我选定了照片的主题：花上的水珠。我找了一朵月季，洁白的花瓣上有着一两滴晶莹剔透的水珠，使得这朵月季花更加娇艳。我看着它，开了闪光灯，将主要镜头对着那颗快要滴下的水珠，控制好了角度和光线，“咔嚓”一声按下了快门，然后我迫不及待打开图库看看刚才照的照片，哇，好漂亮！就像我在手机上看到的屏幕图片一样。我拿着手机，狂奔到妈妈休息的地方，把我照的照片给妈妈看，看着妈妈露出赞许的眼神，我也笑了。

回家后翻看自己拍的相片，看到那一幅幅美丽的图片，想起游玩时的欢乐，我心里甜滋滋的，想：摄影能长久地留住美景，留住回忆，真好！我以后要继续练好摄影技术，留下更多更美的景色。

Our family enjoyed a wonderful New Years evening family dinner because it is seldom to get so many relatives to get together.My uncle,aunt and cousin,my best friend,came and had dinner with us.It took almost whole afternoon to prepare the dishes.Of course,that is a chance to show my mom and my aunts cooking skill.We also try to do something to help them,but,what we got was "going to play".It is happy for me to hear that rather than "go to do your homework".The evening dinner is so good,everyone enjoyed and aet overload to their stomach.So wonderful dinner,so wonderful new year.

Nowadays,more and more families choose to have the dinner on New Year’s Eve in restaurants.Though this choice doesn’t follow our tradition,I think it’s good and should be encouraged.

First,it’s obviously more convenient to do so.The process of preparing a home-made New Year’s Eve dinner is not only hard but also annoying.People have to buy food several days before the festival and spend a long time cooking all sorts of dishes.Now,just pick up the telephone and reserve a table.Everything will be well arranged by the restaurant.

Second,it still create a warm atmosphere by getting the family united,which is the true purpose of the dinner.In the restaurant,you celebrate the New Year and share your happiness with other families and usually can enjoy special performances or activities,organized by the owner of the restaurant.

To make a conclusion,having the dinner on New Year’s Eve outside shows a change in people’s thoughts on traditions and seems to be a wise,nice and exciting idea.

There is a trend that more and more families have their dinner on New Year’s Eve in the restaurant.Although it is more convenient,it doesn’t seem to be a pleasure thing for me.

Firstly,the restaurants are too crowded.Owing to this,we cannot talk freely.In addition,the sense of harmony cannot be felt by the family members.

Secondly,it may cost us a big sum of money which we can save by having the dinner in our own families.The whole family’s preparation for the dinner is also a process of enjoying according to my view.

青春期就是由童年生长到发育到成人的过渡时期。这一期人体的形态、某些器官的结、动能都有明显的变化。月经的形成时间：平均28天(21-35左右)一次持续3~5天，出血量为50毫升左右，一个月来一次。遇到坏人如何自保：适时呼救、巧妙周旋、勇于抗争、保存证据。女生到了发育期后，不仅要学会自我保护，还要提高警惕性。青春期划分分：9～12为早期、13~16为中期、16~18为晚期。这次讲座让我收获了许多课堂以外的知识。

First， the government should perfect laws to punish those factories

thatignore the protection. And businessmen must pay more attention to

theenvironment instead of money. Second， green commuting and alow-carbon life

are supposed to be called for. Third，we should develop green and energy-saving

energy to lower theemission of haze.

If we work together，our environmentwill get better and better and haze

weather will disappear completely.

今天上午八点，我看了于丹博士导师主讲的《中小学生人格教育》，我的感受很深。如果看过得人一定十分奇怪，这是一个教家长教育孩子的讲座，你一个小孩儿，能有什么感受呢?因为我看到了自己的不足。这个讲座一共分为四讲，我总结起来就是四点：树立目标;不听话，爱发脾气的正确引导;学会感恩：抵抗挫折。给我印象最深的就是第三讲和第四讲。

第三讲讲了家长怎样教导孩子学会感恩，于丹老师讲了孔子的弟子问孔子孝是什么?孔子只说了两个字，色难。意思是千难万难都要给父母一个好脸色看，可现在我们呢?正好相反，成了父母千难万难到要个我们一个好脸色看。可将开的社会上，你已经有了习惯，爱发脾气，可昔日的父母已经变成了同事、上司甚至是素不相识的人，他们可不会将就你，可见控制情绪的重要性。

第四讲讲了抵抗挫折的重要意义，于丹老师她女儿喜爱的花篮破了，她女儿号啕大哭起来。于丹老师把破篮子用彩纸补起来，竟比原来更好看。他女儿破涕为笑，并从中明白一个道理：哭是最无能的表现。也是我明白的道理。遇到挫折不要紧，可灰心丧气是很可怕的。就算遇到天大的挫折也不算是末日，而是像蝉一样，是蜕变的开端。蜕变尽管十分疼痛，但却可以换来自由飞翔，挫折又何尝不是这样!我以后要克服于丹老师指出的现代儿童的主要病症，做一个健康向上积极奋进的自己。

青春期是是指人从儿童期过渡到成年期的过程，一般由11岁到20岁，一般有喉结，睾丸，胡子，腋下长毛。

但同时，生命又是无比脆弱的。20--年5月12日大地震，一瞬时，山崩地裂，家园损毁，生命消逝。熟悉而温暖的家园被撕裂成山般的废墟，天真烂漫的笑脸被夺去花一样的童年，鲜活的生命被那一瞬间把生与死分开，还有许许多多的梦想，被残忍无情地摧毁掩埋。在灾难面前，生命显得如此脆弱而不堪一击。

正因生命只有一次，我们才要倍加珍爱。而对于灾难，如果我们能进行有效的防范和保护，我想，生命或许会坚韧不少。

比如，对于地震，自20--年起，每年的5月12日被设为全国“防灾减灾日”。每年5月9日至15日为“防灾减灾日”宣传周。“防震减灾日”的设立，既是纪念四川汶川大地震故去的人们，也是提醒我们前事不忘、后事之师，增强全社会防震减灾意识。而当地震来临之时，我们千万要镇静。由于强烈振动只有几秒到几十秒钟，时间短促，所以应采用“就近避震”的方法。如果不幸被压在建筑物下，更要保持头脑清醒，尽量保存体力，延长生命。

对于火灾，我们平时应注意电器的使用和烟花爆竹的燃放，学习灭火器的使用方法，不应随意进行与火有关的游戏。处在陌生的环境时，留心疏散通道、安全出口及楼梯方位。一旦发生火灾，需要保持镇静，不能惊慌，利用周围一切可利用的条件逃生。如果身处浓烟之中，尽量采取低姿势爬行，头部尽量贴近地面。

当然，人的一生遇到大的灾难的几率是小的，我们更加要注意小的安全问题，提高防范意识，例如，不随意下河，下湖游泳;不要进入网吧,避免使学习受到影响,身心健康受到污染和受到人身伤害;要注意活动安全,特别是进行体育活动时要防止给自己和他人造成伤害。

然而，更为重要的是，我们要增强自己生命的“韧性”，要主动承担起生命的使命与苦难。有的同学因为学习，情感等方面的问题，便失去理性，心智大乱，伤害自己或他人，甚至令生命在最美好的时光中消逝，岂不令人扼腕叹息。因此，我们既要对外界防灾减灾，也要对内心的灾害进行防范。一旦出现问题，及时与老师，同学，家长沟通交流。

生命只有一次，我们要珍惜生命，要真实地活着，且活得尽可能地精彩。每一次风雨之后，都让心灵感受到生命的拔节。而生命一旦来到这个世界上，便负有严肃的使命，因此，我们要学会防灾减灾，珍爱生命，抓住生命中每一瞬间，用上苍赋予的生命，为自己，也为社会做出贡献!

作为班里的，我参加了学校组织的消防志愿者大队，并进行了相关讲座的听取和一些防火防灾知识的学习。下面就是我的一些关于消防知识的认识和相关感受。

火，它为人类带来了温暖，火，时刻存在于我们生活中。也为人类烧出美味的食物，同时，火又是摧残人类家园，仿佛夺取一条条鲜活生命的利剑，深深地刺入了每个人的心中。火灾给人类带来灾难,给国家和人民造成损失。引起火灾的原因很多。人们在生产，生活用火时候管理不严，用电不当，小孩玩火，雷击起火等都会引起火灾，带来祸害。

火，它为人类带来了温暖，火，时刻存在于我们生活中。也为人类烧出美味的食物，同时，火又是摧残人类家园，仿佛夺取一条条鲜活生命的利剑，深深地刺入了每个人的心中。 火灾真是时刻都存在我们生活当中，一点小小的火星也许一不小心就会酿成火灾。所以，作为学生，我们要认识到消防安全的重要性，掌握火灾发生后一些自救的方法，预防火灾的发生。

为了防止火灾的发生，我们需要养成安全用火的习惯。在任何场所，任何情况都不能玩火柴，打火机，更不能点火玩耍。在家里，学校或野外用火，要有人守在旁边，注意不让火向外蔓延。用完火后要把火熄灭，如果用煤气，液化气等，用后要关紧阀门，以免引起火灾。

遇到火灾突发时千万不要慌张失措，要镇定用正确的方法自救。下面，就就由我向大家介绍相关的消防知识。处在烟火中的，如果烟火不大，可以俯身行走，如果烟火太浓，必须卧地而行，同时用湿毛巾捂住口鼻（在火灾中丧失的人，多数不是被烧死的，而是吸入过多的有毒烟雾而死）如果衣服着火，要立即在地上打滚，把火压灭。在烟火中的人不要叫喊，防止吸入毒气可以向火场外面抛掷东西,让外面的人发现你所在的位置前来救援.如遇山林火灾,要朝逆风的方向奔跑,这样才可以摆脱火焰的追逐.如果楼房发生火灾,可以把湿棉被,毯子等披在身上,顺楼梯逃生,不到迫不得已千万不要跳楼.如果楼梯口被封住,可以通过窗口,阳台逃生,用绳子或把撕开的布条连接起来,栓在窗口,阳台上,顺着绳子或布条望下滑,也可以抓住屋外的排水管望下滑,在底层的人可以用竹竿逃生,如果不能逃离楼房,应想办法进入卫生间或厨房。因为卫生间和厨房面积小，容易封闭，可以隔绝烟火，另外，卫生间和厨房里有水龙头，可以随时熄灭火焰，如果火势太大，卫生间和厨房也能安身，确实需要跳楼逃生，千万不要站在窗口往下跳，可以让身体贴着墙壁往下滑，这样既可以双脚先落地，又能减小落地高度，也可以防止头部受伤。

发现火情，要尽快拨打119，通知消防队来救火，在电话中说明火灾发生的地点、周围的道路情况。令消防队掌握火场情况，尽快到达火场。 通过学习消防知识使我认识到消防是多么的重要，尤其是在重庆这个高温地带。消防知识便成为了保护人身安全的一项必要技能，令人在工作、出行、休闲购物等所处的环境发生火灾时能正确应对，保障生命安全。

实际上火灾其实并不可怕，火灾只是源于人们的一时大意，才会造成火灾的出现。因此在生活里，我们要从细节做起，从自身做起，只有这样，我们才能让火在为我们人类造福的情况下有不会给我们带来灾难。预防火灾，从我做起。

今天下午第二节课我们举行了英华小学消防讲座和消防演习，其中是由邢台市消防部的教练洪教官来给我们讲解。

一个个悲惨的剧情，一个个死亡的身影，一个个失去亲人的人们。洪教官用各种各样的案例来提醒我们的健康，还用很多消防知识来补充我们的生活常识。在很多的影片中，我们都看到了熊熊大火和扑救的人们，我们还看到了不少婴儿和老人的尸体横摆在眼前，不仅这些我们还看到了在危险中跳楼的人。

这说明了消防知识对我们很重要，为了我们的安全我们必须学会自救和灭火常识。

洪教官的讲解让我们认识到了消防知识的重要性。下面就到了消防演习了，按照常识，我们脱下衣服叠了三层捂住口鼻。虽然我们都不好意思，但在真正的火灾中是顾不上这些小细节的。我们排成两队弯下腰紧紧捂住口鼻，往外跑，到了外面，把衣服拿开“啊！我从来没有感到过外面的空气这么好！”我在心里想到。

到了操场张校长又给我们强调一下和给我们说逃生时间用了多少。洪教官上了主席台，说明了高年级的还可以，低年级的太差和指出了我们的不足。并且又给我们举了一个案例：在四川的一个小学里一共一千多人逃生时间只用了1分钟多。我们都感叹了，我都想着：“这怎么可能呢！他们怎么能在这么短的时间内逃脱呢？”最后说了他们的愿望是想让我们全体同学和老师平安幸福。

张校长也说他们这些当校长当老师的就是想让我们平平安安，快乐幸福。

然后，在假条的第二段，您应该简单明了陈述请假的原因事由。注意叙述清楚明白，并尽可能表示对此带来工作不便的歉意。

接着，在假条的最后一段，应写上您希望获得准假的句子，或者具体等候答复的时间。
