201x年4月4日，教师进修学校组织我校教师观摩了雷夫的——《第56号教室的奇迹》的讲座。我被发生在第56号教室的每一个奇迹吸引了、感动了，我不禁一遍又一遍虔诚的细心品味。讲座中主人公雷夫决心用“像头发着了火似的”态度来教学，用他那一颗炽热的爱心，创造了“重品格、讲勤勉、推崇谦逊，而且无条件地扶持”的一个迥然不同的世界。

看了《第五十六号教室的奇迹》的讲座之后，不禁反思我们现在存在的教育现状，为了课堂纪律，为了考试成绩，不仅让学生害怕就连老师都在害怕，整个课堂都染上了“恐惧”的气氛。学生遵守纪律是因为害怕受惩罚，考不好是害怕老师批评、家长责骂、同学嘲笑。如此一来学生长期都处在一种战战兢兢生活状态中，这严重阻碍了学生的发展。然而老师又怎么样呢，老师也在害怕，害怕自己不被学生喜欢，害怕上课没人听讲，害怕自己管不住学生，害怕被同行嘲笑，害怕被领导训话。

可是在雷夫老师的教室里，就没有“害怕”这两个字，他用信任取代害怕，用信任在师生之间建立起一座坚固的桥梁，使教室的一切变得不一样，使学生热爱学习，为他人着想，最终形成自己的行为准则，养成良好的学习和生活习惯。学生不用老师费心，老师的工作也自然很容易做。这其中的重中之重就是师生之间的信任。

看了这次讲座之后，使我体会到教育的真谛：“成功无快捷方式，真正的卓越是靠牺牲、错误、以及大量的努力挣来的”。雷夫先生提出的“以信任取代恐惧”的观点和做法让我佩服，雷夫和他的学生发生在第56号教室的“真相”警醒了我，我该适当的放慢脚步，挤时间静心反思，追求“更好的教学”，这样会获得事半功倍的效果。“不管是教育学生还是孩子，一定要时时从孩子的角度看事情，不要把孩子害怕当做教育的捷径”。这是我要反思并要时时提醒自己的。

《第56号教室的奇迹》让我们要有一颗宽容的心，要允许孩子犯一些错误。作为老师，我们不能仅仅是帮助他们学习课本，因为知识的学习只是教育的一部分，我们应该帮助学生去充分发展他们的自我，健全他们的人格，让他们做个对社会有用的人。雷夫老师就做到了，他让我们看到不是只有“下马威”才能镇得住学生，有爱心、耐心、信心、责任心、智慧同样能够“镇得住”学生，还能帮助孩子成为更好的人。

成功是没有捷径的，必须要努力才行。虽然曾经有过成功、有过失误，但我依然热爱自己的职业。我会借鉴雷夫的教育观点、教育信念，在实际工作中，不断反思，用自己的行动想象着雷夫先生那种“幸福”，我希望第56号教室发生的奇迹有一天会发生在我的教室里。 大石桥市官屯中学 柳茂春

一直以为西方国家的教育价值观、思维方式跟我们有着本质上的区别，以为我们教学工作中遇到的种种现实和困惑是人家所没有的，直到上周观看了《第56号教室的奇迹》学习讲座后，才知道他们也有着跟我们一样的困扰，只是他们对教育的理解，对教育价值观的剖析，以及他们所创造的那个教育场所所体现出来的内涵跟我们不一样。

《第56号教室的奇迹》讲述了一个小学教师精心教育他班里的学生，使他们成长为一批批出色的人才的故事。作者的着眼点不在“成功”，而在过程上。他心态平和而自信地写了许多发生在56号教室中他和他的学生们零碎的小故事。这些小事，在许多教室里都会发生，情形似乎大同小异，但是第56号教室却让这些小事具有了不同的功能和意义。那些孩子，他们有幸从这间教室走过，他们的人生，也因此改变了方向和高度……

教室和教室原来可以如此不同！

一间教室能给孩子们带来什么，取决于教室桌椅之外的空白处流动着什么。相同面积的教室，有的显得很小，让人感到局促和拥挤；有的会显得很大，让人觉得有无限延伸的可能。是什么东西决定着教室的尺度？雷夫·艾斯奎斯告诉我们，是教师，尤其是小学教师！他的面貌，决定了教室的内容；他的气质，决定了教室的容量。

我们经常说“学习雷锋好榜样”，这位大鼻子老师也实在是个好榜样，值得我们学习。他用他的教育经验告诉我们：一间教室的容量可以很大很大，可以带给孩子们无限多的东西。

今天下午，我们全班去一楼阶梯教室听急救讲座。我认为这是十分有意义的。不仅增长了知识还获得了非凡的意义。我们6个班整齐有序的进来，安静的坐下。上面的红十字会的讲师挥舞着手，铿锵有力并富有激情的演讲道：同学们，当你们看到一个人倒在地上时，你会怎么做？当你们看到一个人心跳骤停时，你又会怎么做？

首先，当一个人肌肉痉挛时，由于肌肉会紧绷，我们应该把脚朝上，进行按压，不要使其弯曲。因为肌肉痉挛是由于身体大量流失电解质造成的，所以要适当补充淡盐水。当一位同学打篮球扭伤时，千万不能贸然进行按摩不然会使出血更加严重进而造成二次伤害。我们应该先披上一层毛巾，再敷上冰块10分钟。24小时内可以重复使用。当情况好转后，可以使用热敷，加快愈合。

其次，当一个人骨折时，由于骨折会造成内出血，严重时会造成失血性休克。所以当人们在有能力的情况下应立即自救，我们可以使用毛巾，皮带，甚至，衣服来做暂时的固定。我们首先应把手慢慢托起弯曲至胸前，切不可为求快而快速托起。然后用毛巾的中间部分保住，两端系在脖子上进行固定。

当一个人心跳骤停后，应立即拍拍病人的两肩并向他的耳朵两侧大声呼喊。当发现病人失去心跳和意识，呼吸后应立即解除衣物并摁住病人的下巴向上托。如果情况不允许可以使用丝袜来充当呼吸膜进行人工呼吸。双手交叉，左掌心在前，放在病人的心脏位置，向下8cm左右，每分钟100至120次。每做30次按压就要进行两次人工呼吸。进行5个来回直至病人恢复自主呼吸。我认为今天的急救讲座是十分有意义的。即使我们并不希望遇上这种情况。但一旦我们遇上了，我们肯定会用行动来证明自己力所能及的事。

奖品，放射出磁力，蛊惑着小听众，顿时，全场安安静静，连钟掉下去的声音都能听见。回答问题时，小手似雨后春笋纷纷冒出。分礼物时，同学们像恶狼一般扑向礼品，生怕抢不到，这景象真别有一番洞天。
