听了艾莫老师的课我感受很深，心里豁然开朗，恍然大悟。原来员工还可以做到这样的地步。如何做一个最好的员工，一个最有价值、最让老板放心的员工,这些我从来没想过。现在！就是听了课以后我反思自己，原来我还是不行，听了艾莫老师的课才发现我的漏洞是特别的多从没想过要做一个好员工，却又想多挣点钱，现在反思自己，不做一个号员工又怎么去挣更多的钱。就像在学校一样，不做一个好学生又怎么提高自己的成绩。你为公司付出多少公司同样也会回报你多少，关键在于你的价值，如何提高你的价值呢？首先要自信，相信自己能行坚信胜利就在前方，并系统的提升自己的能力。再相信自己的同时也要相信他人，最重要的是要相信我们的领导。即使领导的决定错了也要服从，也要执行，但是要提醒领导不要造成损失。

作为公司的员工，除了要相信别人还要让别人相信你。怎么能让别人相信你呢？重要的是沟通。沟通是窗口，沟通好才能把工作做好，在公司里沟通是团结一切的力量。看完艾莫老师的讲座做一个优秀的员工,我归纳若如下：

1:热爱珍惜自己的工作岗位。

2:个人的价值关，品德与公司的发展愿景保持一致。

3:完全欣赏，认可本公司的>企业文化。

4:用自己的生命与事业相结合，认同工作就是事业，在事业的生命中创造价值。

5:包揽以上，日常工作生活中，努力工作。认真学习。提升自我。用积极的心态面对任何事。

6:做到讲座中阐述的：1:制造问题不推卸。2发现问题不抱怨。3解决问题不居功。4防御问题不声谈。

7:爱上自己真爱的岗位，每天都要用正式上场的姿态拌好它。

8:不抗上，配合公司员工，坚持自我，突破现状，坚持到底。流人才的核心的素质是：当遇到问题和困难的时候，他们总是能够主动找到方法解决，而不是找借口回避责任，找理由为失败辩解。

艾莫讲座观后感（二）

最近一直观看世界华人>培训大师艾莫老师的《做最有用的好员工》讲座。艾莫老师用生动的案例和诙谐的语言，告诉我们企业需要什么样的员工，认清你是哪种类型的员工，怎样才能成为企业最有用的好员工，给我留下了深刻的印象，受益匪浅。我深深的意识到要想把自己打造成为一个优秀的员工，一个有价值的员工，一个有用的员工，实现你所有的职业的梦想。我觉得要从以下几个方面下功夫：

第一、具备良好的心态。在培训之后，我才知道我之前就一直存在着艾莫老师所说的错误心态，即法官心态和旁观者心态，我总是错误地认为我是在为老板或者上司工作，用这种观点来指导自己的工作，甚至来规划自己的职业生涯。其实，每个人要想把工作做好就要一直保持着积极心态，尤其在>挫折环境中更要积极，在工作中身怀谦卑之心，对成功充满敬畏，对未来充满渴望，怀有必胜的信心。然后客观的去看待工作。

第二、培养敬业精神。敬业就是努力工作，对待工作问题，用肩扛，用头顶，用生命的力量托起超过负荷的东西。吴子申的事例就是在告诉我们，敬业的员工，他们制造问题不推卸，发现问题不抱怨，解决问题不居功，防御问题不声张。人才有舞台才有价值，公司为我们提供发展的舞台，作为员工我们应当把公司当成是自己的家，把工作当成自己的事业。

第三、专业技能，是实现价值的硬实力。我们的行业是技术性行业，这就需要我们不断提升自己的专业知识。职场成功的心路历程就是要有一个梦想，有一个明确的目标，有一个最有效的计划，持续地行动，坚定的信念。不怕辛苦，不畏惧困难，不怕新的挑战，始终树立终身学习意识，不断的去提升自己。

第四、要摆正自己的位置，做好定位，做好自己的事情。成功没有彩排的机会，每一天你都要以正式上场的姿态扮好它。

第五、坚持做好每一件事情。要想成为有用的员工，就要放下你此时此刻背负的自以为重要的东西，有工作热情。当你决定做一个有用的人才时候，就要凡是全力以赴，全身心的投入工作，不放弃，不抛弃，坚定不移的朝着自己的奋斗目标前进。

第六、经营自己的职业生涯，提升自己的价值，好好经营自己现在的工作；当你用摸索的方法坚持时，不一定会成功；要用系统的方法去解决问题；用系统的方法来提升自己，做好自己，配合他人，懂得协调，要创造环境

在今后的工作中，我将会以饱满的热情和高度的责任感来面对工作中的挑战，争做公司里的MVP,以自己的实际行动为公司的发展贡献自己的一份力量，实现自我价值。

最近，我观看了艾莫老师《做最有用的好员工》的讲座，看后使我深受启发。

如何才能成为最有用的好员工呢？答案是：为自己找到正确的职业定位，塑造好自己完美的职业品格，为企业创造最大的价值，争夺职场的冠军。

作为一名员工，只有把自己的价值充分发挥出来，并在企业的生产经营活动中得到体现，那么他就具备了成为最有用好员工的基础。对我们来说，要努力从以下几个方面做起：

第一，要有良好的心态。人的心态很重要，态度决定一切。现在，企业员工缺少的不是知识和技能，而是健康的心态。有良好的心态，人就会永远奋发向上。企业的发展为员工提供了工作的平台，员工要借助这个平台发挥好自己的作用，以良好的心态作为高效工作的基石，在工作中作出新的更大的贡献。

第二，要不断完善自己的品格。因为好的品格是员工间和谐工作的先决条件，人品是立身之本，人品决定产品。对于企业来说，如果没有一批人品优秀的员工，就不可能组建一支出色的团队。如果员工的人品欠佳，那团队间合作共事的难度就会加大。为此，好员工都会与身边的人和睦相处、互帮互助。只有处在和谐的环境中，员工才会提高工作效率，企业才会得到快速发展。

第三，要有敬业精神。敬业精神是社会发展的需要，是企业竞争的需要，也是个人生存的需要。敬业是一种觉悟、一种精神、一种高尚的品德，每位员工都要有敬业精神，也就是要对所从事工作的尊敬和热爱。要敬业，就要积极努力；要敬业，就要忠于职守；要敬业，就要热爱本职；要敬业，就要一丝不苟地完成好本职工作。

为了更好的去开展我们的工作，我们利用业余时间来学习世界华人培训大师艾莫老师的《做最有价值的员工》的视频讲座。通过这几次的学习，我深深的感觉到做为一名员工，无论是普通的员工，还是高层管理者，都想得到组织的肯定与领导的赞赏。

我们走呀走，来到了小溪边，摄影叔叔让我坐在小溪中间一块突兀的石头上，他在小溪边为我拍了好几张，便开始翻看照片，只见他皱起了眉头，微微摇着头，嘴里还在喃喃自语：“如果能在小溪中间拍，那就完美了。”话音刚落，只见他尝试着跨到小溪的对岸，可是好几次都失败了，但他还是不甘心，他最后找了一处最窄的地方，骑跨在小溪两侧，仿佛在开“一字叉”，他赶紧举起相机为我拍照。此时的小溪好像一位文静的少女缓缓地流动着，和我们配合默契。

时间慢慢过去，我们的外景拍摄很顺利。回到摄影馆，我换好衣服，重新梳妆打扮，进入了一间摄影房，开始拍摄内景。摄影叔叔早已在等候我了，他见我进屋，仔细打量了我一番，便滚给我一个轮胎，让我坐在上面，做各种各样的姿势，可能是高低角度很难掌握吧，我看见他叉开双腿，压低身子拍起来。就在这是，叔叔发现我的笑容有点僵，而此时他脚下的拖鞋也在打滑，于是，他趁势飞起一脚，脚上的鞋子便“嗖”地飞了出去，这一举动逗得我哈哈大笑。就在我开心的瞬间，他连忙捕捉了我热情奔放的笑容，把美丽的一刻留住了。我们在摄影房里更换着不同的道具，摄影叔叔也时时创造机会逗我，“咔嚓咔嚓”的摄影声夹杂着嬉笑声，愉快的拍摄结束了。

两周后，当我捧着精美的相册，小心翼翼地翻看照片。一张张生动的照片映入眼帘：活泼可爱的邻家女孩是如此俏皮；时尚的小模特带着甜美的微笑；激情四射的小吉他手正在绽放光芒……啊！那么自然的笑容是叔叔逗出来的。这些精美的照片都来源于他不怕脏、不怕危险的敬业精神。

非常感谢公司给我这次机会观看金正昆教授的视频讲座，让我从中学到到很多礼仪知识。

礼仪的核心是尊重，尊重是礼仪之本，也是待人接物的根基。礼仪是交往中的艺术，在我们身边不能缺少礼仪，更不能没有礼仪，社会分工越来越细，现代社会离不开服务，服务往往是相互的，实质是尊重人的一种表现形式，尊重分为尊重自己和尊重他人，尊重自己包含了二个层面： 1.热爱自己的本职工作。金正昆教授说过：“闻道有先后，术业有专攻”，一个人只有热爱自己的本职工作，才能激发出自身的潜力和创造力，实现人生价值。如果上班时无精打采，对工作心存不满，怨天尤人，又怎能创造价值，升华自我呢？ 2.尊重自己的单位，一个人的工作单位，无论是企业还是国家机关，都是他的背景和依托。如果不尊重自己所在的单位，就等于不承认自己得以存在的基础，也就是不尊重自己。是一个道德文化素质的标志，之前对这些了解并不是很清楚，因此礼仪在我们生活中在熟习不过，但是我们可能并没有注意过，或者注意过也不知道该如何解决，学完的金正昆教授的礼仪课，觉得自己是该注意这些“生活常识”，毕竟在社会上要处处和周围人打交道，服务礼仪，就是服务人员在其服务过程中用以向服务对象表达尊重的一种规范形式，服务礼仪是体现服务的具体过程和手段，使无形的服务有形化、规范化、系统化，使今后售后物流工作能更规范化的完成。

看了金正昆教授的礼仪视频讲座后，使我们更进一步认识到加强文明礼仪的重性和必要性，谈到个人礼仪问题，大家似乎都理解，各种社交场合的礼仪规范，也理清了以往对文明礼仪的肤浅认识和模糊观念。

在生活、工作中我们应该注意礼仪的规范，例如：如何拔通电话，如何更好的接听电话，而我们从金正昆教授那里得到的答案拔通通电话要掌握时间和时机、通话时间的长度、内容要规范、态度得体，接听电话要及时、应对礼貌、专心致志、代接代传，在我们与客户拔通电话应问候客户，自报家门（单位、职务、姓名、所忙何事、道别），接听客户电话的同时应该注意，铃响不超过三声、礼貌的应对（单位和部门，部门和姓名）能更好的与客户达到有最效的沟通，代接电话清楚的记下打电话的人是谁，电话号码以及相应的相关内容，可更好的转达。

在与别人打交道时，要恰到好处展示自己的素质，这是非常重要的。这样既体现了自己对别人的尊重，也表达出了自己表示尊重的意思，使别人对你产生良好的印象。无论是在国际还是在国内交往中，个人的形象既代表了组织，也代表了产品形象和服务形象，所以我们要注意自己的形象，礼仪也可以增进交往。我们不可避免地要和别人打交道，懂得礼仪方面的知识越多，就越善于和别人打交道，学习礼仪，其实是会让人受益终身的一件事情。因为没有哪一项工作是不需要接触外界的，也没有哪一份职业是不用和人打交道的。

听了这次金教授的讲座让我受益匪浅，在日常生活中与人交谈无时不在，做一个有素养的人才会被人尊重，我们有则改之，无则加勉，交谈是关乎的每一个细节，所以，不管是在语言还是在举止上都要多加注意让好的方面成为自己的一种习惯。

总体来说，学会尊重他人，包容他人，以高雅的仪表风度、完善的语言艺术、良好的个人形象，都应当积极主动去学习礼仪、讲究礼仪，完善自己的气质修养，赢得尊重，也体现了一个人的素质，一个人的涵养。同时以乐观积极的形象，时刻注意自己的仪容仪表和说话方式去迎接生活的每一天，就会使自己在一个和谐的工作及社会氛围中实现自己的人生价值！

20xx年1月17日星期六早上8时,我们家长和孩子按照学校的通知,一起及时收看于丹教授《如何培养孩子的德智体能全面发展》电视讲座。主要是关于中小学生“人格教育”为主题的一个讲座。受到了一次极好的教育,看完之后感触很深,受益匪浅。

主要有以下几点感受:

第一: 于丹老师通过讲述和举例,我受到了很大的启发。通过“一碗米的价值”的阐述,比喻一个人、一个孩子的价值的创造。明潦又深刻。一个孩子的空间大小也因人不同,除了老师和家长要帮助他发现最大的价值空间,更重要的是教育他自己来认知自己的生命价值。懂得了“一个孩子在很小的时候能不能拥有快乐的生命,可能比他掌握多少知识更重要。”在学习知识的同时,完成自己的开发。这是大家都企及的一种教育的境界。并严肃的指出“我们陪伴孩子成长,不能用一种高高在上的姿态,而是教会孩子在面对挫折,让孩子独立去完成自己的发现,去完成自我成长的修复。”一定要遵从孩子的自然成长规律,为培养孩子健全的人格而踏实走好每一步!

第二:于丹老师剖析了《论语》中的“:知之者不如好之者,好之者不如乐之者。”

让我从孩子的身上去感受、注意和发觉这一点。懂得,在学习一种知识的同时,掌握它不如喜欢它,喜欢它不如快乐地接受它。俗话说:“兴趣是最好的老师”,如果一味的让孩子去死搬的接受知识,并不利于他们的健康成长,相反,久而久之,还会适得其反地厌恶学习。作为家长,特别是作为老师,虽然是传道、授业、解惑,但也要为孩子的快乐着想,在课堂上或家庭学习中加些带有孩子感兴趣而且结合学习内容的作料,使得孩子能够有兴趣学习并接受新的知识。

第三:于丹老师讲了一个寓言故事使我印象更深。有个孩子特别爱发脾气,他的父亲就在墙上钉钉子来记录发脾气的次数,孩子看到一天之中钉了那么多的钉子,自己也傻了,发誓要改掉这个坏毛病,控制住一次就拔掉一颗钉子,慢慢地钉子拔完了,父亲语重心长地说:“孩子,钉子虽然拔完了,但是那么多的洞却永远也抹不掉,你发脾气的时候,让多少人为你痛心呀!”现在的孩子大都是独生子女,是家中的小皇帝、小公主,衣来伸手,饭来张口。总是发生“五个过分”的问题;在学校里受点委屈,家长就会找老师论说,试想这样对孩子的发展会有好处吗?!

第四:于丹老师讲了自己和孩子一个关于“小花篮”的故事,也让人很受启示。在学习生活中遇到挫折在所难免,要经常鼓励孩子以积极的态度对待一切困难,调动孩子的学习积极性;当孩子遇到困难时,要不断地给他打气,此时家长也要和孩子一起努力,用实际行动感染孩子,达到了勇敢面对一切困难,积极想办法去解决的素质和品德的目的。

第五:于丹老师还讲了几个有关孩子因为学习成绩不好、学习压力过大,以及在生活和人际交往等事情中,想不开就产生和发生轻生的倾向及事件的真实事例。使我们更加认识到培养孩子人格和心理素质的重要性,不可掉以轻心。

总之 ,在我认真仔细聆听了于丹教授的讲座,进一步明潦:无论在家庭或者学校,家长还是教师,在孩子的教育中,不但要教给孩子文化科学知识,更重要的是对孩子的“礼仪教育”、“挫折教育”、以及“生存教育”,让每个孩子能健健康康地为自己的将来而学习。“十年树木,百年树人”,教育是人类永恒的课题。让我们为了孩子健康成长,为了下一代的教育共同努力吧!

The smartphone has been gaining a great popularity, becoming a toxic

compulsion. It has invaded our lives and occupied all our interstitial time. It

is so commonly seen that the smartphone addicts attend to their phone, ignoring

everything. Even meeting with friends, they often pull out the phone in order to

take a photo, check a message or even play with a game. Seeming connected with

the whole world, they have actually fiddled the conversation and done harm to

the relationship.
