星期天，我去了乡下看望爷爷奶奶，无事可干的我竟然心血来潮教爷爷说起英文了。

下午，我闲着的没事就问爷爷：“爷爷，你小时候上过学吗？”

“没有，我小时候家里穷，没钱上学，只好种地。”

没上过学！这一下让我想到了一个妙不可言的好主意——教爷爷说英文。反正闲着也是闲着，干脆让爷爷也增长点外国知识。

我便对爷爷说了这件事，爷爷笑着说：“好啊、好啊，孙女教我学英文。”于是，我从最基本的教起，我大声念了一句：“Hellow”。爷爷笑哈哈地跟着说：“哗啰”。我纠正道：“是Hellow，不是哗啰。再跟我念一遍，Hellow”。爷爷还是笑嘻嘻说成了“哗啰”。我有点生气了，转过身去不理睬爷爷。爷爷似乎知道我不高兴了，不知从哪来变出来一个红彤彤的大苹果，伸到我的面前对我说：“哗啰，吃‘冰果’喽！”。估计爷爷想说苹果的英文，可是又不会说，所以自己瞎编了一个，读成了“冰果”。这下我忍不住“扑哧”一声笑了出来，我从爷爷手里拿了苹果，我看了看苹果，大口大口地吃了起来。

我的国学情，系于《百家讲坛》

《百家讲坛》，果真坛坛都是好酒！它说伦理，也说道德；说历史，也说人生、文化与社会，说得声情并茂，说得感慨万千，说得心潮澎湃。在电视中，我看到了那几位讲师的风采，如于丹讲《论语》、《庄子》。在这里，她所做的是对两部经典的推广，更是对人性的感知。在她流利的语言中，在她讲的一个个小故事里，我们这些忙忙碌碌的现代人也开始为自己的心灵寻找一片空地，让它滋生美德、感悟世界，让生命可以开阔，让我们变得不凡！鲍鹏山说《水浒》，则为我们展现了一个不清平世界的无奈与辛酸。他这样道：“《水浒》不仅写了英雄的可怜，更写了英雄的可敬；不仅写了人世的寒凉，也写了寒凉中的一丝暖意。”是呀，这才是《水浒》。他又告诉了我们什么才是兄弟！我总觉得，这中许许多多的东西是我们只读一遍原著所远远不能体会到的！袁xx的出现，则让人开始关注起这个最牛的历史老师。我们竟不知学习还能变得这么有趣，他居然神不知鬼不觉地让我们爱上了他的幽默，便捎带着也爱上了历史！另外，易中天讲的通俗并且生动，康震则清新亮丽，钱文忠也和蔼可敬……

这一群群人，难道不是为我们的成长献上了一份份最珍贵的礼物吗？

再度回首《新三国》

《新三国》的骂声好像已渐渐平息，其实再仔细品品，我觉得这仍是一部了不起的大戏，是一场斗智斗勇的战争！有人说陈建斌把曹操演得疯疯癫癫，哪是一代枭雄啊？我认为不然。他似以一个小人形象诠释一个雄才，诠释这英雄本色。记得在戏里，曹操临死时说：“世人昨日看错我曹操，今日又看错了，也许明日还会看错，可我，仍然是我，从来不怕别人看错我。”也许这就是陈建斌要那么演的原因了，也是为了还这个集爱恨情仇于一身的千古帝王一个公道吧。还有庞统的死，戏里是庞统自己设计的，虽与原文不大相符，但我觉得这样更好，让这位凤雏先生也死得有价值，让人们记得在落凤坡还埋着一位奇才！至于其他的，我便不再多说了。

总之，国学，中国人的文化，是一个永不会褪色的话题，是我们值得用生命来珍惜的文化，用一生来探索、研究的文化！

Last summer holiday, I went to Beijing for a week. The first day when I took off at the capital airport , it gave me the first feeling was cleanand tidy. The people in Beijing were very friendly. T he second day, I visited Beijing city. I went to the WangFujing Ave , I tasted many famous snacksand Beijing Roast Duck, they are very delicious. I also went to the XinDongfang square, it was a very big shopping mall, it took me about half an hour to walk between two doors. I can saw many famous brands: Cucci, Chanel, Rolex, Seiko, even the new Audi cars. It made me really want to stay in Beijing .The third day I visited the Tian’anmen Square, and it’s very beautiful. And the Chang’an Ave is wide ,straight and clean. The forth day, I went to the Forbidden City. It made me felt the emperor ’ s royal mausoleum was very luxury. The fifth day I went to the Summer Palace, I went boating there. The sixth day, I visited the Great Wall, it’s very terrific, this great architectural complex told us how clever the Chinese people are ! T he last day, I visited the Beijing University ----one of the topest universities of China . There are many famous people were graduated t here.

That’s a happy travel. In the future, I want to visit many countries. This is my dream.

曹文轩来啦！

10月5日，北大教授、著名作家、《草房子》作者曹文轩老师。在荆州市图书馆举办“入阅读之境，开写作之门”专题讲座。听到这个消息，我兴奋得几天没睡好，5号一大早，我就赶到了会场，会场里早已座无虚席，连过道中的临时座位也坐满了人，大家都满脸兴奋地期待着……

大厅里的灯光暗下来，一片掌声中，曹老师走上了讲台。他中等身材，不胖不瘦，穿着一件蓝白条纹衬衫，黑色长裤，和大街上看到的普通中年男人没什么两样，但他的眼睛格外深邃而明亮，一开口，那浑厚、充满磁性的声音便在会场回荡，像春风一般拂过人们的心头，整个会场瞬时安静了下来，尽管台上只有他一个人，但他仿佛吸引了全世界的目光。

“我没有带什么礼物，但我把我写作几十年的经验，总结成三句话送给大家。”讲座一开始，曹老师直奔主题。“第一句就是：财富不在远方，财富就在我们自己的脚下。”接着他讲了一个西班牙少年，因为两个相同的梦前往非洲寻宝，结果无功而返，却在自己启程的大树下发现一大堆财宝的故事。“所以，写作最宝贵的资源是自己，别看在座的同学们才十来岁，可是，我们来到这个世界已经很久了，我们都十分富有。”曹老师语气和缓地说。台下的人们也仿佛沉浸在他的故事中，不时有人低声交流着。

“大家看过契诃夫的《草原》吗？”曹老师话锋一转，问道。但他并没有等大家说出答案，接着说：“我在读《草原》时，读到两句话，我觉得非常重要，一句是：天空飞来三只鸟……一句是：过了一会儿，那三只鸟又飞回来了。”听到这里，我脑内一片茫然，这么简单到幼稚的两句话，曹老师为什么觉得重要？我抓耳挠腮，不得要领，边上也是一片问号脸，曹老师好像看出了我们的疑惑，笑着说：“我为什么说这两句很重要呢？其实，这才是仔细观察的典范。生活中我们几乎不会去打量像鸟儿这样的东西，而契诃夫却仔细凝视它们，深入细致地观察世界，体会生活，才写出了一篇篇佳作，所以，未经凝视的世界是毫无意义的。这就是我送给你们的第二句话。”

我努力跟上曹老师思维的节奏，想把他说的话一字不漏地全记在脑中，当我还沉浸在那“三只鸟”中时，曹老师突然提高音量说：“第三句话，好文章离不开……”我立即忘掉鸟儿，全神贯注地听他说，他却停了下来，我心里像猫抓一样，很想知道答案。过了两秒，他才说出了两个字：“——折腾”。“这是很多孩子作文时的难点，写作平铺直叙，一个故事只能平淡地写完，枯燥乏味。那你们听我说说我是怎么‘折腾’的吧。”听到这里，我好像听到妈妈对我作文的评价，这也是我一直没办法将作文写得生动有趣的大难题，我马上坐直了身子，认真地听曹老师讲下去……

“冬天到了，柿子树的叶子掉光了，只剩下最后一棵红红的柿子挂在枝头，像一个红灯笼。皮卡望着它，对它说：你给我坚持住，你一定要坚持住，不能掉下来哦！”皮卡的哥哥还有几天就从东京回来了，他想给哥哥一个惊喜。可是，就在哥哥回来的前一天，一只乌鸦飞了过来，把那个柿子叼走了……”曹老师说着闭上了眼睛，无限遐想地说：“这是一幅多么美的画面呀，蔚蓝的天空，黑色的乌鸦，乌鸦嘴里红红的柿子……”仿佛那缤纷的画卷就在他的眼中展开一般。他接着说：皮卡立刻追了上去，不知摔倒了多少次，越过多少条河，乌鸦飞过高山不见了，皮卡也累得睡着了。醒来后，皮卡发现自己右边是一大片柿子林，红红的柿子挂满枝头……”这时，曹老师突然问：“你们猜他会干什么？”“摘柿子……”台下响起此起彼伏的声音。曹老师摇摇头说：“这多无趣，应该是有无限种可能”，然后他故作神秘地说：“你们看我是怎么折腾的：皮卡走进了柿子林，可他想了想，又走了出来。他又回头看了看那些柿子，然后下定决心走了进去，伸手摘了一个柿子。正在这时，两个小男孩跑了过来，指着他说：你偷我们的柿子……所以，写作时要学会折腾，把故事写得跌宕起伏，妙趣横生，那样才是一篇好文章。”曹老师的声音在大厅里环绕，每个人都跟着他进入了一个奇妙的写作之境。

一个小时的讲座很快结束了，大家还意犹未尽。短暂的停顿后，大厅里响起热烈的掌声，我也情不自禁地站起来拍手，仿佛看到从台上照来一束亮光，那光束缓缓为我打开了一扇写作之门。

这是今年世界环保日的主题。讲座开始，老师卖了个关子，让我们看了个小视频：有一位男生早起跑步，随手将一个塑料瓶扔到路边，结果这个塑料瓶被一阵风吹进了一条河里，又顺着河漂进了大海，之后沉到了海底，慢慢变成了一颗微小的有毒微粒，被一只鱼吃进去，又被人捞上来，最后被当初扔塑料瓶的男生吃进去了。这个故事给了我们一个警告：自己随手丢掉的塑料瓶，终究会被自己吃回去！

现在我们用的东西，几乎全都有塑化剂，对人体伤害极大，身体如果长久这样摄入塑化剂，容易引发癌症。对男性的危害更大！会减少体内精子，重则引起睾丸癌。

与此同时，塑料也在危害着生物：科学家们发现一头抹香鲸的尸体，一解剖，发现里面有一张尼龙网，以及许多塑料袋，正是因为这些东西它才死亡！现在，越来越多的海洋生物因误食塑料而死亡。还有一位科学家解剖了一只信天翁，里面没有一点食物，只有几百多片塑料，看了实在让人痛心！

现在人们已经渐渐意识到塑料对我们的危害，而美国已经停止使用塑料袋，改为纸袋。其实，塑料可以再生，可做成包、围巾等物品，而且质量甚好！可笑的是：世界上只有30%的塑料被再生。

塑料是有毒有害的，为了保护我们的地球家园，我们应该怎么做呢？

第一，吃热东西时不要用塑料的东西盛。

第二，不要将装食物的塑料碗放进微波炉加热。

第三，多用纸袋，少用塑料袋。

最后，请不要将垃圾扔进海里，海可以给我们提供一半的氧气，所以要保护好它。

Trees are an important kind of natural resources. Some of them, such as those fruit trees, can provide us with some food we need in our daily life while others may serve as indispensible raw materials. Our houses, furniture, paper are all produced out of trees.

今天我们去听了一场特殊的讲座，一场有关于男孩青春期的知识的讲座。通过这个教授的讲解，让我们对青春期生理和心理的有关知识有了初步的了解。

青春期是儿童期过渡到成年期，由幼稚走向成熟的中间阶段，一般是指10-20岁。在青春期这段时间男孩的身高会快速增长，睾丸会发育增大。在十五岁的时候会有首次遗精现象，之后会出现喉结和变声，并出现腋毛。

睾丸是用来产生精子，精液就是由睾丸再到输精管，再到精囊，然后到前列腺，再到尿道。教授还说了遗精是一种正常现象，在青春期时候睡觉后会自然排出，一滴精十滴血的说法是没有科学依据的。

青春期要注意生理卫生，要学会主动清洗生殖器，也要关注一下包皮过长，如果包皮过长的话要去做手术。此外，我们还要正确认识手淫，不好奇、不关注、不刺激、不压抑、不自责。在青春期的时候不能去泡桑拿浴，因为桑拿浴温度太高，会杀死坏睾丸产出的精子。我们要学会保护自己的外生殖器。假如说踢球的时候，你的外生殖器受损，睾丸会收缩，无法归位。这时患者需要原地快速蹦跳，等睾丸归位再去医院找医生治疗。在青春期的时候我们要养成良好的习惯，不要对自己的外生殖器造成损伤。是我们要控制好自己的情绪，睡觉时建议侧睡。

在青春期的时候我们还要做到以下几点：注意心理健康，养成平常心；不要对谁报以期望，不跟同学攀比；积极参加体育运动；冷静面对事情。
