To encourage people to go outside and relax, a mounting number of parks offer free admission now. People benefit from it, especially during these tough economic times. flocking into parks might not be so good for the parks.

主要有以下几点感受：

第一：于丹老师通过讲述和举例，我受到了很大的启发。通过“一碗米的价值”的阐述，比喻一个人、一个孩子的价值的创造。明潦又深刻。一个孩子的空间大小也因人不同，除了老师和家长要帮助他发现最大的价值空间，更重要的是教育他自己来认知自己的生命价值。懂得了“一个孩子在很小的时候能不能拥有快乐的生命，可能比他掌握多少知识更重要。”在学习知识的同时，完成自己的开发。这是大家都企及的一种教育的境界。并严肃的指出“我们陪伴孩子成长，不能用一种高高在上的姿态，而是教会孩子在面对挫折，让孩子独立去完成自己的发现，去完成自我成长的修复。”一定要遵从孩子的自然成长规律，为培养孩子健全的人格而踏实走好每一步!

第二：于丹老师剖析了《论语》中的“:知之者不如好之者，好之者不如乐之者。”

让我从孩子的身上去感受、注意和发觉这一点。懂得，在学习一种知识的同时，掌握它不如喜欢它，喜欢它不如快乐地接受它。俗话说：“兴趣是最好的老师”，如果一味的让孩子去死搬的接受知识，并不利于他们的健康成长，相反，久而久之，还会适得其反地厌恶学习。作为家长，特别是作为老师，虽然是传道、授业、解惑，但也要为孩子的快乐着想，在课堂上或家庭学习中加些带有孩子感兴趣而且结合学习内容的作料，使得孩子能够有兴趣学习并接受新的知识。

第三：于丹老师讲了一个寓言故事使我印象更深。有个孩子特别爱发脾气，他的父亲就在墙上钉钉子来记录发脾气的次数，孩子看到一天之中钉了那么多的钉子，自己也傻了，发誓要改掉这个坏毛病，控制住一次就拔掉一颗钉子，慢慢地钉子拔完了，父亲语重心长地说:“孩子，钉子虽然拔完了，但是那么多的洞却永远也抹不掉，你发脾气的时候，让多少人为你痛心呀!”现在的孩子大都是独生子女，是家中的小皇帝、小公主，衣来伸手，饭来张口。总是发生“五个过分”的问题;在学校里受点委屈，家长就会找老师论说，试想这样对孩子的发展会有好处吗?!

第四：于丹老师讲了自己和孩子一个关于“小花篮”的故事，也让人很受启示。在学习生活中遇到挫折在所难免，要经常鼓励孩子以积极的态度对待一切困难，调动孩子的学习积极性;当孩子遇到困难时，要不断地给他打气，此时家长也要和孩子一起努力，用实际行动感染孩子，达到了勇敢面对一切困难，积极想办法去解决的素质和品德的目的。

第五：于丹老师还讲了几个有关孩子因为学习成绩不好、学习压力过大，以及在生活和人际交往等事情中，想不开就产生和发生轻生的倾向及事件的真实事例。使我们更加认识到培养孩子人格和心理素质的重要性，不可掉以轻心。

总之，在我认真仔细聆听了于丹教授的讲座，进一步明潦：无论在家庭或者学校，家长还是教师，在孩子的教育中，不但要教给孩子文化科学知识，更重要的是对孩子的“礼仪教育”、“挫折教育”、以及“生存教育”，让每个孩子能健健康康地为自己的将来而学习。“十年树木，百年树人”，教育是人类永恒的课题。让我们为了孩子健康成长，为了下一代的教育共同努力吧!

昨天早上，我看了由北京师范大学教授于丹老师主讲的《如何培养孩子的德智体全面发展》的讲座，感受颇深。

第一个主题如何培养我们的孝心。于丹教授讲了一个寓意非常深刻的故事---《大树和孩子》，我深受感动，觉得这是一个很好的培养我们孝心的故事。现在的我们自我意识非常强，尊老爱幼意识薄弱，我要随时注意自己的一言一行。

第二个主题如何培养我们的爱心。孝是基本的，有了孝还要有仁爱心。有了这两颗心，才能更好的融入社会。于丹教授说:““仁”字拆开来看就是两个人，就是说两个人相处好了才能体现仁的含义。所以说我们要多交朋友，自己处理好和小伙伴之间的关系。”

第三个主题如何培养我们的自信、自立、自强。我们自信、自立、自强的习惯，要在日常生活和日常交往中才能培养出来。有些事情可以自己做主，自己独立完成。有时候爸爸妈妈的事情还可以问问我们的建议，不管对错，都要鼓励。不要养成衣来伸手、饭来张口的过度依赖性。一个有爱心、自立、自信的孩子更能融入社会。

第四个主题如何教育我们理解父母、尊敬老师、懂得感恩。百善孝为先，孝是中华文化传统提倡的行为。要对生活充满感恩的心，感谢父母，尊敬老师。孝不但是外在要求，也是内在的一种责任。

今天下午第二节课我们举行了英华小学消防讲座和消防演习，其中是由邢台市消防部的教练洪教官来给我们讲解。

一个个悲惨的剧情，一个个死亡的身影，一个个失去亲人的人们。洪教官用各种各样的案例来提醒我们的健康，还用很多消防知识来补充我们的生活常识。在很多的影片中，我们都看到了熊熊大火和扑救的人们，我们还看到了不少婴儿和老人的尸体横摆在眼前，不仅这些我们还看到了在危险中跳楼的人。

这说明了消防知识对我们很重要，为了我们的安全我们必须学会自救和灭火常识。

洪教官的讲解让我们认识到了消防知识的重要性。下面就到了消防演习了，按照常识，我们脱下衣服叠了三层捂住口鼻。虽然我们都不好意思，但在真正的火灾中是顾不上这些小细节的。我们排成两队弯下腰紧紧捂住口鼻，往外跑，到了外面，把衣服拿开“啊！我从来没有感到过外面的空气这么好！”我在心里想到。

到了操场张校长又给我们强调一下和给我们说逃生时间用了多少。洪教官上了主席台，说明了高年级的还可以，低年级的太差和指出了我们的不足。并且又给我们举了一个案例：在四川的一个小学里一共一千多人逃生时间只用了1分钟多。我们都感叹了，我都想着：“这怎么可能呢！他们怎么能在这么短的时间内逃脱呢？”最后说了他们的愿望是想让我们全体同学和老师平安幸福。

张校长也说他们这些当校长当老师的就是想让我们平平安安，快乐幸福。

The smartphone has been gaining a great popularity, becoming a toxic

今天看了余世维先生的成功经理人讲座，讲得非常好，余世维讲座观后感。以下是我看后的一些感想。

余世维先生是时代光华教育发展有限公司特聘高级培训师，哈佛大学企业管理博士后，牛津大学国际经济博士后，美国诺瓦大学公共决策博士。现任上海慧泉企业管理咨询有限公司董事、总经理，美国富顿集团中国总经理。曾服务的客户有：日本航空、飞利浦、柯达、联合利华、ABB、三得利、3M、西门子、摩托罗拉、中国电信等国内外著名企业。

“管理不是比赛看谁的爱最多！”的确如此，但是，也不是在比赛谁的爱最少，所以，我们还是要爱，爱己也要爱人。

他在有效沟通方面的见解是很独特的，通过[沟通的目的的问题]，[沟通的基本障碍]，[沟通的个人障碍]，[沟通的组织障碍]，[沟通的方向]，[行为语言]等几个方面把沟通问题说的非常透彻，余世维先生常常拿自己和自己的公司为例子说明问题，使人马上能够了解到沟通的好处，他的讲课方法真的很吸引我们，我想这也是他的成功之一。

我想引用别人对余先生的评价：谢谢你! 是你让我恢复信心! 是你让我思想振动! 是你让我知道原来管理,学习和舞蹈一样,都是艺术! 如果可以把书籍比喻是人类进步的阶梯， 那么余老师的讲座就是人类

余博士认为"我以为……"要不得，那是一种辩解，为已经犯下的错，不愿负起责任，观后感《余世维讲座观后感》。我有时候也会这样为自己开脱。其实，我一直都觉得，人应该有点追求完美的精神--从一开始就不让它错！然而非圣贤的我们，孰能无过？那么，犯了一次错，就应该接受教训，不要重复犯错。我们真正该做的和能做到的是：承认错误，负起责任，铭记教训。做任何事，我们都要有责任心，要负起责任。 工作不仅要有责任心，还得讲求效率和效果，而且效果应重于效率。要做到有效率、重效果，就得有主动的思考精神，平时应多学习，不断充实自己。 欢迎你  说到学习，我想起余博士说：不忙的时候，主动帮助别人。我想，这不仅是一种助人的行为，同时也给了自己一个学习的机会，帮助别人也就是帮助了自己。其实，这里还涉及了一个问题：是否愿意接受别人的帮助？我以前就有过这样的体会：坚持自己的事自己做，亲历亲为。这一点"坚持"精神无可厚非，但坚持要看事情的性质、要有度，否则，就是固执，要付出代价，最起码浪费了宝贵的时间！事实上，接受帮助也是给了自己一个学习的机会，我们要想超越自己，体现自身价值，就应该汲取别人之长。

在平时的工作中，我们还应该学会看问题，抓住机会，积极参与公司的事情，重视团队的力量；要懂得如何委曲求全，从而顾全大局。大家都为公司着想，发挥自主的思考性，结合起来就是大智慧。公司发展了，个人才会有发挥的余地。

工作上严格要求自己，细心谨慎；生活中不能太拘小节，学会宽容。无论何时何地，为人做事都要以诚为本。这是我对自己的要求。"最低成本的做人方式，就是老老实实地做人"，这句话真的很有道理。诚实，在工作中也是不可或缺的。我觉得，一个诚实的人会更愿意负起责任。对自己诚实，对别人诚实。

余博士还讲到遇事不乱，即所谓的镇定、冷静吧。这让我想起高中的班主任，他经常教导我们要"处变不惊"。我一直铭记在心。这是大将风范，也是大家的风范，我们都要学习。

零零散散讲了几点感受，再看看自己，不足之处还有，欣慰的是，在走进综艺一年零一月的今天，我学了很多东西，最重要的一点：在综艺我慢慢地找回了自信！综艺是片广阔的天地，只要努力，每个人都有机会施展自己的才华。综艺使我明白：混日子的方式，它会毁了一个人的进取心，直至毁了前途；最重要的事是，首先做好自己的工作，不断充实自己，使自己成为一个有竞争力的人。我相信自己可以做得更好。
