谈起民法典，勾起了我遥远的记忆，早在2002年至2005年期间，我在华东政法大学，当时叫华东政法学院，读本科的时候，大一至大三学习了民法总则 人身权法

合同法 债权法 婚姻家庭法

知识产权法等十几二十个课时的民事法律。可以选择的老师有好几个，由于当时我选择的授课老师是德国的博士毕业，他课上不讲课本，不讲我国当时现行各种民法法条，只讲当时正在编纂过程中的《民法典草案》，同时对照德国民法典比较分析。给我印象最深的是，他这种教学方法虽然对司法考试和期末考试没有用处，但是向我们灌输了源自以德国为代表的大陆法系的法治理念，奠定了坚实的法律基础。

2002年12月，第九届全国人大常委会第三十一次会议审议民法草案。之后，由于物权法尚未制定，加之对民法草案认识分歧较大等原因，民法草案最终被搁置下来。2014年11月，党的十八届四中全会明确提出编纂民法典。2015年3月，全国人大常委会法制工作委员会启动民法典编纂工作，开始着手第一步民法总则制定工作。2016年3月4日，十二届全国人大四次会议副秘书长

发言人傅莹在新闻发布会上表示，民法典编纂工作已经启动，从做法上分两步走，第一步是制定民法总则，第二步是全面整合民事法律。

“博爱”无疑对社会的变革产生巨大的推动作用。从某种意义上说，拿破仑政治与军事上的作用或者影响，远不如一部拿破仑法典。再次，民法典作为基础性

体系化的法典，体现民法的基本精神;作为其他民事单行法的上位法，引领所有民事法律的发展方向。最后，民法典是对我国民法的一次全面梳理，将随着经济社会的发展，删除

修改现行法律中已经不再适合时代发展的规定，补充适应新形势的相应规定，更加适合我国当前的社会和国家的需要。另外，民法典将是开放的一部法典，也会为将来的新发展新情况预留一定的空间。

一、英语写作的特点.

The characteristics of formal writing

1.名词化趋势

I do not eat much.-->I am a light eater.

The clock on the desk reminds me of time.-->I put a clock on the desk as a reminder of time.

We once cried, laughed and disappointed.-->There were moments of tears, moments of laughter, and moments of disappointment.

注意:名词化趋势的句子当然还有动词, 目的是尽量把表达句子中心意思的那个词汇用名词表达.符合英文的习惯.

2.无灵主语(区别于被动语态)

我们中文写作中,习惯以人做主语,而英文则相反,习惯以物做主格.

More and more young students studied further in the past two decades.

-->The past two decades witnessed a growing number of young students for further study.

Looking out of the window, you will have a nice view.

-->A glance out of the window offers you a nice view.

注意: 名词化趋势和无灵主语常常是相结合的.

3.被动语态

这一点大家比较熟悉,不详细讲.比如:

二、句式的写作:

Main features of English sentences:

1.长短句结合

Love is patient and kind. It is never jealous, boastful, proud or rude. It keeps no record of wrong that others do. It always protects, always fruits, always hopes, and always perseveres. Love never fails.

一般来讲,总结性的句子应当使用短句,而说理的句子应用长句.

2.并列复合句

这种句子属于十分难写的句子,也举一个例子:

He who wants to save his life will lose it, and he who loses his life for me will save it.

3.单一复合句

也就是我们常说的各种从句,不再举例.

三、Variety of sentences:

1. ”-ing & -ed” groups

e.g.

2. ”to do” groups

4.介词短语

5.主语从句

e.g.

句子的变化还有 It is self-evident(adj) that…….和There be 这样的句子

6.倒装

(1)将一些否定性含义的副词和短语在句首,用倒装会使句子生色不少.

Never before has such a high standard been achieved.

Hardly had he arrived when she started complaining.

(2)为使描绘更加生动,与介词同形的副词可以移动到句首,而把主语放到谓语后面去.

Following the roar, out rushed a tiger from the bushes.

In came a pretty girl he had never seen before.

四、插入语

插入语可以是一个小词,也可以是一个同谓语的形式.

1.先看一个小技巧：(对there be 句型均有效)

There is, recently, a debate amongst educators that……

通俗的讲,在老外眼里,主语与谓语离的越远,句子的档次越高.

2.插入语后面再接上一个定语从句;

Direct experience, a necessary means to recognize the world, which differs from knowledge acquired from books, is a major step to the cognitive world.

再看几个同谓语从句的例子:

1.Television, one of the most pervasive and persuasive technologies, marked by the rapid growth and drastic change, has a profound impact on people’s lives.

平时要多积累这样的句型,使之变成自己的语言.

Tip:对同谓语的解释尽量宽泛一些,有利于句子的拉长.

对于入语加定语从句开头.

就是说:将题目中的中心词拿出来,进行宽泛的解释.

这一方法对很大一部分的考题都是有效的.

在这阳光灿烂的夏天，带着阵阵火热的心情我参加并仔细聆听了由学校举行的大学生心理健康讲座，通过这次的心理知识健康讲座我受益匪浅。心理健康老师通过在学习、生活等几个方面为我们讲解大学生常见遇到的心理问题，告诉我们如何正确的面对压力并解决它。 第一、在学习上。首先，“理想的大学”同“现实的大学”之间的矛盾使我产生了深深的目标失落感。以前在我心中大学是一座充满诗情画意的殿堂，刚入大学时也十分兴奋、愉快。但兴奋和激动之后，却发现现实中的大学原来是如此的平淡、枯燥，“教室、宿舍、食堂”三点一线，日复一日无限循环。理想与现实的落差带来心理上的不平衡，引起心理冲突。其次，大学培养目标的“高”与“空”使我对目标难以把握，觉得很困惑和迷茫。大学的培养目标是培养德、智、体、美全面发展的高级人才，可我却感觉目标的内容比较空洞，目标的阶段性也不明确，我完全不知道如何按照目标来设计和规划自己。通过这次老师的答疑解惑，我了解了上大学的意义——实现自我的价值。我们每一个人都必须树立正确的价值观，努力奋斗当收获成功的时候我们会感到油然而生的成就感。

最后，作为一位当代大学生，我们要明确身上肩负的责任，大学时光是美好的，在这样花一样的年华，面对着朝阳，树立远大的理想，并不懈奋斗，面对压力和挫折，积极地解决，不抛弃，不放弃，我相信，我们的青春永垂不朽！

I went to visit my grandparents last August. They lived in a small village far from Shenyang. I was born there ten years ago. I remembered it had been a poor place before.

去年八月份我去看爷爷奶奶。他们住在离沈阳很远的一个小村庄。十年前我就出生在那里。我记得以前那是一个穷地方。

But when I got to the village, I found that great changes had taken place there. The villagers became richer. They looked happy and healthy. A lot of new buildings were built.

可是当我到达村子之后，我发现那里发生了巨变。乡亲们变富了，他们看起来又快乐又健康。许多新楼兴建起来。

My home village took on a new look.

家乡呈现了新貌。

今天，我和陈征宇去了绍兴科技馆观看了防震减灾科普展览，了解了地震的一些知识，让我收益匪浅，《防震减灾》观后感。

大家都知道，地震是一种危害极大的自然灾害，那么地震是怎么产生的呢?原来地球地层内部物质会不停地剧烈运动，从而产生一股能破坏岩层的巨大力量，当这股力量积到一定程度时，会使原本呈长方形等形状的岩层弯曲并变形，而岩层一旦承受不住时，它就会破裂，错动，释放出巨大能量，产生强烈震动，这就是地震。

地震的危害极大，它能造成房屋倒塌、桥梁断落、水坝开裂、铁轨变形;它还能使地面出现裂缝、塌陷，喷水冒砂;而更严重的是它能破坏山体等自然物，从而引起山崩、滑坡;它甚至还会引起海啸，造成沿海地区的破坏。地震过后还会引起火灾，水灾和瘟疫。比如说5.12汶川大地震，多少人遇难，就算侥幸活了下来，可是大多都失去了家园，失去了家人和朋友，这是我们这些在蜜罐子里长大的孩子所不能体会到的，他们承受了多大的痛苦啊!

地震的危害虽大，可也不是不可预测的。地震前牛、马赶不进圈,乱蹦乱跳,嘶叫不止,烦躁不安,饮食减少;一些猪羊不吃食,烦躁不安,乱跑乱窜;狗狂叫不止;鸡不进窝,惊啼不止;鸭不下水;家兔乱蹦乱跳,惊恐不安;鸽子在震前数天惊飞,不回巢;密蜂一窝一窝地飞走;老鼠反应最灵敏,在震前一天至数天,老鼠突然跑光了,有的叼着小老鼠搬家;有些冬眠的蛇爬出洞外,上树;鱼惊慌乱跳游向岸边,翻白肚。

(1)地震发生时，如果我们在街上走，最好将身边的皮包或柔软的物品顶在头上，无物品时也可用手护在头上，尽可能作好自我防御的准备，并应该迅速离开电线杆和围墙，跑向比较开阔的地区躲避，

(2)如果我们在室内，地震一旦发生，首先要保持清醒、冷静的头脑，及时判别震动状况，千万不可在慌乱中跳楼，这一点极为重要。其次，可躲避在坚实的家具下，或墙角处，亦可转移到承重墙较多、开间小的厨房、厕所去暂避一时。因为这些地方结合力强，尤其是管道经过处理，具有较好的支撑力，抗震系数较大。

(3)地震时如被埋压在废墟下，周围又是一片漆黑，只有极小的空间，我们一定不要惊慌，要沉着，树立生存的信心，相信会有人来救你，要千方百计保护自己。地震后，往往还有多次余震发生，处境可能继续恶化，为了免遭新的伤害，要尽量改善自己所处环境。

(4)我们应设法脱离险境。如果找不到脱离险境的通道，尽量保存体力，用石块敲击能发出声响的物体，向外发出呼救信号，不要哭喊、急躁和盲目行动，这样会大量消耗精力和体力，尽可能控制自己的情绪或闭目休息，等待救援人员到来。如果受伤，要想法包扎，避免流血过多。

(5)我们还应设法维持生命。.如果被埋在废墟下的时间比较长，救援人员未到，或者没有听到呼救信号，就要想办法维持自己的生命，防震包的水和食品一定要节约，尽量寻找食品和饮用水，必要时自己的尿液也能起到解渴作用。

金教授所说的美军是如何保持队伍的战斗力，其中精髓就和企业管理是一致的。我认为有以下三点：

先进的管理理念、激励制度。美国军事法典规定军`官既要遵守命令又不能盲从命令，当上级命令打了败仗要问责，不遵守打了败仗也要问责，唯有带邻队伍夺取胜利才是唯一出路。而晋升机制就是向听得到炮火的一线倾斜。制度设计的激励到位，是美军保持强大战斗力的物质基础，也是结果导向的典范。

严格规范的人才选拔。美军军`官都是从全美优质高中的优先生中选拔，制度激励的作用，他们会争先到一线部`队去履职，这就使这些受到过良好教育加之拥有丰富前线经验的军`官能快速成为部`队精英，而这些精英 的汇聚就是美军保持强大战斗力的根基。

荣誉感。诚实、勇敢、服从等优秀品质的培养贯穿整个士兵的军旅生涯。每个兵种都有自己的文化和不服输的精神 。对外是一个整体，对内都以一种不服输的态度较劲，就如我们所说的，五个手指头有长有短，但撰成拳头的力量就是惊人的。

回看企业的管理也同于此道，一方面企业的的生存与发展离不开制度的建设和人才的培养;另一个方面企业的成功更是以结果为导向，从失败中总结教训永比从成功中总结经验更能使人提升，员工只有不断的在学习和总结中完善自己，才能完成企业的最终愿景。

Mr. A Gan has his own perseverance, keeping on running without of any reason, JUST RUNS. He said: “Man has t look forward, and never encumbered by foretime. I thank thats the meaning of my running.” Say goodbye to foretime and dont stay in-place. Although so many people in the world are used to follow others and few people can stick to one thing, Mr. A Gan does and becomes “GOD”. There is another character Captain Dan. Dan lost his legs in Vietnarm War. He said that his fate is death in war. However, Mr. A Gan saved him and let him be alive. After losing legs, Dan was decadent and disgusted with life, complaining that A Gan shouldnt save him. When he adjusted his mind, living on fishing with A Gan, he started to enjoy the wonderful life and thank A Gans help. The movie is intended to tell people that life is wonderful by this character. Rainbow is always after cloud. The key point is that whether we have a good mind and an opportunity to ourselves to change bad situation. The movie is also sent such a message to us: do well what we should do, and life will return us well. There will be a miracle if only there is perseverance.

今天老师给我们上了一堂关于我们男生的讲座。老师告诉我们每个人都有四个阶段，儿童期，青春期，成年期，老年期，在青春期我们等嗓子可能出现一个包这就是喉结出现喉结后我们要少吃辣，也不能大声说话否则喉结会伴随我们一生。十到20是儿童到成年的过渡期在这期间会出现遗精千万不要担心自己得了什么病。也不要担心自己尿了床，反而会被别人笑话。这是青春期常有的现象。

我们还要保护自己的生殖器。不要遭受外界的碰撞，万一生殖器掉进了肚子里，我们要使劲的跳，把生殖器调到原位后在跑去找医生。

通过老师的这一讲座我明白了很多关于青春期的知识！
