今天下午，我们举行了消防讲座与消防疏散演习，讲座里的视频与图片，现在还让我惊心动魄。

先举行的是消防讲座，这次的消防讲座，我们学校请来了消防中心的一位教官，姓侯，所以叫侯教官，在这次的消防讲座中，侯教官对我们介绍了火灾的种类，怎幺逃生，怎样使用消防工具等都做了讲解。让我们看了一个又一个的视频与图片。

侯教官在演讲中告诉我们，灭火器“宁可百年不用，不可一日不备”，它是一个灭火工具，是救人用的，而不是放在厂子里做摆设，来应付检查的。

这其中就有一个视频，讲的是一个家庭突然失火，一个小女孩儿迅速被火烧着，父亲急忙上去用衣服拍打，但最终还是无济于事，等被消防人员救出后，小女孩儿的皮肤严重脱落，父亲稍微好一点，但也严重烧伤，最后，母亲忍痛从后背用植皮的方法，用去%90的皮植到自己女儿的身上，成功把女儿救活，自己却离开人世了。代指这样悲剧的原因就是家里没有备灭火器，小女孩儿的父亲非常有钱，为了应付检查，他在厂子里放了二三百个灭火器，家里却一个也没有，看到这里，我心想：要是这位父亲能清楚地知道，灭火器不是来应付检查的，而是真正救命的，就不会又拆散了一个家庭。

侯教官继续往后讲，他讲到：“防烟面罩也是家庭里必不可少的求生装备，它有效防烟，曾经救过一个小婴儿的生命。”又是一个视频，视频里讲的当一场火灾发生时，消防人员急速赶来，立刻破门而入，发现墙角里有一男一女，他们相互挤在墙角，当走到他们身边时，他们已经离世了，消防人员把他们抬了出去，当把他们分离时，惊人的一幕出现了，掉出来一个婴儿！这个婴儿头上戴着防烟面罩，还活着！身边还放着个手机，手机上只有两个内容，一个是孩子的出生年月日，一个是一条短信，短信很短，只有十个字，上面写的是：“宝贝，爸爸妈妈永远爱你。”就在这一瞬间，我被深深的震撼了，震撼我的不止是防烟面具的实用，更是那父母对孩子的爱。

后来，侯教官又向我们介绍了灭火器的使用方法，这时我想起，我家还没有灭火器呢！回家也要让妈妈往家里面放一桶。

最后，在大家的掌声里，侯教官结束了演讲。

演讲过后是疏散演戏，校长规定，普通班用桌布捂住口鼻，而网络班的是用上衣捂住口鼻，向外逃生。

随着张校长的一声令下，逃生就开始了，我们是第一个班，我使劲捂住口鼻，因为怕把周围的“浓烟”吸入口鼻，到了教学楼外，其他班的同学们也开始逃生了，我们刚出教学楼，小跑了一段路，路上已经成了人的海洋，三千多名学生一起逃生，但是途中却没有交叉的班级，整个过程显得整齐有序，终于抵达了操场，其他班的同学们也陆续到了操场，等最后一个班的同学进入操场后，校长开始讲话，校长对我们说时间还是太长，用了八分钟，发生火灾的黄金时间只有几十秒，操场上的同学们开始窃窃私语起来“八分钟了，还长。”“不会吧，只有几十秒。”“咱们学校多少人啊！三千多人呢！”……我的心里也很惊讶，是啊，让有三千多名学生的学校在几十秒内安全撤离，算是一件很难的事情了。

校长又给了我们几点建议，希望我们能遵守。希望在真正险情来临的时候，我们学校也能安全撤离。我心想。

今天下午我们不用上学，因为一位叫汤素兰的写作教授会在二中开一次讲座。我因为下午迟到很有可能连汤教授讲的许多重点都没装进头脑里，不过还好我没有迟到很久，不然这次讲座一些有趣的事我也不会知道了。

我刚到那时汤教授就说了一个小故事，也就是每一只蜗牛都整天背着小房子走，后来有一天下起了倾盆大雨，这时一只蚂蚁见到了蜗牛便请求蜗牛让它进去躲躲雨，蜗牛只是说：“我房子很小，如果你能挤进来就进来吧！”不久蚂蚁就进去了，没几分钟兔子因为不想把雪白的外衣搞湿，便也请求蜗牛让它进去躲躲雨，可蜗牛的回答和先说的一样，不久兔子也进去了，没过多久一个小男孩穿着新衣服在四周躲雨，手里还拿着足球，走着走着他也见到了这只蜗牛，也请求蜗牛让他躲躯雨，没想到蜗牛和前面说的还是一样，不久小男孩也挤进了进去，可就只有耳朵留在外面听完故事后，我们所有同学都感到太不可思议了，这么小的壳怎么能容得下一个人呢？还好汤教授解释了说这是一篇童话故事，才使这议论纷纷的场面终于平静了下来，后来汤教授还讲了写童话做到要让读者感到令人快乐，我们就必需要有想象力，也要有一定道理。

听了这次讲座后我学到了不少珍贵的知识。

This winter vacation, I with my parents to the eastern suburbs Xuelianshan ski skiing.

I decided to try on the flat and smooth, usually the legs move freely at the moment but butingshihuan, like lead, good effort! I am 26 years old,born in shandong province . I was graduated from qingdao university. my major is electronic.and i got my bachelor degree after my graduation in the year of xx. I spend most of my time on study,i have passed CET4/6 . and i have acquired basic knowledge of my major during my school time.

In July xx, I began work for a small private company as a technical support engineer in QingDao city.Because Im capable of more responsibilities, so I decided to change my job. And in August xx,I left QingDao to BeiJing and worked for a foreign enterprise as a automation software test engineer.Because I want to change my working environment, Id like to find a job which is more challenging. Morover Motorola is a global company, so I feel I can gain the most from working in this kind of company ennvironment. That is the reason why I come here to compete for this position.

Recently, I read a great book,Childhood,which is written byGorky. It’s a novel based on the experiences of the author’s tragic childhood, telling the stories about the author between his three to ten years old. Aliocha has a bad childhood. 今天我们去听了一场特殊的讲座，一场有关于男孩青春期的知识的讲座。通过这个教授的讲解，让我们对青春期生理和心理的有关知识有了初步的了解。

青春期是儿童期过渡到成年期，由幼稚走向成熟的中间阶段，一般是指10-20岁。在青春期这段时间男孩的身高会快速增长，睾丸会发育增大。在十五岁的时候会有首次遗精现象，之后会出现喉结和变声，并出现腋毛。

睾丸是用来产生精子，精液就是由睾丸再到输精管，再到精囊，然后到前列腺，再到尿道。教授还说了遗精是一种正常现象，在青春期时候睡觉后会自然排出，一滴精十滴血的说法是没有科学依据的。

青春期要注意生理卫生，要学会主动清洗生殖器，也要关注一下包皮过长，如果包皮过长的话要去做手术。此外，我们还要正确认识手淫，不好奇、不关注、不刺激、不压抑、不自责。在青春期的时候不能去泡桑拿浴，因为桑拿浴温度太高，会杀死坏睾丸产出的精子。我们要学会保护自己的外生殖器。假如说踢球的时候，你的外生殖器受损，睾丸会收缩，无法归位。这时患者需要原地快速蹦跳，等睾丸归位再去医院找医生治疗。在青春期的时候我们要养成良好的习惯，不要对自己的外生殖器造成损伤。是我们要控制好自己的情绪，睡觉时建议侧睡。
