今天我们去听了一场特殊的讲座，一场有关于男孩青春期的知识的讲座。通过这个教授的讲解，让我们对青春期生理和心理的有关知识有了初步的了解。

青春期是儿童期过渡到成年期，由幼稚走向成熟的中间阶段，一般是指10-20岁。在青春期这段时间男孩的身高会快速增长，睾丸会发育增大。在十五岁的时候会有首次遗精现象，之后会出现喉结和变声，并出现腋毛。

睾丸是用来产生精子，精液就是由睾丸再到输精管，再到精囊，然后到前列腺，再到尿道。教授还说了遗精是一种正常现象，在青春期时候睡觉后会自然排出，一滴精十滴血的说法是没有科学依据的。

青春期要注意生理卫生，要学会主动清洗生殖器，也要关注一下包皮过长，如果包皮过长的话要去做手术。此外，我们还要正确认识手淫，不好奇、不关注、不刺激、不压抑、不自责。在青春期的时候不能去泡桑拿浴，因为桑拿浴温度太高，会杀死坏睾丸产出的精子。我们要学会保护自己的外生殖器。假如说踢球的时候，你的外生殖器受损，睾丸会收缩，无法归位。这时患者需要原地快速蹦跳，等睾丸归位再去医院找医生治疗。在青春期的时候我们要养成良好的习惯，不要对自己的外生殖器造成损伤。是我们要控制好自己的情绪，睡觉时建议侧睡。

在青春期的时候我们还要做到以下几点：注意心理健康，养成平常心；不要对谁报以期望，不跟同学攀比；积极参加体育运动；冷静面对事情。

今天，我准时收看了湖南电视台公共频道播出由北京师范大学教授于丹主讲的《中小学生心理健康与学习习惯》教育专题节目这个讲座的欣赏性和教育性很强，看完之后我体会很深，下面总结一些我的观后感。

《中小学生心理健康与学习习惯》讲座主要讲了三个主题: 一是如何培养孩子的孝心，教育孩子理解父母，尊敬老师，懂得感恩:

二是如何培养孩子的爱心，正确引导在人际交往中的一些技巧; 三是如何培养孩子自立、自强、自信以及抵抗挫折的能力。

她在第一个主题中讲到这样一个故事:从前，有一个小孩喜欢在一棵大树下玩，他每天都来，可有一天，小孩愁容满面地对大树说:“你看别的孩子都上学了，每天都有好玩的玩具，可我没有”。大树说:“你把我结的果子摘了去卖，你就有玩具了。”以后，孩子只有秋天才会来大树下。过了几年，小孩成了青年，他对大树说:“别人都有房子了，都有家了，可我没有。”大树说:“你可以把的树枝砍了做房子。”又过了多年，青年成了中年人，他对大树说:“别人都漂洋过海了，可我没有。”大树说:“你可以把我的树干砍了做独木舟。”他把独木舟推进海里走了。渐渐的孩子长出了一根根白发，他来到树桩前，树桩问他:“我已经是一个没有用的树桩了，你也不会理我了吧?”孩子说:“不，我会一直陪你晒太阳，这是我的心愿，一生的心愿。”

今天上午，在学校的组织下，我们参加了一场主题为“塑战速决”的讲座，听完此次讲座，我有许许多多的感触。

塑料如今已经悄无声息地占领了我们的生活，饭店里，路边菜市场都时时刻刻用着大把大把的塑料，这个东西真的是一利百害，带来的只是一时方便，留下的却是无穷的祸害。因为有环卫工人的汗水，我们被一时蒙上了双眼，以为这个世界是如此地美丽，谁知白色污染一天天地增多，一天天这样长年累月的积累，早晚有一天，地球会被压垮，会被白色垃圾所吞噬。

这些垃圾不但会吞噬人类，还会伤害无辜的动物，一些动物因误食塑料而死，被塑料缠住而亡。每一个生命生来平等，他们的死是由人类还是塑料承担？有人觉得，塑料的危害离我们很远，与我何干？可是真相是，人类犯下的错，最大的受害者还是人类，今天你扔了一个水瓶，明天有只鱼吃了它以后，又被打捞上来上了你的餐桌，你将自食其果。

塑料的降解时间很长，要两百年以上才会不在，所以，如果我们继续这样，日复一日，年复一年，我们的地球始终会有这白色恐怖的存在，被这种白色恐怖笼罩。

“成也萧何，败也萧何。好也塑料，坏也塑料”。用这句话说塑料真的十分贴切。

“塑战速决”已经迫在眉睫，这不仅是为了我们自己，也是为了我们唯一的母亲——地球啊。让我们呼吁环保，提倡环保，抵制垃圾，抵制塑料！环保，这是全国全世界的重要任务！让我们从自己做起，保卫我们的家园！

今天，庞老师给我们上了一堂关于《青春期生理卫生与健康保健》课。同学们听得很认真，课堂上都做了笔记。什么是青春期？青春期是由童年发育到成人的过渡时期。青春期分为：早期9-12岁，中期13-16岁，晚期16-18岁。我在想10岁了，现在进入了青春早期，个子也长高了，以前的衣服鞋子，也小了，这是很明显的成长。老师接着讲着，身体的变化，身体外形机能渐趋健全身体对疾病抵抗能力增强，月经形成。

注意全身保健。进入青春期，注意饮食，营养均衡，有足够时间休息，睡眠。适当参加运动，增强机体免疫力。注意保暖，避免受凉。提高警惕性，不要到偏僻地方，不与陌生人交留，不要招手搭便车，不去酒吧，歌舞厅。

进入青春期的情绪波动。容易赌气离家出走，衣着不暴露，不要独自跟愿意带路的陌生人走。应急要点：适时呼救，巧妙周旋，勇于抗争，尽量拖延时间，保存证据。

听了这堂课，让我收获很大，青春期如何保护自己，讲究个人卫生，不能赌气独自离家出走，不与陌生人随便搭话。

simple and clear. He must study hard and store up knowledge so as to serve his

(the) country in the future. If every student can do according to what I said,

the country will certainly be rich and powerful.

It is indeed difficult to live without a mobile phone as it helps us in day

to day activities. I cannot live without a mobile phone. Todays generation uses

mobile phones for chatting, surfing and playing games. They dont use the mobile

phone for the real purpose. I admit that living wothout a mobile phone is

extremely difficult but I can live without addicting apps like Facebook, Twitter

etc. The iPhone is a gadget that is encouraging to use social apps and addicting
