一开始，我穿着溜冰鞋，就照教练说得自己先去找一下感觉。于是，我拉着边上的绳子，一步一步地，小心翼翼的往前走。然后。王教练过来，领着我，不用绳子的帮助，独自滑。王教练走一步，我就跟一步，那样子，真像一个小婴儿初学走路时的情景。过后，王教练让我一个人独自练习，我只得一个人，围着绳子一圈圈的转。我每次没走几步，就几乎要摔一跤，每次摔得特别痛。正当我灰心的时候，我突然想起一句一句经典的歌词“不经历风雨，怎能见彩虹”。我马上又变得坚强起来，继续滑，滑啊滑啊，我终于会了一点儿了。我高兴的真想一蹦三尺，可惜啊，溜冰鞋太重了，我根本跳不起来……

从那以后，我每周都回去练溜冰。终于，功夫不负有心人，我溜冰的速度都可以赶得上教练了，而且呀，还会了一些溜冰的花样呢!

是啊!不经历风雨，怎能见彩虹?着是我成功时悟出的一个道理，你呢?这个道理将点亮我未来的生活!

What is a successful and happy life Different people have different opinions. But no one cannot deny the fact that more and more people attach great importance to money for a successful and happy life.Nowadays,most people think a successful and happy life means someone’s life who is rich,maybe also have a stable marriage,good name and so on.

Doesn’t the poor achieve itI don’t think so. One man’s meat is another man’s poison.Perhaps I am in poverty somebody can’t standwith but I fell satisfied with my life. Because I don’t have to worry about thief.That is to say, We should evaluate our own life by our fellings but not others perpectives.It is too bad that we need to show our life to get others approbatory. If we do so,we will be controlled by others. A real successful and happy life is doing what you want to do. Maybe only going on a trip,having a good meal or meeting a beautiful girl who can understand you. point of view, I think perseverance and hard-working are indispensable for those

Firstly, perseverance let people step closely towards success. Most people

want to make a big difference to prove their value. People who set their goal

and keep moving would make their dream come true. However, there are some people

who set their goal but they stop at the difficulty would fail in the end. I

think the difference between success and failure is perseverance. If we have

perseverance, even if we are not clever, we will make a great difference, but if

we not, we are doomed to lose. As we all know, Edison is a great inventor in the

world. However, before he invented the bulb, he kept trying for tens of

thousands of times to find a suitable wire. Let us imagine, if he gave up at the
