如果没有运动，整个地球的人只会气色不好，让人看着很不舒服。

我们在工作中抽出一点点的时间，哪怕一点点也行，放松一下，就会让你的生活更美好，不会耽误什么。

不能像我的二奶奶那样，但也不要运动过度。不然机会像我一样，到了第二天，身上痛得要命，走起路来都吃力。但是过几天就好了。不过最好不要运动过度。

运动还是有很多好处的。比如通过运动，我的体力越来越好了。不像从前，炮哥四百米都累得要死，现在进步多了，身体也越来越好了。

我的暑假生活很丰富，帮爸爸妈妈做家务，陪外公外婆聊天，和好朋友玩耍，学习一些新本领，但让我印象最深的还是帮爸爸妈妈做家务。

暑假的一天，我被“心狠手辣”的爸爸从空调房子“捉”了出来，“快起来，我们一起去洗衣服，老躺着可不行！”老爸假装生气地说，“再不洗，衣服都要臭了！”“我还不会洗衣服呢！要不你教我？”“没问题，看谁洗的又快又干净！”
