一、消防安全治理应做到安全第一，预防为主，把消防安全作为头等大事来抓火灾带来的危害，人人都懂，但在日常工作中却往往被忽视，被麻痹，侥幸心理代替，往往要等到确实发生了事故，造成了损失，才会回过头来警醒。这就是因为没有把防范火灾的工作放在第一位所导致的。隐患险于明火，防范胜于救灾，责任重于泰山这十八个字至今仍是消防安全治理的主旨所在。而做好预防工作的要害就在于提高对这项工作的重视程度，在校园中，应该以消除火灾隐患、提高防火意识为目的，不作口头文章，以实际行动和措施来切实做好消防安全工作。

二、加强消防安全知识培训，提高防范意识由于有些工作涉及到易燃易爆化学品等高危险物质，校园内部对火灾隐患已经有了一定的防范意识，但通过这次培训，发现现有防范意识程度还是不够的。不论是一线工作人员还是治理人员，都应对岗位和部门可能涉及到的火灾风险和消防通道等消防相关设施有充分的了解。不论是火灾高危险岗位人员还是其他人员，都应该定期接受相关专家的消防安全教育培训，内容包括：有关消防法规、消防安全制度、保障消防安全的操作规程;各部门各岗位的火灾危险性和防火措施;各种消防设施的性能、灭火器材的使用方法;报火警、扑救初起火灾和自救逃生的知识和技能等。

三、消防安全工作要做到三个抓，不为隐患留空隙。

1、要抓重点。涉及到易燃易爆设备和物品的部门除了定期的培训之外，还要经常组织进行防火检查，发现火灾隐患，要记录在案并及时研究整改。组织建立义务消防队，不仅可以及时扑灭前期火灾，更重要的是通过义务消防队的组织，将消防意识和技能深入到重点部门的各方各面。

2、要抓薄弱。相对消防安全隐患少的地区往往是最轻易被忽略的地区，但相对安全隐患少并不代表没有安全隐患。消防安全隐患和生产安全隐患不同，后者只会发生在特定的时间和地点，但前者却可能出现在校园的每一个角落。

3、要抓细节。千里之堤，毁于蚁穴。火灾的防范要从大处着眼，但应该从小处做起。细节不轻易引人注重，如老化的绝缘材料、放错了位置的废纸篓等。但几乎所有的重大事故都是由于起初的不注重、不小心引起的，这些轻易被忽略的细节很轻易成为小事故的放大器，使得星星之火由此而燎原。

为了迎接全国中小学生第二十一个安全教育日活动，进一步加强安全教育工作，按照上级文件要求，3月28日，结合本校的实际情况以“生命、生态、安全”为主题开展系列教育活动。做到活动多样性、教育性、针对性的目标，创建安全的教育教学环境，强化师生安全意识和安全防范意识。

一、组织严密，落实到位。

为了更好地开展好安全教育日活动，我校成立了安全月教育活动领导小组，学校成立以校长为组长，分管领导为副组长，各部门为领导班子成员，制定了详细的、符合学校实际的计划，做到“三”落实:落实到点、到面、到线。

二、活动载体，强化意识。

1、全员参与动员大会。3月28日，全校师生齐聚会场，组长赵金华校长和分管领导黄福云校长分别对全体师生进行交通安全、防溺水、消防安全、防恐防暴、防拐骗、防食品中毒、防踩踏、防意外伤害、防震、防火以及乘车安全等方面进行全面教育。并对学校安全教育日(月)活动进行动员和部署。

2、全员参与安全排查。学校成立安全排查小组，以“地毯式”针对校园门、窗、栏杆、围墙、教室及其各专用教室可能存在的问题认真排查，并鼓励全体师生展开自我安全排查，找安全隐患，发现安全隐患，做好记录，学校领导对发现的隐患，及时解决问题。确保安全第一。

3、全员参与安全教育。通过动员大会对全员进行系统培训和教育，校园广播、以及观看安全教育视频对学生进行安全知识的宣传。各班以班主任为组长，充分利用班会课时间对学生进行全方位安全教育，并做好相关记录。

4、全员参与家校教育。为了更好的让家长参与学校安全教育，要求学生回家与家长一起观看湖南卫视《新闻大求真》栏目播出的安全教育日专题节目。

三、效果彰显，收获颇多。

在全体师生的共同努力下，本年安全教育日效果非常明显，全体师生增强了安全意识，逐一排查出存在的安全隐患，得到了及时解决，同时也对学生认识安全隐患、排查安全隐患、消除安全隐患、避免安全事故发生提高了认识，此次活动为以后的安全教育奠定了基础，更有效的为师生安全提供保障。

还记得去年你和他打的那一场架吗？今年他和他也打了。也许你们在打完了之后又和好如初了，但不要忘了，这样的摩擦始终都会让你们谁吐几口血少几颗牙，又或者谁的鼻梁断一次，你们才会引以为戒吧！

校园是我们所有人的校园，也是我们除了家之外的第二个家。在家，我们有在家的安全，在校园里，我们也有我们在校园里的安全。像校园里的打架斗殴，正是我们校园里的安全隐患。你们年少轻狂不懂事儿，可你们所处的校园是一位有着几十年上百年的老人，她不是容不下你们的年少轻狂，她只是容不下你们视生命如草芥的莽撞和不珍惜同学的情谊。

生命是我们每个人来到这个世界上走一遭的唯一门票，谁的生命都不是别人可以轻易抹掉的，包括我们自己也不能轻易对自己的生命“下手”。我们应该在我们的青春年华里，爱护好我们的生命，将校园安全当一回事儿，也将我们的生命捧在手心里，学习长大的同时观察生命的变化。

情谊，我们同在一个校园里，无论如何，我们都是要念同学情谊的。当你们老了时，你们会回想起一起同过窗的你我他，你会发觉，这些一起埋头苦读过的人，正是我们最初的“患难之交”，我们是同窗，我们亦是战友。当你向你的同学出手的那一拳，挥中他的鼻梁时，你还珍惜同学的情谊吗？现在你们都还未学会珍惜，可等到失去的时候再去珍惜，我们已经两手空空啦！

校园是我们所有人的校园，我们应该把其当作我们第二个家来对待。校园里的你我他，不正是我们的兄弟姐妹吗？当你将其当做自己的兄弟姐妹来对待时，还会一拳挥上去吗？

I did a great thing in the winter holiday.One day,I was going to the book store and suddenly I found a paper money which worth 100 RMB.I looked around and picked it up.At first,I wanted to use it and I can save my own money.However,I thought a lot and I decided to wait for the person who lost the money at last.10 mintues later,a little boy who was anxious came towards me and asked me if I had picked up 100 yuan.I handed the money to him and he was surprised to get the money back.I was very happy when he said "thank you" to me.then I went back home with a big smile.

进入夏季天气干燥，因此要加强学生的防火意识。

六、班会过程：

首先，强调了消防安全防火的重要意义，提醒大家从生活、学习、工作中的点滴小事出发，形成消防安全保护意识，共同创造和谐安全的教学环境。

(一)公共场所发生火灾的逃生技巧：

1、如果大火堵住门口，立即用湿毛巾捂住口鼻，或用水浇全身。

2、高层住宅失火，用床单或窗帘做成简易的绳子，挂牢物体，逃生。

3、如果火灾上身，就地翻滚，以扑灭火苗。

4、如果出口小，要呼救，等待求援。不要轻易跳离，这样危险性更大!

(二)火灾逃生自救十法：

一、要了解和熟悉环境。当你走进商场、宾馆、酒楼、歌舞厅等公共场所时，要留心太平门、安全出口、灭火器的位置，以便在发生意外时及时疏散和灭火。

二、要迅速撤离。一旦听到火灾警报或意识到自己被火围困时，要立即想法撤离。

三、要保护呼吸系统。逃生时可用毛巾或餐巾布、口罩、衣服等将口鼻捂严，否则会有中毒和被热空气灼伤呼吸系统软组织窒息致死的危险。

四、要从通道疏散。如疏散楼梯、消防电梯、室外疏散楼梯等。也可考虑利用窗户、阳台、屋顶、避雷线、落水管等脱险。

五、要利用绳索滑行。用结实的绳子或将窗帘、床单被褥等撕成条，拧成绳，用水沾湿后将其拴在牢固的暖气管道、窗框、床架上，被困人员逐个顺绳索滑到下一楼层或地面。

六、为低层跳离，适用于二层楼。跳前先向地面扔一些棉被、枕头、床垫、大衣等柔软的物品，以便“软着陆”，然后用手扒住窗户，身体下垂，自然下滑。以缩短跳落高度。

七、要借助器材。通常使用的有缓降器、救生袋、网、气垫、软梯、滑竿、滑台、导向绳、救生舷梯等。

八、为暂时避难。在无路逃生的情况下，可利用卫生间等暂时辟难。避难时要用水喷淋迎火门窗，把房间内一切可燃物淋湿，延长时间。在暂时避难期间，要主动与外界联系，以便尽早获救。

九、利用标志引导脱险。在公共场所的墙上、顶棚上、门上、转弯处都设置“太平门”、“紧急出口”、“安全通道”、“火警电话”和逃生方向简头等标志，被困人员按标志指示方向顺序逃离，可解“燃眉之急”。

十、要提倡利人利己。遇到不顾他人死活的行为和前拥后挤现象，要坚决制止。只有有序地迅速疏散，才能最大限度地减少伤亡。

(三)消防安全知识竞赛(抢答形式)：

1、火灾的预防包括哪些?

2、易燃物品应该怎样放置?

3、平时用电炉取暖对不对?有什么影响?

4、蜡烛为什么要及时熄灭?

5、年龄小的同学为什么不能自己燃放鞭炮?

6、发生火灾时，要拨打什么报警电话?并且要说清楚什么?

7、学生能不能参加灭火行动?

8、从失火的楼房内怎样逃离危险?

校园是我们每天生活、学习的地方，每天大约三分之二的时间在学校里面度过，所以说校园的安全隐患直接关系到我们的生命安全。

因为我们的校园很小，所以磕磕碰碰的事情也常有发生。比如说：有的同学不遵守规则，在楼道里横冲直撞;上下楼梯，有的同学手按扶手，三步并作两步“滑”下楼梯，还有两级楼梯就到一层，两脚跳起，纵身一跃，跳到地上。课间操时，同学们一窝蜂冲出了教室，直往楼下冲，楼梯道一下子人头攒动，充满了喧哗、吵闹声，变得拥挤不堪，一不小心，便会出现严重的踩踏事故，后果不堪设想。所以，我们在楼道里不追逐打闹，上下楼梯靠右行走，安全意识常驻心中。这样，我们的校园才会多一道亮丽的风景线!

现在，不少同学都咳嗽、发烧、感冒，这是这个季节的流感症状。流感盛行的时候，我们应该经常开窗通风，还可以在教室里熏醋。因为流感通过空气、飞沫传播的，保持空气流通，或用醋杀灭空气中的病菌，都可以达到预防流感的目的。我们还应该加强锻炼，增强我们的体质，保持充足的睡眠和营养，抵御各种病毒的侵袭。如果一旦出现流感症状，我们应及时就诊医治。

夏天到了，天气开始炎热了，很多小商小贩在做起了同学们的生意，在学校附近贩卖所谓的“辣条”等“三无”产品。这些食品多是用各类劣质油加工而成，长期食用可能会引发癌症，对人体的危害极大。所以，同学们，我们不能因为一时美味，而吃坏了肚子，伤害了身体，影响了我们的健康。学校和有关部门不仅要严禁学生在上、放学的路上私自买“三无”产品吃，也要加大对学校周边综合治理力度，维护学校及周边治安秩序，净化学校周边环境。

同学们，一人安全，全家幸福;生命至上，安全为天。安全构筑了我们美丽校园和美好的家园。在安全的问题上，不得有半点马虎，我们必须要防范在先，警惕在前，必须要树立高度的安全意识，必须筑起思想、行为和生命的安全长城。

一旦潜在的校园隐患和淡薄的安全意识，导致意外事故发生，这不仅仅是一个生命的消失，更会给家庭带来多大的痛苦，给社会带来多大的损失。生命在那一刻是那么的脆弱，又是那么宝贵。我们现在是含苞欲放的花朵，即将绽出迷人的光彩，所以，应该好好珍惜它，不要让它过早地凋谢。

让我们自觉增强安全意识和自我防范能力，携手杜绝安全隐患，营造一个安全、和谐、文明、健康的校园环境，用健康美丽的年华书写青春灿烂的人生篇章!

As we know, many people favor the idea that the college life is free and comfortable, but I’d like to say it’s not true. As a matter of fact, my life in university is so busy that I wonder if my energy is enough. As to my college life, I divide it into four parts, including study, student activities, library and the others.

我们知道，很多人认为大学生活是自由、舒适的，但我想说这不是真的。事实上，我的大学生活是如此的忙碌，以至于我都不知道我的能量是否足够。至于我的大学生活，我把它分为四个部分，包括学习，学生活动，图书馆和其他的。

Firstly, I want to talk about the study. In my opinion, study is the priority in college. When I received the letter of admission in summer, I knew clearly that what I should do. So I make up my mind to study hard and pursue learning as much as possible. I’m greatly convinced that knowledge can change my life. Therefore, I often go to the quiet study room where many people study there. By working so hard, I get good grades in the exams.

首先，我想谈谈学习。在我看来，学习是大学该优先考虑的。当我在夏天收到录取通知书时，我就清楚地知道我应该做什么。所以我下定决心努力学习，尽可能多的追求学问。我非常相信知识可以改变我的生活。因此，我常常去安静的自习室学习，有很多人在那里学习。通过努力学校，我在考试中取得了好成绩。

Secondly, student activities play an important role in our college life. To be honest, the student Union is a good place where one can develop social skills, get his abilities trained. I take part in many student activities. For example, I’ m a volunteer, teaching the kids to learn to dance and write. I think it’s meaningful for everyone to give a hand to others. I can also do some jobs in the Student Union, including receiving and sending fast mail, selling papers and magazines. I think they’re unforgettable and worthwhile experiences for me.

其次，在我们的大学生活中学生活动中起了重要的作用。老实说，学生会是一个很好的地方，一个可以培养社会技能的地方，一个训练自己能力的地方。我参加了许多学生活动。例如，我是一个志愿者，教孩子们学习舞蹈和写作。我认为帮助别人是有意义的。我还可以在学生会中做一些工作，包括接收和发送快速电子邮件，卖报纸和杂志。我觉得他们是我难忘的、有价值的经验。

Thirdly, I also visit the library constantly. It’s said that “shelves of books, oceans of knowledge”, so I read books that I’m interested in. In this way, I can share stories with my new friends and it also changes my horizons .When I’m sad, lost or in trouble, staying the library makes me quiet and comfortable. After all, every life has bad moments as well as good ones, and the library for me is a support in bad moments. So it’s wise choice for me to stay in the library.

第三，我经常去图书馆。据说“书架上的书，知识的海洋，所以我阅读我感兴趣的书。这样，我可以和我的新朋友分享故事，也改变了我的视野。在我难过，迷失或陷入困境的时候，呆在图书馆能让我感到安静和舒适。毕竟，每个人的生活都有不好和好的时候，图书馆对我来说也是心情不好时的一种支撑。所以对我来说呆在图书馆是明智的选择。

Finally, I often do other things in my spare time. In order to alleviate parents’ burden, I often do some part-time jobs and write some articles to earn money. It helps me to be independent and improve my social skills.

最后，我经常在空余时间做一些其他的事情。为了减轻父母的负担，我经常做一些兼职工作，写一些文章来赚钱。它帮助我变得独立，改善我的社交能力。

In short, my life in university is busy but valuable. You can see that study brings me knowledge, student activities improve myself, library changes my horizons, the others things make me independent. They get all my abilities trained. And I see that the chance will come only if you have a prepared mind, so I’m sure that I can achieve my dreams in college life.

总之，我的大学生活是忙碌而有价值的。你可以看到学习带给我知识，学生活动提升我自己，图书馆改变了我的视野，其他的事情让我变得独立。它们让我所有的能力得到训练。我看到机会只会留给有准备的人，所以我相信在大学生活中我能实现我的梦想。
