二、让大家都把垃圾扔进垃圾箱，不要随地乱扔。要让有限的资源，无限的循环。

三、不要随地吐痰。痰是有许多细菌的，不要把自己的病菌带给他人。

四、在校园的每一个地方都贴上保护环境的标语。让同学们时时刻刻地记住这些标语。为了我们美好的校园，请记住“校园是我们的家园”，保护环境不是一个人就能做到的。自只有大家齐心努力，才能使校园更美丽。让我们行动起来吧！共创一片美好的校园吧！

大家好!

低碳生活代表着更健康、更自然、更安全的生活，同时也是一种低成本、低代价的生活方式。简单理解，低碳生活是返璞归真的进行人与自然的活动，因此低碳生活是全球提倡的生活方式之一。下面给大家推荐几种与我们生活息息相关的低碳生活方式：

1. 冰箱里存放食物的量以占容积的80%为宜，放的过多或过少都费电。

2. 循环使用水。淘米水洗脸会减少痤疮且美白皮肤，洗菜水浇花会比清水更有营养。

3. 多用手帕，少用纸巾。

4. 手机充电一般只要两小时就可充电完毕，剩下的时间就是在耗电，也在破坏手机电池的蓄电量。

5. 用淋浴代替盆浴，在家洗头代替在沙龙洗头。

6. 双面使用学习用纸。

7. 经常提醒家长们，包里随时放置环保购物袋。

8. 力所能及的在阳台上多种花草树木。

1. 要想火车快，全靠车头带。

学校领导希望自己的下属都是干将，但如何做，有什么标准，虽已逐渐出台，但缺少事例样本，希望领导能以身示范，给诸位教师一个引领，使得工作有的放矢。例如:

(1)8个小时工作制的时间安排，保证学校布置的工作和教师的日常工作能在8个小时内完成。

(2)学习跟踪领导教学活动。领导能根据学校的实际制定工作细则，相信必有实践的出类拔萃，领导进课堂教学一周或一天或任教一个年级的主科，教师进教室学习，相信在领导的先行引领下，教师的工作能力定会有很大的提高。

2、不要让口号成为空话。

人们一直在说减负、减负，其结果是越减越多，教师身心憔悴，学生身心疲惫。早在建国初期，就提出了教育要百家争鸣、百花齐放的方针，可现在改来改去却变成了一刀切，使学生在教师的主导下，根本没有发挥学生的主体作用，而教师的主导也完全是学校授意，必须如此这么做，教师何谈张扬个性，这样又哪来的教师的主导?

相信学校领导的设计用意是好的，但是否想到固定、统一的同时也带来了专-政，使得民怨四起。

3、请关注教师健康。

常听到这样的话，“打个120，把我送精神病院吧，这样的重负我实在受不了了”，工作干了这么多年，又有几人是身心健康?

他们的生活又如何?压力有多大，领导是否知晓?多关心关心你的下属吧!

4、在管理上照顾教师子女入学、入园。

教师在教育前沿拼命，可子女的入学都成问题，学校是否考虑解决教师的后顾之忧。

5、学校的政策一经出台，是否想过一步到位，不要朝令夕改。

6、给班主任通讯费，便于及时有效的管理学生与家长沟通。

7、给村小特殊补贴，以稳定教师队伍，保证完小教学质量。

8、基本功考核太频繁。

9、考试内容、题量要适合本镇学情且要给统一答案。

10、完小交通不便，应给教师适量交通补贴。(或解决教师上下班乘车问题)
