天空中出现了29个脚印，象征着第29届奥运会。。这时，在场地中心，出现了一张画卷，真是一个奇迹。这幅奇妙的画卷展现了中国的灿烂文明。水墨山水画、古诗、茶、文房四宝、太极、四大发明，都一一展现。最有趣的是四大发明之一——活字印刷。张艺谋说：“绘画长卷的画纸，其实真的是一张画纸，直径2米，长度78米，只是经过了特殊的处理，它是自带蓄电池的，能自动打开，自动关闭。舞蹈艺员确实在作画，是通过特制的墨和涂料在白纸上面画。从观众的角度看这两轴在美丽地转动着，实际并不是这样的，它们根本没有旋转，只是平移，像两扇门一样。”

当二百多个国家的运动员入场后，是最为精彩的圣火传递。当李宁拿着奥运火炬，“飞”上了天，在铺满祥云的“路”上奔跑着，他跑过的“路上”，是火炬在各地地区传递的许多精彩片段，李宁把火炬台点燃，熊熊圣火在燃烧时，全场一片欢呼。

还有刘欢与莎拉•布莱曼一起唱的《我和你》，那歌，好似山泉真动听。

让我们为中国加油。为奥运加油。

“起来，不愿做奴隶的人们，把我们……”听着这熟悉的歌声，和着这熟悉的伴奏，五星红旗徐徐升入了上空，这就是我们每周一举行的升旗仪式。

周一到了，大家排队来到了旗杆旁，身穿着统一的校服，全校的人都整齐地站在旗杆旁，旗台上还站着几位学习优秀的升旗手，这是一个多么严肃而又庄重的升旗仪式啊!

广播喇叭奏着动听的乐曲——国歌。伴着这声声乐符，五星红旗徐徐的往上升，大家都沉默不语，手高高举过头顶，向着这面神圣而伟大的国旗敬礼。因为这不是一面普通的旗子，这是五星红旗，是我们中华民族的标志。有了它，就证明了我们中国人不是懦夫。

在抗战期间，有许多的中华儿女为了祖国，为了祖国的尊严，义不容辞的与侵略国家展开激烈的斗争，许多人为此献出了宝贵的生命，这对我们来说无疑是巨大的损失。可他们并不那么认为，他们知道自己的血不会白流，他们的英魂将注入这面旗子，激励着一代又一代的炎黄子孙。他们是英雄，是真真正正的英雄，他们用鲜血染红了那面白旗子，燃起了中华人民心中的怒火。

我非常喜欢一首歌，“五星红旗，你是我的骄傲;五星红旗，我为你自豪……你的名字比我的生命更重要……”是的，五星红旗是我们的骄傲，它比任何人都重要。因为它凝聚了我们中华子女的鲜血，包含了中国对它的尊重。

不知不觉中，五星红旗升入了顶峰，带着我们的崇敬升入了最高峰。我相信，只要我们能像那些烈士一样，不怕牺牲，甘愿为祖国赴汤蹈火，我们的祖国也会在世界冲向最高峰!

一转眼，运动会向我们冲来，开运动会是有喜.怒.哀.乐的，更有的是自个儿班运动员跑步时的那份激动。

‘‘60米快了，60快跑了!’’司令台上的人喊着，使我也感到了一些不安，虽不是我跑，但跑的是邵梦蝶，她可是我们班的运动员呀!邵梦蝶是一个蘑菇头，一个又瘦又长的女生，平常特别疯狂。这下子他激动了起来，两只手颤抖着，嘴里还不时念叨:‘‘李淑雅可厉害了，我肯定跑不过她的。’’冯欣怡给了她鼓励，最后站在了跑道线上。

她用两只大眼睛凝聚前方，做出了预备跑的动作，我给她捏了把冷汗。只听‘‘砰’’地一声，枪打响了，在天空中冒出了云烟，她左右手挥舞着，两脚使劲儿踏着地，如那支离弦了的箭，以百分百的秒杀率，冲向了终点。‘‘近了，近了!’’我大喊道，其实心中充满了喜悦和慌张，她垮了一大步，这一大步使她成功压线，这不只是一大步，而是一个金牌第一。她跑后哭了，她战胜了李淑雅，也战胜了本来的恐惧和心慌!

一个令人激动的时刻，邵梦蝶冲向终点的时刻，一直回荡在我的心中，我要永远记住这个令人激动的时刻。

“耶!”同学们欢呼起来。为什么呢?

因为明天，要举行一年一度的运动会啦!此时此刻，还有谁不欢呼?此时此刻，还有谁不雀跃?此时此刻，还有谁不激动?此时此刻，还有谁不沸腾?接下来，我就要为大家介绍一个运动会上最耀眼的比赛——4×200米接力赛了!“啪!”清脆的枪声响了。那股青烟还没飘出来，我们班的飞毛腿——朱端仪，就像出膛的子弹一样飞奔了出去。她迈着大步子，高高的身子跟着脚有力而有节奏的飞奔着，我们大喊：“加油!加油!”我们帮朱端仪鼓足了气，她在第一棒就领先了大半截。

接力棒传传传，又传到了方佳怡的手中。方佳怡一把抢过接力棒，双手拼命地摆动起来，与微风狠狠地撞在一起，头发竖了起来，跑得遥遥领先。虽然跑得很快，但是我们还要对方佳怡进行充分的鼓励和加油。她听见了我们的呐喊声，脸嘴露出一丝笑容，跑得更快了!和别人拉开了半圈的距离。接力棒传传传，又传到了吴乃嘉手中。吴乃嘉像一匹脱缰的野马，紧握着手中的接力棒，不顾故一切地飞奔着。我想：有着强烈的集体荣誉感就是这样的吧!一样，我们还是在奋力地加油助威，有的同学喊累了，仍然在喊，有的同学站累了，依然站着还有的同学边跳边喊：“加油!加油!”好像掩饰不住自己内心的激动之情。轮到缪可研了。只见跑道上只有他一个人，呀，其他运动运到哪儿去了?哦，都被她那飞快的速度甩到后面去了。

“耶!”随着一声欢呼，你就知道我们班赢了!我们班光明正大的赢了!

爸帮我开一下音乐，自己练了起来。唱完了歌，爸爸就连声夸我。

在路上，我一直都信心百倍，以为自己唱的最好。终于到了比赛现场，我们先去化妆，然后再坐在椅子上耐心地等待，等叫到我的名字。过了一会儿，我就被叫了上去。我走上舞台，望着下面那么多的观众，心里还真有些胆怯。这时，我突然想起林老师对我们说的一句话：“假如你害怕，就把台下的所有观众都当成各种各样的蔬菜，你就当对着菜园唱歌就好了。”想起了这句话，心里就有时了一点轻松，可是心里还是有点紧张的。我开始唱歌了，随着优美的音乐，我渐渐地忘掉了紧张，忘掉了胆怯，歌声还把我带到了彝家娃娃的身边，和他们一起荡秋千，我们在一起荡啊、荡啊，在一片欢声笑语中快乐的嬉戏，终于我把歌唱完了。

到了下午，林老师告诉我，我这次唱歌得了一等奖，我听了可真激动。

啊!多美好的一天，多快乐的唱歌比赛，以后有什么表演的活动，我都会参加，而且都会尽力而为的。

University is students’ fight goal, entering the university means the promising future for students. In most university campus, the scenery is very beautiful, some campus are even the hot tourist sites. Like Cambridge and Oxford, many people go there to have a look at the beautiful sites. Campus seem to be the open to tourist sites, I think it is not good to be open.

大学是学生奋斗的目标，进入大学对学生来说意味着有一个光明的未来。在大部分大学校园里，风景是很漂亮的，一些大学校园甚至成为热门的旅游景点。比如剑桥和牛津，很多人去那里只为看一眼美丽的风景。大学校园似乎对旅客开放，我觉得开放是不好的。

On the one hand, when tourists come, there will be a lot of rubbish. We always hear about the news that in the tourist sites, many rubbish are left, which makes the sites polluted. University campus are the places for students to study, the places should be clean and quiet.

一方面，当游客来到校园，就会带来很多的垃圾。我们总是听到这样的新闻，在一些旅游景点，留下了很多垃圾，使得景点受到了污染。大学校园是给学生学习的地方，应该是干净和安静的。

On the other hand, when campus is open to the tourists, it means anyone can go into the school, it will be not safe to students. Some bad people will pretend to be the tourists and go into the campus to steal things. Some students will fight against the bad guys and will get hurt. Opening the campus gives the bad guys the chance to make crime.

另一方面，当大学校园对游客开放，意味着任何人都可以进入校园，对于学生来说很不安全。一些不怀好意的人会假装成游客，进入到校园来偷窃。一些学生会和歹徒搏斗，伤到自己。开放校园给坏人带来了犯罪的机会。

University campus should be clean and quiet for students to learn knowledge. Students also need a safe environment. So it is not good to open the university for tourists.

大学校园应该是干净和安静的，有利于学生学习知识。学生也需要一个安全的环境。所以大学校园对旅客开放是不好的。

今天是激动人心的一天，因为今天要公布期末考试的成绩。

我缓缓的走向教室，发现老师在等我到来，公布成绩呢。老师是先发试卷再报名，等待的时间特别漫长，同学们来了，老师把试卷发下来后，我看到自己是99分，心中顿时有一些不安，怕有一些也有100分的同学，于是我心就到嗓子眼儿了，手心都冒汗了，双腿开始剧烈晃动，心想一定要第1名。老师开始报名次了，第5名94分，第4名95分，第3名97分，第2名98分，第1名99分，吓死我了，报到第2名的时候我整个人都不听使唤了，一个劲的站了起来，等报到第1名的是，我更是跳了起来，生怕有人的分数比我高，终于，我不负众望，获得了第1名，并且还拿到了一些小礼物，这真是激动人心的时刻。

激动人心的是，我们和老师的汗水换来的，只有劳动获得的才是自己的，不要总想着不劳而获，不然那些知识不是自己自己的知识，别人都是抢不走，自己的永远都是自己的激动人心的时刻还有很多很多。

秋高气爽，我们又迎来了一年一度的秋季运动会，这又是一个激动人心的时刻。那阵阵运动员进行曲在我们的耳边回荡，“咪来多啦所啦多咪所多，多多多多多……!”那一群群阳光灿烂的小朋友像是一群群欢乐的小精灵在操场上活蹦乱跳。

当广播里报到：“请五年级女子参加400米决赛的到体育馆门前报到，”我们的目光都齐刷刷的朝盛瑜沁看去，表示让盛瑜沁去报到，当盛瑜沁摆出预备跑的姿势站在跑道上时，当时的气氛被凝结了一样，既紧张又兴奋，我们的心底都在暗暗地为盛瑜沁加油。当枪声一响，盛瑜沁像是一支离弦的箭，快速地冲了出去。我们使出吃奶的力气大声地喊着：“盛瑜沁加油!”那些正在吃东西，正在玩手机，正在打牌的同学都放下了手中的东西跑来为盛瑜沁喊加油。盛瑜沁果然不辜负我们的期望，稳稳当当地跑在最前面，最后一位竟然走了起来，与盛瑜沁相差好远，当要冲刺时，盛瑜沁已经是筋疲力尽，没有一点力气了。可那最后走路的一位是在养精蓄锐，有全身的力气，就用闪电流星般的速度冲向终点，那一瞬间，盛瑜沁被超越了，不过通过她的辛苦付出得了第二，为我们班赢得了荣誉，看来，我们可千万不能去小看那些暂时落后的人，他们背后的力量可强着呢!

盛瑜沁我想对你说，虽然你得了第二，但是我们知道你为此努力过，为此奋斗过，你的运动精神鼓舞着我们每个人。你在运动场上的风采给我们留下深深的烙印。我为你自豪!”

这激动人心的时刻让我懂得：一个人只要奋斗过，付出过，努力过，哪怕在再困难的困境中，也是一个令人佩服的人，是一个充满智慧的人!
