into China, traditional food is still the mainstream. So, I think, although

those hi-tech products bring along unprecedented creature comfort, traditional

cultures will stay unchanged and they will develop further. And on the original

正是一年中最热的日子，我校的高一新生军训开始了。俗话说：“吃得苦中苦，方为人上人”。短暂的军训不大可能让我们成为人上人，但经历过就一定会留下些什么。

对于我们这些一直被父母羽翼遮蔽、在蜜罐中长大的青少年而言，军训无疑是一个严峻的挑战和考验，它意味着我们必须告别慵懒惬意的假期生活。当军训的号角吹响时，当我们站进军训队伍中时，我们知道，苦日子开始了。教官严肃的训话让我们懂得并理解什么是军令如山、团结协作，什么叫“一不怕苦、二不怕难”，于是，我们原先对军训不切实际的幻想和憧憬顷刻间烟消云散。

我们的教官是一个二十多岁的年轻人，干练挺拔的身材，铿锵有力的话语将我们深深吸引。但年轻不代表宽容，他的严肃认真很快让我们不敢越雷池一步。只要大家动作不够规范，他就会不厌其烦地给我们做示范，直至他满意为止。长时间单调的练习很快让我们感到枯燥乏味，那些在军训刚开始时产生的新鲜与激情慢慢消磨淡化，就像阳光下的肥皂泡。

哪怕只是一个简单的动作，教官也要让我们反复训练，直至标准整齐。经常让我们苦不堪言的是教官的分解动作练习，手臂要够直，腿要抬够高，上半身要笔挺，不能随意晃动。一个动作简直就是一场持久战——炎炎烈日，上晒下烤，豆大的汗珠不断从脸上滚落，只能感受不能擦拭;腿麻了、身僵了，不能放松只能保持，一直保持不走样。多少次，手臂痛得失去知觉，大腿麻得如同过电。多少次，汗水湿透了衣衫，那种粘腻感让人恨不得立刻逃走，一把将衣衫扯掉跳进水里洗个痛快。痛苦啊痛苦，苦还不能言说，但当我们看到教官严肃的目光和纹丝不动的身躯，我们知道必须忍住，既然选择了军训，就必须直面考验。军训的苦和累是在教导我们要向树一样坚挺向上、不屈不挠，它传递给我们忍耐和坚持。

那直面烈日纹丝不动的军姿训练，告诉我那是炎黄子孙不屈的脊梁。站军姿，锻造了我们笔挺昂扬的身躯，磨练了我们意志和毅力。训练场上那笔直的腰身、挺起的胸膛、响亮的口号、整齐的步伐告诉我那是军人的飒爽英姿;那不屈不挠的精神、勇往直前的气魄、吃苦耐劳的品质告诉我那是军人的硬朗风范。

点评：总的来看，小作者文笔优美，语言生动、流畅，感情真挚，写出了一篇不错的文章。但是文章在扣题上做的稍显生硬，如果在行文过程中以及结尾处加上一句“友情，改变了雨天的温度，改变了我的生活”，就显得更加贴切些。

去年寒假里，我和妈妈乘坐飞机去海南旅游。这是我第一次坐飞机。飞机在我焦急地等待中终于起飞了。我向窗外看去，下面的房子越来越小，看上去像些小砖块。一会儿飞机就钻进了云层之中，机舱外的云真漂亮!像花朵，像棉花糖，像软棉棉的被子，白茫茫的一片看不到尽头。我好想跳下去，躺在上面睡上一觉。时间过得特别地快，大约乘了三个多小时的飞机，我们就来到美丽的海南三亚。飞机真了不起，一下子就让我从冬天到了夏天!

海南到处是椰树。椰树高大挺拔，像守护海南岛的卫兵。树上结着一个个绿油油是椰子，就像几个小西瓜绑在一起挂在树上。海南到处长着中草药，有香片、香兰草、可可等等，许多我说不出名的植物。我还看到咖啡豆，参观咖啡厂，知道咖啡是怎样生产的。海南四季如夏，有吃不完的水果。这里最出名的水果有椰子、杨桃、菠萝蜜、芒果和红毛丹等。别看椰子又大又重，外表又粗又丑，但是它的汁水可香甜了。而且它的皮还可以做成精巧的工艺品。杨桃从侧面看像星星。你不要被它美丽的外表骗了，它吃起来又酸又涩。这里的山竹非常新鲜，味道甜美。所以很多来海南旅游的小朋友都喜欢吃。在海南玩的这几天里，我玩的最开心的当然是在海边的沙滩上。我们小朋友喜欢光着脚，踩在软绵绵的沙子上舒服极了。玩沙堡游戏，我们把沙子堆成沙堡，等待海水来冲坏他们。沙滩上有许许多多、五颜六色、形状各异的漂亮贝壳，有黄色的、红色的、银白色的、还有绿色的，更好看的是带花纹的，形状很古怪的虎斑贝……我们比赛拾漂亮的贝壳。沙滩上，还有许多形状像蜘蛛一样的小螃蟹，它跑得特别快，一眨眼就不见了。

五天的游玩结束了，我恋恋不舍离开了美丽的海南。今年寒假又要来临了，我们一家已经准备好了，一起去美丽的云南看一看。

There are five classroom buildings and five dining-halls on the campus. The classrooms are big and bright. And each of them is large enough for sixty students to study in. Behind the main classroom building stands the college library, where both the teachers and students are busy borrowing and returning books every day. I usually go there once a week for borrowing and returning books. Our college life is rich and interesting. On the one hand, we have many experienced teachers, sufficient books, scientific apparatus, and instruments to help our studies. On the other hand, we are encouraged to take part in many college activities such as seminars, parties,talks, sportsmeets, visiting factories, etc. Basketball and volleyball matches are held almost weekly.

男生女生

搬桌椅，男生上，女生在一旁说∶“不搬桌椅非好汉。”拖地板，男生上，女生在一旁说∶“自古男生能吃苦，能耐劳。”

不仅如此，在阅览室看书或是搭乘校车，好位置都要留给女生“享用”。倘若男生有半句怨言，就会遭到女生的群体攻击∶“你们这些男生，个个没有绅士风度。”

当然，我们班的男女生也有站在同一条战线上的时候。学校举行拔河比赛时，男生们在场上“努力奋斗”，女生们就是称职的拉拉队，为他们呐喊助威;平日里谁碰到困难，大家乐呵呵地互相帮助，我们都是这个“快乐大家庭”的一分子。

“歌仙”与歌

近来，我们班涌现出一个又一个的“歌仙”。此称号并不代表他们的歌声如何动听，而是因为他们对音乐那种难以割舍的感情，大有不“走火入魔”不善罢干休之势。

无奈，我也抵御不住音乐的诱惑，加入了他们的行列，成为一名不折不扣的“歌仙”。每日与众“仙友”攀谈歌坛之风吹草动，评论歌星的才貌人品，编排流行音乐风云榜。

哪料班主任对这已是大为不满，在两天前颁布了“禁歌令”?课间 午休不许唱歌。可对音乐如此痴迷的我们怎会“忍痛割爱”呢?于是，我们和班主任签订了协约。如果下次模拟考试成绩没有上95，便心甘情愿遵守“禁歌令”。反之，考试成绩若是上95，老师就得废除“禁歌令”。

看来，现在得加倍努力“啃书”了。

突击考试

语文课上，老师抱着一叠诗卷走进教室，眉开眼笑地对大家说∶“同学们，准备一下，待会进行考试。”“啊?”老师的话音刚落，班上便响起一曲男女声合唱。我立刻合掌念道∶“老天爷，保佑我这次考个好成绩。”侧头看看同桌，正和后座的同学抢复习材料。再看那边，“捣蛋鬼”毛清玮长叹∶“天要塌了，天要塌了!”

天终于塌了。得知考试成绩后，一朵朵乌云将我们脸上灿烂的微笑遮盖得无影无踪，我们个个成了林妹妹的徒儿。

好在我们都是天生的乐观主义者，第二天早上便“雨过天晴”。不过，每个人的心里都提了块石头。下次若是再考差，小命休矣……。

看吧，我们的校园生活是丰富多彩的，我们这群少男少女正无忧无虑地成长着。

My schoool life is busy and fantastic. First, we have four classes in the morning and three in the afternoon. We have to get to school before 7:30 because we have a morning class. As a child, I am so luck. I don’t need to worry about food. I always have enough delicious food, live in a big house, and have beautiful clothes to dress. I am so happy that I have no idea to treasure all these things. I am a kind of particular about food. I often eat a little for one dish and the throw it away, because I have many choices. I will be full after eating several dishes. But one day, I watch a piece of news on TV. It is about some Africa children who are suffering starvation. They are so poor. They are not only having no food to eat but also having little water to drink. A bowl of rice is very rare for them. Seeing their longing eyes, I feel guilty. I am regret about wasting food before. How can I waste so much rare food? From now on, I will try my best to save food, to do something for them.

当生活成为那一座座拔地而起的写字楼，成为那一张张无情的报表，成为那一串串冰冷的数据，我想说，生活需要诗意。诗意是什么?是春，庭院良辰美景，且听风云;是夏，夏虫低吟浅唱，且驻倾听;是秋，柳岸晓风残月，且观云涌;是冬，天地为我一点，且歌且行。

心灵是一座花园，可以种花，也可以种草。但无论是花是草，生活有了诗意心灵才不会贫瘠。

诗意是这个有惊无险的早春时节，我仍能嗅到的希望。踏着三月的飞雪，这迟迟不肯来的春天成了心头的焦虑。饱吸一口这乍暖还寒的空气，闭上双眼，恍惚间又是那年的草长莺飞二月天。拉紧手中的风筝线，在那草色遥看近却无的山坡上和伙伴们飞奔。那一双双澄澈的眼眸就是夜空中那空灵的星星，一闪一闪闯入我的梦境。睁开双眼，这三月的飞雪也被那从心里暖暖的诗意融化了，耳边不再是呼啸的寒风，地面也不再是一层积雪，我听见泉水跟随着春的脚步拍打那一路的山石，叮咚叮咚。我看见远近一树又一树盛开的杏花，寂静又喧哗。我仿佛在一个与春风相遇的日子与顾城肩并肩，听他低吟“草在结它的种子，风在摇它的叶子，我们不说话，就十分美好。”

诗意是一个忙里偷闲的午后，与一本书的邂逅。品一杯香茗，看那氤氲的水汽升腾在鼻尖晕开。午后的阳光似心情般慵懒，斜斜地投在翻开的书上。新鲜的墨香将我萦绕，我仿佛穿越了千亿光年只为完成一场和谁未曾谋面的相遇。漫步苏堤，遥望见苏轼泛舟游这“水光潋滟晴方好，山色空蒙雨亦奇”的西湖;门掩黄昏，同感于欧阳修“泪眼问花花不语，乱红飞过秋千去。”的深沉;古道长亭，感伤于柳永“执手相看泪眼，竟无语凝噎”的离别。我在那那层朦胧的诗意中畅游，走遍三毛“寻找前世的乡愁”的撒哈拉沙漠，体味她包容天地万物的的大爱，游遍曹雪芹“开不完春柳春花满画楼”的红楼一梦，感慨那似梦般的半世雍容。我们不是诗人，道不明那缠绵悱恻的诗意，但是我们可以用眼看，用耳闻，用心感应。生活有了诗意我们才能认清脚下的路，忠于脚下的路，热爱脚下的路，生活有了诗意，感动才能常新。心存诗意，感恩生活本身就是可遇不可求的福泽;擦亮双眼，生活便会以另一种妙曼的姿态呈现在你面前。生活需要诗意，我们才能在暴雨进行时时看到希望，我们才能穿越迷茫找回真实的自我与感动。让诗意与生活并肩而行!
