一、2014年工作回顾

2014年是酒店基础建设最关键的一年，也是装修改造打下基础的一年，更是面临形势最严竣的一年。在同志们的艰苦努力下，酒店边摸索、边建设;边改造、边经营;边接受考验、边总结提高。在努力克服各种困难情况下，在认真研究国内外先进酒店管理的成功经验基础上，对装修改造、经营定位、管理模式等进行了积极地、初步地探索。一方面，根据滕州市的经济环境和酒店的发展战略，明确了经营定位，并紧紧围绕经营定位创造性地开始筹建了滕州会展中心、康乐中心，装修了二楼多功能厅、十八餐装修改造、五、六、七、九至十七楼的装修及营业等工作，确保酒店硬件建设符合市场需求，并确立市场领先地位，同时确保满足目标顾客群的需求。另一方面，以“制度、创新、协作、监督”为管理四要素，狠抓基础管理，初步完成了建章立制工作，并初步构建了质量控制体系和顾客满意体系，基本建立了一个较符合酒店发展的员工队伍，为酒店今后的发展打下了一定的基础。

(一)、全店动员，抗击非典，齐抓 共管，勇立潮头

四月中下旬以来，中国大面积爆发了非典疫情，因对疫情知识了解的欠缺和一开始控制措施的不力，一时之间，万众惶恐，大部分酒店和企事业关门放假，一切工作无法正常工展，中华民族到了危险关头，整个酒店业和旅游产业遭受前所未有的冲击。党中央、国务院为尽 快控制疫情，号召全民动员，齐抓共管，抗击非典，滕州市委、市政府也迅速取各种严格措施，组织民众、万众一心，严控非典疫情。作为滕州市的品牌酒店和知名企业，酒店也积极行动起来，与滕州市委、市政府紧密联系、相互配合，共赴国难，成立了以总经理为组长的防非治典领导小组，保证非典期间不关门，成为仅有几家不关门 的酒店之一，并制定了一系列的措施严查死守。在此时此刻，酒店面对着极大的精神压力，因为大家不知道非典疫情何时可结束，它带来的隐患是什么，企业何去何从，大家对此一点把握也没有，均有迷茫、恐惧之感，可以说整个酒店、每位员工在每时每刻均面临着生与死的考验。但大家齐心协力，共赴苦难，每天按时上下班，以积极乐观的态度面对顾客和同事、面对自己一天的工作。那时我就下了一个决心，为了滕州经济的更快发展，为了这些可爱的员工，我一定努力，带领大家下定决心，越是在紧要关头，我越是挺身而出，为了这些饱满热情工作的员工，我一定努力，带领大家下决心，排除万难，把企业做的更好，来回报社会，回报全体员工。通过我们全体员工的共同努力，我们胜利了，我们的经营业绩保持了增长率。抗击非典的成功，是全民的成功，是全体员工的成绩，在这里，我也代表所有酒店管理者，对全体员工同志们道一声：辛苦了，谢谢 你们。

(二)、面对难关，勇挑重担，积极为此次事件作好后勤服务工作

7月26日是个令枣庄市人民，特别是滕州人民永远记住的一个日子。这一天，木石矿出现矿难，有几十名同志在此事故中失去了最宝贵的生命，引起党中央，国务院的高度重视，滕州市委、市政府在紧要时刻又把此次接待任务的重担交给了aa大酒店，酒店在刚刚度过抗击非典的同时，又在资金紧张、困难重重的情况下，从各地选好原材料，为各级政府领导和工作人员变着花样调整菜品口味。由于酒店空调系统的先天不足，酒店千方百计，多方面筹措资金，用一晚上的时间为所有的入住房间安了几十部空调，保证了专家和工作人员在良好的 休息场所完成了7.26矿难的艰巨任务。

(三)、多方筹措资金，为酒店的进一步发展再注活力

在酒店的整个战略投资规划当中，资金一直是压在我们心上的一块巨石。酒店要发展、资产要盘活、规划要实现、经营要运转 ，投资是关键，资金是硬件。经过我们的艰苦努力和卓越运作，酒店发展需要的上1000万资金终于得到落实，为酒店的战略规划吃了一颗定心丸，酒店上下气势高昂，群情激奋，对未来更是信心倍增。我坚信，我们会合理调 配这笔资金，让它发挥出最佳使用价值，为酒店的发展，为企业的做大、做强，为员工的自我价值实现提供更宽广的平台，让我们共同努力，干事创业，在新的世纪，在关键的2015年再打一场漂亮战。

(四)员工朋友们：过去的一年是酒店发展史上极不寻常的一年。一年中，遇到的困难和问题比预料的要大得多，取得的成绩比想象的要多得多。回顾过去一年的酒店工作，我们深切地感到酒店的一切工作离不开社会各界的支持与关怀，离不开全体员工的辛勤劳动和帮助。成绩的取得、得益于多年来酒店管理层打下的良好基础，凝聚着酒店广大员工的辛勤劳动。

同时，我们也要清醒的看到，当前酒店在经营发展中还存在不少矛盾和困难。主要是与先进酒店相比，我们酒店硬件结构不够合理、档次不高、软件层次偏低、经营收入总量不够、管理、服务质量几乎没有 ，离现化化酒店管理，标准还有不小的差距，软硬件任务依然十分艰巨;酒店发展的效益还没有充分体现到财务收入上来、收支矛盾仍然比较突出;员工就业安置压力较大，经营保障的物质基础不强，员工生活还比较差;酒店职能较复杂和管理者意识有待进一步加强，发展软硬个建设还需进一步强化，具体表现在以下几个方面：

1、管理人员的综合素质不高，突出表现：一是事业心、敬业心和责任感差，工作标准低，只求过得去，不求过的硬，大事做不来，小事天天颂;工作随便，能推则推，能拖则拖，极个别管理人员对上级安排的工作三催不办，实在不行就应付了事。二是工作不深入、不扎实，愿意做表面文章，以身作责差，工作靠不上去，遇到问题绕道走，所辖部门、班组工作效率低，存在问题多，只练唱功，不练做功。三是自由主义严重，会上不说，会后乱说，不负责任地议论领导、议论同事， 阳奉阴违、耍两面派，只研究人不研究事。四是纪律观念淡薄，迟到早退，外出不请假、不报告，自由散漫。五是学习松懈，对行业知识不研究、不学习，工作经验、专业知识缺乏，对所分管的工作一问三不知，自以为事，处理问题缺乏政策依据。六是群众基础差，不关心、不依靠员工，为人处事不公正，爱摆架子，正如员工所说的“官不大、僚不小”。

2、服务意识差。上至管理人员，下至员工，标准不一、思想不一，没有真正形成一个以服务为核心，用心做了的服务运作机制，甚至有些人员的本位主义严重，大大阻碍了服务水平的提高。工作效率低下，对客人、一线部分需求不能迅速反应，马上解决。

3、团队协作精神趋于表面化，一线与二线缺乏沟通。一是缺乏主动性，养成依赖别人、怕承担责任的习惯;二是推诿，不愿多做一点点;三是个人主义冒头，不愿为别人当绿叶、不愿配合别人。

4、缺乏主人翁意识。对酒店缺乏责任感、缺乏爱心，没有“店兴我荣，店衰我耻”的思想，见坏人坏事不制止，不举报。

5、开源不足。市场占有率较低，对市场认识有偏差，收入指标未能按计划完成，酒店特色品牌产品和市场整体名牌战略还未得到彻底实施。

6、全员节约意识仍太弱。虽然成本费用较去年大大降低，但仍有巨大潜力可挖，员工仍未养成节水、节电、节气良好习惯，管理上仍有很多漏洞，使酒店财物流失和浪费，向节约要效益的意识不强。

7、安全意识薄弱。处理紧急事情应变能力差，个别部门屡出问题，特别是发生11.9火灾，从根本上讲还是人的问题，还是管理问题。

以上问题，都需要我们在以后的工作中高度重视、认真研究、彻底解决。

二、酒店2015年至2016年奋斗目标及经营管理的总体工作思路

2015年至2016年，用两年的时间完善酒店整体功能、致力名牌战略，夯实基础管理，实现高星级酒店与绿色环保酒店的目标，走出一条经济效益与社会效益双赢的成功之路，成为鲁南地区名副其实餐旅服务业的龙头企业。我们工作的指导思想是：“统一思想，坚定信心，迎接挑战、知难而进，实现酒店整体功能上档次，经营管理上台阶，营业收入新突破。”

一、两年奋斗目标

2015年9月底之前，完成酒店二期工程的建设和所有相关项目的改造;健全管理机制，夯实基础管理;10—12月份进行四星级酒店的申报和评审，争取2016年元旦前挂牌，最迟也要在2016年春节前挂牌。

2016年上半年进行IS09002国际质量体系认证培训，力争6月底通过评审机构的外审并挂牌;全年工作紧紧围绕经营管理这个中心，努力拓展市场，集中精力抓管理，力争实现营业收入1700万~2000万元。

二、经营管理的总体思路

(一)精心组织、强化管理，高质量、高速度搞好新建、装修、改造工程，确保酒店整体功能完善。

设备设施的质量是酒店全面推向市场的先决条件也是提供优质服务的基础。功能不全将直接制约酒店的经营和发展。二期工程的完善，才能使酒店“如虎添翼”，成为鲁南地区的一流酒店。今年5月底前完成下列工程：

1电器商场天井抬平、西六单间的装修改造、现舞厅改为中型多功能厅;

2、一楼大堂、咖啡厅、西餐厅、贵宾厅及二楼公共区域的装修、改造;

3、完成南二、三楼会议室及风味餐厅、豪华宴会餐厅装修改造;

4、完成4、5、6、7、8F客房标准间的装修、15F行政套房、16F总统套房的装修;

5、完成10F商务写字间的装修、改造;

6、完成主体楼的清洗及外墙的装饰;

7、完成前后停车场的地面铺设及绿化;

8、完成洗衣房、员工宿舍、员工食堂、员工更衣室、洗澡室的装修、完善，备用锅炉的安装和调试;

9、完成后车库、总仓、办公室的新建;

10、完成三F餐高档宴会包厢的装修、改造;

11、完成酒店总体霓虹灯、射灯的安装;

12、完成三楼平台的绿化、美化(使之三楼平台成为空中花园)。

9月底前完成下列工程项目：

1、新建东楼的外装修;

2、国际会展中心的装修;

3、 保龄球、健身房、洗浴中心、KTV包房、棋牌室、游泳池等装修。

总之，我们要在时间紧、任务重的情况下，抢时间争速度、充分扩展酒店，完善和提高其功能，年底前酒店将以全新的面貌出现在鲁南地区和滕州人民面前，前景是不可限量的!

(二)完成新建、装修、改造工程的同时，要以经营创利为中心，确保全年经营指标的完成。

1、确定合理的管理架构和编制

(1)根据酒店发展的远景及奋斗目标，重新设置管理架构，调整、选聘一些高中层管理人员，科学合理设置酒店的人员编制。

(2)实行董事会领导下的总经理负责制即垂直领导、逐级负责。让各部门经理尤其是总经理，时刻牢记“两个务必”，严格要求以身作则、坚持自重、自省、自警、自励、做一个让酒店放心、让员工满意的管理者，以实际行动树立良好的企业形象。明确每一层管理人员的责、权、利形成直线指挥 系统和信息反馈系统，避免管理中互相推诿扯皮等现象发生，大力弘扬求真务实、埋头苦干的工作作风，不搞形式主义、不做表面文章、集中精力抓好工作措施的落实。从根本 上提高决策能力和工作效率。特别是对酒店经营管理的关键问题应议而即决、决了即行，否则一事无成。

2、做好人员招聘、录用、管理、培训

(1)招聘和录用一些高素质和的员工，要以一些大中专院校联系，充实到酒店之中;

(2)中层以下管理人员要定期进行述职，接受员工的监督和考核。

(3)员工要在长期地、不间断培训和实践中，接受考核，实行未位淘汰制、树立危机感。

3、逐步建立符合本酒店经营的管理模式，使管理形成制度化、标准化、程序化和规范化。

4、实施名牌战略，争创名牌企业

(1)产品创名牌：客房环境创名牌、餐饮菜肴创名牌;

(2)服务创名牌：大力倡导微笑服务、用心做事、客人想到的我们要做好，客人没想到的我们要做到;

(3)管理创名牌：能过不懈努力，争取年底前完成四星级酒店的评定，明年通过IS09002国际质量体系认证，使管理程序与国际接轨。以此来提高酒店的知名度并为酒店的可持续发展打下坚实的基础。

总之，实施名牌战略的目标是：不求最大，但求最好。

5、努力开拓市场，不断寻求酒店经济增长点

(1)独辟蹊径、做大蛋糕。从目前情况看、酒店占有天时、地利、人合，发展空间很大。但是必须要到市场经济的残酷性，酒店不能站在滕州光看滕州，必须做好市场的外延即向周边城市拓展，也就是店以滕州为中心，向四周幅射，开辟和储备新的客源，不断扩大市场份额。

(2)强化营销控制、谋求领先，这是酒店发展的关键所在。做好市场分析、制订年度预算目标，时间是关键。通过市场和信息系统营销，对市场占有率及财务分析、销售分析、盈利分析、宾客满意率分析与评估手段、不断改进和调整自我，使酒店永远领先市场。

(3)根据酒店整体功能的完善，重新调整市场定位，产品定位和价格定位。

6、实行目标责任制

今年酒店将经营指标、 成本费用控制指标，廉政建设、安全生产分别与各部门管理人员签订责任状，实行挂钩考核，安全生产、廉政建设将一票否决。

7、搞好成本控制，挖 潜增效

由于对成本 核算未引起重视，造成一定数量物品流失、破损，能耗量大。今年要把讲成本、讲核算、控潜增效提到议事日程。各部门有针对性研究提出具体措施。酒店今年对各部门测算消耗定额进行独立考核，今年一定要见成效，向节约要效益，把增收节支放在突出位置。

8、强化财务管理、严格财务制度，在聚财用财上下功夫

酒店的效益在于对成本控制和对费用的监 控。今年财务管理的重点仍然是对各经营部门加强成本核算和利润核算，对二线部门物资管理、费用开支等监督 。搞好计划、盘活资金。规范收支程序、健全规章制度。聚财是用财的保证。财务部重要的任务是利用各种渠道、多种形式，正当途径、千方百计筹措、回笼资金、保证装修改造和经营之需。要拓宽采购渠道、完善采购程序、努力在保证质量、降低价格上下功夫。进一步树立财务在经营工作中的核心地位，切实提高财务的计划能力和保障能力。

9、抓 好各项安全工作，坚决杜绝安全事故苗头

安全是酒店工作中的头等大事，“安全责任重于泰山”，建立三级安全责任制，人人都是安全检责员。

10、着手酒店企业文化建设

(1)以酒店党支部为核心，成立企业文化领导小组，有计划地开展工作，形成鲁南大酒店企业文化雏形。

(2)培训企业精神、塑造企业形象。

(3)宣传企业文化，提高企业凝聚力。

11、完善激励机制

(1)从下半年开始，试行竞争上岗、真正做到能者上、平者让，庸者下。

(2)管理人员进行工效挂钩，完成任务，有能力者大奖，保证能者多得。

(3)进一步完善分配制度，鼓励骨干员工多劳多得，调动员工的积极性。

12、抓 好管理队伍建设

酒店成败与否取决于管理素质的高低。今年加大对管理人员考评，管理人员可月一考评，半年一述职，对业绩平平，跟不上酒店发展，无责任心的将降职或淘汰。

培养后备人才是今后一个时期的工作重点，对哪些有爱岗敬业、创新精神的员工进行有针对性培训和锻炼，为他们搭好舞台。

总之，在新的一年里，我们面临的形势严峻、任务繁重，同时，酒店也是大有希望的。困难与希望同在，挑战与机遇并存。让我们振奋起来，携手共进、顽强拼搏、埋头苦干、抓住机遇、迎接挑战，争创四星级饭店，开创aa大酒店更加美好的明天而努力奋斗!

朝鲜族：“岁酒”和“德固”占据特殊位置

吉林省延边朝鲜族自治州是我国朝鲜族主要聚居地区，春节也是朝鲜族的传统的和最重要的节日。朝鲜族的年夜饭有着自己传统的食品和特色。

朝鲜族的年夜饭丰常丰富，大大小小的盘子七八十个，有的人家甚至达上百个。其中占特殊位置的是‘岁酒’和‘德固’二种。

春节前夕，记者在延边朝鲜族自治州的各乡村看到，很多朝鲜族村民都在酿造“岁酒”。朝鲜族在年夜饭有喝“岁酒”的习俗。这种酒多在过“岁首节”前酿造。岁首节相当于汉族的春节，“岁酒”以大米为主料，配以多味中药材，是一种药酒。用于春节期间自饮和待客，他们认为饮用此酒可以避邪、长寿。

“德固”是一种汤饼，就是将大米面和好蒸熟后，捣成大粘团，再搓成椭圆形圆条，切成薄片，倒入鸡、野鸡、牛肉汤锅中，吃时再放些麻油或香油以及紫菜，味美可口。

在年三十那天，朝鲜族妇女都要穿上漂亮的民族盛装。大多数家庭从一大早就开始做打糕。尽管现在有卖做打糕的机器，但他们还是喜欢用打糕槌自己动手做，因为感觉味道还是不一样。

除夕夜一家都围在一起吃年夜饭，是非常幸福的时刻，全家都会守岁通宵达旦。与汉族不同的是，朝鲜族大年夜这顿饭会载歌载舞，伴着朝鲜族古老的伽耶琴和筒箫乐曲迎接新年的到来。

星期五，班队课上老师要举行一次《元旦联欢会》。

This worry is fairly unnecessary。 Why ？ One reason lies that Christmas only affects Christians，college students and joint-venture （合资企业）workers。 Another reason is that Christmas is mostly celebrated in cities。 Few people in countryside show extreme interest in this exotic（带有异国情调的） festival。 By contrast，the Spring Festival is the most influential traditional festival in every family。

I think，it is natural that with increasing exchanges with the West，a lot of Western holidays have been gradually introduced into China。 For us Chinese we should never neglect or even discard our own traditional festivals。 For centuries Chinese have observed this traditional holiday to wele the beginning of a new year。 And we will treasure the Spring Festival forever。

The  new year, a new start, when I stand on the edge of a new year, I cant help thinking about my plan of next year.

Just as the old saying：“Well began is the half of the success.”So I decide that I should be at work while the others are still relaxing ，and then, at the beginning, Im quicker than the others and of course I will get better result than the others.

But, what I really decide to do is that I must make good of anytime I can spare though it seems impossible. While, I will do my best to live up with what I have planned, and the result will prove it.

新的一年，新的开始，当我站在新年的边缘时，我禁不住想起我明年的计划。

2015年羊年春晚节目单曝光，此次羊年春晚节目单曝光，共计有36个节目，除了春晚熟面孔、传统节目外，还有各种小鲜肉、新形势。羊年春晚节目单还显示，羽泉将一改流行歌手本色，唱起京剧，而最终结尾的还是经典曲目，由李谷一老师演唱的《难忘今宵》。

春节对于中国人来说是最重要的节日。在每年的春节都让人兴高采烈，尤其是大年三十那晚，更是达到了高潮。

The Spring Festival lasts for 15 days, there would be starting on the first day, to the end of the January 15 Lantern Festival.it is the busiest time of the year for Chinese people. The arrangements they have to make for family reunions， buying necessities and preparing food keeps them busy throughout the holiday. Many of them travel back home and meet friends over dinner and drinks. The celebrations include decorating the house and setting off fireworks.But we are talking about a tradition that seems to be fading.

春节一共有15天，从大年初一开始，到元月十五元宵节这一天结束。在这段比较长的时间是中国人最忙的时候，他们为家庭聚会作安排，采购年货，准备丰盛的食物，以至于整个春节假期都忙忙碌碌的。许多人在春季期间都要回老家过年，跟朋友碰碰头，聚个餐。庆祝春节也包括大扫除和放烟火。但是我们现在要谈的是越来越淡的年味。

Yet no Spring Festival is complete without food. People could not get good food whenever they desired in earlier times， something that does not apply to society today. More often than not， people faced the risk of famine. The best time for people to celebrate was when food was available in plenty， and that was possible in spring， or the beginning of the lunar new year. That was the main reason why Spring Festival acquired such great importance among Chinese people.

In the past， celebrations were limited to events like song-and-dance duets in North China， dragon/lion dances in South China and fireworks， which required the joint efforts of the entire community. But economic development and urbanization seems to have weakened the social links among people. Many， especially those living in cities， are not interested in celebrating the festival with people they hardly know.

在过去，庆祝春节还只停留在北方的二人转和南方的舞龙舞狮等形式。那些庆祝活动往往需要许多人合力才能办得起来。但是经济的发展和国际化程度的提升似乎已经将这种社会联系弱化了。许多人，特别是城市居民，不太愿意与不相识的人一起共度春节。

Many customs associated with Spring Festival have changed， too. In the past， people used to visit relatives and friends with gifts and lots of good wishes. Today， many people， especially the youth， use their cell phones or the Internet to send their good wishes and even "gifts" to their relatives and friends. Some may say this a sign that people have become less caring about their near and dear ones， but we should see this development as a time- and energy-saving exercise granted by the information age.
