有7个人组成的小团体,他们每个人都是平等的,但同时又是自私自利的。他们想通过制度创新来解决每天的吃饭问题——要在没有计量工具或有刻度的容器的状况下分食一锅粥。大家发挥聪明才智,试验了很多种办法,多次博弈后形成了以下诸种规则

规则一:指定一个人负责分粥事宜,成为专业分粥人士。很快大家发现,这个人为自己分的粥最多,于是又换一个人,结果总是主持分粥的人碗里的粥最多最好,权力导致腐败,绝对的权力导致绝对的腐败,在这碗稀粥中体现得一览无余。

规则二:指定一个分粥人士和一名监督人士,起初比较公平,但到后来分粥人士与监督人士从权力制约走向“权力合作”,于是分粥人士与监督人士分的粥最多。这种制度失败。

规则三:谁也信不过,干脆大家轮流主持分粥,每人一天。这样等于承认了个人有为自己多分粥的权力,同时又给予了每个人为自己多分粥的机会。虽然看起来平等了,但是每人在—周中只有一天吃得饱而且有剩余,其余6天都饥饿难挨。大家认为这一制度造成了资源浪费。

规则四:大家民主选举一个信得过的人主持分粥。这位品德尚属上乘的人开始还能公平分粥,但不久以后他就有意识地为自己和溜须拍马的人多分。大家一致认为,不能放任其腐化和风气的败坏,还得寻找新制度。

规则五:民主选举一个分粥委员会和一个监督委员会,形成民主监督与制约机制。公平基本上做到了,可是由于监督委员会经常提出各种议案,分粥委员会又据理力争,等分粥完毕时,粥早就凉了。此制度效率太低。

规则六:对于分粥,每人均有一票否决权。这有了公平,但恐怕最后谁也喝不上粥。 规则七:每个人轮流值日分粥,但分粥的那个人要最后一个领粥。令人惊奇的是,在这一制度下,7只碗里的粥每次都是一样多,就像用科学仪器量过一样。每个主持分粥的人都认识到,如果7只碗里的粥不相同,他确定无疑将享用那份最少的。

Secondly, people who skip breakfast will get weight easily. If you dont have breakfast, then you will eat more food at noon and in the evening. All in all, people should eat breakfast for the good of our health and for the good of keeping a good body shape.

我又调查了一位老奶奶,老奶奶说:“有的地方过斑马线要有红绿灯来指挥,可是有的地方红灯时间长了点,绿灯太短了来不及过,要跑呢,我们老了跑不动。”这是一位在旁的老爷爷也插上了嘴:“过斑马线时,司机没有减速,而且都不让行人,什么‘车让人’啊,简直是‘人让车’了。”

通过调查,我终于明白了人们为什么过马路不走斑马线的原因:1、为了图一时的方便而乱穿马路。2、因为斑马线太少了,而且离一些站头也比较远。3、过斑马线时绿灯太短、红灯太长了,人们来不及过。4、司机不谦让行人过马路。

我曾经拍过一个MTV,名字就叫《用我们的双手,创造绿色明天》,其中反映了三江的环境以及水污染的一些情况。我拍这个片子的原因就是那次暑假中,我到厦门去玩了几天,那儿可美了!绿色的热带树木,浩瀚的大海里碧蓝碧蓝的。地面上也是干干净净的,没有一点污染。可一回到宜昌,路过三江桥,看见水面上漂浮着许许多多的垃圾,有塑料袋、塑料饭盒,甚至还有一条死狗,发出阵阵难闻的气味,我不由地捂住了鼻子。

我想大家一定知道,水的面积占地球表面的71%,水资源总量达14亿立方千米。可是谁知道海洋咸水就占去97%,淡水仅占2.5%,储量仅有0.35亿立方千米,并且绝大多数都蕴藏在南极冰源和北极冰山中,我们能利用的地表水仅有105亿立方千米。如果以每人每年供水不足1000立方千米为缺水标准,那么目前世界上已有80多个国家缺水。世界气象组织公布的一份报告显示:自本世纪初以来,世界水的消耗量比人口增快两倍。依次计算,到2025年,当世界人口从现在的60亿增加到80亿时,地球上每个居民用水占有量将比目前减少三分之一。那么,下世纪初全人类就将面临严重的水荒,人民的健康和国家的经济发展就会受到威胁。

这仅是缺水的危机, 同时我们更面临着水污染的难题。现在城市水资源每天都因大约200吨的人类粪便和日益增多的工业废水而受到污染。据调查,目前发展中国家有10亿人喝不到清洁水,每年有2亿多的人因水的问题而染病,有1000人因饮用不清洁的水而死亡。

可有些人还是不讲卫生,随手把垃圾扔到江里,造成了严重的环境污染。当时,三江桥有几个钓鱼的人,我去采访了他们,他们都说:“这几年水越来越脏,连鱼都没有了!”这时,我想到了以前的这里:河水清澈晶莹,水中的鱼儿成群结队,追逐嬉戏。可现在是我们,是我们人类赶走了鱼儿的家!最后我把这个现象拍成一部简短的记录片,让大家能够注意到环境的恶劣变化。同时,也在省里获得了1等奖。

这只是我的一个行动,还有每当节假日,我都会和妈妈一起到院子里去捡脏物和扫地,为此我还得到了学校的“体验小先锋“称号呢!

而且要垃圾不随处乱扔,要扔进垃圾桶;在家要节约用水、用电……或许有人会说:“这些都是小事,环保要做就做大事,比如清除某个湖的所有垃圾;把所有废品都回收,制造新物体等!”这样当然也很好,但是我认为环保要从生活中的一点一滴做起,要从小事中养成保护环境的好习惯。还有,如果,你只想着干大事的话,而不注重小的细节(把垃圾乱扔),那么垃圾不是会越来越多,越来越难清除?

我希望大家都能够意识到:保护环境与我们的生活息息相关,只有我们大家共同努力,爱护环境,用我们的双手,来保护我们的家园!我们才能在洁净的环境里更加美好地生活!
