这是多么让人触目惊心的事实啊，保护环境是人人有责的，为什么要破坏呢?

我外婆家附近有一条小河，以前清澈见底，我的姐姐、哥哥小时候常常在小河里游泳，和他们的小伙伴们在水中嬉戏，叔叔、阿姨们也常常在这小河中洗衣服、洗菜，而如今，小河旁建造了一个化工厂，把生产的废水排放到河里，原本那清澈见底的小河渐渐变成了黑黑的散发着怪味的小河。大人们再也不去小河洗衣服洗菜了，小伙伴们也再也不去河里嬉戏!

我多么怀念那条清澈见底的小河啊!我想：珍惜资源，爱护环境，这些都是功在当代、力及千秋的大事啊!如果我们在这样污染水，那我们可以用的水资源就会越来越少，我们破坏环境，就是破坏我们生存的条件。

让我们携起手来，共同保护环境，不要让淡水变成污水，保护环境，是我们共同的责任!

Those who live in cities around the world are likely going to have similar

experiences about living and the associated challenges regardless of their

location on the globe. Most of these challenges revolve around stress which

studies have shown is a part of living. Regardless of what you do and your

profession and place stress is not avoidable but could be minimized. Those who

see stress as an enemy will probably live an irritable life which is quite

unnecessary.

How then do we cope with stress? I am going to give you tips that have

helped and are still helping me in coping with life in the city of Lagos

Nigeria, the most populous African city, where orientation of people is quite

different in many ways about stress and living with others.

我总是向他提出一些在他看来是无理取闹的要求，来满足我日益长大的虚荣心，我们每次都会为这些事发生争吵，而退让的总是父亲，这也就成了我们唯一的沟通机会，然而在那个秋天的晚上，我和父亲的关系又有了一些转机。

那一晚，我和父亲又吵了一架，原因还是一样，但这次比原来要激烈许多，父亲改变了以往妥协的态度，重重的给了我一巴掌，这很是出乎我的意料的，我感到很委屈，泪水很自觉的流了出来，我气愤的跑出了家门。

已是傍晚时分，四周弥漫着黑暗，村外几乎已没有人出没了，我独自走在乡间小路上，偶尔会听到远处传来的凄凉的狗叫声，心情也不免紧张了起来，我向身后望去，什么也没发现，心里有些着急，便放慢了脚步继续前进。

秋天的风永远都是那么悲凉，吹在身上冷飕飕的，我不禁打了个冷战，

双手抱住身体，苍白的月亮，加上零星的点缀，寒光照在小路上，增添了许多伤感的气氛，田边不时冒出一些光秃秃的坟头，显得阴森可怕，我不禁回头仔细的寻了寻，什么也没闻见，心情便更加沮丧和焦急了，脚步便也不自觉的又慢了下来。

冷风依旧无情的吹打着衣衫单薄的我，我艰难的泛着沉重的脚步缓缓前行。前方没有尽头，黑夜也没有尽头，回想起我和父亲争吵的情景，悔恨，焦急和恐惧参杂的泪水又跑出了我的眼眶。

我再也无法前进了，定住了脚步，我再次回头寻找，终于，我找到了！那是一束微弱的光，我知道是父亲来找我了。那束光缓缓的朝我这边来了，我不在感到害怕了，等到父亲离我较近了，我故意大声咳嗽起来，吸引他的注意，等他到了我身边几步之遥的地方，我便佯装要跑，父亲快步上前一把将我紧紧的拽住，我轻轻挣扎了一下，便不在动弹，并轻声抽泣起来，像个犯了错的孩子。

父亲见我不在挣扎，便快速脱下了身上的大衣，顺手给我披了上来，随即又抓起我的手，说了一句“走，回家！”铿锵有力又不乏温馨，然后拉着我走在回家的路，寒风阵阵袭来，父亲握的我更紧了，然而我也不在感到寒冷了；天更加黑了，而我的心却变的明亮了，我的嘴角也悄悄的露出了微笑......

这次离家出走之后，父亲变了，我也变了。
